This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the economic situation and community habits have on the incidence of anemia through household nutrition management in the work area of the Salugatta Public Health Center, Central Mamuju Regency. Methods: This research was conducted in the Salugatta Health Center Work Area, Central Mamuju Regency, which was carried out for approximately 2 (two) months, from August 2020 to September 2020. The sampling technique used accidental saturation, and the final sample (Slovin's formula) was 183 people. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis by path analysis. Results: The results showed that household economic conditions positively and significantly affected household nutrition management. The household's financial situation has improved the case in many ways, such as increasing the education of family members, income, employment, ownership of wealth, and housing. Which, in the end, can encourage the improvement of household nutrition and promote the high ability to improve the health status of families, especially pregnant women, to avoid incidents of anemia. Community habits have a positive and significant impact on household nutrition management. The pattern of community habits (pregnant women) is shown by regular physical activity. Awareness of the importance of managing pregnancy spacing, adequate rest and maintaining stamina during the pregnancy process has led to improvements in the nutritional settings they need. As well as improving good habits from the community, especially Pregnant women have shown a decrease in the incidence of anemia.

One that affects fetal growth is the nutrition of pregnant women because during pregnancy the mother must meet the rapid growth needs of the fetus, and so that the output of the pregnancy is successful and perfect. But until now there are still many pregnant women who experience nutritional problems, especially malnutrition, such as Chronic Energy Deficiency (SEZ). The number of pregnant women experiencing SEZs in the Pantoloan Community Health Center Working Area in 2016 was a total of 67 pregnant women who delivered 8 LBWs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the incidence of low birth weight babies with a history of chronic energy-deficient pregnant women in the work area of Pantoloan Health Center. This research is an Analytical type with Cros Sectional research design with a population of 252 babies born in 2010 in the Work Area of Pantoloan Health Center. Sampling uses the Total Sampling technique. The criteria for the sample are taken if you have birth weight and maternal LILA data during pregnancy, if the data is incomplete, it is not sampled. Samples that meet the requirements are 52 babies. The results showed that pregnant women who experienced SEZ 32 people (61.5%), and LBW as many as 8 babies (15.4%). There was a significant relationship between the incidence of LBW and a history of SEZ pregnant women (p = 0.0017). The conclusion, that the better the nutritional status of pregnant women during pregnancy, the better the weight of the baby will be born. It is recommended for Pantoloan Health Center to improve health education programs about nutrition, and take LILA measurements regularly for pregnant women.

Preeclampsia is a pathological pregnancy that is a health problem in the mother and baby it contains. Preeclampsia is the second leading cause of death in pregnancy in the world. Preeclampsia can adversely affect both the mother and the fetus it contains. Maternal complications include HELLP syndrome (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver Enzyme, Low Platelet), pulmonary edema, renal impairment, bleeding, placental abruption and even maternal death.                One of the factors that influence the occurrence of preeclampsia is the status of gravida.The purpose of this research is to know the relation of gravida status with preeklampsiadi occurrence at work area of ​​Ngasem health center. The design of correlational research with data collection was done by using case control method, with population of1,191 data of pregnant women patients in January - December 2016, sampling using simple random sampling technique with 50 data of patient who fulfilled inclusion criteria.                Chi Square test with significant level 0,05 indicates that value of ρ value <α (0,038 <0,05). The conclusion of this research is there is relationship of gravida status with incident of preeclampsia at work area of ​​health center of Ngasem Regency of Kediri.It is recommended especially in pregnant women to routinely check their pregnancy and follow the integrated ANC to detect early preeclampsia.   Keywords: Mother, Gravida, Preeclampsia

