Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pengelolaan simpanan berjangka syariah yang semakin pesat dari tahun ke tahun selain itu BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur juga melakukan kegiatan penghimpunan dana dari masyarakat salah satunya produk tabungan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka). Dalam pratiknya menggunakan akad mudharabah. oleh sebab itu nasabah sebagai pemilik dana yang telah menyimpan dananya, mendapatkan bagi hasil atau keuntungan yang telah disepakati bersama di awal pembukaan tabungan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka). Oleh karena itu penelitian tertarik untuk mengangkat judul Mekanisme bagi hasil simpanan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka) di BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur. Pertanyaan utama yang akan dijawab dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) pengelolaan simpanan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka) yang ada di BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur. (2) mekanisme bagi hasil simpanan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka) di BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang menghasilakan data-data yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian yakni dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan cara mendeskripsikan data dari informal, mereduksi data sesuai kebutuhan penelitian, kemudian di analisis oleh penulis, dan disimpulkan untuk menjawab penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan dan  mekanisme bagi hasil simpanan berjangka syariah (Si Jaka) yang ada di BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem Jawa Timur dalam penerapan nisbahnya harus benar-benar sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Kata Kunci: Mekanisme, Pengelolaan dan Simpanan Berjangka Syariah Abstract:This research was grounded by the management of sharia futures deposits which are rapidly increasing from year to year. Besides,  BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem East Java also conducts fundraising activities from the public, one of which is sharia term savings products (Si Jaka). In practice, it uses the mudharabah agreement. Therefore, the customer as the owner of the funds that has deposited the funds, get a profit sharing or profit that has been mutually agreed upon at the beginning of opening of sharia term savings (Si Jaka). Therefore, the research was interested in raising the title of the mechanism for the sharia term savings products (Si Jaka) at BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem, East Java. The main questions that will be answered from this research were: 1. management of sharia term savings products (Si Jaka) at BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem East Java, 2. mechanism for the sharia term savings products (Si Jaka) at BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem East Java. To answer these problems, this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach that produces data obtained from the research object namely observation, interviews, and documentation which are then analyzed by describing data from informal, reducing data according to research needs, then di analysis by the author, and concluded to answer the research. The results of the study concluded that the management and profit sharing mechanism of sharia term savings products (Si Jaka) at BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem East Java in applying the ratio must be really in accordance with sharia principles.

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. Abstract - It is undeniable that Instagram social media has entered in all aspects of communication. At first Instagram just sharing moments of photos and videos and then used for trading and spreading information. Instagram let anyone has the opportunity to attract other user attention by doing social construction from its  of the contents through his Instagram account. This research attempts to describe the social construction that occurs and its potential in the dissemination of rumors on social media Instagram. With a qualitative descriptive approach revealed that Instagram users in this case the students are aware of and do message construction in order to get the attention of other users. They also understand that Instagram social media has the potential to spread rumors to the public. Keywords: social media,instagram, social construction, rumors   AbstrakTidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa media sosial Instagram telah masuk di semua aspek berkomunikasi. Mulai dari sekadar berbagi momen foto dan video sampai digunakan untuk berniaga dan menyebar informasi. Melalui Instagram ini siapapun berkesempatan untuk menarik perhatian warganet dengan melakukan konstruksi sosial terhadap isi pesan yang akan dibagi melalui akun Instagramnya. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan  konstruksi sosial yang terjadi serta potensinya dalam penyebaran rumors di media sosial Instagram. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif tersingkap bahwa pengguna Instagram menyadari dan melakukan  konstruksi pesan agar bisa memperoleh perhatian dari pengguna lainnya. The increase in the budget deficit BPJS in the first 3 years of implementation JKN require special attention. One of the problems in the implementation of JKN is high late payment of premiums by the participants of the Non PBI Mandiri. The purpose of this study was to determine the participants' perceptions of Non PBI Mandiri to the recommendations transition strategy JKN premium payer. This study is a policy with qualitative descriptive approach. The study design used policy aims to draw up a recommendation is the Case Study on the phenomenon of late payment of premiums. Depth interviews with 11 informants participants Independent Non PBI done with purposive sampling quota system. The result showed that the presence of positive consequences as the public response to the concept of a transitional strategy premium payer. Participants claimed to be greatly assisted if the program was held because it can ease the burden of their medical expenses when his advanced age and does not have income again, providing peace in the certainty of change of insurer premiums in non-productive age. Conclusion of the study were breakthrough made in a transitional strategy premium payer has received positive responses from the public policy goals.

