Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model organisasi dan model pengembangan kurikulum bahasa Arab Madrasah berbasis pesantren di Ibnul Qoyyim Yogyakarta. Kurikulum sebagai program pendidikan yang disusun secara sistematis merupakan hal yang berperan penting bagi peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan kurikulum yang mampu membentuk peserta didik sehingga dapat menghadapi perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisis deskriptif untuk pengolahan data. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data Analysis Interactive Model menurut teori Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum bahasa Arab yang digunakan di madrasah Ibnul Qoyyim merupakan model organisasi integrated curriculum dengan memadukan kurikulum Kemenag dan kurikulum Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Adapun model pengembangan kurikulum Bahasa Arab di Madrasah Ibnul Qoyyim mengacu pada model pengembangan kurikulum Hilda Taba. Kata kunci: Model Organisasi Kurikulum Bahasa Arab, Model Pengembangan Kurikulum Bahasa Arab, Kurikulum Madrasah, Kurikulum Pesantren.   Abstract This study aims to examine the organizational model and model development of Islamic boarding school-based Arabic Madrasas in Ibnul Qoyyim Yogyakarta. The curriculum as an educational. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum that is able to shape students so that they can deal with the times. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis methods for data processing. The data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation with Analysis Interactive Data analysis techniques according to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the Arabic curriculum used in the Ibnul Qoyyim madrasa was an integrated curriculum organizational model by integrating the Ministry of Religion curriculum and the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor curriculum. The Arabic curriculum development model in the Ibnul Qoyyim Madrasa refers to the Hilda Taba curriculum development model. Keywords: Arabic Curriculum Organization Model, Arabic Curriculum Development Model, Madrasa Curriculum, Pesantren Curriculum.   الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة النموذج التنظيمي وتطور نموذج المدارس الإسلامية الداخلية في مدرسة ابن القيم يوجياكارتا. يعد المناهج كبرنامج تعليمي يتم ترتيبه بشكل منهجي دورًا مهمًا للطلاب. لذلك ، من الضروري تطوير منهج قادر على تشكيل الطلاب حتى يتمكنوا من التعامل مع الأوقات. هذا البحث هو بحث ميداني باستخدام نهج نوعي وطرق التحليل الوصفي لمعالجة البيانات. يتم جمع البيانات من خلال الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق مع تقنيات تحليل البيانات التفاعلية لتحليل نظرية مايلز وهوبرمان. أوضحت النتائج أن المنهج العربي المستخدم في مدرسة ابن القيم هو نموذج تنظيمي متكامل للمناهج الدراسية من خلال دمج منهج وزارة الدين ومنهج كلية المعلمين الإسلامية بوندوك الحديث دار السلام جونتور. يشير نموذج تطوير المناهج العربية في مدرسة ابن القيم إلى نموذج تطوير منهج هيلدا طابا. الكلمات المفتاحية: نموذج المنظمة للمناهج العربية ، نموذج تطوير المناهج العربية ، مناهج المدرسة ، منهاج بيسانترين.

Age is often one of the factors determining the target market of a business. By knowing the potential customer's age, we determine what kind of marketing strategy should be proposed. Along with the times, many business people are eyeing millennials because of their consumptive lifestyle. It is not surprising that millenials have now dominated consumer databases. The facts have not skipped the attention of the sharia banking sector in Indonesia. This study aims to construct the opportunity for Bank Syariah Indonesia to grasp millennials as a market share. This study uses field research with qualitative methods, carried out by descriptive analysis. The data sourced from interviews and questionnaires. Islamic banks' opportunities to attract millennials include familiarity with Islamic banking products and contracts, momentum of Hijrah, digitizing Islamic banking, and unique segmentation. These opportunities can be taken into consideration in expanding the Islamic banking market in Indonesia.

