Background :  Low Back Pain Miogenik is a lower back pain caused by muscle tension with avery high frequency of cases in workers. This research is done to identify the difference of influence between the approach of William Flexion Exercise and Feldenkrais exercise to functional activity inpatient low back pain miogenik because of the many cases that happened.. Methods : The type of research used is experimental research, research design used is a quasi experiment that compares between two different things. The targets of this study were factory workers with a sampel of 34 people divided into two groups. Result: Based on the result ofhypothesis paired t-test result p-value 0.000 shows both treatment there is significant improvement to functional activity. While on thetest Independentt-test results seen from the mean feldenkrais exercise 8.13 and william flexion exercise 3.25 concluded feldenkrais exercise more up than william flexion exercise.

Objective: The objective of this pilot study was to investigate immediate effects of Thai herbal hot pack on pain and muscle flexibility in person with chronic low back pain.Material and Method: Twenty-two subjects with low back pain received the Thai herbal hot pack treatment which was heated by microwave oven on lower back for 30 minutes. Subjects were assessed pain and flexibility using visual analog scale and sit and reach test, respectively. Both parameters were measured at baseline and immediately after treatment.Results: The results showed that there were statistically significant difference in pain and flexibility immediately after 30 minutes of using Thai herbal hot pack (p-value<0.001 and p-value<0.050, respectively). The microwave oven-heated Thai herbal hot pack showed positive effect on pain and flexibility. Heat conduction and herbal ingredients of Thai herbal hot pack may be the main reasons that effects on parameters.Conclusion: Thai herbal hot pack may be considered as an alternative treatment for pain relieving and flexibility improving in low back pain patients.

Background. Low back pain is the pain in the lower back region that occurs in 50% of pregnantwomen and it can be overcome with training. Mechanical Body is an effort to facilitate musclemovement without causing muscle tension so as to reduce musculoskeletal injury. Hamstringexercise action can also support the reduction of low back pain, this is caused by the exerciseprocess in the form of a reduction that results in muscle flexion resulting in reduced muscularinjury and an increase in body metabolism. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefitsof body mechanics and hamstring exercise on the reduction of low back pain in third trimesterpregnant women. Research methods. This study uses a comparative test analysis type approach.Subjects in this study were 36 third trimester pregnant women who experienced complaints of lowback pain. This research was conducted at PMB Midwife Utami, Amd.Keb. The study wasconducted in November 2018-March 2019. This study used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test in theSPSS 20 software program. The results of this study used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank formula.Based on the calculation results using a computerized analysis of the results obtained Z value of -5.255 and p value (Asymp Sign 2 tailed) of 0,000 where the value is below the critical limit ofresearch or a point of significance of 0.05 (5%) and Z table value of 1.68830. The conclusion ofthis study is that there are benefits of mechanical body and hamstring exercise on the reduction oflow back pain in third trimester pregnant women.

Abstract : Risk factors, Low Back Pain, Prosthetics and Orthotics Students of Health Polytechnic of Surakarta. Low Back Pain (LBP) or lower back pain is a common health problem that found in many people, not only in older people but also in younger nowadays. Low Back Pain associated with many kind of conditions and also risk factors. The etiology of LBP is widely accepted to be multi-factorial. The objectives of this study were to determine the risk factors causing LBP on Prosthetics and Orthotics students of Health Polytechnic of Surakarta. The study is cross sectional design used a questionnaire instrument to all Prosthetics and Orthotics students. Data analysis was performed by Chi square. The results showed that the prevalence of LBP after being Prosthetics and Orthotics students of Health Polytechnic of Surakarta is 32,2%. Risk factors associated with Low Back Pain were exercise (p value 0,033), daily time spend standing (p value 0,046), lifting (p value 0,027) and perceived stress (p value 0,008). Gender, body mass index and daily time spend sitting were not associate with Low Back Pain.