This research was motivated by Situ Buleud is not so well known to the public then was built and developed into a Sri Baduga Fountain Park requires communication to the target audience to come to Purwakarta District. This research uses qualitative research methodology with qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the communication strategy of Sri Baduga Situ Buleud Fountain Park. The object of this research is communication strategy of DISPORAPARBUD and DISKOMINFO Purwakarta District. This session will discuss about five stage of communication plans are research, plan, execute, measure, and report. The result found that research which has been done by DISPORAPARBUD are observation and the evaluation result of the number of tourists and DISKOMINFO take the data from the monitoring media report. DISPORAPARBUD and DISKOMINFO Purwakata District has been planned to determine the source or communicator, message, media, target, and effects. The execute stage will be performed after getting approval from Purwakarta Regent by implementing the plan that has been designed. In this Measure stage, DISPORAPARBUD will count the total of tourist, while tourism media will be monitored by DISKOMINFO Purwakarta district. Report undertaken by DISPORAPARBUD Purwakarta District, conduct an evaluation by counting the number of tourists in each week and will be made a report at the end of each year. Therefor DISKOMINFO Reporting as a book report on the results of analysis from third parties

<br /><table class="data" width="100%"><tbody><tr valign="top"><td class="value"><p>Bojongkoneng village in Bogor Regency is an area that is vulnerable to landslide disaster. Previous research has shown that Bojongkoneng village has local wisdom that can be used to reduce damage risk from landslide disaster. This article discusses about the form of local wisdom in disaster mitigation by analyzing from the public relations in Bojongkoneng village with environment. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive approach, using primary data technique through observation, interview, and documentation, and secondary data through literature study. The results reveal that Bojongkoneng people has some form of local wisdom that has been used as an effort to mitigate landslide disaster that can be described through the identity of Bojongkoneng people related to relation of theyself with environment, relation of the people with environment on affection aspect, and relation of the people with its environment in fulfilling their life necessities.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mengenai unsur-unsur komunikasi visual yang ditampilkan dalam iklan sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan belajar. Adapun permasalahannya adalah bagaimana tipografi dan komposisi warna dalam iklan layanan masyarakat “Dana BOS”, serta bagaimana implementasinya sebagai bahan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mengkaji penggunaan iklan sebagai media pembelajaran komunikasi. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini bukan untuk menguji hipotesis (hypothesis testing), tetapi untuk membangun hipotesis (hypotheses forming). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan layanan masyarakat program dana BOS Kemendikbud dinilai cukup komunikatif secara visual, dilihat dari unsur tipografi dan komposisi warna. Sebagai bahan belajar, iklan dapat digunakan untuk membangun domain kognitif. Peserta didik dapat diajak untuk turut aktif melakukan analisis terhadap iklan. Unsur tipografi dan komposisi warna yang terdapat dalam iklan sarat dengan makna sehingga dapat dipertimbangkan untuk digunakan sebagai bahan belajar. Akhirnya, hasil penelitian ini, selain sebagai bahan belajar, dapat pula dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dalam memproduksi iklan layanan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Iklan, Bahan Belajar, KomunikasiAbstract:This study aims to gain an understanding of the elements of visual communication displayed in an advertisement, so that it can be used as learning materials. The problem is to understand the typography and color composition in the public service announcements “Dana BOS” as well as how it is implemented as a learning material. This study uses qualitative descriptive approach that reviews the use of an advertisement as a communication learning medium. The theories applied in this study are not used to test hypothesis, but to form hypothesis instead. The result of this study shows that the public service announcement “Dana BOS” from Kemdikbud is valued to be visually communicative, based on its typography and color composition. As a learning material, advertisements can be used to develop cognitive aspect of the students. The students can be asked to actively analyze the advertisements. Typograpgy and color composition elements in an advertisement are full of messages so that they can be considered to be learning materials. Finally, beside as a learning material, the result of this study can also be an input for public service announcement production.Keywords: Advertisement, Learning Material, Communication.

