ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi dan skill guru-guru Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di Surabaya dalam bidang bisnis online. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM yaitu melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan: a) Merancang strategi Bisnis Online   b) merancang pembuatan website. c) merancang prosedur Pemasaran Online dengan menggunakan/ memanfaatkan e-mail dan Media Sosial. d) melakukan pemasaran melalui situs mobile. e) membuat Blog. Hasil Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dirasa bermanfaat bagi mitra, dimana dari segi kompetensi pengetahuan yang didapat setelah kegiatan PKM, 86% peserta memberikan respon sangat setuju, dan 14% menjawab setuju. Para peserta mengharapkan adanya kegiatan seperti ini lagi, dimana ada kelanjutan kegiatan webinar atau pelatihan mengenai bisnis online. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaan selanjutnya peserta mengharapkan kegiatan untuk dilakukan secara luring atau offline sehingga kegiatan serupa bisa terlaksana lebih maksimal lagi. Kata kunci: bisnis online; MGMP BDP kota Surabaya; pelatihan ABSTRACTThis Community Service activity aims to improve the competence and skills of MGMP teachers of the Online Business and Marketing Department in Surabaya in the field of online business. The method of implementing PKM activities is through training and mentoring: a) Designing Online Business strategies b) designing website creation. c) designing On-line Marketing procedures by using/utilizing e-mail and Social Media. d) conduct marketing through mobile sites. e) create a blog. The results of the training carried out were felt to be useful for partners, where in terms of knowledge competence obtained after PKM activities, 86% of participants responded strongly agree, and 14% answered agree. The participants hope that there will be more activities like this, where there will be a continuation of webinars or training on online business. Indonesia, which is dominated by poor communities, has also been seriously affected not only in the health aspect but also on job losses due to this pandemic. It is hoped that PKH beneficiaries will be able to survive these difficult times. Through the power of housewives who are considered to be able to help the family economy, online business is a new trend today. Therefore, the Sriwijaya University community service activity team provided training related to how to manage an online business. This activity was carried out on November 9, 2020 offline while adhering to health protocols. This training was attended by 40 PKH beneficiaries in Ilir Barat II District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The methods used are presentation, tutoria and discussion. The results showed that 80 percent of participants understood the importance of online promotion through social media. The understanding related to the benefits of social media, types of social media, and downloading applications is quite good where the percentage obtained is above 70 percent. However, understanding regarding the use of Instagram is still lacking where the results only reach 65%. In this case, the government can provide special assistance to women in developing online-based businesses.

With advances in digital technology, MSMEs have great opportunities to take part in it. Various SMEs in Serang Regency are still experiencing problems in promoting their merchandise. This community service program (PKM) aims to transfer knowledge about the use of social media to develop market access for MSMEs in Serang Regency. Indonesia is still facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the socialization and training methods are carried out through online webinars with interactive discussion. This discussion is useful for finding solutions to problems faced by MSME business actors in operating social media to increase income. The result of this PKM is that the participants understand the webinar material well. As many as 72.7% of participants have and will create virtual shops to promote their products and 63.6% of participants strongly agree that the ability to use social media is a must have to increase market access for MSME products.

This community service activity is continuously carried out to develop the creativity of mothers in producing innovative and attractive products. This activity involves training and assistance in preparing financial and marketing reports. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Sukolilo District and STIESIA Surabaya. MSMEs in Sukolilo District experienced several obstacles related to preparing financial reports, marketing that utilized social media, and other technical obstacles. After this mentoring activity, MSME managers gained several benefits, including having started compiling financial reports. Marketing training activities are carried out using Instagram social media as a means of producing products. In this activity, assistance was carried out to create an Instagram account, taking photos of products to be uploaded on Instagram, assisting in uploading product photos on Instagram accompanied by product descriptions so that they could attract consumers. This activity is carried out to improve the business carried out from the management aspect. The target to be achieved is that MSME players have financial reports that can be used to submit funds or capital to banks for business development, expand marketing networks, and increase sales.

