This study aims to determine how the implementation of academic supervision of principals in Merangin 19 Public Middle School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research data were obtained by researchers by digging up data sources from informants namely principals, homeroom teachers and subject teachers through observation, interviews and study documents that are about planning, implementing supervision and following up on academic supervision. In the results of the research, academic supervision planning forms the Supervision Assistance Team. The headmaster's academic supervision provides an assessment of each teacher through pre-observation, observation and post-observation. Follow-Up on Academic Supervision Results in Merangin State Junior High School 19, the Principal followed up on the results of academic supervision, which is to score values by the coordinator appointed by the school principal.

Abstrak Penelitian.ini.bertujuan buat menggambarkan pengelolaan.Bantuan.Operasional.Sekolah (BOS) sekolah Swasta pada Sekolah Menengah pertama Islam Randegan termasuk perencanaan, aplikasi, supervisi dan penilaian, dan pelaporan acara BOS..Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan desain studi masalah. Lokasi penelitian merupakan Sekolah Menengah pertama Islam Randegan Kecamatan Dawarblandong Kabupaten Mojokerto yang terletak pada jalan BKR No 20 Kecamatan Dawarblandong Kabupaten Mojokerto Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sumber.data.penelitian ini merupakan ketua sekolah.  bendahara BOS, komite sekolah, serta orang tua murid yang miskin. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara yang mendalam, observasi terhadap partisipan.dan.dokumentasi. Analisis.data.dilakukan ada tiga alur aktivitas seperti  reduksi data. penyajian data, & pembuktian data. Hasil dari analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengelolan dana.Bantuan.Operasional.Sekolah.(BOS) pada Sekolah Menengah pertama Islam Randegan Kecamatan Dawarblandong sudah dilaksanakan sinkron menggunakan prosedur yg tertuang pada pada kitab pedoman BOS yg mencakup unsur perencanaan, aplikasi, supervisi dan penilaian, serta pelaporan dana BOS. Abstract This study aims to describe the management of Private School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at Randegan Islamic Junior High School including planning, application, supervision, and reporting of BOS events. This research uses an approach approach using a problem study design. The research location is Randegan Islamic Junior High School, Dawarblandong District, Mojokerto Regency, which is located on BKR Street No. 20, Dawarblandong District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. The data sources for this research are the school principal, BOS treasurer, school committee, and parents of poor.students. Data.were.obtained.through.in-depth.interviews, participatory observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three activity lines, namely data reduction, data presentation, & data verification. The results of data analysis concluded that the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at Randegan Islamic Junior High School, Dawarblandong District had been carried out in sync using the oldest procedures in the book. BOS which includes planning, application, guidelines and assessment, as well as reporting on BOS funds

This study aims to describe the cohesion and coherence markers that are used to build the integrity of the narrative discourse in Indonesian module composed by the Indonesian language teachers. The research is descriptive qualitative. Research data was sourced from Module Bahasa Indonesia: Jendela Pengetahuan composed by junior high school teachers. The techniques of collecting data were; reading techniques, technical notes, and the techniques of composing corpus. The results showed that: 1) markers of cohesion are used to build the integrity of the narrative discourse consists of: reference, substitution, ellipsis, conjunction, and lexical, 2) the use of coherence markers consist of linkage time, how, conflict, cause and effect, sequences , usability, condition, expressed more meaning.

This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in carrying out the learning process in Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of teachers teaching in the classroom with the help of supervision. This research was conducted at Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles with. Each cycle consists of four stages such as planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show that on the basic score, teacher teaching skills are included in the sufficient category with an average score of 60.21. After improvements were made in the first cycle, the results of the teacher's skills assessment increased to a good category with the teacher's average score of 75.54. For the implementation of the teacher's skills assessment in teaching in the second cycle again increased with a very good category with an average value of 85.75. Based on the results of the above research, researchers can conclude that with the implementation of supervision in Bandar Laksamana 1 Junior High School can improve teacher skills in teaching.

