ABSTRAKTujuan utama pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola kelas online melalui pelatihan penggunaan media information and communications technology (ICT) bagi guru-guru PAUD IT dan SD IT Harapan Bunda. Media ICT yang dipilih oleh guru-guru PAUD IT dan SD IT Harapan Bunda adalah berbasis Google Forms dan Google Meet. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pemberian materi, diskusi/tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung pembuatan media ICT yang digunakan. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan evaluasi dengan pengisian angket respon terhadap kegiatan PKM, angket kepuasan serta angket kompetensi profesional guru. Dari hasil angket menunjukkan rata-rata persentase respon peserta pelatihan terhadap pelaksanaan PKM ini menjawab sangat setuju sebesar 70,7%. Tingkat kepuasan peserta pelatihan dari segi materi, penyampaian materi, proses diskusi serta pelatihan individu adalah 93,3%. Sedangkan sekitar 73,3% menyatakan mengalami peningkatan terkait kemampuan menggunakan media ICT dan  pengelolaan kelas online. Dari hasil pelatihan juga disarankan agar guru-guru di masa pandemi ini lebih  memahami  dan  menggunakan  media ICT agar pembelajaran  lebih efektif dan menyenangkan ­ Kata kunci: kompetensi; media ICT; pelatihan; profesional ABSTRACTThe main objective of community service is to increase teacher competence through training in the use of ICT media for PAUD IT and SD IT Harapan Bunda teachers. The ICT media chosen by PAUD IT and SD IT Harapan Bunda are based on Google Forms and Google Meet. The training was carried out by providing materials, discussion / question and answer, and direct practice of making the ICT media used. In addition to the introduction of ICT media, this training also conducted an assignment to better understand the use of online ICT media. Reliable in this service activity, evaluation is carried out by filling out questionnaires and direct interviews. The results of the questionnaire showed that the average proportion of training participants on the implementation of this community service answered strongly agree at 70,7%. The level of satisfaction of the training participants in terms of material, material delivery, discussion process, individual training was 93,3%. Meanwhile, around 73,3% stated that the increase was related to the ability to use ICT media and manage online learning. From the results of the training, it is also recommended that teachers during this pandemic better understand and use ICT media so that learning is more effective and fun. Keywords: competence; media ICT; training; professional

<p><em>The purpose of community service activity is in the form of training of microsoft power point interactive utilization on natural event material for elementary school at Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo teachers, among others: (1) teachers become skilled in developing computer-based teaching materials, (2) creating learning innovation in elementary school Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo, (3) realization of computer-based learning in classroom learning activities, (4) improvement of quality and learning outcomes at Primary School Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo, (5) scientific publication on utilization of Microsoft Power Point Interactive on Natural Event Material for Teachers SD Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo, (6) mass media utilization of interactive microsoft power point on the material of natural events for Teachers of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo. The method applied by the community service activity is in the form of short training using lecture, discussion, question and answer method and the demonstration which was followed by 9 teachers held at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo which cover the planning, implementation, and production process</em><em>.</em></p>