AbstrakSocial media adalah P2P, dimana kita banyak mengalami perubahan hidup, saat social media telah masuk ke dalam proses sehari-hari. social media menjadikan kita lebih cepat dan lebih efektif serta efesien dalam melakukan sesuatu, seperti: cara kita berkomunikasi, memperluas jaringan pertemanan untuk mengenal orang-orang baru dan koneksi, mengembangkan market melalui business online dan memberikan pengaruh kepada orang lain melalui kepemimpinan kita di social media. Artikel ini merupakan pengembangan dan pelatihan yang kita berikan di SMA Negeri 3 Semarang dengan mengacu pada hasil penelitian yang telah kami publikasikan sebelumnya. Siswa dan guru akan mampu memahami bagaimana cara memperluas produk/jasa yang ditawarkan oleh melalui business online, melalui lingkaran internal dan eksternal yang diperluas, berikutnya kita akan mampu memahami bagaimana cara menjadi seorang netizen yang bijaksana mulai dengan memiliki pengetahuan, data yang valid, contoh-contoh studi kasus dan implementasi serta solusi yang kita berikan sehingga akan dapat meningkatkan inovasi dalam memecahkan sebuah masalah. Lebih jauh lagi, kita akan memahami tipe-tipe kepemimpinan di social media, sehingga kita dapat mengetahui kita adalah tipe apa dalam hal memimpin dan memberikan pengaruh kepada orang lain melalui social media. Furthermore, we will understand the types of leadership in social media, so that we can find out what type we are in terms of leading and influencing others through social media. Community service, is the mandate from the Ministry of Education and Culture, to close the distance between the world of education and the daily life of the community, this activity is a manifestation of the implementation of Community Service activities based on the scientific expertise of Architecture. The implementation of this community service activity is in the form of an introduction aimed at various groups in urban communities, conveyed online through Instagram social media. The purpose of this outreach implementation activity is to provide knowledge to the public about the importance of the values ​​of the imaginary axis of the heritage area as the city identity. The implementation of this counseling is related to the material and learning process in the KOKA (Kuliah dan Observasi Kajian Arsitektur) course which has been routinely programmed in each lecture process. On this occasion, which was still in a pandemic condition, the exposure of counseling materials related to the KOKA learning process was transferred in the form of online material exposure through Instagram online social media. As an embodiment, on this occasion the material preparation was carried out based on the direction of the Lecturer Team by involving the student team to produce the online poster. With the implementation of online, the exposure material will continue to be conveyed to the target community automatically since the material is broadcast.

AbstrakCovid-19 yang saat ini mewabah di seluruh belahan dunia memberikan dampak yang cukup besar untuk perekonomian di Indonesia, khususnya bagi para pengusaha kecil. Keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki, ditambah tingkat penjualan yang menurun drastis, membuat para pengusaha harus berimprovisasi berbagai cara agar produk mereka tetap dapat terjual. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan bagi mereka pengusaha kecil yang memiliki modal terbatas, yaitu beralih dari pemasaran dan penjualan secara luring menjadi pemasaran dan penjualan daring. Pemasaran dan penjualan daring dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media marketplace maupun sosial media.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya untuk mengembangkan saluran pemasaran dan penjualan dari luring ke saluran pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring, lalu dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek lebih luas dari para calon konsumennya Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring menggunakan marketplace dan media sosial. AbstractThe Covid-19, which is currently endemic in all parts of the world, has had a considerable impact on the economy in Indonesia, especially for small entrepreneurs. The limited capital they have, coupled with a drastic drop in sales, have forced entrepreneurs have to improve in various ways to make their products can still be sold. One of the most effective ways to increase sales for those small entrepreneurs who have limited capital is to switch from offline marketing and sales to online marketing and sales. Online marketing and sales can be done using the media marketplace and social media. The purpose of this service is to provide training to UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya to develop marketing and sales channels from offline to online, then can increase brand awareness more broadly from potential consumers After this community service activity was carried out, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya can start doing marketing and sales activities online using the marketplace and social media.

ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Household’s Food security during the Covid 19 pandemic, through the use of yards, can be conducted by the community independently such as hydroponic. However, people's understanding of hydroponic, especially in Pekanbaru, is still limited. Therefore, training for the community is needed as a community empowerment. These activities can be expanded through interesting educational videos. This community empowerment activity aims to increase community knowledge and skills regarding hydroponic technology during the pandemic, and is expected to become a post-pandemic household-scale economic enterprise. This community service activity is carried out by means of training and mentoring, as well as making a video to be widely disseminated through social media. The results of the community service activities show an increase in community knowledge and skills of hydroponic. After the training, the community independently has been aplicating hydroponic technology and biulding hydroponic group. This process is documented as educational video which is useful for the wider community in Pekanbaru City.

The purpose of this community service is to assist business actors in providing Digital-Based Marketing Training to increase product sales online at MSMEs in Cisweu Village, Cisewu District, Garut Regency. This method of community service activity begins with the preparation stage and field survey. This survey stage begins with direct discussions with the Village Head in Cisewu Village, Cisewu District, Garut Regency to identify the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by MSME business actors in Ciseweu Village, after knowing what things are needed then carry out the socialization and training stage. made by the team. The results of this study are the knowledge of participants who are residents and MSME business actors in Cisewu Village from RT 001-005/RW 002 Cisewu District regarding digital-based marketing before PKM activities, the majority of participants are in the category of not understanding digital business. After the PKM activities were carried out and the material presentation was delivered, the MSME training succeeded in providing participants with increasing knowledge about digital business.

Some community service activities have been done as a tangible form in building a resilient community in the current Covid '19 pandemic situation. Indonesia at the moment, from the various sectors of life, experienced the bad impact caused by this pandemic, especially in the economic sector. The current community service activity has three objectives: general, specific, and sustainable objectives. It has been carried out to accelerate the growth of entrepreneurial-skill and independent communities to fight against Covid'19 disaster. Housewives, in particular, the committee members of Islamic elementary school (SDIT) Prestasi Cendikia in Bekasi became our target community. The implementation process was as follows. 1) Participant registration through the Webinar. 2) Implementation of the activity through an online meeting with Google Meet, which was divided into two sessions, i.e. the first session of theoretical material such as Android functions, means of promotion, and managing the risk of failure; the importance of mastery of Android as a social medium of sales was explained. In addition, some technical application sessions were demonstrated directly in making the sales on the android app, i.e. shoope, selly and canva. 3) The evaluation where each participant filled a response about the implementation of this community service both training and workshop. The results of the questioner were presented through menti.com site that can be seen directly the values or graphs based on the participants' responses. The results showed that the participants demonstrated their creativity and were able to utilize Android as well as social media to sell products (services and goods). Dimana Indonesia saat ini, dari berbagi sektor kehidupan mengalami kepurukan dihantam habis dampak pandemik, terlebih pada sektor ekonomi. Kegiatan ini mempunyai tiga tujuan, tujuan secara umum, khusus dan berkepanjangan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk percepatan proses pertumbuhan kewirausahaan masyarakat mandiri dalam suasana Covid’19. Ibu-ibu rumah tangga khususnya anggota komite sekolah SDIT Prestasi Cendikia Bekasi menjadi masyarakat bidikan pengabdian kami. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan (1) Registrasi peserta melalui google form, Tahap (2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui google meet, dengan materi seperti fungsi Android, sarana promosi, managemen dan resiko kegagalan, serta penjelaskan akan pentingnya penguasaan Android sebagai meda social penjualan. Tahap (3) Evaluasi: setiap peserta mengisi respon atau tanggapan terhadap pelaksanaan workshop pengabdian masyarakat ini. Hasil dari kuesioner melalui menti.com akan terlihat langsung nilai ataupun grafik tanggapan peserta pelatihan. Respon yang diperoleh kegiatan workshop bagus dan perlu dilanjutkan untuk masa-masa berikutnya. Hasil pelatihan ini peserta mampu melatih kreatifitas, membangun semangat memulai bisnis online dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan Android sebagai media sosial penjualan produk-produk baik jasa maupun barang.
