This paper will discuss the discourse of inheritance in QS. 4: 11 according to modern figure, Ibn ‘Aṣūr and Munawar Sjadzali. So, the purpose of this reseach is to express base of maqāṣīd application that used by them. This research is library research with diskriptive-analysis and comparation method. The result of this research is that two figures found a significant values in that surah with different maqashid concept. Ibnu ‘Aṣūr understood the surah (QS. 4: 11) is as an awarding attention for muslem women in the discourse of inheritance that they get a half of a man proportion. Even before the revelation of that surah, the women’s right were not given. While, Munawir Sjadzali understood that surah by searching an ideal value and contextualize whit the situation and condition in his country with formulation 1:1 for man and women which considered the roles and positions woman are relatively same with a man along the demands of the times.

Law of inheritance under Balinese customary law has made daughters as heirs. This is a fundamental change in view of Balinese customary law is more concerned with the male lineage. In this study addressed two issues namely 1) What is the basic consideration of granting inheritance rights for girls in Bali? 2) Does the inheritance under customary law Bali already reflect justice?. This study uses normative legal research, that examines the conflict of norms between Decision The Assembly General MUDP Bali No. 01 / KEP / PSM-3 / MDP Bali / X / 2010, Decision of Supremen Court regarding heirs of men and women in customary law system similarly, patriarchy. Legal materials collected through library research. The analysis is conducted qualitatively. Philosophically, granting inheritance rights to daughters in Bali reflects substantive justice. Legally granting inheritance rights in accordance reflect gender equality. Sociologically, the equality between men and women is in conformity with the times. Inheritance under customary law Bali already reflect justice. The Assembly decision MUDP Bali Agung No. 01 / KEP / PSM-3 / MDP Bali / X / 2010 is a product of gender responsive laws. Hukum waris menurut hukum adat Bali telah membuat anak perempuan sebagai ahli waris. Hal ini adalah perubahan mendasar dalam hukum adat Bali yang lebih memperhatikan garis keturunan laki-laki. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas dua permasalahan  yaitu 1) Bagaimanakah dasar pertimbangan pemberian hak waris bagi anak perempuan di Bali?dan 2) Apakah pembagian warisan menurut hukum adat Bali sudah mencerminkan keadilan? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif, yang meneliti mengenai konflik norma antara Keputusan Majelis Umum MUDP Bali Nomor 01 / KEP / PSM-3 / MDP Bali / X / 2010, Keputusan Pengadilan tentang ahli waris laki-laki dan perempuan dalam hukum adat sistem patriarki. Bahan hukum dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif. Secara filosofis, pemberian hak waris untuk anak perempuan di Bali mencerminkan keadilan substantif. Secara hukum, pemberian hak waris mencerminkan kesetaraan gender. Secara sosiologis, kesetaraan antara laki-laki dan perempuan sudah sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Warisan menurut hukum adat Bali sudah mencerminkan keadilan. Keputusan Majelis MUDP Bali Agung Nomor 01 / KEP / PSM-3 / MDP Bali / X / 2010 adalah produk gender hukum responsif.