Pertanian merupakan bidang yang sangat strategis untuk dikembangkan terutama oleh remaja agar memiliki kepedulian dengan lingkungan sekaligus juga membangun jiwa social entrepreneur. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memotivasi remaja Cepokojajar Sitimulyo Piyungan Bantul untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap lingkungan melalui wirausaha di bidang pertanian. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktik yang dikemas dalam kegiatan sosialisasi serta simulasi. Materi yang diangkat yaitu tentang ketahanan pangan, perawatan tanaman, pembuatan nutrisi tumbuh, dan pupuk kompos dalam biopori, dan social entrepreneurship. Peserta nampak antusias dan kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Hasil kegiatan ini antara lain: 1) remaja mampu mempraktikkan perawatan tanaman, pembuatan nutrisi tumbuh, pembuatan pupuk kompos dalam biopori; 2) remaja termotivasi untuk memulai peduli terhadap lingkungan dengan mengelola sampah rumah tangga/sampah organik dan menanam tanaman; dan 3) remaja termotivasi untuk memulai merintis usaha. Karangtaruna hendaknya dapat mengikuti pelatihan secara berkala sehingga potensi mereka dapat semakin berkembang dan bermanfaat bagi sekitarnya.Kata Kunci: peduli lingkungan, social entrepreneurshipAbstractAgriculture is a very strategic field to be developed specially by adolescents so that they have concern for the environment while also building a social entrepreneur spirit. This community service activity aims to motivate young people in Cepokojajar Sitimulyo Piyungan Bantul to increase their sense of care for the environment through entrepreneurship in agriculture. This activity is carried out with the method of discussion, question and answer and practice that is packaged in socialization and simulation activities. The material raised is about food security, plant care, manufacturing of growing nutrients, and compost fertilizer in bio pores, and social entrepreneurship. The participants seemed enthusiastic and the activities carried out well and smoothly. The results of these activities include: 1) adolescents are able to practice plant care, manufacture growing nutrients, compost fertilizer in bio pores; 2) youth are motivated to start caring for the environment by managing household / organic waste and growing plants, and 3) teenagers are motivated to start starting a business. Karangtaruna should be able to take part in regular training so that their potential can further develop and benefit the surrounding area.Keywords: care for the environment, social entrepreneurship.

The waste of cassava peel is thrown away by the community, cassava peel can be used as a variety of snacks including sticks. Sticks are an attractive, varied and easier to carry, can be an innovation in increasing people's income. The service activity aims to provide knowledge, skills and guidance to PKK mothers, UMKM people in processing products made from cassava peel into sticks in Kampung Panjang Village. This activity is expected to motivate the entrepreneurial spirit towards innovative and economical efforts to increase income. The method of this activity is counseling in the form of serving the benefits of cassava peel and training and guidance on how to process cassava skin into steak. The results of the community service are obtained: a) Participants knew the benefits and importance of training cassava peel processing as an alternative to household side activities, b) Activness the participants during the service shows a positive response seen from the enthusiasm, discussion, question and answer and good cooperation. c) The achievement level of the target program has been the participants who have applied the processing of cassava peel to sticks with various flavors.

Pemahaman konsep merupakan kemampuan penting yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa. Akan tetapi beberapa guru di MAN Lumajang mengatakan bahwa kesulitan melakukan pembelajaran yang dapat memandu untuk pemahaman konsep. Pembelajaran yang dapat memandu untuk pemahaman konsep adalah peta konsep. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, tim pengabdi UNISMA akan memberikan pelatihan tentang pembelajaran peta konsep. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di MAN Lumajang sudah mampu memahami pembelajaran peta konsep yang dapat memandu untuk pemahaman konsep siswa dengan baik dan dapat mengimplementasikan di MAN Lumajang. Respon guru-guru juga sangat positif terhadap pelatihan ini dengan menunjukkan antusias saat melakukkan praktik kerja mandiri dan presentasi.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Peta Konsep; Pelatihan; Kompetensi Profesional Guru.AbstractUnderstanding concepts is an important ability that must be mastered by students. However, some teachers at MAN Lumajang said that difficulties in learning can guide them to understanding concepts. Learning that can guide to understanding concepts is concept maps. Through this Community Service activity, the UNISMA service team will provide training on learning of concept maps. The results of the training show that the teachers at MAN Lumajang have been able to understand the learning of concept maps that can guide students to understand the concepts of students well and can implement at MAN Lumajang. The responses of the teachers were also very positive towards this training by showing enthusiasm when doing independent work practices and presentations.Keywords: Learning of Concept Map; Training; Professional Competence of Teachers.

Cooperative Learning is a model of logic regarding the form, arrangement, magnitude and concepts related to each other. The concept is always related to everyday human life. Cooperative Learning in the form of Empowering Teacher Competencies in Strengthening Cooperative Learning Models Students not only increase curiosity but always develop according to the times, Cooperative Learning is a model that aims to instill and develop the learning process in teachers. Based on the results of observations at SDN Kenari 07 Pagi in the learning process, teachers still use conventional or teacher-centered teaching methods as information providers, with the literacy movement students are expected to improve the good quality of each problem-solving concept in the form of application questions. The purpose of this community service activity for PKM is Empowering Teacher Competence in Strengthening Cooperative Learning Learning Models is to increase knowledge which changes from time to time. The subjects of this community service are all students at SDN Kenari 07 Pagi.