Abstract Pregnant women class is a learning facility for pregnant women in undergoing the process of pregnancy and postpartum. Based on the preliminary survey conducted by researchers in the work area of ​​Payung Sekaki Primary Health Center, it was obtained data that the narration of midwives working in the work area of ​Payung Sekaki Primary Health Center was indeed carried out, but there were still many pregnant women who had not utilized maternal facilities optimally.  The purpose of this study is the Factors Associated with the Participation of Pregnant Women in the Work Area Payung Sekaki Primary Health Center 2018. This type of research is quantitative using correlation analysis with Chi-square. The population in the study amounted to 297 people, with a total sample of 75 people with accidental sampling technique. This research was carried out in the work area of ​​Payung Sekaki Primary Health Center Pekanbaru on 05 to 28 July 2018. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and maternal participation in the class of pregnant women in the work area of Payung Sekaki Primary Health Center with a p-value = 0,000, there was a relationship between parity with the participation of pregnant women in the Working Area of ​​Payung Sekaki  Primary Health Center  with a p-value = 0.025 and there is a relationship of family support with the participation of pregnant women in the work area of Payung Sekaki Primary Health Center with a p-value = 0.03 with a degree of Error α = 0,1. Anemia in pregnant women is a condition of mothers with hemoglobin (Hb) levels less than 11gr / dl which can cause the risk of bleeding, stunted fetal growth (CHD), prematurity, low birth weight (LBW), and stunting and even death in pregnant women. The aim of the study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Sidomulyo Health Center Outpatient Pekanbaru City. The research method used quantitative type with cross sectional design. The population of pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters based on secondary data from medical records for January 2019 - March 2020 was 2036 people with a sample size of 325 people. The sampling technique used systematic random sampling using secondary data taken from medical records. Data analysis was performed univariate, bivariate and multivariate with multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 192 pregnant women with anemia (59.1%) were significantly associated with anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient Pekanbaru City nutritional status (POR = 40.647, parity (POR = 3.473), Maternal age (POR = 1,993). It was concluded that the dominant variable related to anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Sidomulyo Puskesmas Outpatient Pekanbaru City was nutritional status (POR = 40,647). It is recommended to UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient to increase the coverage of program implementation. ANC 10 T service standards, when the Covid epidemic is currently increasing online promotion and prevention by utilizing available technology. It was concluded that the dominant variable related to anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient Pekanbaru City was nutritional status (POR = 40.647). <em>KIA Book is a tool to detect early the presence of maternal and child health problems or problems. An initial survey conducted in the work area of the Tigo Baleh health center in Bukittinggi, researchers asked several questions regarding the use of MCH books on 10 pregnant women. 4 pregnant women utilize and 6 pregnant women only save, the KIA book is used only when they want to do a checkup at the midwife's home. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the use of MCH books in the work area of Tigo Baleh Health Center in Bukittinggi City in 2018. Population of all pregnant women in 2018, a sample of an average monthly visit at the Tigo Baleh health center in Bukittinggi city in 2018 was 60 people, purposive sampling technique was taken. Implemented in the work area of Tigo Baleh Health Center, Bukittinggi City. Data analysis in this research uses univariate and bivariate. The results of this study showed that 31 respondents (52%) had a large number of respondents with poor knowledge, 35 respondents (58%) had a low motivation level, 33 respondents (55%) had the most role as health workers, most of them Primigravida parity respondents were 43 respondents (72%), most respondents did not use 27 KIA books (45%). There is a meaningful relationship to knowledge, motivation, the role of health workers and parity in the use of MCH books The conclusion in this study there is a relationship between knowledge, motivation, the role of health workers and parity on the use of MCH books on pregnant women in the work area of Tigo Baleh Health Center in Bukittinggi City in 2018. understand, bring the KIA Book so that the mother knows very much the benefits that exist in the KIA Book from pregnancy to 5 years old child.</em>

Poor healthy living behaviors would increase the risk of pregnant women getting preeclampsia. Healthy living behavior prevents the occurrence of preeclampsia. This study aimed to analyze healthy behavior in pregnant women with a risk of preeclampsia in the work area of Ciparay Health Center, Bandung Regency. The research method used was quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were 36 pregnant women with a risk of preeclampsia who were selected using the total sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire instrument modified from HPLP II with a valid test of 0.494-0.864 and the value of Cronbach's alpha 0.950. This instrument had an average range of scores from 1-4 with a mean value of 3.11. Healthy living behavior was considered high if the average score was ≥ 3.11 and was considered low if the score was <3.11. The study was conducted on 7-16 October 2018. The results of this study indicated that the healthy behavior of pregnant women with a risk of preeclampsia in the Ciparay Community Health Center work area was in the high category of 20 respondents (55.6%). Also obtained the lowest dimensions were interpersonal relationships, physical activity, and nutrition. The conclusion was pregnant women with the risk of preeclampsia have a poor healthy living behavior, especially in the dimensions of physical activity and nutrition. Therefore, a strategy or program is needed to improve the healthy behavior of pregnant women at the risk of preeclampsia.Keywords: healthy living behavior, pregnant women, the risk of preeclampsia.

This study aims to provide an overview of how the covid-19 vaccination service for pregnant women in the work area of the Telaga Health Center. This study uses a qualitative method that focuses on ANC services with in-depth interview techniques, data analysis is carried out descriptively and presented in narrative form. This research was carried out in the working area of the Telaga Health Center from September 2021 to November 2022. The informants in this study were pregnant women in the Telaga Health Center working area as many as 7 participants and 2 key informants were the program coordinator midwives. With a snowball sampling technique. The results of the study found that there were 5 themes that described Covid-19 vaccination services for pregnant women, namely Socialization of Covid-19 Vaccination for pregnant women, Issue of KIPI for Covid-19 Vaccination, Supporting Factors for Successful Vaccination in Pregnant Women, Body Response of Pregnant Women after Covid-19 Vaccination. 19, and Covid-19 Vaccination Requirements for Pregnant Women. The mandatory output in this research is the publication of research results in one of the international journals.

