The article clarifies that partnership is a collaboration constructing all activities, communication and behavior on the basis of voluntary responsibility and equality in achieving common goals and outcomes. It is proved by the author that the technology of cooperation acquired new features in the process of its development, but some of its originally incorporated elements lost their significance. This technology evolved into a technology of partnership, new approaches and methods of achieving results appeared in its structure. The definition of «technology of partnership in education» is specified. It is a system of use in a certain sequence of methods, techniques, strategies and means of subject-subjective interaction of participants in the educational process on the basis of tolerance and creativity. It has been determined that it is important for the partnership technology that it is based on the use of the group work method as the most common form of cooperation. The basic principles of partnership business relationships are the respect for a personality; benevolence, conscious management of the course of interaction, a distributed leadership, a social partnership. The advantages of using partnership technology in students education is to develop their autonomy and reflexivity; to feel freedom in decision making; the opportunity to proceed from own motives, values, ideals, interests and needs in the ways of its activity; for teachers – exemption from continuing care for students, control of each step. The author believes that the most effective in the formation of partnership relations is the using of methods of intensive learning as a way of cognition, which is carried in the forms of students’ common activities, their interaction and information exchange, the common solution of different problems. The intensive teaching of future teachers includes the using of interactive methods, heuristic conversations, and multimedia presentations, discussion of special videos of lessons, using computer-assisted methods, trainings, practical group and individual exercises, modeling of educational processes or situations, group work with author’s manuals. The intensive training is carried in the following forms: meetings with well- known teachers, master classes, competitions in creative works with their discussions.

Telehealth is the exchange of health information and the provision of health care services through electronic information and communications technology, where participants are separated by geographic, time, social and cultural barriers. The shift of telemedicine from desktop platforms to wireless and mobile technologies is likely to have a significant impact on healthcare in the future. It is therefore crucial to develop a general information exchange e-medical system to enables its users to perform online and offline medical consultations through diagnosis. During the medical diagnosis, image analysis techniques combined with doctor’s opinions could be useful for final medical decisions. Quantitative analysis of digital images requires detection and segmentation of the borders of the object of interest. In medical images, segmentation has traditionally been done by human experts. Even with the aid of image processing software (computer-assisted segmentation tools), manual segmentation of 2D and 3D CT images is tedious, time-consuming, and thus impractical, especially in cases where a large number of objects must be specified. Substantial computational and storage requirements become especially acute when object orientation and scale have to be considered. Therefore automated or semi-automated segmentation techniques are essential if these software applications are ever to gain widespread clinical use. The main purpose of this work is to analyze segmentation techniques for the definition of anatomical structures under telemedical systems.

The information and knowledge accumulated by mankind over the centuries should be assimilated and enriched by each new generation and serve the development of society. The acquisition of accumulated information and knowledge is a very complex process and should be organized only on a scientific basis. But every process is a social phenomenon. Therefore, it has its own rules and characteristics.  The didactic department of pedagogy deals with the study, analysis of the rules of the educational process and the search for new areas of knowledge, the development of effective methods of their acquisition. Philosophy, psychology, and physiology also study the educational process, human cognition, and the phenomena of thinking. However, didactics approaches these issues as a specialized science and conducts research. Didactics deals with all aspects of education, its organization, acquisition of knowledge, definition of the content of education, methods and rules of teaching.

present paper addresses the issue of formation of foundations of pedagogical skills of future teachers. Due to the requirements of the concept of a New Ukrainian School, since a modern school needs a successful teacher who can solve professional problems in the quality of teaching, the use of interactive technologies in the educational process, and the establishment of its interaction between actors based on parity and cooperation. The article aims to determine the essence and components of teacher’s pedagogical skills and the peculiarities of their formation among the future teachers. The realization of the goal requires solving the following problems: 1) to reveal the essence of pedagogical skill and structure: 2) to offer various types of tasks to form the foundations of students’ pedagogical excellence. We used scientific methods of analysis, synthesis to clarify the essence and components of professional competence of future teachers, the definition of interactive methods and techniques for their effective formation in students; methods of generalization and systematization to formulate views on the interpretation of the essence of the concept of «pedagogical skills of a teacher». We defined the following teacher’s pedagogical skills as one of the most important and interconnected at each level of teacher training and self-improvement: readiness to perform professional pedagogical activity; integrating pedagogical creativity; professionally essential qualities; individual and activity components of pedagogical skills. We proposed tasks to form the individual (professionally important qualities) and activity (build a competent model, create a «value profile of an individual», readiness to fulfil the professional role as a teacher − innovator, coach, facilitator, tutor, mentor) components of future teacher’s pedagogical skills. We emphasize the importance of using pedagogical empowerment as future teachers’ ability to demonstrate pedagogical skills and confident implementation of professional activities.