Perubahan zaman yang semakin cepat berpengaruh besar dalam segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Keadaan ini kemudian berdampak pula pada sistem pendidikan, khususnya sistem pendidikan Islam. Usaha yang terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan masyarakat Islam agar tidak tertinggal dari masyarakat lainnya menjadi penting dan mendesak untuk dilaksanakan. Pesantren memiliki ciri khas pada model pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam sistem pendidikannya. Pesantren-pesantren yang berdiri pada masa pra-kemerdekaan sebagian besar menganut model pembelajaran tradisional. Namun seiring perkembangan zaman beberapa pesantren melakukan perubahan dengan model pembelajaran modern.. Keberadaan Pesantren Modern Daarul ‘Uluum Lido menjawab tantangan masyarakat akan kebutuhan Pendidikan, ilmu keagamaan, dan ilmu umum yang seimbang. Perpaduan kurikulum umum (nasional) dan kurikulum lokal (pesantren) dirumuskan di dalam model pembelajaran pesantren modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode penelitiannya adalah etnografi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang sejarah dan juga perkembangan Pesantren Modern Daarul ‘Uluum Lido dari mulai pengubahan model pembelajaran tradisional menjadi modern. Model Pembelajaran Pesantren Modern yang digunakannya mencangkup metode pembelajaran dan kurikulumnya.. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah modernisasi model pembelajaran di Pesantren Modern Daarul ‘Uluum Lido berjalan baik walau masih perlu adanya penyempurnaan. Faktor utama yang mendukung pelaksanaannya adalah karena komposisi tenaga pendidik atau ustadza/ah yang mayoritas alumnus pesantren yang menerapkan model pembelajaran pesantren modern.Kata kunci: kurikulum, model pembelajaran instruksional, pesantren modern. INSTRUKSIONAL LEARNING MODEL IN MODERN BOARDING SCHOOLABSTRACTModernizing effect on people's lives. This situation also impacted on the educational system of Islam. Islamic education is required to be able to respond to changes in society in accordance with the needs of society. Efforts to improve public education of Islam order to keep up the rest of society becomes important to be implemented. Boarding school has a typical model of applied learning in its educational system. Boarding School that develop in pre-independence embrace traditional learning models. However, over the times lots of pesantren make a change to use model of modern learning. The learning model functional as a guideline for the designers of learning and teachers in implementing the learning activities. The existence of Modern Boarding School of Daarul 'Uluum Lido has responded to the challenges of society that aplicating the science of religion and general science education balanced. The combination of the national curriculum and the local curriculum of boardung school teaching model formulated in modern boarding school. This research was the field research and the library research, that used qualitative descriptive study with ethnographic methods. The results of this research described the history and development of Modern Boarding School Daarul 'Uluum Lido from began modifying traditional teaching model to be modern. Modern Boarding School Learning Model which covers uses teaching methods and curriculum. Factors that supporting and inhibiting were its implementation and implications. The conclusion of this study is the modernization teaching model in Modern Boarding Daarul 'Uluum Lido running well though is still need for improvement. The main factors that support its implementation is due to the composition of the majority of educators who alumnus pesantren that implement teaching model modern boarding.

The times, especially in globalization era, will have an impact, one of which is on cultural changes in Indonesia. Similarly, the change occurs in Jakarta's culture, particularly Jakarta Ondel-ondel art which has changed in the term of its values​​. This research is intended to find out related cultural changes occurring in Jakarta, especially in Ondel-ondel art, in which the values of the ondel-ondel art begins to fade gradually due to deviations in the use of ondel-ondel in globalization era as a means of earning living through busking. In this study, we used a qualitative research approach through the library research method. The results of study indicate that in globalization era era, Jakarta people do not understand the meaning contained in the art of Ondel-ondel Jakarta, therefore a strategy is needed to maintain and develop Jakarta's Ondel-ondel art in globalization era and to restore the values ​​contained in the art.

Arabic learning must be dynamic following the challenges of the times. The incompatibility between planning and implementing Arabic learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has made Arabic learning nonoptimal. This research is oriented to describe E-learning implementation for Arabic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is library research using a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by exploring reference books and journals. The analysis technique uses an interactive data analysis model, which is carried out through data collection, data reduction, data explanation, and conclusions. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of e-learning in learning Arabic during the pandemic can be carried out following the learning implementation plan that has been prepared. This is because e-learning has features that teachers need in four Arabic language skills, namely: listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills.

