The purpose of this paper describes the activities and models of Indonesian language learning in SD Negeri 133 Seluma on the material provide simple responses and suggestions. The research method is literature study by using knowledge and teaching experience in class IV SD Negeri 133 Seluma. Where this research illustrates from the observations that exist in the Seluma state primary schools. The results show that gift giving and praise are rewards or rewards for good behavior by children. In the poses of learning in schools many factors that affect the process and learning outcomes are internal and external factors. In the learning of Indonesian in elementary school class IV there is the material meyampaikan opinion rebuttal or suggestion. From the observation of the researcher shows that students are often shy (not confident) in expressing opinions or rebuttal. By providing reinforcement in the form of rewards through the form of praise will train the child to active learning and students are able to express opinions or arguments with an effective language. Based on the experience of the authors in providing learning in class IV, students are very excited if the learning is packed with as attractive as possible. Researchers packed fun learning by awarding rewards through direct speech or verbal or non verbal reinforcement in fourth grade SD Negeri 133 Seluma.                                                             AbstrakPenelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SDN 024 Samarinda Utara. Dalam penelitian ini telah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia tema pahlawanku dengan menggunakan reward pada kelas IV SDN 024 Samarinda Utara. Penelitian ini sudah dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Tahap pelaksanaan setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai tes rata-rata 69,5 dengan persentase ketuntasan 60% dan persentase tidak tuntas, yaitu 40%. Sementara itu, pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai tes rata-rata 81,3 meningkat dengan persentase ketuntasan 86,7% dan persentase tidak tuntas hanya 13,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi reward dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia tema pahlawanku pada siswa kelas IV SDN 024 Samarinda Utara. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, bahasa Indonesia, tema pahlawanku, reward AbstractThis class action research (CAR) has the purpose of knowing the outcome of learning outcomes of grade IV students in SDN 024 North Samarinda. In this study there has been a significant increase in the results of the Indonesian language learning hero theme by using the reward on class IV SDN 024 North Samarinda. This research has been implemented by two cycles. The implementation stage of each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The final result of the study showed that the students study results with an average test value of 69.5 with a percentage of 60% and an incomplete percentage of 40%. While in the cycle II students study results with an average test value of 81.3 increased with a percentage of 86.7%, the percentage was not completed by only 13.3%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the reward strategy can improve the outcome of learning Indonesian theme heroes in grade IV students SDN 024 North Samarinda. Keywords: learning results, bahasa Indonesia, my hero theme, reward

Abstract The problem of Classroom Action Research (PTK) is the low learning outcomes of Indonesian in poetry writing material for Grade IV students of SDN 003 Sungai Salak, Tempuling Regency. achieved by students, 70. Pantun is written by students of plagiarism or rhymes created by others. Nobody writes poetry with their own work. This learning problem was overcome by using the Acronym Technique of Exploration Words Exploration: problem formulation Is the application of the Trace Technique able to improve students' writing skills in Class IV SDN 003 Sungai Salak, Tempuling Regency? This study aims to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes in rhyming writing material. This research is expected to be useful for students, teachers, the community, and the Indragiri Hilir Regency Education Office. Based on the results of research Learning conducted using youth techniques has significantly improved learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle no students had finished learning (0%); in the first cycle with undergraduate techniques 4 students (18.18%) completed learning with an average grade of 47.30 (less category); and in cycle II as many as 20 students (90.90%) had completed their studies with an average grade of 82.27, (Good category). Based on research results increasing learning with young techniques succeeded in increasing the problem of low poetry writing skills of Class IV SDN 003 Sungai Salak students, Tempuling Regency. Students have been able to understand and create poetry with their own work.   Abstrak Permasalahan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini adalah dari rendahnya hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada materi menulis pantun siswa Kelas IV SDN 003 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling, Ini terlihat dari hasil belajar, tidak ada siswa (0%) yang mencapai target minimal hasil belajar yang harus dicapai siswa, 70. Pantun yang ditulis siswa plagiat atau pantun ciptaan orang lain. Tidak ada seorang pun yang menulis pantun dengan karya sendiri. Masalah belajar ini diatasi dengan menggunakan Teknik Jejaka akronim dari Jelajah Sajak kata: rumusan masalah Apakah penerapan Teknik Jejaka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis pantun siswa Kelas IV SDN 003 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling? Penelitian bertujuan untuk untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi menulis pantun. Penelitian diharapkan bermanfaat bagi siswa, guru, masyarakat, dan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan teknik jejaka berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar secara signifikan. Pada prasiklus tidak ada siswa yang tuntas belajar (0%) ; pada siklus I dengan teknik jejaka 4 siswa (18,18%) tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 47,30 (kategori Kurang); dan pada siklus II sebanyak 20 siswa (90,90%) telah tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 82,27, (kategori Baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran dengan teknik jejaka berhasil memperbaiki masalah rendahnya kemampuan menulis pantun siswa Kelas IV SDN 003 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling. Siswa-siswa telah dapat memahami dan mencipta pantun dengan karya sendiri.

