This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogical competence on teacher’s work morale. Using a quantitative approach through the correlational method. The research sample of 86 teachers. Data collection uses two instruments, the teacher’s pedagogical competency questionnaire, and the teacher’s work moral questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov for normality tests and simple regression techniques for linearity tests. The results showed that increasing teacher pedagogical competence influenced increasing teacher morale. It can be concluded that the teacher's pedagogical competence needs to be improved so that the teacher's work morale also increases so that educational goals can be realized.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.

<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of principals’ leadership to teacher job satisfaction. Using quantitative correlational research methods, which will reveal the contribution of each variable. The research sample was 86 teachers. Data collection used two instruments, namely the teacher's job satisfaction questionnaire and the principal’s leadership questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using simple regression and correlation techniques. The results showed that the principal’s leadership significantly contributed to teacher job satisfaction. It can be concluded that the Principal’s leadership is one of the most important factors because it can affect teacher job satisfaction. So that improving the quality of leadership by school principals needs to be improved.</p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

The problems studied in this study are the maximum learning outcomes in class X filing subjects at Bandung National Vocational School. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes in class X filing subjects. This study used a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The units analyzed were 67 students of class X majoring in Office Administration at SMK Nasional Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results of the study show that learning independence has an influence on learning outcomes. Therefore, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning independence from within students.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Unit yang dianalisis 67 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kemandirian belajar dari dalam diri siswa.

This research is aimed to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak. This research was conducted in two cycles, in each cycle having planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data analysis techniques that guide data management by using a percentage (%) to achieve a constant of 100. A maximum score of 92 out of seven pedagogical competencies consisting of; Competency 1; Get to know the characteristics of students. Competency 2; Mastering learning theory and principles of learning. Competency 3; Curriculum Development. Competency 4: Educating learning activities. Competency 5; Understand and develop potential. Competency 6; Communication with students. Competency 7: Assessment and evaluation. Research Results in the first cycle the lowest value of 70% and in thesecond cycle the lowest value of 80%. The highest average value in cycle I was 79% and the highest average value in cycle II was 84%. There is an increase in percentage of teacher pedagogical competence through academic supervision by 5% from cycle I.

Abstract Influence on the effectiveness of Rolling employees work in Manado State Islamic Institute. This study was conducted to address the effect of rolling on the effectiveness of employees working in Manado IAIN environment, thus the goal of this research is to know how to influence employees rolling on the readiness of the effectiveness of work in the neighborhood IAIN Manado. This research is a quantitative research for the study use a lot of numbers, ranging from data collection to the interpretation of the data. Besides this empirically is an ex post-facto research because the data obtained is data results from the events that have taken place, while the technique of data collection using questionnaires which is conducted by researchers to obtain accurate information. Data analysis technique used is simple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that Rolling employees has positive and significant impact to the effectiveness of work in IAIN Manado as indicated by the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient (rx,y) of 0. 826 and the value coefficient determinant (r2x,y) of 0.682 and thitung7.319> ttabel 2.060 or p. (0.000< 0.05 at significant level of 5 per cent, it means rolling variable Rolling employees effecting the effectiveness of work by 68.20%. Keywords: rolling employees, effectiveness of work

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of achievement motivation and personality types to procratination in completing student theses. The method used in this study is a predictive correlational method with data analysis techniques using multi-regression techniques, because there are more than two variables. The population in this study was 66 students. The sample selection technique uses total sampling technique, in which all members of the population are the object of research. Data collection instruments used a questionnaire with three scales, namely achievement motivation scale, personality type and procrastination. Based on the results of achievement motivation and personality type research has a significant effect on procrastination in completing thesis on students, while the proportion of achievement motivation variants and personality type on procrastination in completing thesis on students is 44%. For further research, researchers provide suggestions for finding and linking other factors that influence procrastination. Keywords: Procrastination, Achievement Motivation, Personality Types.    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi berprestasi dan tipe kepribadian terhadap prokratinasi dalam menyelesaikan skripsi mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional yang bersifat prediktif dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik multi-regresi, karena terdapat lebih dari dua variabel. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 mahasiswa. Adapun teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, yang mana seluruh anggota populasi menjadi objek penelitian. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan tiga skala yaitu skala motivasi berprestasi, tipe kepribadian dan prokrastinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian motivasi berprestasi dan tipe kepribadian memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi dalam menyelesaikan skripsi pada mahasiswa, sedangkan proporsi varian motivasi berprestasi dan tipe kepribadian terhadap prokrastinasi dalam menyelesaikan skripsi pada mahasiswa sebesar 44%. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, peneliti memberikan saran agar mencari dan menghubungkan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi prokrastinasi.   Kata Kunci: Prokastinasi, Motivasi berprestasi, Tipe kepribadian.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru IPS bersertifikat pendidik di SMP Kabupaten Magelang secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-postfacto. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji penaruh dengan regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda dengan sampel sebanyak 80 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja dan kepepmimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap secara bersama-sama  terhadap kinerja guru. Kuatnya kontribusi X1, dan X2 terhadap Y teramati dari besarnya koefisien regresi R=0,884 dan p<0,05 atau memberikan sumbangan efektif 88,4% terhadap kinerja guru IPS bersertifikat pendidik di Kabupaten Magelang. AbstractThis research aims to know the influence of work motivation and the headmaster’s leadership of the teacher’s performances of the Magelang Regency separately and simultaneously. This research is ex-post facto. Data analysis techniques using the test of influence with simple regression and multiple regression with a sample of 80 teachers. The results of this research show that (1) there are positive and significant impacts of work motivation on teacher’s performances; (2) there are positive and significant effects of headmaster’s leadership on teacher’s performances; dan (3) there are positive and significant effects of work motivation and headmaster’s leadership simultaneously teacher’s performances. The contribution of X1and X2 contribution on Y observed by the regression coefficient was 0.884 and p<0.05 or giving effective contribution as much as 88,4% toward the teacher’s performances of Social Studies Teachers Holding Teacher Certificates in Magelang Regency.