Low back pain is pain that originates from the spine in the spinal area, muscles, nerves, tendons, joints, or cartilage due to the wrong position. Individuals who perform activities such as sitting up straight and bending over must be in the correct position. At Stikes Hang Tuah Tanjungpinang, a phenomenon was found that 42.7% of students complained of lower back pain due to wrong sitting habits such as sitting in a bent position when attending online lectures and doing college assignments. Sitting for too long in the wrong position causes muscle tension and spinal ligament strain. The results of interviews with students, most of the students who complain of low back pain do not understand what can be done to reduce or prevent low back pain due to sitting position and sitting too long. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to treat low back pain is McKenzie back exercises.  The purpose of this community service is to provide students with an understanding of low back pain and teach actions to reduce or prevent low back pain. The success indicator of this activity is that students understand and can perform the McKenzie back exercises The method used is to provide health education about low back pain and demonstrate McKenzie back exercises to students.

Abstract Non-specific low back pain is the symptom of lower back pain that occurs without an obvious cause, the diagnosis is based on exclusion of specific pathology. Non-specific low back pain can result in pain, muscle spasm and muscle imbalance, it can decrease the stability of the abdominals and lower back, limitation in lumbar mobility , changes posture, and it’s couse make disability in patients with non-specific low back pain. Exercise therapy for non-specific low back pain is high recommend to increased stability and correct posture of the spine. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of McKenzie Exercise to reduce patient disability in non-specific low back pain. Method: This research applied pre experimental research method with one group Pre and Post Test Design. The research was conducted in Dr Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital Klaten. There were 16 subjects taken for this research. Disability was measured by oswestry disability index (ODI) before and after treatment. Subject get Mckenzie exercise with the frequens are 2 times a weak in a month Result: Statistical test results obtained, have a decline ODI score at the McKenzie Exercise have done with a value of p = 0.000. This means that Mckenzie excercise can reduce patients disability in non-specific low back pain. Keywords: McKenzie exercises, disability, non-specific low back pain, oswestry disability index.

Low Back Pain et causa Spondylosis Lumbar is a degenerative process that occurs in the corpus and the intervertebral disc due to a decrease in the density ofthe corpus intervertebra and narrowing of the corpus intervertebral causedthinning of the disc, along with lower back pain due to stress back muscles,tendons, ligaments with symptoms such as Local pain not accompanied bytingling, weakness or neurological disorders. Problems of physiotherapy includepain silent press and motion in the lower back spasm, decreased trunk musclestrength, range of motion limitations trunk, decreased functional activity. In thiscase the selected intervention technologies to overcome the above problems byusing ultrasound modality, transcutaneus electrical nerve stimulation andWilliam's flexi exercise. Design research with descriptive method used in thepreparation of scientific papers is a case study. The taking of scientific papers isdone in RSUD Kraton Pekalongan. Based therapy that has been done obtained the following results: (1)decrease in silent pain becomes T6 T1 = 8 = 2, the tenderness T1 = 2 to T6 = 1,and the motion pain becomes T1 = 4.8 T6 = 1, (2) a decrease in muscle spasm atT1 = spasm, at T6 = spasm but decreases, (3) an increase in muscle strength m.Flexor trunk T1 = 2 to T6 = 3, at m. extensor trunk T1 = 2 to T6 = 3, (4) anincrease in the scope of flexion trunk T1 = 4 to T6 = 6, the extension trunk T1 = 4to T6 = 6, lateral dextra trunk T1 = 3 to T6 = 8, lateral sinistra Trunk T1 = 8 to T6= 9 (5) an increase in functional activity T1 = 18% to T6 = 2%. With the results obtained it can be concluded that the use of the modalitiesof physiotherapy with ultrasound, transcutaneus electrical nerve stimulation andWilliam's flexi physiotherapy exercise can help the problems arising from lowback pain lumbar spondylosis et causa.

