The rural tourist attraction of Malangan, Sumberayu Moyudan, is one of the tourist rural destination in the Yogyakarta Regency which is also affected by the rampant development of rural-based tourism products. Although this tourist village has received special interest from tourists, it does not mean that every tourist village can survive and present tourism products that can continue to attract tourists to come. In that case, strategic action is needed in destination destinations, such as observations, observing all aspects related to destination sustainability. This is due to the increasing number of tourist villages in an area, there will be many competitors or competitors, as a result, there will be fierce competition or even unhealthy competition between tourism village managers. This research was conducted to answer the challenge of the importance of management that is right on target at the destination, while still paying attention to the principles of the existence of a tourist village built using a SWOT analysis. The result of this research is to present a destination management strategy based on an analysis of external and internal factors, which includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each category.

This study aimed to determine the potential of the Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang tourist attraction as a special interest tourist attraction in terms of the 4A tourist attraction component. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis. The data collection in this study was collected by using a literature study due to limited space in the middle of the Covid-19. Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon Tourism Attraction has the potential to be used as a special interest in a tourist attraction. Natural tourism with interesting beauty becomes a tourist attraction. Tourists can do many activities, such as trekking along the river, local resident’s housing, and plantations. The access to the Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang is quite easy to reach by land transportation modes. Supporting tourism facilities provided to fulfill the needs of tourists. Although it has the potential to be a special interest tourist attraction, Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang's tourist attraction still has some obstacles, such as lack of knowledge of foreign languages by local tour guides in delivering information to foreign tourists. AbstrakKampung Cinyurup merupakan wilayah keluruahan Juhut, kecamatan Karangtanjung kabupaten Pandeglang memiliki potensi internal dan eksternal pariwisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi kampung wisata. Analisis potensi berdasarkan aspek atau kriteria konsep kampung wisata Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata  Kabupaten Pandeglang. masih perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu  aspek  daya tarik wisata, motivasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, kelembagaan dan ketersediaan lahan secara umum telah memadai untuk dikembangkan menjadi Kampung Wisata.  Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan menggunakan  metode analisis data yaitu analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis SWOT tentang potensi internal dan eksternal maka model kampung wisata yang sesuai untuk dikembangkan yaitu dengan mengusung tema kampung wisata berperspektif go green yang unik, khas dan sehat yang berbasis pada keunggulan hortikultura, keindahan alam dan budaya lokal yang masih kuat.Kata kunci: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potensi, Kampung Wisata.AbstractCinyurup village is part of Juhut village, Karangtanjung sub-district Pandeglang district has internal and external potential for tourism that has the potential to become a tourist village. It still needs to be improved in the elements of tourist attraction, community motivation, facilities and infrastructure, institutions, and availability of land, in general, are sufficient to be developed into a Tourism Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research and using data analysis methods, namely SWOT analysis. The results of the study based on a SWOT analysis of internal and external potential were suitable for developing this tourism village. The proper model of the tourism village to be grown is by carrying the theme of a unique, unique and healthy go green tourism village based on horticultural excellence, natural beauty and local culture that is still strong.Keywords: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potential, Tourism Village.