BACKGROUND Through several years of the healthcare information exchange based on the HIE project, some problems were found in the CDA documents generated. OBJECTIVE To fix some problems, we developed the K-CDA Implementation Guide (K means S. Korea) that conforms to the HL7 CDA, and suits the domestic conditions regarding the healthcare information. METHODS We achieved by analyzing HIE guideline and the U.S. C-CDA, and comparing each item. The items that required further discussion were reviewed by the expert committee. Based on the reviews, the previously developed templates were revised. RESULTS A total of 35 CDA templates were developed: five document-level templates, fourteen section-level templates, and sixteen entry-level templates. The 28 value sets used in the templates have been improved and the OIDs for HIE have been redefined CONCLUSIONS The K-CDA IG allows management in the form of a template library based on the definition of the General K-Header and the structured templates. This enables the K-CDA IG to respond to the expansion of national HIE templates with flexibility. For the K-CDA IG, the CDA template in current use was incorporated to the greatest extent possible, to minimize the scope of modifications. It enables the national HIE and the HIE with countries abroad.

This book reimagines medical education and reconstructs its design. It originates from a reappraisal of the goals of medicine and the nature of the relationship between doctor and patient. The educational blueprint outlined is called the “Physicianship Curriculum” and rests on two linchpins. First is a new definition of sickness: Patients know themselves to be ill when they cannot pursue their purposes and goals in life because of impairments in functioning. This perspective represents a bulwark against medical attention shifting from patients to diseases. The curriculum teaches about patients as functional persons, from their anatomy to their social selves, starting in the first days of the educational program and continuing throughout. Their teaching also rests on the rock-solid grounding of medicine in the sciences and scientific understandings of disease and function. The illness definition and knowledge base together create a foundation for authentic patient-centeredness. Second, the training of physicians depends on and culminates in development of a unique professional identity. This is grounded in the historical evolution of the profession, reaching back to Hippocrates. It leads to reformulation of the educational process as clinical apprenticeships and moral mentorships. “Rebirth” in the title suggests that critical ingredients of medical education have previously been articulated. The book argues that the apprenticeship model, as experienced, enriched, taught, and exemplified by William Osler, constitutes a time-honored foundation. Osler’s “natural method of teaching the subject of medicine” is a precursor to the Physicianship Curriculum.

The article is devoted to one of the problems of foreign language education – the definition of the role of interpretation in preparing students of special (language) directions to participate in the dialogue of cultures. Interpretation is considered as a phenomenon and as a way of comprehending reality, which allows the subjects of the dialogue of cultures to reach mutual understanding. The main characteristic of interpretation, which is necessary for the purposes of foreign language education, is its psychological character. It is determined by the psychology of the author, the psychology of the work, as well as the psychology of the reader-interpreter. It is proved that the interpretation of a work of art, which has universal, historical and personal plans, has huge epistemological and axiological possibilities. They activate the entire educational potential of interperetation (educational, developmental, cognitive, and educational). Russian Russian poet A. A. Fet (1820–1892) uses the poem “Wir saßen am Fischerhaus” by the famous German poet and publicist Heinrich Hein (1797–1856) and the translation of this poem into Russian to illustrate the interpretation technology. The poem is considered as a space of personal meanings of the author. They are the ones that are subject to interpretation and bring the reader-interpreter back from the poet's world to the modern real world. And the real world is full of unexpected cultural facts, closely related to the content of the work of G. Heine, with distant Lapland and the life of modern lapps. Thus, interpretation is presented as an educational strategy. Together with the strategies of contextualization, philologization and argumentation, it ensures the achievement of the main goal of foreign language education – the creation of an individual who can act as a genuine subject of the dialogue of cultures. The article also emphasizes the importance of the teacher as the organizer of the educational process and the subject of the dialogue of cultures.