<em>One of the problems faced by elementary school teachers is the problem of making and using learning media in schools.This is due to the lack of readiness of human resources about understanding media in learning. For this purpose the community service activities are: (1) increasing the competence of elementary school teachers about learning, (2) developing learning media in elementary schools, (3) structuring learning media in elementary schools. This Community Service activity uses the design of the transfer of science and technology from the university to the stakeholders which includes: (a) workshops, (b) training and mentoring. This dedication activity was carried out in the activities of the  Teachers Working Group Cluster "Banyumudal" in Kebumen District year  2019. The results of these community service activities are: (1) improvement of teacher competency about learning media in elementary schools, (2) products of various types of learning media in elementary schools, (3) the formation of "Mini Laboratory" for learning in elementary schools</em>

IMPROVING TEACHER COMPETENCE THROUGH TRAINING ON VIDEOSCRIBE-BASED INTERACTIVE LEARNING MEDIA FOR TEACHERS OF PHYSICS MGMP IN LEBAK REGENCY. The purpose of this community service is to increase the role of MGMP physics teacher in Lebak District in developing interactive learning media innovation. Media Innovation learning the form of learning media based Videoscribe. The weakness of teachers in making media learning makes a problem to be sought solution. One of the developments in science and technology that can be utilized as an effective and efficient learning media in physics learning is by making interactive learning media based Videoscribe. The method of public service is conducted by interview, observation, socialization, and training. Community service activities in the MGMP Physics district Lebak goes well according to the results of the questionnaire feedback the level of satisfaction of partners in the implementation of devotion to the community who said that partners respond to positive response (95%) With this devotion activity. This activity adds teachers’ skills to create an interactive and innovative learning medium for preparing teaching materials in schools. Media-based Videoscribe learning is one of the latest innovations for teachers in the MGMP Physics of Lebak district.

ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi dan skill guru-guru Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di Surabaya dalam bidang bisnis online. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM yaitu melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan: a) Merancang strategi Bisnis Online   b) merancang pembuatan website. c) merancang prosedur Pemasaran Online dengan menggunakan/ memanfaatkan e-mail dan Media Sosial. d) melakukan pemasaran melalui situs mobile. e) membuat Blog. Hasil Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dirasa bermanfaat bagi mitra, dimana dari segi kompetensi pengetahuan yang didapat setelah kegiatan PKM, 86% peserta memberikan respon sangat setuju, dan 14% menjawab setuju. Para peserta mengharapkan adanya kegiatan seperti ini lagi, dimana ada kelanjutan kegiatan webinar atau pelatihan mengenai bisnis online. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaan selanjutnya peserta mengharapkan kegiatan untuk dilakukan secara luring atau offline sehingga kegiatan serupa bisa terlaksana lebih maksimal lagi. Kata kunci: bisnis online; MGMP BDP kota Surabaya; pelatihan ABSTRACTThis Community Service activity aims to improve the competence and skills of MGMP teachers of the Online Business and Marketing Department in Surabaya in the field of online business. The method of implementing PKM activities is through training and mentoring: a) Designing Online Business strategies b) designing website creation. c) designing On-line Marketing procedures by using/utilizing e-mail and Social Media. d) conduct marketing through mobile sites. e) create a blog. The results of the training carried out were felt to be useful for partners, where in terms of knowledge competence obtained after PKM activities, 86% of participants responded strongly agree, and 14% answered agree. The participants hope that there will be more activities like this, where there will be a continuation of webinars or training on online business. ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berlandaskan pada dua masalah yaitu kondisi pandemi yang mengubah proses pembelajaran dan perkembangan teknologi pada media pembelajaran, berdasarkan pada masalah tersebut maka perlu dilaksanakan pelatihan perancangan media ajar android bagi mahasiswa Praktek Lapangan Kependidikan (PLK) di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Tujuan pelatihan adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa PLK dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan secara jarak jauh. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring karena keterbatasan tempat dan keadaan yang tidak memungkinkan untuk pelatihan secara tatap muka. Metode pengabdian adalah berupa workshop atau pelatihan dengan rincian tahapan persiapan, screening, implementasi, evaluasi, dan laporan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari pengenalan media, teori media, dan simulasi pembuatan media berbasis android. Peserta dari kegiatan pengabdian berjumlah sebanyak 36 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa program studi pendidikan teknik informatika. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan selesai dilaksanakan, semua peserta diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner penilaian pelatihan. Kuesioner ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis android. Indikator penilaian kuesioner terdiri atas empat aspek yang mencakup 18 pernyataan. Hasil pengisian kuesioner dari peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasaan berada pada rata-rata persentase 90%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta merasa sangat puas dengan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis android. Kata kunci: android; media pembelajaran; workshop ABSTRACTThis community service activity was based on two problem such as pandemic situation changed the learning process and technological developments in learning media, based on those problem it’s important to conducting a workshop on creating android-based learning media which aimed for teacher students at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang.  The training purpose was to assisted teacher students in developing learning media that can be used remotely. Training was carried out online due to limited space and circumstances. This activity used a workshop method which contains with steps of preparations, screening, implementation, evaluation and reports. Training activity was consists of a few stages such as media introduction, media theory, and simulations. The participant’s amounts were 36 students of informatics engineering education program. After the training activities were completed, all participants asked to fill out an assessment questionnaires. The questionnaires were aims to see the level of participant’s satisfaction in the training. The questionnaires contain with 18 statements as an indicator, and consist of four main aspects. The questionnaires results from participants showed that the level of satisfaction is 90% in average. So it can be concluded that the participants were very satisfied with training activities. Keywords: android; learning media; workshop.