AbstractDemocracy about education in which many problems often occur, one of which is a problem that often occurs in the world of education according to the observations of researchers, such as schools, especially teachers often become a reference of many things that are not desired by the community. When children depend on watching television, it is the school that is targeted because it is considered not to provide maximum media education. When brawls often occur, it is the school that is highlighted the most because schools lack instill education in values. When people do not know much about technology, it is also the school that is the focus because of inattention to the times, and there are still many other examples of problems. The purpose of this study is to find out what is a democratic concept in Islam and to explain democratic education according to Islam. The research method used is a grounded theory method that uses data from materials that are a library (library research), where the author reads and studies books or literature relating to the problem under study. The principles of Islamic democracy towards Islamic education are: There is freedom for educators and students, which freedom here includes: freedom of work, freedom to develop potential and freedom of opinion. Similarities with students in Islamic education. Because Islam provides equal opportunities for all students to get an education or study. Respect for the dignity of individuals in Islamic education. Keywords: Democracy; Discussion; Education; Value.    Abstrak Demokrasi mengenai pendidikan yang mana banyak permasalahan yang sering terjadi salah satunya adalah masalah yang sering terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan menurut hasil pengamatan peneliti, seperti: sekolah terutama guru sering menjadi rujukan dari banyak hal yang tidak diinginkan masyarakat. Ketika anak-anak ketergantungan menonton televisi, sekolahlah yang yang menjadi sasaran karena dianggap tidak memberikan pendidikan media yang maksimal. Ketika sering terjadi tawuran, sekolahlah yang paling disorot karena sekolah kurang menanamkan pendidikan nilai. Ketika masyarakat tidak mengenal jauh teknologi, sekolahlah juga yang menjadi tumpuan karena kurang perhatian terhadap perkembangan zaman, dan masih banyak contoh masalah-masalah yang lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep demokratis dalam Islam dan untuk menjelaskan pendidikan demokratis menurut Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode teori dasar yang menggunakan data dari bahan-bahan yaitu bersifat kepustakaan (library research), dimana penulis membaca dan mempelajari buku-buku atau literatur yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Prinsip demokratis dalam Pendidikan Islam yaitu: Adanya kebebasan bagi pendidik dan peserta didik, yang mana kebebasan di sini meliputi: kebebasan berkarya, kebebasan mengembangkan potensi dan kebebasan berpendapat. Persamaan terhadap peserta didik dalam pendidikan Islam. Karena, Islam memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi semua peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pendidikan atau belajar. Penghormatan akan martabat individu dalam pendidikan Islam.  Kata Kunci: Demokrasi; Musyawarh; Pendidikan; Nilai.

This paper aims to explore the paradigm shift in the interpretation of the Qur'an in the classical and contemporary eras in the path of interpretation of Ibn Kathir and Fazlur Rahman. The focus in this study examines the causes of shifts in interpretation and contextualization of the interpretation model. The type of research is library research so that in this study using qualitative (descriptive-analytical) research, it is research that describes the object to be critically examined, and looks for the roots of the character's thoughts. The approach that I want to use in this study is historical-analytical, that is, according to historical roots analytically the shift in interpretation occurs. The results of this study indicate that, the interpretation of interpretation in the classical and contemporary era of interpretation is caused by the shifting paradigm, namely the birth of a new methodological concept to prove the suitability between text and social relaity. The argumentation of Ibn Katsir's interpretation of the "Classical Era" The main characteristic of his interpretation model is the textual pattern based on the interpretation of bil ma'tsur. Second, the interpretation of Ar-ra'yi. While Fazlur Rahman "Contemporary Era" can prove interpretation as an effort to solve problems in answering various challenges of the times. This is due to the emergence of a variety of interpretive approaches including: contextual orientation in interpretation, interpretation as social transformation, and gender analysis as an effort to seek justice.

