This study aims to analyze the students' decision in choosing a vocational college which is influenced by the marketing mix strategy of vocational colleges and image. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with a total of 210 respondents. The analysis technique used was SEM PLS. Results showed that the marketing mix strategy of the vocational colleges could influence the decision to choose a vocational college through the image of vocational college. The image directly influences the decision to choosing a vocational college. Education services, education costs, promotions, locations, quality of lecturers and staff, processes, and campus environments support in creating the image and decisions to choose a vocational college.

Abstrak This research aims to determine empirical evidence about the effect of the use of financial accounting information systems, human resource competence, and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial reports of the Local Government Majalengka. The research method uses a descriptive verification approach. The population in this study were employees of the Local Government of Majalengka. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 135 employees in the finance department (head of department and financial staff). The research is explanotary research which relates to the position of the studied variables and the influence between one variable and the research variable. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that partially the use of SIAKD has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD, HR competence has a significant effect on the quality of LKPD, the role of Internal Audit has a significant effect on the quality of LKPD. Simultaneously the use of SIAKD, HR competence and the role of Internal Audit have a significant effect on the quality of LKPD.

<p>This study aims to examine the role of productive assets quality in mediating the effect of risk management implementation to the firm value. The population in this study was banking that went public in Indonesia in the year 2011-2013 as many as 31 companies. This study used quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique and obtained 53 samples that met the criteria. The analysis technique used path analysis with software tools SPSS 21. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of Risk Management and quality of productive assets did not affect the firm value. Risk Management also did not affect the quality of productive assets, and the quality of productive assets was not able to mediate the implementation of risk management to the firm value.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix of higher education on the image of vocational colleges. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is SEM PLS. The results showed that the marketing mix can affect the image of vocational colleges. People consisting of staff and lecturers gave the biggest contribution in improving the image of vocational colleges. The process of service and physical evidence also contributes greatly to the image of vocational colleges.

Marketing strategy has an important role for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The important role of the right marketing strategy will be able to attract consumers to buy the products. Currently, MSMEs in Indonesia are experiencing very rapid development, especially in the culinary field. "Sari Menir" is a MSME that produces peyek snack which is located at RT005/RW002, Plembon Lor, Logandeng, Playen, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of marketing strategies in an effort to attract consumer buying interest in Sari Menir MSME. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The technique of determining the place using purposive area method. The research source was selected by purposive sampling method. The resource person in this study were Mrs Ratna Anjarwati as the manager and the daughter of MSME Sari Menir founder. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation methods. The data analysis technique was carried out through stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Sari Menir MSME using the marketing mix strategy in an effort to attract consumers buying interest. The marketing mix strategy carried out by Sari Menir MSME as follows: Maintaining product quality by using good quality raw materials; Set the right and appropriate price; Using direct and indirect distribution channels to reach strategic locations; Take part in exhibitions and apply word of mouth as promotional advice.

The teaching supervision of higher vocational colleges play a role of supervision and guidance in the teaching activities and teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. At present, there are many kind of teaching activities, many kind of educational policy and many kind of objectives are proposed in teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. So that many kind of innovation challenges and development opportunities are waiting for. Consequently, the adjustment of the vocational college teaching supervision work should be kept with the variable times. The specific process can be shown as follows: Firstly, the guidance idea of the teaching supervision should be adjusted; Secondly, weaken the supervision function, strengthen the guidance function; Thirdly, improve and promote the construction of the teaching supervision work team and system construction on and on; fourthly, the important role in teaching should be played by student in order to improve the teaching supervision work efficiency, etc. In summary, higher vocational colleges will be played a new role of teaching supervision work and opened up some new ways through above.

  This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge for the development of MSMEs in Wonosobo District. The population in this study were food processing industry business actors registered at the Department of Trade Industry, Cooperatives and UMKM, Wonosobodi Regency, Wonosobo District, which listed 315 MSMEs. The sample in this study was 76 business actors obtained through the accidental sampling technique and the SmartPLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis test. The results show that the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in Wonosobo District.

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of auditor skepticism on the effect of task complexity and experience on audit judgment at KAP in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as the research data instrument. The population of this study were auditors from Public Accountant Office Surabaya who were listed in IAPI in 2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the sample size was 45 active auditors in Public Accountant Office Surabaya.The data analysis technique used was path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that the complexity of the task and experience had a positive effect on audit judgment through the auditor’s skepticism. These results explain that auditors who increasingly show higher skepticism will be able to support the improvement of the quality of the audit judgment made even though the complexity of the audit task is getting heavier. On the other hand, auditors who are experienced or inexperienced in conducting audits will show better quality audit judgment when able to show more frequent skepticism. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena minat baca siswa dan pengaruh minat baca terhadap pertumbuhan kemampuan belajar siswa pada jenjang-jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Kepala sekolah sebagai lokomotif perkembangan mutu pendidikan memiliki peran strategi bagi pengumbuhan dan pengembangan minat baca peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala madrasah sebagai edukator, manajer, dan innovator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi, serta dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai edukator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik meliputi meliputi tiga pembinaan, yakni pembinaan mental dan moral, serta pembinaan artistik. 2) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai manajer dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam meliputi penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dengan didasarkan pada pada kerjasama dengan USAID dan UIN Walisongo Semarang. 3) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai innovator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam Kota Semarang meliputi inovasi strategi, pola pikir (mindset) dan struktur. Abstract This research is motivated by the phenomenon of reading interest of students and the influence of reading interest on the growth of students' learning ability in the next level of education. The principal as a locomotive of the development of the quality of education has a strategic role for the growth and development of reading interest of learners. This study aims to determine the role of principal as an educator, manager, and innovator in the development of reading interest of learners in MIT Nurul Islam Semarang City. This research is a qualitative field research, data collected through observation, interview, documentation and triangulation, and analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of principal as an educator in the development of reading interest of learners includes three activities are coaching, namely mental and moral coaching, and artistic coaching. 2) The role of principal as manager in the development of reading interest of learners at MIT Nurul Islam covers the application of management functions based on cooperation with USAID and UIN Walisongo Semarang. 3) The role of principal as innovator in the development of reading interest of learners at MIT Nurul Islam Semarang City includes innovation strategy, mindset, and structure.

This study aims to determine: (1) The productive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City, (2) The reproductive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung Kota District Tanjungbalai, and (3) The social role of fisherman housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City. This research was conducted in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City in 2020. The population of this study were all fishermen housewives in Sei Merbau Village, amounting to 592 people, while the sample in this study was 10% of the total population (59 people. ) and taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique is done by direct communication (interview). While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) The highest productive role (48.78%) was performed by housewives who worked as factory workers, while the lowest role (21%) was performed by housewives who worked as coconut peeler. Overall, the role played by housewives of fishermen is 33.35% and is in the low category. (2) The reproductive role played by the housewives of fishermen in Kelurahan Sei Merbau, namely having dependents of 1 to 6 children. Most (57.63%) fishermen housewives had 1-2 children and a small proportion (8.47%) had 5-6 children with an average of 2-3 children. (3) In general (81.36%) fishermen housewives participated in the social activities of the unfortunate union and a small proportion (25.42%) participated in arisan activities. In addition, the recitation activity is useful for moral contributions to housewives so that they can motivate husbands to work to increase income and also motivate children to improve education. The highest role of arisan activities was 76.92% while the lowest role was 22.73%. With an average of 43.47%.