ABSTRAKBelum banyaknya masyarakat mengenal dan beminat untuk berkunjung ke desa wisata Puspoardi dengan ikon-ikon wisatanya yang menarik. Hal ini berdampak pada menurunnya semangat pengelola untuk mengembangkan destinasi agar lebih optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan daya tarik yang mendukung kegiatan promosi untuk mendatangkan wisatawan ke desa wisata Puspoardi. Metode penelitian dalam riset ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung dengan metode SWOT analysis untuk merumuskan strategi sesuai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan metode analysis yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan bobot score antara kekuatan dan kelemahan adalah kelemahan lebih besar dari pada kekekuatan. Sedangkan perbandingan antara bobot score peluang dan ancaman adalah peluang lebih besar dari pada ancaman. Dengan hasil analysis ini strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang relevan untuk diterapkan pada desa wisata Puspoardi adalah dengan memanfaatkan kelemahan dan peluang (weakness and oppurtinities), dengan rumusan strategi antara lain : menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak lain seperti perguruan tinggi untuk mendapatkan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam menyusun strategi informasi dan promosi dengan tehnologi yang ada saat ini, meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat khususnya pengelola desa wisata untuk mengembangkan alat promosi yang relevan dalam versi cetak maupun online, memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah untuk pembangunan fasilitas pokok yang belum tersedia.Kata Kunci : Strategi, daya tarik, promosi, wisata ABSTRACTNot many people know and are interested in visiting the Puspoardi tourist village with its attractive tourist icons. This has an impact on decreasing the enthusiasm of managers to develop destinations to be more optimal. The purpose of this research is to formulate an alternative strategy to develop attractiveness that supports promotional activities to bring tourists to the Puspoardi tourist village. The research method in this research is a qualitative descriptive supported by the SWOT analysis method to formulate strategies according to the research objectives. The results of the study based on the analysis method used indicate that the comparison of the weight score between strengths and weaknesses is weakness greater than strength. While the comparison between the weight of the opportunity and the threat score is a greater opportunity than the threat. With the results of this analysis, the strategy for developing a tourist attraction that is relevant to the Puspoardi tourist village is to take advantage of weaknesses and opportunities, with strategic formulations including: collaborating with other parties such as universities to get assistance and training in preparing information and promotion strategies with existing technology, increase community participation, especially tourism village managers to develop relevant promotional tools in print and online versions, take advantage of government support for the construction of basic facilities that are not yet available.Key Words: Strategy, Attraction, Promotion, Tourism

Special interest tourism is one of the forms of attraction development recommended in the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPDA) of Bandung Regency. Therefore, realizing the special interest attraction of interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari destination is the most appropriate strategy in the development of the next destination. This article discusses how the strategy in developing Kampung Batu Malakasari to become a special interest tourist attraction. using qualitative studies and SWOT analysis resulted in several recommendations related to the strategy of developing special interest interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari, are: 1) Packaging special interest attractiveness; 2) Presenting geo-tourism based education (geowisata); 3) Provide staff training as a natural and cultural interpreter; 5) Improve accessibility to increase tourist comfort; 6) Involving citizens in tourism management with the concept of community-based tourism management.

Abstrak Penelitian Pengembangan Strategi Pengelolaan Sanggar Srengenge Mas, Bantul, DIY bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan selama ini dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Di samping untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang digunakan Sanggar Srengenge Mas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi empat tahap. Tahap pertama menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data. Langkah ketiga menentukan variabel yang mencakup faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah keempat atau terakhir, melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan matrik IE, Sanggar Srengenge Mas berada di posisi V, yakni Hold and Maintain (pertahankan dan pelihara). Strategi umum yang dipakai adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil penelitian kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Srengenge Mas berada di kuadran I sehingga diperlukan pemilihan strategi berupa penggunaan setiap kekuatan untuk menghadapi setiap ancaman dengan mendukung strategi ofensif guna menciptakan peluang. Hasil penelitian ketiga, berdasarkan hasil Kuadran Analisis SWOT Sanggar Srengenge Mas menunjukkan posisinya berada pada kuadran I yaitu Ekspansion mendukung strategi ofensif. Abstract Research on the Management Strategy Development of the Srengenge Mas Studio, Bantul, DIY aims to identify the strategies that have been used so far in achieving the stated objectives. Besides analyzing internal and external factors and formulating the development of strategies used by Srengenge Mas Studio. The research method used includes four steps. The first step determines the scope of the study which consists of the object of research and research subjects. The second step is to carry out data collection techniques. The third step determines variables that include internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The fourth or final step is to analyze the data using qualitative methods using SWOT analysis. The results of the study are based on the IE matrix, Sanggar Srengenge Mas is in position V, namely Hold and Maintain (keep up and maintain). The general strategies used are market penetration and product development. The results of the second study, based on the SWOT analysis quadrant Srengenge Mas Studio, were in quadrant I, so a strategy was needed in the form of using each force to deal with each threat by supporting an offensive strategy to create opportunities. The results of the third study, based on the results of the Srengenge Mas SWOT Analysis Quadrant, show that their position is in quadrant I, namely expansion, supporting offensive strategies.