Progress of the era, also known as the era of disruption, is largely human, one of which is education. This change certainly has an impact felt by humans as it is increasingly individualistic and increasingly busy responding to the times. Changes in the world of online education or whatever the government intends to do must certainly accommodate rapid changes in the world that is currently based on information technology. This article uses the type of library research that is a study carried out through data collection related to today's education, data collection or scientific papers that aim to conduct critical and in-depth studies by searching relevant library materials. The results of this study found that students need to be learners who are always hungry for information and become learners who understand and have a variety of approaches such as design thinking (a way of solving problems focused on people centered. Teachers must also have strong scientific competence and have soft skills in the form of critical thinking, creative, communicative, and able to collaborate. n addition it must also be able to spread inspiration for students, be able to be friends with students and of course must be an example.

The postmodern era is closely related to pluralism and relativism. All are subject to this principle, including human salvation. Jesus, the only way of salvation, is not accepted absolutely, let alone the Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus principle (outside the church there is no salvation) which was coined by the church father Cyprian. This principle is considered too exclusive because it does not provide room for people outside the church to get salvation. In addition, this teaching was also declared null and void by the times. Is this true? That is why it is important to extract this Cyprian understanding that can be used as guidance for the Pente-costal church. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through library research. The data is then extracted and linked to the actions that have been carried out by the Pentecostal church or synod so far. The results of the study indicate that there is a close relationship between ecclesiology and Christology and soteriology. This principle also supports the authority and duty of the church in conveying salvation to men and maintaining pure teaching.AbstrakEra postmodern erat kaitannya dengan pluralisme dan relativisme. Semua dike-nakan prinsip ini, termasuk keselamatan manusia. Yesus satu-satunya jalan keselamatan saja tidak diterima secara absolute apalagi prinsip Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus (di luar gereja tidak ada keselamatan) yang dicetuskan oleh bapa gereja Cyprianus. Prinsip ini dianggap ter-lalu ekslusif karena tidak memberikan ruang bagi orang diluar gereja mendapatkan kese-lamatan. Selain itu ajaran ini juga dinyatakan batal oleh perkembangan zaman. Apakah benar demikian? Itu sebabnya, penting untuk mengekstraksi pemahaman Cyprianus ini yang dapat menjadi pegangan bagi gereja Pentakosta. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi keperpustakaan. Data selanjutnya diekstraksi dan dikaitkan dengan tindakan yang telah dilakukan oleh gereja atau sinode Pentakosta selama ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan erat antara eklesiologi dengan kristologi dan soteriologi. Prinsip ini juga memberikan dukungan akan otoritas dan tugas gereja dalam menyampaikan keselamatan kepada manusia dan menjaga ajaran yang murni.

This study discusses the concept of a multicultural society in a sociological perspective, where the Indonesian state as a gathering place for various ethnic groups, nations, religions and beliefs in its history has provided valuable lessons. There are times when diversity in Indonesia creates conflict, but in other places there is also the diversity that is owned by the Indonesian people as a source of strength to keep each other from being crushed by the progress of the times. Understanding multiculturalism is not something that must be owned by intellectuals or those from community leaders only, but all levels, layers, and lines of society become a necessity for the importance of understanding this multiculturalism. Because at this time the reality is that Indonesian people in general are very vulnerable to disaster due to SARA (ethnic, religion, race, and inter-group) issues that are blown by electronic media. In order to prevent "bloody conflict" disasters from happening again, multiculturalism will always be relevant to be discussed throughout the ages, considering that generations are always changing. The purpose of this study is to bring the understanding of multiculturalism in particular to the younger generation, and in general at all levels of society, not just an academic discourse. The method in writing this work uses library research, as well as by presenting examples of cases that have occurred in Indonesia. The results of the study in the discussion chapter, in general it can be concluded that the understanding of multiculturalism in Indonesia is not something that comes from outside, meaning that local wisdom created from ancient times has also strengthened the conditions of multicultural society. But on the other hand, unequal access to education by the community until now, the potential for horizontal conflict is always there. In the context of the consequences of a pluralistic society in Indonesia, that within a diverse structure, the seeds of conflict at times become a latent threat to damage the social order. And problems at the local level will easily become national problems because there are no longer limits for people to consume information