Abstract: The Ideology of Secularism in the Public Comment on the Discourse of DKI Jakarta Pilkada on Social Media. This study aims to determine the realization of secularism in the public comment text on the DKI Jakarta Pilkada news discourse on social media in terms of vocabulary and sentence structure. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach and content analysis method based on Norman Fairclough's theory of critical discourse. The results of the study show that the ideology of secularism is realized: (1) using words that are not related to religion such as the words smart, objective, rational, not, real work etc. which is associated with context; (2) active sentences, with the aim of further highlighting the actors and objects of events; and (3) passive sentences, with the aim of further highlighting the target and hiding the perpetrator. Ideology in discourse can be expressed through vocabulary choices and sentence structure in text through critical discourse analysis, both in mass media texts, and in individual texts (comments) on social media.

  This paper aims at describing the implications of the theory of mixing and its products towards Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions. A qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach was implemented in this study. The object of the current study was Sub-Branch Office (KCP) of the Syariah Mandiri Bank in Sumenep Regency. The results of this study indicated that the products of the Syariah Mandiri Bank KCP Sumenep in terms of the Musharaka financing contract consists of Musharaka mutanaqishah and musharaka of network capital. Musharaka mutanaqisha is applied in home financing in which the profits are obtained from the margin agreed by all parties. While, the musharaka of network capital uses a profit sharing system in which the profits are calculated through a revenue sharing system. In terms of juridical law, the Syariah Mandiri bank KCP Sumenep has followed the rules stated in the Sharia banking law of 2008 as well as in the fatwa of the National Sharia Board. Whereas, in the case of the application of musharaka accounting that has been regulated in International Financial Report Standard (PSAK), Sharia Mandiri Bank KCP Sumenep has accordingly applied the contract accounting of musharaka as regulated in PSAK 106. However, in terms of account recording (estimation), Islamic banks have not obeyed the rules stated in PSAK 106. Furthermore, this study concludes that there are still many customers who do not understand the contract of mudharabah at Syariah Mandiri Bank KCP Sumenep. It due to the lack of socialization from the banks to the public. In juridical perspective, the Sharia Mandiri Bank KCP Sumenep do not implements mudharabah contract based on fatwa of the National Sharia Board and do not apply the accounting based on PSAK 105. Therefore, it is categorized as Islamic/ sharia financial engineering.

This study aims to describe the public relations strategy in building the image of madrasas to become superior madrasahs in Malang City. This research was conducted in MAN 1 Malang City. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, and in data collection researchers used interview techniques, observation and documentation study. The main subjects in this study are public relations, school principals, teachers and students. The results of this research are: 1) Public Relations publishes activities to be carried out by MAN 1 Malang City and the achievements achieved by MAN 1 Malang City to the community through online media 2) Public Relations collaborates with government agencies, education and non-educational institutions 3) Public Relations prepare high quality graduates in accordance with the vision of MAN 1 Malang City, namely "The Realization of High Quality People in Science and Technology who are Humanist and Religious.

The advent of the internet has enabled changes in the way people communicate. The current reseach endeavours to analyse the organizational communication process, through social media, at the Academic Department of Philosophy and Human Sciences - DFCH, at the Federal University of Amapá. Methodologically, it is a qualitative, descriptive approach, configured as a case study. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, with the participation of 10 administrative technicians. The results reveal that communication in the DFCH occurs through integrated management systems (SIPAC, SIGRH and SIGAA), by email and institutional website and, informally, by WhatsApp. As a result of the research, it was proposed the creation of groups linked to the Dean Special Advisory Board (AER), to improve the communication process.