ABSTRACTTextbook writing training is one form of teacher professional development, especially NU teachers as part of local content subjects in the madrasa environment Aliyah Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara. Many MA Safinatul Huda teachers experienced difficulties in writing the textbook. This community service activity is in the form of training in writing textbooks for MA Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara teachers with the aim of; 1) increase teacher motivation in writing good and quality NU textbooks; 2) provide an understanding for teachers about the method of writing good and quality NU textbooks; 3) produce the NU textbook as a learning module. This activity was attended by 30 MA Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara teachers, and was held for 7 times face to face, with details: opening, presenting material 3 times, practicing 2 times and closing. This activity is carried out using the lecture, discussion, question and answer method, and practice. These community service activities have been able to encourage teachers to understand material about textbooks; understand the procedures for the preparation; and made the NU textbook in the Aliyah Safinatul Huda madrasa environment in Kidow Kedung Jepara. Keywords: training, textbooks, teachers ABSTRAKPelatihan penulisan buku ajar merupakan salah satu bentuk dari pengembangan profesi guru, khususnya guru Ke-NU-an sebagai bagian dari mata pelajaran muatan lokal dilingkungan madrasah Aliyah Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara. Guru-guru MA Safinatul Huda banyak yang mengalami kendala dalam penulisan buku ajar tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan penulisan buku ajar bagi guru MA Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara dengan tujuan; 1) meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menulis buku ajar Ke-NU-an yang baik dan berkualitas; 2) memberikan pemahaman kepada guru tentang metode penulisan buku ajar Ke-NU-an yang baik dan berkualitas; 3) menghasilkan naskah buku ajar Ke-NU-an sebagai modul pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 orang guru MA Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara, dan dilakukan selama 7 kali tatap muka, dengan rincian: pembukaan, penyajian materi 3 kali, prktik 2 kali dan penutupan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah mampu mendorong guru dalam memahami materi tentang buku ajar; memahami tata cara penyusunan; dan membuat buku ajar Ke-NU-an dilingkungan madrasah Aliyah Safinatul Huda Sowan Kidul Kedung Jepara.  Kata Kunci: pelatihan, buku ajar, guru