The Indonesian government is promoting the development of the potential of villages through the tourism village program, but the formation of a tourism village requires prior study to assess its feasibility as a tourism destination. This study aims to analyze the potential and develop strategies for developing Babahan Village in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province as a culture-based tourism village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which begins with data collection of tourism potential using SWOT analysis and continued with the IFAS-EFAS method. IFAS-EFAS calculation results show the strength factors of the development of Babahan Village as a culture-based ecotourism village are : having a tracking path (0.305), good natural potential (0.305), the existence of Besikalung Temple (0.302), and beautiful rice field views (0.300). SWOT matrix analysis is in Quadrant I (Supporting Aggressive Strategies) with the results of four Strengths-Opportunities (SO) development strategies, namely: a). maintaining and improving the quality of tourist attraction, b). develop and organize the natural potential that exists, c). improve the quality of service to tourists, d). development of tour packages. The conclusion is Babahan Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali has the potential to be developed into a tourism village.

The study aims at determining the level of behavior and cattle farmers expectation for using cattle as agro touristattraction, analyze the cattle breeders income and the relationship between breeders behavior and expectationincluding their perception of agro-tourism activities using cattle as attraction. It was conducted at Penebel andMarga districts, Tabanan regency. The respondents were collected as quota; 50 breeders were interviewed in 6agro-tourism places such as Somya Pertiwi and Jatiluwih, Taman Sari Buana, Rumah Desa, tourist village of Pinge,and Cau Coklat. The data was analyzed in descriptive qualitative and correlation analysis. It showed that 1) farmersbehavior towards the existence of agro-tourism using cattle as tourist attraction considered to be good; 2) income offarmers participation using cattle as tourist attraction range between Rp. 50.000 - and Rp. 300.000,- in ploughingactivity, and 3) positive relationship between farmers behavior and expectation and their perception towards thedevelopment of agro-tourism business who use cattle as attraction. It can be concluded that 1) breeders have goodbehavior towards the development of agro-tourism business; 2) breeders gained extra income by participating inagro-tourism activities in order to achieve income by selling their cattle; 3) breeders have better behavior and higherexpectation which is the better perception towards the use of cattle in agro-tourism business activities. Finally,suggestions such as 1) investors in agro-tourism business should co-operate with famers in their surroundingsto run the activities; 2) Breeders should encourage raising cows instead of bulls since they are tame and increasepopulation of cattle in their area; 3) local government should play important role in development of agro-tourismbusiness i.e. village roads construction so it can encourage the visitors to come to the location. All of those willpositively affect the prosperity of local breeders

Tista village has a very diverse potential to be developed into a tourist attraction, namely the potential of nature, cultural potential, culinary potential, spiritual potential, and of course the potential of Human Resources. These potentials are the capital of Tista Village to be a tourist village, where Tista Village is designated as a tourist village by the Regent of Tabanan Number: 180/319/03 / HK & HAM / 2016, 26th October 2016. Tista villagers strongly support the village to be a rural tourism, this can be proven by the enthusiasm of the community held Tista Festival held on 6-8 January 2017, where in the festival was introduced various tourism potentials owned Tista Village and socialize the Village Tista Stipulation as a rural tourism, so the whole Tista village community and the surrounding villages know that Tista Village is officially a rural tourism. For the community there must be a change of attitude in maintaining the status of the rural tourism, such as preserving the village environment, maintaining cleanliness, maintaining cultural and spiritual sustainability, growing creativity and innovation to cultivate and manage resources owned, and the most important is to increase knowledge and understanding related to tourism (hospitality). The tourist attraction of rural tourism certainly requires some concept of development and management that will be able to withstand longer tourist visits staying in Tista Rural Tourism. To provide a more diverse alternative tourism again, it is necessary to plan a package/local tourism products that can be packaged by the village community Tista a choice of attraction to tourists who visit. These local potentials that are part of life and daily activities of Tista Village community need to be introduced to tourists so that tourism development in Tista Rural Tourism can show something different, where potency which have chance to be developed is local culinary potency, where in Tista Village can be found in various local culinary communities that are very diverse from various preparations and flavors. In addition, to maintain a positive image of tourism in Tista Rural Tourism required something that is remembered and a characteristic that is obtained from the village Tista. Something that is a local souvenir, so that the Tista community need to be creative, both individually and in groups to prepare and produce local souvenirs whose nuance is the uniqueness and local wisdom of Tista. Because in tourism, what we "sell" is service accompanied by souvenir/hand brought by tourists to the area of origin and also as a promotional event to lure other tourists to come even more to the Tista Rural Tourism. For that reason, the Team of Community Service of the Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University implementing service in the Tista Rural Tourism with the topic "Packaging Local Culinary and Local Souvenirs in Support Tista Rural Tourism Development, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency".
