The presence of waste in the environment is the root of many contradictions. Garbage can cause a variety of diseases, moving comfort, mosquito nests, and apart damaged view around. The presence of garbage makes the environment not beautiful. Nevertheless, many people have contributed to make waste increasingly pollute the environment. Scavengers are one of the professions that help plastic waste with low economic potential. While behind the negative side of waste, this can still be optimized by management so as to provide good economic value. Processing waste also encourages the level of monitoring of waste in the environment which makes it more beautiful. The dedication activities that have been carried out raise several issues at once. First is the empowerment of community groups who are scavengers without active groups. Second is increasing public awareness to dispose of garbage in landfills and classifying waste disposal so that it can be better and easier to manage others. Third is pollution caused by unmanaged waste, especially non-organic waste such as plastic. Community service activities help increase the economic and financial activities of partners and groups by helping to start a business as an expertise development that is usually done as a scavenger. Science and technology transfers consisting of management, business management, production management, finance, and groups will be given to partners. In addition, this service is a partner of change that helps change the community so that they are aware of waste disposal. This change will also benefit partners who will more easily obtain raw materials for their production.

In addition, it is necessary to take into account the prospect of competition, market segmentation and the smooth running of its business. Especially for the management of the Cireng-making business, it is necessary to pay attention to the availability of raw materials in the form of sago and flour which must be processed into dough. Most home and micro-scale industries have poor business management. Good management is able to produce the desired result or good in the business being run. The partner in this community service activity is students of Al Hidayah Senior High School in Mojokerto, who has a business in making ginger drinks “Jahe Sehat”. This training aimed to increase partner’s knowledge and skill about sanitation hygiene and production management. The manufacturing process starts from the preparation of raw materials, namely ginger, extraction, cooking, sieving, packaging and labeling to marketing. It was found that healthy ginger producers still do not understand the importance of hygiene and sanitation in the production process, unattractive packaging designs and no good financial cash planning system. The community service team conducts training and outreach to solve the partner's problems. By carrying out this service activity, partners increase partner’ skills and knowledge and the healthy ginger product "jahe sehat al-hidayah" has an attractive packaging.

AbstractOrganic waste is one of the big problems that are difficult to solve in Indonesia. The international news page, The Anadulu Academy stated that in 2019, there were 67 million tons of waste produced in Indonesia, of which 67 million tons, 60 percent of which is organic waste. In fact, in this organic waste, there are several substances such as protein or glucose which, if properly utilized can produce nutrients needed for plant growth, development, and health. Therefore, the writer as a participant in the Sisdamas Community Service Program tries to minimize the amount of organic waste in a small scope such as in Tagog Hamlet by processing it into liquid organic fertilizer or named "Tagog Liquid Organic Fertilizer (Tapukor)". Besides being able to be used by the people in the village, this liquid organic fertilizer can be marketed also where the liquid organic fertilizer has a high economic value of around 25,000 for 50 mL. So that the creation of liquid organic fertilizer is expected to contribute significantly in achieving the goal of sustainable development (SDGs) point eight, namely promoting equitable and sustainable economic growth, optimal and productive workforce, and decent work for all
