Abstract: The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide training on waste processing, to increase the understanding of the type of garbage, to improve the way of understanding about the type of waste, to provide skills training of artwork from waste to valuables. The target of this activity is the students of SDN Karangjaya III Pedes District Karawang regency which amounted to 35 students. The method used in this activity is the lecture method with the material presentation technique of waste knowledge and the types followed by discussion, while the waste management problem is solved by giving the training of making the work of secondhand goods. This activity is packed in the form of workshop. After being trained, they are then guided to apply the training results in order to improve students' ability in managing waste to be applicative art or appropriate goods. The results of the implementation of Community Service run smoothly attended by 35 students as participants. The trainee looks enthusiastic about the training materials provided. This is visible from the beginning to the end of the event, all the participants follow well. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa SDN Karangjaya III Kecamatan Pedes Kabupaten Karawang yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah dengan teknik presentasi materi pengetahuan sampah dan jenis-jenisnya dilanjutkan dengan diskusi, sedangkan masalah pengelolaan sampah diselesaikan dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan karya dari barang-barang bekas. Kegiatan ini dikemas dalam bentuk workshop. Setelah diberi pelatihan, selanjutnya mereka dibimbing untuk menerapkan hasil pelatihan dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengelola sampah menjadi seni aplikatif atau barang tepat guna. Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar dihadiri oleh 35 siswa sebagai peserta. Peserta pelatihan terlihat antusias dengan materi pelatihan yang diberikan. Hal ini terlihat dari awal hingga akhir acara, semua peserta mengikuti dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan dapat diidentifikasi mengenai tingkat pemahaman peserta pengabdian adalah bahwa 85% peserta pengabdian memahami konsep pengolahan sampah sebagai karya seni aplikatif.Kata Kunci: Pengolahan Sampah, Karya Seni Aplikatif

Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu melatih siswa untuk memiliki karakter dan etika yang baik, melatih siswa untuk dapat menaati setiap aturan yang diberikan kepadanya melalui aktivitas belajar. Lokasi pengabdian akan dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Ampel Boyolali melalui Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, presentasi powerpoint, brainstorming, dan dialog. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode partisipatif artinya mitra binaan secara aktif dilibatkan dalam semua tahapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) hari dengan materi pelatihan berupa ceramah, praktek, serta evaluasi yang disajikan secara bersamaan. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan, dilanjutkan kegiatan evaluasi sebagai bahan koreksi bagi penyelenggara kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi perpustakaan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan serupa terkait dengan kegiatan pendidikan pemakai. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan siswa memiliki karakter dan etika yang baik supaya siswa dapat menjadi manusia yang tidak hanya bertambah secara usia tetapi juga memiliki kepribadian yang baik seumur hidup.Kata kunci: karakter taat, aktivitas belajar, siswaAbstractThe purpose of this service is to train students to have good character and ethics, to train students to be able to obey ever y rule given to them through learning activities. The service location is implemented at SMAN 1 Ampel Boyolali through training conducted by lecture method, powerpoint presentation, brainstorming, and dialogue. The method used is a participatory method which means that foster partners are actively involved in all stages of this community service activity. This activity uses t raining methods that is carried out for 3 (three) days with training materials in the form of lectures, practices, and evaluations presented simultaneously. After the training activity, evaluation activities are continued as material for correction to the activity organizers. The results of this evaluation can later be used as consideration for the library to carry out similar activities related to user education activities. The results of this training are expected students to have good character and ethics so that students can become human beings who not only increase in age but also have a good  personality for life.

Introduction: Outreach to the community with the title Plastic Waste Management in Layeni Village, TNS District, Central Maluku Regency.Purposes of Devotion: Provide understanding to the community regarding plastic waste management and it is hoped that the people of Layeni Village, TNS District, Central Maluku Regency can carry out waste management in an effective, integrated and sustainable manner.Method of Devotion: Performed with the lecture method by each of the presenters. The lecturer is given time to deliver the material, after which the participants are invited to ask a problem or question, which is then answered in turn by the speaker according to the problem being asked.Results of the Devotion: This community service activity is a form of tridarma activity for educators to play a role in solving problems that occur in the community, especially regarding the management of plastic waste. Through community service by conducting counseling on this plastic waste management, the community will know good, integrated, effective and sustainable waste management.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakan ini adalah agar setelah mengikuti kegiatan para peserta yakni pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal. </p><p>Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan soal-soal. Materi pelatihan berupa modul penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar. Peserta pelatihan adalah para pelaku UMKM Jakarta Selatan. Analisis terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan skor terhadap latihan soal-soal yang diberikan kepada para peserta. </p><p>Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan efektif. Peserta mampu memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal secara cukup memadai. </p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Laporan Keuangan, Laporan Laba-Rugi, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Perubahan Modal</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>The aims of this community service activity are that after its completion the participants consisting of the entrepreneurs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) should be able to understand and prepare basic financial statements that consist of profit and loss statement, statement of financial position, and statement of changes in equity.  </em></p><p><em>The method used was training that consist of lecturing, discussion and Q-A, and exercises. Training materials were a module of the preparation of basic financial statement. The participants of this training were the entrepreneurs of MSME of South Jakarta. The activity was analyzed by scoring the exercises delivered to the participants. </em></p><p><em>The results shows that the training is effective. Marketing is a business function that identifies current unmet wants and needs and manages their size, determines which target markets the organization can best serve, and determines the appropriate range of products, services and programs to serve those markets. So marketing acts as a liaison between the needs of the community and the pattern of industrial responses.This community service activity is carried out at the home of the business actor who has the address. The method used in the implementation of community service activities is business assistance.The purpose of this method is the participatory-lecture method,discussion-information and continued with direct training on making business management development models for business actors "Cireng Ceu Iin" in Padasuka Village, Baros District, Serang Regency.In a business, it is better to plan carefully both in terms of future prospects and the management system that can be done to manage the business in question. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the prospect of competition, market segmentation and the smooth running of its business. Especially for the management of the Cireng-making business, it is necessary to pay attention to the availability of raw materials in the form of sago and flour which must be processed into dough. Setting the selling price is one of the factors that must be considered in a business. Prices must be realistic but do not forget the capital spent to carry out the business in question.

