Introduction: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor in the ENT-HNS were the highest of all malignant tumors of the head and neck. Malnutrition and cachexia is a common problem in cancer patients and impact on quality of life and survival. Anemia is a major problem in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Objective: Determine the relationship of nasopharyngeal carcinoma stage with anemia and nutritional status. Material and methods: This study used cross sectional analytic method. Data were obtained from medical records of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were treated in province hospital West Nusa Tenggara period January 2018 to December 2018. Data collected include the identity, diagnosis, hemoglobin value, weight and height. Having analyzed the data collected are looking for is there a relationship between stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma with anemia and nutritional status. Results: In this study, Shapiro-Wilk normality test. Anova is then performed to analyze the relationship stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma with anemia status obtained 95% CI, p value 0.847, there is no difference between stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma with anemia. Kruskal Wallis test to analyze the relationship with BMI (body mass index) with stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma obtained 95% CI, p value 0.565. There is no difference in BMI with stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Conclusion: There is a tendency to lower Hb in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer further stage although there is no significant difference between each stage. The same thing was found in BMI, BMI decreased tendency in patients with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer although there was no statistically significant difference.

Abstract: Nutrition is needed for growth and development, energy, thinking, and physical well-being. Selection of proper nutrition will optimize growth and brain development. This study aimed to determine the relationship of nutritional status and academic achievement of elementary school students in Modoinding. This was a descriptive analytical study with a cross sectional design. The nutritional status was based on BMI value meanwhile the academic achievement was based on school reports. Samples were 114 students. Data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate analyses as well as ANOVA F test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between nutritional status and academic achievement with a p value = 0.792. Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between nutritional status and academic achievement among the elementary students in Modoinding.Keywords: nutritional status, achievementAbstrak: Gizi dibutuhkan anak sekolah untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, energi, berpikir, serta daya tahan tubuh. Gizi yang berkualitas akan mengoptimalisasikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan otak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dan prestasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Modoinding. Penelitian ini bersifat dekriptif analitik dengan desain potong litang. Status gizi dan prestasi dilihat berdasarkan nilai IMT dan hasil rapor. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 siswa. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji anova F. Hasil analisis data memperlihatkan tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara status gizi dan prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai p = 0,792. Simpulan: Pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Modoinding tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara status gizi dan prestasi belajar.Kata kunci: status gizi, prestasi

Abstrak Tuberkulosis (TBC) mengakibatkan penurunan asupan dan malabsorbsi nutrien serta metabolisme tubuh berubah sehingga terjadi massa otot dan lemak menurun akibat mekanisme malnutrisi dari energi protein. Malnutrisi pada TBC berpengaruh terhadap prognosis dan tingkat kematian. Peningkatan produksi IFNl- γ dan IL-6, TNF α menghambat dari aktivitas Lipo Protein Lipase (LPL) dijaringan lemak. Enzim LPL berperan dalam proses bersihan trigliserida. Peningkatan ini meningkatkan trigliserida sehingga proses sintesis lemak menurun dan proses lipolisis lemak meningkat di jaringan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan trigliserida dan status gizi pada klien TBC. Metode penelitian ini korelasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, sampel 25 orang, dengan uji korelasi Pearson-Product Moment. Hasil penelitian status gizi dibawah normal 56%, normal 40% dan kelebihan berat badan 4%. Kadar Trigliserida normal 84%, trigliserida tinggi 16%. Kesimpulan ada hubungan antara kadar trigliserida dan status gizi yakni r hitung sebesar 0,5: r tabel = 0,396 sehingga r hitung > r tabel dengan korelasi positif.Kata Kunci : Trigliserida, Status Gizi, Tuberkulosis.AbstractTuberculosis(TB) resulting the decreasing of nutrient intake and malabsorbsi as well as changing the metabolism of the body. The wasthing are decreased protein energy. Malnutrition on TB affects the prognosis of the treatment and death rates. The increase TNF α will inhibit the enzyme activity of Lipoprotein Lipase (LPL) in the fat tissue. LPL enzyme plays a role in cleavage process of triglycerides. This research was to analyze the relationship of triglycerides and nutrition status on the client with tuberculosis. The design was cross-sectional approach. The respondents were gathered from 25 newly TB patients. The analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment correlation. The results showed 56% respondents undernutrition, and normal 40% and over nutrition 4%. Most triglyceride level of the respondent were normal (84). The concluded was a relationship between triglycerides and the nutritional status with a positive correlation ( P value 0,396).Keywords : Triglycerides, Nutritional Status, Tuberculosis

Adolescents are age group that is vulnerable to the nutritional problems. Factors that influence nutritional status in adolescents include physical activity. Physical activity including physical exercise which is one of the efforts to stabilize the intake and expenditure of food substances which is a priority source of energy in the body. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of physical activity with nutritional status in students at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang District in 2019. The type of research used was quantitative research with cross sectional research design. The results obtained by the relationship of physical activity with the nutritional status of students p value of 0.003 or smaller than 0.05. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship of physical activity with nutritional status in students at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Students who are doing physical activity have normal nutritional status because there is a balance between energy intake and expenditure.