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes in Arabic subjects before the application of Big Book media, the process of applying Big Book media and student learning outcomes after the application of Big Book media in class IV MI Naelushibyan. The research method used is classroom action research through four repetitive stages of planning, implementation, observation or observation, and reflection. The object of research was 15 students. The research instrument consisted of a teacher activity observation sheet, a student activity observation sheet and a written test. Data collection techniques use observation and test techniques. The results obtained from this study are the learning outcomes of students in the pre cycle get an average score of 53. The first cycle obtained the average value of teacher activity 72.2% and cycle II obtained an average value of 94.4%. Student activity in cycle I obtained an average value of 69.21% and cycle II obtained an average value of 91.07%. Student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average value of 77, cycle II obtained an average value of 83.6. It can be concluded that Big Book media can improve student learning outcomes.

MI teachers especially those who teach Islamic Religious Education will have to do with the morals of students, where the benchmark of the final results of PAI education is the application of PAI in the daily lives of students, the success or failure of students in PAI learning can be seen from the attitudes of students, research using the research method of literature by using content analysis techniques from the literature. PAI teacher must know the characteristics of MI students, know the change in behavior from learning outcomes, learning achievement, teacher competence, and also must be able to understand and learn about how a good PAI teacher, so that when the PAI teacher already knows and even masters it, the PAI teacher can improve its quality, so that it can be used as a foundation to sustain the change in attitude of students in primary schools especially the scope of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

