The chemistry practicum activity in school is impossible due to the COVID-19 pandemic, whereas practicum is very important to train soft skills and understanding of chemistry materials. This research aimed to develop 5-e learning cycle-based simple chemistry practicum guideline module for students of class XI. The development model used was a 4-D development model. The quality of the product was assessed by one material expert, one media expert, five reviewers (chemistry teachers of high school), and responded by ten students of high school. The instruments used in the research were product quality assessment sheets using a Likert scale and student response sheets, in the form of a questionnaire, using the Guttman scale. The characteristics of the developed practicum module were in the form of a practicum module for hydrocarbons, thermochemistry, reaction rates, and chemical equilibrium, using simple tools and chemicals; being combined with the 5-e learning cycle model. The quality assessment on the practicum module, which was carried out by one material expert, media experts, and reviewers, gained 88.89. 95.83. and 94.00%. All assessments got a score with Very Good score. From these results, it can be concluded that the developed product is feasible to be used as a practicum guideline.

This study aims to develop Mathematics learning media using ethnomathematics based Powtoon applications. This study is using the Borg and Gall development model. Media development is carried out on the material of a flat triangle and quadrilateral of Class VII Junior High School. Data collection instruments used were media expert questionnaires, material experts used to test the quality of mathematics-based Powtoon learning media, and student response questionnaires to test interest in the developed media. Data collection methods used the form of interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This research resulted in ethnomathematics based Powtoon learning media. The results of the assessment by media experts scored 88% in the very feasible category, the assessment of the material experts obtained a score of 87% in the very feasible category, while based on trials in class VII students of Ma'arif 1 Metro SMP which amounted to 22 students obtained a score of 80% with the eligible category. The development of ethnomathematics based Powtoon learning media is feasible and can be used by teachers and students as learning media.

AbstractThis study aimed to develop a Damdam Ji Chemistry learning media on colloidal material. This research is Research & Development (R&D) which used the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). The instruments of data collection consisted of media validation sheet, product quality assessment sheet, and student response sheets. This product qulity was assessed by one material expert, one media expert, and three chemistry teachers. The result showed that the quality of the Damdam Ji Chemistry learning media have very good quality with an percentage ideal of 96,91% from the chemistry teacher and have well postive response from the students with an percentage ideal of 93,2 %. The use of Damdam Ji Chemistry in chemistry learning can make learning more interesting with games.

<p class="0abstract">The effectivity and efficiency of the learning process is very dependent on the quality of teacher. Therefore must improve their quality by conducting various learning innovations, one of them by implementing ICT-based learning. The purpose of this study was to develop e-worksheet using kvisoft flipbook maker software based on lesson study to improve chemistry teacher’s critical thinking ability. This research used development model 4-D namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subject of this research was involved chemistry teachers and student of grade XI of Senior High School in Rokan Hulu, Riau, Indonesia. The draft e-worksheet was validated by experts using validation questionnaires and critical thinking ability instruments using essay tests. The data were analyzed using N-Gain formulation. Based on the result, the developed e-worksheet in chemistry material has exactly valid with score percentages 88.88% and average critical thinking ability about 60 with enough category. Therefore, it can be concluded that e-worksheets using kvisoft flipbook maker software based on lesson studies that have been developed can improve critical thinking ability of teacher and students.</p>

Learner Worksheet (LKPD) of reaction rates based structured inquiry in class XI SMA had been dertemine validity and practicality. The type of research used is Research and Development (RD). The development model was a 4-D model consisting of 4 stages, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Desseminate. The disseminate stage was not carried out due to time and cost constraints. The research instrument used was a questionnaire validation and practicality questionnaire. The validation questionnaire was filled by 3 chemistry lecturers from FMIPA UNP and 2 chemistry teachers from SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. Practicality questionnaire was filled by 2 chemistry teachers and 30 students of class XII MIPA 3 SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. Data were analyzed using kappa moments. The average kappa moment of validity test was 0.87 with a very high validity category. The average kappa moment of teacher were 0,88 with a very high practicality category. The average kappa moment of student were 0,87 with a very high practicality category. Thus, it was concluded that reaction rates LKPD based on structured inquiry was valid and practice.

At present, the application of internet technology in the field of education is very much needed in order to improve the quality and equitable education services. One of them in improving the quality of education is from educators (teachers). The teacher has a very crucial role in the process of teaching and learning. Therefore, the teacher must be able to provide an appropriate method and method so that the classroom atmosphere in PBM becomes enjoyable. The specific purpose of this service is that they are able to understand and properly apply e-learning based learning media. The implementation is held for 2 (two) days, namely: first, the implementation of observation and the introduction process. Then the next day a workshop held on the application of e-learning based  learning media. The result of this dedication is that teachers can apply e-learning based learning models in the teaching and learning process.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to propose a sustainable quality assessment approach (model) for the e-learning systems keeping software perspective under consideration. E-learning is becoming mainstream due to its accessibility, state-of-the-art learning, training ease and cost effectiveness. However, the poor quality of e-learning systems is one of the major causes of several failures reported. Moreover, this arena lacks well-defined quality assessment measures. Hence, it is quite difficult to measure the overall quality of an e-learning system effectively. Design/methodology/approach A pragmatic mixed-model philosophy was adopted for this study. A systematic literature review was performed to identify existing e-learning quality models and frameworks. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with e-learning experts following empirical investigations to identify the crucial quality characteristics of e-learning systems. Various statistical tests like principal component analysis, logistic regression, chi-square and analysis of means were applied to analyze the empirical data. These led to an adequate set of quality indicators that can be used by higher education institutions to assure the quality of e-learning systems. Findings A sustainable quality assessment model for the information delivery in e-learning systems in software perspective has been proposed by exploring the state-of-the-art quality assessment/evaluation models and frameworks proposed for the e-learning systems. The proposed model can be used to assess and improve the process of information discovery and delivery of e-learning. Originality/value The results obtained led to conclude that very limited attention is given to the quality of e-learning tools despite the importance of quality and its effect on e-learning system adoption and promotion. Moreover, the identified models and frameworks do not adequately address quality of e-learning systems from a software perspective.