Abstarct. The role of zakat is very important, for that the amil zakat institution is a mandate of responsibility in managing zakat. The purpose of this study was to determine, Firstly the Role of Zakat in Increasing Empowerment, Secondly the Role of the Amil Zakat Institution, Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah Banjarnegara in enhancing empowerment in carrying out its programs relating to the economic empowerment of the people, especially the poor.       The type of data analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis, with field research specifications. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Amil zakat, infaq and shadaqah institutions in improving the economy of the poor is to use productive zakat funds as a program in the form of venture capital distributed by the LAZISMU Banjarnegara. And there is a change in economic improvement mustahiq after getting productive zakat funds with the qharhul hasan contract (benevolent loans).        Keywords: Productive Zakat, LAZ Role, Economy, Economic EmpowermentAbstraks. Peran zakat sangat penting, untuk itu lembaga amil zakat merupakan amanah tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan zakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, Pertama Peran Zakat dalam peningkatan pemberdayaan, Kedua Peran Lembaga Amil Zakat, infaq dan Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Banjarnegara dalam peningkatan pemberdayaan melaksanakan programnya yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi umat khususnya kaum dhuafa.        Jenis analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran dari Lembaga Amil zakat, infaq dan shadaqah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian kaum dhuafa yaitu dengan memanfaatkan dana zakat produktif salah satu program dalam bentuk modal usaha yang disalurkan oleh pihak LAZISMU Banjarnegara. Dan adanya perubahan peningkatan ekonomi mustahiq setelah mendapatkan dana zakat produktif dengan akad qharhul hasan (pinjaman kebajikan).        Kata kunci : Zakat produktif, Peran LAZ, Perekonomian, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi

This study aims to determine the description of the Planning program preparation of counseling program especially PKO Services with the field of Tutoring and to know the extent to which the implementation of Tutoring Teachers Teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in SMA Simpang Semambang. The subjects of this study are teachers, principals and students. This type of research is field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, documentation, interview and distribution of KPMP data. Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research and data analysis have concluded that Program Guidance and Counseling Service (Tutoring) in Simpang Semambang State Senior High School has been planned and made in accordance with the needs of schools and guidelines. In fact the implementation of tutoring in SMA Simpang Semambang sometimes not fully able to solve every problem of student learning difficulties that occur due to the service process or guidance is implemented minimal intensity and minimal continuity, it could be from other factors that influence it. The services are done with classical format that is in the classroom as for the service materials only in the form of advice and motivation, while the service with the field of tutoring is still minimal. Human resources are a very important part for every company to achieve the goals to be achieved. Company goals can be achieved through high employee performance. The management of the company must be able to increase employee performance by paying attention to factors such as discipline and compensation. Results of research on company performance, PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu in the 2013-2018 period experienced a decline in performance. This study aims to determine the effect of: work discipline on employee performance; compensation for employee performance; and the influence of work discipline and compensation together on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this study is associative, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data collection techniques by means of field research, literature study, data analysis and a population of 30 people and the determination of the sample using total sampling. The data analysis follows descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Work discipline and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 while the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance is 91.9%. The remaining 8.1% is influenced by other factors. Employee performance can be increased if discipline and compensation are considered by the company management. The enactment of regulations that are accompanied by appropriate sanctions will encourage high work discipline and the management of the company to try to meet the needs of employees through appropriate compensation

This research is motivated by the design of curriculum development management which has a strategic position in increasing student excellence.  Improving student excellence is an opportunity for madrasas as educational institutions that can produce a generation of superior, capable, strong character, following the civilization of the times.  Madrasas that have curriculum development designs by taking into account the strengths of students in accordance with their respective potential advantages will provide space and opportunities for students to strengthen their character and excellence.  This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research design.  The results of this study are, the design of curriculum development that is centered on knowledge, the design of curriculum development in madrasas consists of planning based on the foundation, principles, and goals of education with the vision, mission of the madrasa and programs to increase student excellence determined by the educational institution.