Kewajiban untuk menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru mendorong pentingnya penguasaan reference management software agar kualitas sitasi dan daftar rujukan dalam karya ilmiah sesuai dengan format yang diinginkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru SMKN 6 Malang tentang reference management software Zotero dan EndNote. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan selama dua hari. Selain itu, dilakukan juga survey tentang persepsi pelatihan tentang reference management software dan operasionalnya sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Selain itu, survey juga berisikan tentang persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap penyampaian materi pelatihan. Dari hasil survey, diketahui mayoritas peserta pelatihan belum memahami reference management software dan pengoperasiannya. Setelah pelatihan, mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa Zotero lebih mudah untuk digunakan dibandingkan dengan End-Note. Mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa kedua reference management software yang diajarkan, baik Zotero maupun End-Note, mudah untuk digunakan dalam menulis sitasi dan daftar pustaka. Hasil survey juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta pelatihan menyatakan tingkat penguasaan materi baik dan cara penyampaian materi oleh penyaji menarik serta interaksi penyaji dan peserta baik.Kata kunci: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Sitasi.AbstractThe obligation to write scientific papers for teachers encourages the importance of mastering reference management software so that the quality of citations and reference lists in scientific papers are in accordance with the desired format. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for teachers of SMKN 6 Malang about Zotero and EndNote reference management software. The workshop activities were carried out for two days. In addition, a survey of the workshop participant about reference management software and operations was also conducted before and after the workshop. The survey also contained perceptions of workshop participants regarding the delivery of training materials. From the survey results, it is known that the majority of workshop participants did not understand the reference management software and its operation before attending the workshop. After the workshop, most of the participants perceived that Zotero was easier to use compared to End-Note. Most of the participants also perceived that the two reference management software taught, both Zotero and End-Note, were easy to use in writing citations and references. The survey results also showed that the majority of participants stated that the level of mastery of the material was good and the way the material was presented by the presenters was interesting and the interaction between presenters and participants was good.Keywords: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Citation.

Target khusus yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan Program KKN-PPM  ini adalah: (a) meminimalisir limbah plastik yang sulit terurai khususnya di Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat, (b) meningkatkan efisiensi biaya pengelolaan sampah, (c) melakukan perbaikan pada sistem teknologi pengolahan sampah melalui pengolahan sampah plastik menggunakan Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po GREP), (d) meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat agar lebih bersemangat dalam melakukan pengolahan sampah plastik menggunakan Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po GREP), (e) membangun kemitraan dan kerjasama yang efektif antara Perguruan Tinggi, Pemerintah Daerah dan masyarakat di Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Kegiatan KKN-PPM ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan pada semester genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Adapun metode kegiatan KKN-PPM ini adalah metode workshop dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang telah dilakukan didapatkan tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat di Desa Gunungsari terkait pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi BBM masih kurang sehingga perlu adanya pendampingan dalam pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi BBM melalui PoGREP.Community Empowerment through Training on Plastic Waste Management Using Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po Grep) in Gunungsari, West Lombok RegencyAbstractSpecific targets to be achieved through the KKN-PPM Program activities are: (a) minimizing plastic waste that is difficult to decompose, especially in Gunungsari, West Lombok Regency, (b) increasing the efficiency of waste management costs, (c) making improvements to the waste processing technology system through processing plastic waste using Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po GREP), (d) increasing community participation to be more enthusiastic in processing plastic waste using Portable Garbage Reducer-Energy Producers (Po GREP), (e) building effective partnerships and cooperation between Universities, Local Government and the community in Gunungsari, West Lombok Regency. This KKN-PPM activity was carried out for 3 months in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The KKN-PPM activity method is a workshop method in the form of training and mentoring. Based on the results of the training that has been carried out, it is found that the level of understanding and skills of the people in Gunungsari Village regarding processing plastic waste into fuel is still lacking so there is a need for assistance in processing plastic waste into BBM through PoGREP.