Influenced by nutritional status. The prevalence of nutritional status in Indonesia by 32.6% malnourished and 25.6% excess nutrients. If there is nutritional status disorders will aggravate the menstrual pain. Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the relationship of nutritional status in adolescents whose having dysmenorrhea in SMP Negeri 16 Bandung. Methods: Using a correlational descriptive design with cross sectional approach as well as using non-random sampling techniques, the number of population in this study of 50 female students who experience dysmenorrhea and the number of samples of 39 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Spearman test. Results: Based on the statistical analysis, mostly the respondents have malnutrition about 19 respondents (41.7%) and they have more likely a mild pain during menstrual period at about 22 respondents (56, 4%). The Spearman test results show that the value between the nutritional status with menstrual pain p-value of 0.039 (p<0.05) and the coefficient of contingency -0.332. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the nutritional status with dysmenorrhea. Suggestion: It is expected that it is able to give any appropriate feedback toward nursing process in anticipacing any reproduction health such as a clear information about nutritional status which is contributing a lot to have severe pain during menstrual period among adolescents.

The problem that often arises for workers in the industrial sector, including household industries such as gold craftsmen, is work fatigue. Data shows the prevalence of work fatigue in workers reaches from 10% to 40%. Gold craftsmen who are still working manually, working longer than 8 hours/day and having a body posture that is not ideal so they are at risk of experiencing work fatigue. This study aims to determine the relationship between length of work and nutritional status with work fatigue on gold craftsmen in Malimongan Village, Wajo District, Makassar City. This type of analytic observational research uses a cross sectional study approach, involving 30 gold craftsmen as respondents who were taken by simple random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires, body scales and stature meters which are then analyzed using non-parametric methods with the Kruskal Wallis test. The results showed that the length of work 8 hours/day was 44,3%, normal nutritional status was 70% and work fatigue was 60%. Statistical analysis showed that there was a relationship between length of work and work fatigue for gold craftsmen (p-value=0,016) while nutritional status and work fatigue were obtained (p-value=0,311). In conclusion, it is known that there is a relationship between length of work and work fatigue, and there is no relationship between nutritional status and work fatigue in gold craftsmen.

<p><em>Achievement of badminton athlete performance is supported by excellent physical fitness, normal nutritional status and adequate fluid intake. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutritional status and fluid intake with physical fitness athletes in Badminton Association of Kudus Regency. This research is an observational research with cross sectional approach. The population</em><em>s</em><em> in the study were badminton athletes in Kudus Region who met the inclusion criteria. Samples used 33 samples from the total population of 85 samples. Analysis</em><em> of</em><em> the relations</em><em>hip</em><em> of nutritional status and fluid intake with athlete's physical fitness using Pearson Product Moment test. Based on the test of the relationship of nutritional status with athlete physical fitness obtained p value = 0.386. Analysis of the relationship of fluid intake with athlete's physical fitness obtained p value = 0.450. This study can be concluded that there is no relationship of nutritional status and fluid intake with athlete's physical fitness.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><br /></strong><em></em><em></em></p>

Children under the age of five (toddler) Indonesia experience nerve development and brain disorders ranging from mild to severe. Every 2 out of 1,000 babies experience motor development disorders. Factors affecting motor development in toddlers, such as hereditary, prenatal environment, postnatal environment. Nutritional status plays an important role in motor development. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of nutritional status with the development of coarse motor toddler This research is an analytical survey research with cross sectional approach. Sampling techniques used are total sampling. Sample as much as 60 toddlers. This data is collected using checklist and observation sheets. Hypothesis test using Chi square correlation analysis. Data analysis results show the value of P value (0.000) < α (0.05) which means there is a significant relationship as well as the relation of relationships belonging to the strong category with the frequency value of the coefficient of (0.625). In conclusion there is a relationship of nutritional status with the infant motor development, and the relationship of these two variables is significant.