This research is intended to search and information about the strengthening of Islamic religious education (PAI) through the recitation of furudhul Ainiyah which is carried out in Nurul Jadid Paiton Junior High School. The method of this research is by qualitative method with case study method, to express. That is more intense and deep with the above phenomenon. Technique of completion of data and information is done through interview, observation, study study, and literature study. The findings of this research are 1). Students or students are required to complete the recitation of Furudhul Ainiyah as a condition to take the odd semester and even semester exam and become a requirement for class and graduation increase. 2). the implementation of the furudhul Ainiyah memorization is performed on Thursday and Friday nights and Tuesday nights, and can also be done during normal day breaks, 3). The responsible and recipient of the rote deposit are PAI teachers and their homeroom teachers, 4). For students and students who can not read written Al-qur'an is not subject to rote burden, but get special coaching related to Al-Qur'an reading written by the religious coordinator of students. 5). Memory materials include Aqidah, Fiqih or Amaliyah materials, and daily prayers for students of VII and VIII semerter 1 and 2, while for classes IX semesters 1 and 2 cover the material of the Qur'an and Fiqh. 6). ABSTRACTNumbers of management, storage, and preservation of research data problems had been the rationales why national scientific repository (RIN) system was implemented. To measure its success, the present study evaluated, analyzed problems, and provided recommendations using descriptive exploratory qualitative research methods with interviews as the primary data. In terms of the effectiveness, the results showed that the RIN system objectives provided a nationally integrated interoperability research data management system, ensuring long-term archiving and access had been achieved whereas the awareness of researchers to share data and sustainability plans had not been achieved. Based on its efficiency, PDDI LIPI had pursued many activities and strategies. In accordance with its adequacy, the existence of RIN system was able to answer the existing research data problems while the problem of continuity of input of research data and the sustainability of research had not been achieved. In regard to its equalization, RIN system was intended to all professions that carried out research, in which the socialization activities and technical guidance to researchers in relevant institutions were conducted. In coping with its responsiveness, all target groups still could not experience it because the follow-up activity of the target groups after knowing RIN system was still minimum. Hence, it was advised that the target group from both internal LIPI, external LIPI, and PDDI LIPI acted as the implementors. The present study concluded that the implementation of RIN system had not been optimally implemented and still needed improvements. ABSTRAKPermasalahan pengelolaan, penyimpanan, pelestarian data penelitian mendorong dilakukannya implementasi kebijakan sistem RIN. Untuk mengukur keberhasilannya, penulis mengevaluasi, menganalisis permasalahan dan memberikan rekomendasi dengan menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif deskriptif melalui data primer yaitu wawancara dan data sekunder. Dari efektivitasnya diperoleh hasil bahwa tujuan sistem RIN menyediakan sistem interoperabilitas pengelolaan data penelitian terintegrasi secara nasional, menjamin pengarsipan dan pengaksesan jangka panjang telah tercapai sedangkan kesadaran peneliti untuk berbagi data dan rencana keberlanjutan belum tercapai. Berdasarkan efisiensinya, PDDI LIPI telah mengupayakan banyak kegiatan dan strategi. Berdasarkan kecukupannya, keberadaan sistem RIN mampu menjawab permasalahan data penelitian yang dihadapi sedangkan permasalahan kontinuitas penginputan data penelitian, keberlanjutan penelitian belum tercapai. Berdasarkan pemerataannya, sistem RIN ditujukan kepada seluruh profesi yang melaksanakan penelitian, bukan sekelompok golongan namun kegiatan sosialisasi dan bimbingan teknis lebih banyak kepada peneliti di instansi yang memiliki badan penelitian pengembangan serta perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan responsivitasnya, belum dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh target sasaran dikarenakan tindaklanjut dari para target sasaran setelah mengenal sistem RIN masih rendah. Maka perlu rekomendasi kepada target sasaran baik dari internal LIPI, eksternal LIPI maupun PDDI LIPI sebagai implementor. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan sistem RIN belum berjalan dengan optimal dan masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Educational supervision is an effort to guide school principals to teachers, and guidance counseling teachers in schools in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) The process of preparing the principal's supervision program in increasing the professional competence of the counseling guidance teacher, 2) The implementation of the educational supervision program by the principal in improving the professional competence of the counseling guidance teacher, and 3) The principal's follow-up in implementing the supervision of education for improve the professional competence of counseling guidance teachers. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects were the principal, vice principal and counseling guidance teacher. The results of his research show that: 1) The supervision program of the headmaster of Palopo 8 Junior High School was prepared at the beginning of each semester of the school year by involving the deputy headmaster, counseling guidance teacher, and teacher in the field of study. The supervision program includes the activities of professional teacher guidance and guidance as well as training for teachers that are tailored to their fields. 2) The supervision of the head of SMP Negeri 8 Palopo follows the program that has been prepared, the technique used is through teacher meetings, classroom observations and personal conversations. Especially for classroom observation techniques, they have already used observation guidelines, but the quantity in the implementation has not been maximized. 3) The follow-up supervision of the headmaster of Palopo 8 Junior High School was observed through individual talks, giving advice, coaching, and guiding counseling guidance teachers with a focus on better implementation of activities, but the principal did not fully understand the counseling guidance program

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in public and private Junior High School in Banda Aceh City. This research involved two objects, Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh and Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum. This research used the qualitative descriptive method and also used primary and secondary data in data collection.  The primary data were obtained directly by interviewing informants that were BOS coordinator in Education and Culture Services of Banda Aceh City and school BOS team consisting of the school principal and BOS treasure. The data were collected by direct observation in the field. The secondary data were collected by using documentation technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study showed that the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017 which reflected good governance, while the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh in terms of transparency was still not perfect, but in terms of accountability and effectiveness were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Jigsaw learning model on mutual respect in grade VIII junior high school students. The study population consisted of 3 classes totaling 72 students. The sample of this research is class VIII students, amounting to 23 students. The determination of the sample class of this study was carried out using random sampling techniques. The research data were obtained through the distribution of pre-test and post-test in which validity were tested using the product moment formula. Research data were analyzed using quantitative techniques through independent sample t-test. The results showed that the use of the Jigsaw learning model had a significant effect on the mutual respect of students in the eighth grade. The results of this study can be a reference for education practitioners and related parties in an effort to instill mutual respect for students in schools, especially in the learning process.These findings can be further research material to find models, methods, or media that can be used by education practitioners and related parties for character education in schools.