The goal to be achieved in this service program is to help compile and make financial statements CV. Kasih dan Sayang. Specific targets to be completed are knowledge and skills in preparing and formatting financial statements. The problem in preparing financial statements is knowledge and skills in the recording of business finances. Therefore, the challenges in this target group need to be overcome by increasing knowledge and training in making financial statements that are easy and helping financial records for partners. The method that will be used in this service program is participation method. CV. Kasih dan Sayang were given financial statement training. The results of this community service activity are trainees who are able to provide training materials that are supported by using financial statements formats in the form of MS. Excel is in accordance with the case of business transactions. In addition, the financial statement format is in the form of an MS. Excel will tidy up and make it easier to make business financial statements.

The Village

This service activity aims to help institutional strengthening of the Tangguh Disaster Village (Destana) in disaster planning at the village level in the context of increasing preparedness and overcoming the cold lava flood disaster. The activity was carried out in Kasembon Subdistrict with an implementation time of 3 months. The target groups for this activity are village officials, management and members of the disaster management forum, tagana volunteers and informal leaders from Bayam Village, Pondokagung Village and Pandansari Village. The method of implementing this activity is training and assistance with 6 stages of activities including: i) coordination and outreach, ii) participatory community FGDs, iii) disaster management training, iv) tracking disaster-prone areas, v) mentoring in preparing village disaster documents, vi) evaluation implementation of activities. The results of the implementation of the dedication showed that the attendance rate of participants was 86.7%, the participation rate was 80%, the level of understanding of training materials was 73.3%; and the completion rate of disaster documents by 100%. The main output of this activity is the Gunung Kelud Cold Flood Lava Contingency Plan Document for Bayam Village, Pondokagung Village and Pandansari Village.

The home industry for food has now begun to develop, seeing so many types of cakes and snacks that sell products to traditional markets. This internal community service activity will carry out community service activities for internal community service activities. Existing requirements where the use of partner equipment is still quite minimal while the oven used is still quite small with 1 baking capacity. The level of understanding of partners in the use of technology is still very minimal by looking at the low promotion and marketing media carried out by partners. The current partner marketing process is entrusted to traditional markets around the partner location. Other marketing is done by entrusting products in schools in partner locations. Products that are partnered by partners do not contain the packaging labels and business partner information. From these problems, the internal community service activities will provide assistance in the form of an oven with a capacity of 3-4 oven baking pan to improve the production process. Providing packaging labeling training to enhance partners' knowledge of the use of technology. Training in the use of technology using online marketing media. Utilization of this technology is used to market products produced through online media.

Teluk Pucung is a sub-district located in North Bekasi sub-district, Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia which has a high population density, especially for housing, public facilities and infrastructure, and only a small amount a little gardening. Because of this, this community service activity aims to build community independence so that it can develop the potential of the surrounding environment, especially entrepreneurial programs to increase family income. So, it is hoped that the growth of entrepreneurial independence through the application of hydroponic agriculture can be maximally applied, besides that they can independently provide for foodstuffs from agriculture and economically can be used as a productive economic business on a household scale considering the strategic position of Bekasi City which is directly adjacent to the Jakarta city. This is of course so that the existence of a prosperous community life in a city that functions as a residential city is a residential city which is the existence of green open space. This method of community service activities uses lectures or outreach, discussion and learning methods that are practiced by participants and resource persons. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and entrepreneurial development. The learning method is used to transfer the knowledge and skills possessed by the resource person to community members. This training involves lecturers at the Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi University in collaboration with the community members of Kel. Oleh karena hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun kemandirian masyarakat agar dapat mengembangkan potensi lingkungan sekitarnya terutama program kewirausahaan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Maka, diharapakan penumbuhan kemandirian berwirausaha melalui penerapan pertanian hidroponik dapat diterapkan secara maksimal, selain itu mereka dapat secara mandiri menyediakan kebutuhan bahan pangan asal pertanian dan secara ekonomi dapat dijadikan usaha ekonomi produktif pada skala rumah tangga mengingat posisi strategis Kota Bekasi ini yang berdekatan langsung dengan wilayah kota Jakarta. Hal ini tentunya agar berajlannya suatu kehidupan masyarakat yang sejahtera di dalam kota yang berfungsi sebagai kota hunian yang merupakan kota hunian yang merupakan keberadaan dari ruang terbuka hijau. Metode kegiatan abdimas ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, diskusi dan pembelajaran yang dipraktekkan oleh peserta dan narasumber. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang penanaman hidroponik dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Metode pembelajaran digunakan untuk alih pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh narasumber kepada anggota masyarakat. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen-dosen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Bekasi yang bekerjasama dengan warga masyarakat Kel.