This research aims to develop and produce digital teaching materials products using Macromedia flash application that are valid, practical and effective. This research method refers to a 4D development, and disseminate. Research instruments in the form of validation sheets by material expert and media expert to measure validity; questionnaires of learners; responses to measure practicality; and test of learning outcomes to measure effectiveness. The trial of teaching materials was conducted to class VII learners at SMPN 6 Makassar. The result showed that digital teaching materials developed using Macromedia flash applications in class VII junior high school comparison materials had valid criteria with validity score of 3.70 for the material and 3.50 for media, practically score of 3.60 for small groups and 3.51 for large groups, and effective with an effectiveness score of 90% for small groups and 86%.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitin ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran webbed dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan aktivitas belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III-C SD Negeri Beroanging Kota Makassar; (2) mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran webbed dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III-C SD Negeri Beroanging Kota Makassar, khususnya membaca. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain penelitian PTK, yang meliputi: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) penerapan model pembelajaran webbed dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas   III-C SD Negeri Beroanging Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan aktivitas belajar bahasa Indonesia. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh respon siswa yang pada umumnya menyatakan respon yang positif (setuju dan sangat setuju) terhadap 10 butir pertanyaan/pernyataan angket, serta tidak ada satu pun respon siswa yang menyatakan respon negatif (tidak setuju dan sangat tidak setuju) terhadap pertanyaan/pernyataan angket tersebut yang berkaitan dengan motivasi dan aktivitas belajar siswa; dan (2) penerapan model pembelajaran webbed dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas   III-C SD Negeri Beroanging Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia, khususnya membaca. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yakni perolehan nilai hasil belajar baru mencapai 55 % yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar berdasarkan KKM, kemudian mengalami peningkatan nilai menjadi 100 % pada siklus II. The objectives that will be achieved in this research are: (1) to describe the application of the webbed learning model that can improve the motivation and activities in learning Indonesian language for the grade III-C students at SD Negeri Beroanging Makassar City; (2) to describe the application of the webbed learning model that can improve the  Indonesian language learning outcomes of the grade III-C students at SD Negeri Beroanging Makassar City, especially in reading. The type of this research was classroom action research (CAR). Classroom action research (CAR) includes: planning action, action implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The results of this research concludes that: (1) the application of the webbed learning model in Indonesian language learning at the grade III-C students at SD Negeri Beroanging, Tallo District, Makassar City can improve students’ motivation and Indonesian language learning activities. This can be seen from the students' responses which generally stated positive responses (agree and strongly agree) to the 10 questions/questionnaire statements, and none of the students' responses expressed negative responses (disagree and strongly disagree) to the questions/statements. The questionnaire was related to the students' motivation and learning activities; and (2) the application of the webbed learning model in learning Indonesian language at the grade III-C students at SD Negeri Beroanging, Tallo District, Makassar City can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes, especially reading. This can be seen from the improvement of students' learning outcomes in the first cycle, namely the acquisition of new learning outcomes reaching 55% which achieved learning mastery based on the KKM, then it improved the value to 100% in the second cycle.

The purpose of this research, in general, is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes using powerpoint slide media on learning mixed calculation operations in class IV State Elementary School 18 Sungai Kakap The method used is descriptive method with Class Action Research form. This research was conducted in 3 cycles and got an idea of how the design of learning, the implementation of learning, the characteristics of slide powerpoint media, the technical implementation of learning evaluation and improvement of student learning outcomes. There is an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle, from 37% of students who reach KKM in cycle 1 to 68% in cycle 3.

The purpose of this research is to describe the professional competence of Grade IV Indonesian teachers at The Central Ende Catholic Primary School in Ende Regency. Professional competence relates to the teacher's ability to master materials and teaching tasks. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Subjects in this study were Indonesian teachers, principals, and grade IV students. The object of this research is the professional competence of teachers of Bahasa Indonesia subjects. Data collection using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis is conducted descriptively qualitatively. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the professional competence of Indonesian teachers in grade IV in Catholic primary schools in Central Ende subdistrict is relatively good. Professional competencies that have been mastered by teachers include the ability of teachers in mastering materials, structures, concepts, and scientific mindsets, the ability of teachers in mastering the standard of competence and basic competencies of the Indonesian language, the ability of teachers in developing indonesian language learning materials creatively, and the ability of teachers in developing professionally in a sustainable manner. Thus, it can be concluded that the overall professional competence of indonesian language teachers in grade IV as threatening as Ende Tengah needs to be maintained and also organized efforts to continuously improve the professional competence of teachers in accordance with the development of science and technology.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the number card playing method on student motivation and learning outcomes in fraction material in class IV SD NU 03 Nurul Huda Wuluhan Jember. The research method used was a quasi-experimental study with a total of 20 experimental and control class students. Data collection techniques are using pretest and posttest. Analysis of the data used was the T test. The results of the data analysis with the T test at the 95% confidence level showed that the learning outcomes of the experimental class students who used the number card playing method were better than students in the control class who did not use the number card playing method. From the results of the above analysis the researcher draws the conclusion that the learning outcomes of students who use the number card game method program are higher than students who do not use the number card game method. So the number card game method can be used as an alternative learning media that can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.Keywords: Game Method, Number Cards, Learning Outcomes