This study aims for developing students’ worksheet of entrepreneurship-oriented small-scale chemical industry, and investigating the quality of entrepreneurship-oriented small-scale chemical industry that is appropriate to be implemented in learning. This study is classified to research and development which refers to Borg & Gall development model. This research consists of four steps: which are introduction, planning, developing, and product evaluation. The product evaluation was conducted by peers, material and media experts, and chemistry teachers. The data collection instruments used validation sheet of the products. The results show that the developed products are in the form of students’ worksheet of entrepreneurship-oriented small-scale chemical industry, and the result of the assessment by chemistry teachers shows the average assessment is a good category so that this  worksheet is feasible to be used in learning.

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 7 Malang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada mitra dalam rangka pengembangan kualitas pendidikan dan pengajaran praktikum. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengenalkan media pembelajaran kimia menggunakan video tutorial tentang penggunaan test kit kadmium yang menarik bagi guru SMK Negeri 7 Malang, memanfaatkan teknologi multimedia berbasis aplikasi powtoon dalam proses pembelajaran praktikum bagi guru SMK Negeri 7 Malang, meningkatkan minat dan ketrampilan para siswa SMK Negeri 7 Malang pada praktkum kimia analisis. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan guru Kimia SMK Negeri 7 Malang. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan e-learning berbasis Moodle untuk meningkatkan pemahaman isi teks anekdot pada siswa SMA Kelas X; (2) mengetahui kelayakan e-learning; (3) mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia setelah menggunakan e-learning. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan yang diadaptasikan dari model Alessi dan Trollip. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) produk e-learning berbasis Moodle untuk meningkatkan pemahaman isi teks anekdot anekdot pada siswa SMA Kelas X dihasilkan sesuai dengan model pengembangan Alessi dan Trollip (2001) melalui tiga tahap, yakni perencanaan, perancangan, dan pengembangan; (2) produk e-learning berbasis Moodle untuk meningkatkan pemahaman isi teks anekdot pada siswa SMA kelas X dinyatakan layak digunakan dalan proses pembelajaran ditinjau dari media, materi, dan penilaian siswa; (3) Produk e-learning yang dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Moodle dinilai efektif karena dapat meningkatkan pemahaman isi teks anekdot. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai pretest dengan rata-rata 66,88, dan nilai posttest dengan rata-rata nilai 93,63. Porsentase ketuntasan belajar siswa 100% (32 siswa). Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-learning yang dikembangkan layak, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran khususnya pada materi teks anekdot. Kata Kunci: e-learning, moodle, efektivitas, teks anekdot Abstract: This study aims to: (1) produce e-learning based on Moodle to increase the understanding of the anecdotes text content of senior high school students class X; (2) determine the feasibility of e-learning; (3) determine the effectiveness of learning Indonesian after using e-learning. The development model used a model adapted from the Alessi & Trollip. The procedure included the development of planning, design, and development. The result shows that: (1) the product Moodle-based e-learning inproved the understanding of the text content of anecdotes in SMA students class X is produced in accordance with the development model Alessi and Trollip (2001) through three stages: planning, design, and development; (2) the product Moodle-based e-learning improved the understanding of the anecdotes text content in SMA students class X and is declared eligible for use in the leaning process in terms of media, materials, and student’s assessment; (3) e-learning products development using Moodle application is considered effective because it could improve the understanding of the text content of anecdotes. This is evidenced by the result of the pretest with an average of 66.88, and posttest volue with an average of 93.63. The precentage of complete mastery of the student learning is 100% (32 students). From these results, it could be concluded that the e-learning developed is feasible, and effective to be used in learning, especially on anecdotes text material. Keywords: e-learning, moodle, effectiveness, anecdotes text

This research aims to know: (1) what form of schoology appropriate for the dokkai chukyu learning course in Japanese language education department UNDIKSHA is, and (2) how the quality of schoology for the dokkai chukyu learning course in Japanese language education department UNDIKSHA is? This is Research and Development (R&D) using the development model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection methods were observation and questionnaire while the instruments used were in the forms of questionnaire and observation sheets. Assessment of the quality of the product was performed by one expert in material, one expert of learning media, and 10 learners of the dokkai chukyu language course in Japanese language education department. Based on the assessment results of experts of material and media, schoology was determined as very good and could be used with revision. Stages of the evaluation were conducted using questionnaires to fill out by 10 students of the dokkai chukyu course. The student response on schoology was predominately positive, i.e. agree and strongly agree.