This article aims to find out about the Arabic language curriculum development model at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Gorontalo. This research uses the type of field research or field research. The research method is descriptive qualitative, namely research on the Arabic language learning curriculum's description with the boarding school system at MA al-Falah Gorontalo. The results of this study explain that: curriculum development at Madrasah Aliyah al-Falah Gorontalo is based on several foundations, namely juridical, psychological, and sociolinguistic foundations. Meanwhile, the curriculum development model used in Madrasah Aliyah al-Falah Gorontalo has been analyzed using an administrative model and a grassroots model. The characteristics of learning Arabic in the boarding school system at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah are different from learning in other schools. What distinguishes this Madrasah from other schools in the curriculum used and uses the Islamic boarding school system. So that learning Arabic is not only taught in schools but also trained in dormitories.

This study aims to produce science instructional sets Guided Discovery Model Assisted Microscope Simple to facilitate science process skills and students’ understanding concepts. The instructional sets developed are Syllabus, Lesson Plans, Worksheets, Simple Microscope Media, Science Process Skills Test, and Concepts Understanding Test. This type of research is the instructional sets development research. The  instructional sets development model used is the instructional sets development of 4D Model. The experiment of instructional sets was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Losari Brebes by using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instruments used in this study were the validation sheets of instructional sets, the observation sheets of the  implementation of Lesson Plans, the students’ activities, the assessment sheets of  science process skills and concepts understanding, the observation sheets of attitude and the questionnaires. Data analyzing technique used were descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative. The result of this research shows that the instructional sets developed are valid and can be used. The implementation of instruction are 100% done with very good category done. The most dominant of students’ activity is doing observation/investigation using simple microscope. Science process skills and students’ concepts understanding increases by value of N-Gain at middle category. The positive response of students towards the instruction is 86% with very strong category. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the instructional sets with Guided Discovery Assisted Simple Microscope are feasible (valid, practical, and effective) to use to facilitate science process skills and students’ concepts understanding

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. The development of Islamic boarding schools with various types of typologies is the impact of the development of the education system, which certainly requires an analysis of the projections of experts in accordance with their fields, in this case pesantren are required to concoct curriculum, prepare curriculum development strategies and then implement it well, although not all Modern theories have relevance to the world of pesantren on the one hand, and at the same time pesantren also need the concept of implementing a modern curriculum. The problem in this research is how the curriculum development model for pesantren diniyah madrasas. The purpose of this study is to describe the development model This type of research is field research (Field Research), using historical approaches and case studies. The data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation, using inductive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study are: First, Islamic boarding schools with early education have implemented curriculum development. The curriculum of the Diniyah Takmiliyah Madrasah is in accordance with the wishes of the organizers with the domination of the kiyai and ustad, and has not made the curriculum guidelines based on Diniyah Takmiliyah implementation guidelines of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion in total, which makes the gap between the ideal curriculum and the actual curriculum affect the implementation of the curriculum as it is, and there is still an ongoing repetition of material between formal and non-formal education. In the theory of Miller-Seller states that development and implementation is by paying attention to the components of curriculum development, determining the steps of curriculum development, so early Islamic boarding schools in Bengkulu do not yet have curriculum documents, but have their own ways in curriculum development namely combination models.

This study aims to identify the curriculum development model by Saylor, Alexander, and Lewis for Islamic education and its implications in schools. This study applied qualitative approach and literature study methods. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum is in line with the times. The curriculum also develops to meet the demands of current education systems. To achieve a goal in the educational process requires a design in implementation. Therefore, the curriculum is a design in which there are systematically designed programs to set a goal. Saylor, Alexander, and Lewis consider curriculum as the efforts of schools to influence students to learn, both in the classroom, on the schoolyard, and outside the school. Therefore, there are various demands that Islamic education must be able to answer those needs. Islamic Education is a vast subject in schools. It needs to be selected for its material and developed according to the needs and competencies of students and has use of value for students. Systematically, this paper implies that it tries to provide an overview of the Saylor, Alexander, and Lewis curriculum models and can guide carrying out activities and their implementation in Islamic education.