Constipation is one of the incoveniences that pregnant women often complain about. If not managed properly constipation can cause serious complication. 40% of pregnant women have experienced constipation. In Pekanbaru constipation is experienced by about 4-30% of pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to analyze the causes of constipation in pregnant women in The Payung Sekaki Puskesmas Work Area Pekanbaru. The study was conducted on 96 respondents in the Work Area Payung Sekaki Puskesmas Pekanbaru taken by purposive sampling technique. This research is quantitative with  descriptive design. The results showed that constipation in pregnant women in The Payung Sekaki Puskesmas Work Area was caused by consumption of Fe tablets of 71 poeple (74%), risky eating patterns of 71 poeple (74%), squating position when defecating of 40 poeple (42%), physical activity/sports of 46 poeple (48%), and the habit of delaying the desire to defecate of 50 poeple (52%). Suggestions for health workers in the Payung Sekaki Health Center in Pekanbaru to study in full identify the cause of constipation complained in order to provide appropriate education in managing this discomfort.

During pregnancy routine monitoring can be done using K1 and K4 coverage. In 2017 K4 coverage was 96.7%. Whereas in 2018, K4 coverage for pregnant women amounted to 356 (68.5%) of the target pregnant women amounted to 519 (100%). From these data it can be seen that in 2018 the coverage of K4 in pregnant women decreased compared to the K4 coverage in 2017. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of knowledge, parity, family support, availability of pregnancy check-ups, coverage of health services, support of health workers and other factors. most dominant on K4 visits for pregnant women in the Work Area of Kualasimpang City Health Center, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This type of research is analytic with cross-sectional design methods. The population of this study was the third trimester pregnant women who examined their pregnancies in the Work Area of Kualasimpang City Health Center in Aceh Tamiang Regency with a total of 356 samples using a Slovin formula of 78 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. From the results of multiple logistic regression tests with a value of value = 0.25, it was found that there was a significant relationship of knowledge (p = 0.000, PR = 0.075), parity (p = 0.001, PR = 15,863), the availability of a pregnancy checkup (p = 0.011, PR = 0.132), range of health services (p = 0.006, PR = 0.112), support (p = 0.007, PR = 0.084), the most dominant variable is parity (p = 0.001; PR = 15,863; 95% CI: 3,221- 78,114) which means that respondents with multigravida parity have a risk of not doing K4 visits 15,863 times greater than primigravida parity. It is expected that pregnant women will be more active and active in conducting K4 visits in order to detect all possibilities that can occur so as to avoid danger during pregnancy or before delivery.ABSTRAKSelama kehamilan dapat dilakukan pemantauan rutin dengan menggunakan cakupan K1 dan K4. Tahun 2017 cakupan K4 berjumlah 96,7%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2018, cakupan K4 pada ibu hamil berjumlah 356 (68,5%) dari sasaran ibu hamil berjumlah 519 (100%). Dari data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa pada Tahun 2018 cakupan K4 pada ibu hamil menurun dibandingkan dengan cakupan K4 di Tahun 2017.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, paritas, dukungan keluarga, ketersediaan alatpemeriksaan kehamilan, jangkauan ketempat pelayanan kesehatan, dukungan petugas kesehatan serta faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kunjungan K4 pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Kualasimpang Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan metode rancangan crossectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Kualasimpang Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang berjumlah 356 dengan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 78 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Dari hasil uj iregresi logistic berganda dengan nilaip value = 0.25, diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan pengetahuan (p=0.000, PR=0.075), paritas (p=0.001, PR=15.863), ketersediaan alat pemeriksaan kehamilan (p=0.011, PR=0.132), jangkauan ketempat pelayanan kesehatan (p=0.006, PR=0.112), dukungan (p=0.007, PR=0.084), variabel yang paling dominan adalah paritas (p=0.001; PR=15.863; 95%CI:3.221-78.114)yang berarti bahwa responden dengan Paritas multigravida mempunyai risiko tidak melakukan kunjungan K4 15.863 kali lebih besar dibandingkan paritas primigravida. Diharapkan kepada ibu hamil agar lebih aktif dan giat dalam melakukan kunjungan K4 agar terdeksi segala kemungkinan yang dapat terjadi sehingga terhindar dari bahaya selama kehamilan maupun menjelang persalinan.