Background: Dysmenorrhea is a painful menstruation which can affect daily activities. Primary dysmenorrhea is most common complaint without pathologic pelvic disease. The pain is dull aching, intermittent and located in suprapubic area and lower back associated with symptoms dizziness, headache, vomiting, and diarrhea. Obesity is associated with dysmenorrhea as adipose tissues affect the hormonal balance. Low back pain (LBP) is a common symptom in dysmenorrhea. Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of 90-90 supported hip shift hemibridge with balloon exercise on primary dysmenorrhea in obese undergraduate females for pain. Methods: This experimental study was conducted among 30 female subjects from undergraduate colleges of Miraj, Maharashtra, India. Females between age group of 18-25 years with BMI 25-29.9 kg/m2 having primary dysmenorrhea with LBP were included in the study based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Outcome measures used were VAS & WaLIDD scales to assess for pain, daily activities and to diagnose dysmenorrhea. Further they were given 90-90 supported hip shift hemibridge with balloon exercise during first 3 days of menstruation and pre-post VAS was measured and WaLIDD score was compared with previous month score. Results: The statistical analysis was done using paired t test which showed 90-90 hip shift supported hemibridge with balloon exercise was statistically significant on VAS and WaLIDD scores with (p value 0.000). Conclusion: 90-90 supported hip shift hemibridge with balloon exercise has shown to reduce low back pain in primary dysmenorrhea in obese females. Data from the Ministry of Health's 2006 research on diseases and accidents that occur in fishermen and traditional divers, said that a number of fishermen on Bungin Island, West Nusa Tenggara suffered from joint pain (57.5 percent) and mild to deafness hearing loss (11.3 percent ) The results of the initial research health research on fishermen in Batukaras Village showed that the 10 most diseases were dominated by diseases related to low back pain. The aim of this study is to explore causes factor asscociation with low back pain in Batu Karas Village Community Fishermen Group. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study was the Batu Karas Village Community Fishermen Group. This sampling was carried out based on the fishermen presented at the time of the study (accidental sampling) and willing to become research respondents by filling out and signing informed consent as many as 140 respondents. Data retrieval is done by structured interviews with questionnaires. Variables that have a statistically significant relationship with the incidence of complaints of lower back pain are years of work, smoking habits, with a p-value <0.005. The conclusion of this study are the work period of more than 20 years and smoking habits associated with lower back pain.Key words: Fishermen, Low Back Pain, The Work Period, Smoking Habits

Ergonomic is compatibility between working tools and workers who not suitable can cause workers to feel uncomfortable and decreased worker of productivity. One from things related of ergonomics is work position. In this case such as long standing, lifting, pushing, sitting position, etc. Workers of body activity that is not good in the long term will cause Low back pain (LBP) or Lower Back Pain (NPB).The aim of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of Low Back Pain in PT. Maruki International Indonesia Makassar .. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross sectional study design, a total sample of 58 people and using a purposive sampling method and data analysis is tested by conducting a statistical test that is chi square.The results showed there was no relation between age and the incidence of low back pain with P-value is 0.697> 0.05, there was a relation between duration time of work and the incidence of low back pain with P-value is 0.004 <0.05 and there was a relation between work ergonomics with the incidence of low back pain with P-value is 0.012 <0.05.Based on the results of this study concluded there ere no relation between the variables with the incidence of low back pain in workers at PT. Maruki International Indonesia Makssar in the factory section 1. Suggestions It is expected that workers improve their working methods of paying attention to health by applying ergonomic work principles to avoid injury, and other occupational diseases.Keywords: Low Back Pain, Age, Duration Of Work, Ergonomics

Lower Back Pain (NPB) is one of the most common Musculoskeletal disorders in work activities. The World Health Organization (WHO) says that 2% -5% of employees in industrialized countries suffer from Lower Back Pain (NPB) each year, and 15% of abstentism in the steel industry and trade industry is caused by NPB. Lower Back Pain caused by an incorrect sitting position at work is a clinical syndrome characterized by the main symptoms of pain or other feelings that are uncomfortable in the lower back region. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between attitude and length of sitting with complaints of low back pain in Samura Village, Kabanjahe Subdistrict, Karo District in 2019. The type and design in this study were quantitative analytical surveys with cross sectional design conducted in March - June 2019 in Samura Village, Kabanjahe Subdistrict, Karo District with a total sample of 36 people, sampling uses the total sampling method. Retrieval of research data using observations, the instrument for data retrieval in this study is the observation sheet. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square test. The results showed the average score of respondents 'sitting attitude was (58.3%), the average score of respondents' sitting time was (63.9%) and the average score of low back pain was (50.0%). Chi Square test results showed that sitting attitude p value = 0.007 and length of sitting p value = 0.037 means Ho was rejected meaning there was a relationship between attitude and length of sitting with complaints of low back pain in Samura Village, Kabanjahe District, Karo District. The results of this study are expected to pay attention to sitting staff who are ergonomic so as not to cause lower back pain.