Weaning at less</em><em> </em><em>than 2 years of age can cause problems in children such as incidence of infectious diseases, especially increased diarrhea, nutritional effects that lead to malnutrition in children and cause the relationship of children and mothers is reduced </em><em>closeness </em><em>because bounding attachment process is disrupted. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge  and  attitude  of  the  mother  with  the  decision  of  weaning  time  in</em><em> </em><em>Tangkerang Timur Work Area Puskesmas Tenayan Raya. This research was conducted in </em><em>Mei</em><em>-</em><em>J</em><em>uni 2017 and this research using research type is quantitative data with research design  using  cross  sectional.  Sampling  technique  using  Stratified  random  sampling, population in this study amounted to 368 people and samples 18</em><em>4</em><em> p</em><em>e</em><em>ople in East Tangkerang Village. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate. The result of this research is can be concluded that there is significant relation between knowledge with time weaning (p-value 0,000 &lt;0,05), there is significant relation between attitude with time weaning (p-value 0,000 &lt;0,05). Mothers exclusively breastfeed to their babies until 6 months of age and and continue with breastfeeding until 24 months of age.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p>Waktu penyapihan yang baik dilakukan pada usia anak mencapai 2 tahun. Penyapihan yang dilakukan pada usia kurang dari 2 tahun dapat menyebabkan masalah pada anak seperti insiden penyakit infeksi terutama diare meningkat, pengaruh gizi yang mengakibatkan malnutrisi  pada  anak  dan  menyebabkan  hubungan  anak  dan  ibu  berkurang  keeratannya karena proses bounding attachment terganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan keputusan waktu penyapihan di Keluraan Tangkerang Timur Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tenayan Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni tahum 2017 dan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian adalah data kuantitatif dengan  desain penelitian menggunakan  cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan Stratified random sampling, Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 368 orang dan sampel 184 orang di Kelurahan Tangkerang Timur. Analisa yang diunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan waktu penyapihan (p-value 0,000&lt; 0,05), ada   hubungan   bermakna   antara   sikap   dengan   waktu   penyapihan   (p-value   0,000   &lt;0,05). Diharapkan ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayinya sampai usia 6 bulan dan dan dilanjutkan dengan MPASI sampai usia 24 bulan.</p>

Hyperbilirubinemia is one of the clinical phenomena most often found in neonates occurring in the first week of life, which is also one of the factors causing infant death is influenced by the immature liver function of the baby to process erythrocytes (red blood cells), resulting in the accumulation of bilirubin. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of birth weight of infants with the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in RSUD dr. Ibnu Soetowo Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2019. This study uses analytic methods with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all infants aged 0-7 days in the neonatal room at RSUD dr. Ibnu Soetowo Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2019, with a random sampling. Data analysis uses univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using distribution tables and Chi-Square statistical tests, with a 95% confidence level. In the univariate analysis, of 203 respondents found 26.5% had hyperbilirubinemia and those without hyperbilirubinemia 72.5%, 24.6% of infants with LBW and non-LBW infants 75.4%. Bivariate analysis showed that there was an LBW relationship with the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia (p-value 0,000).

Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang penulis lakukan di Akademi Farmasi dan Makanan (Akafarma) Yayasan Harapan Bangsa Banda Aceh tahub 2016 jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 150 orang, sebagian mahasiswa terutama laki-laki mengkonsumsi rokok dalam kesehariannya, penyebab mahasiswa mengkonsumsi rokok karena ingin tampil gaya, alasan mereka jika merokok membuat pikaran jadi lebih tenang, selain itu sikap mahasiswa yang tidak mengetahui bahwa jika merokok membuat mereka mudah terkena penyakit, selain itu kurangnya pengetahuan tentang rokok juga merupakan salah satu penyebab mahasiswa tidak memperdulikan keesehatannya..(Tujuan) untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, persepsi, dan sikap dengan intensitas perilaku merokokpada remaja putra di Akademi Farmasi dan Makanan (Akafarma) Yayasan Harapan Bangsa Banda Aceh Tahun 2016. Based on preliminary study which the author did at Academy of Food and Pharmacy (Akafarma) Harapan Bangsa Foundation Banda Aceh in 2016 the number of students as many as 150 people, some students, especially men consume cigarettes in their daily life, the cause of students consuming cigarettes because they want to look stylish, their reasons if smoking makes the plateau so calm, besides the attitude of students who do not know that if smoking makes them susceptible to disease, other than that the lack of knowledge about cigarettes is also one cause the students do not care about his health ..(Goal) to know the relationship of knowledge, and attitudes with the intensity of smoking behavior in young men at the Akademi Academy of Pharmacy and Food (Akafarma) Harapan Bangsa Foundation Banda Aceh Year 2016. Method: analytical descriptive with cross-sectional approach. Result: there is a significant correlation between knowledge and intensity of smoking behavior with p value = 0,000 (p <0,05), perception p value = 0,004 (p <0,05), and attitude p value = 0,002 (p <0,05) with intensity of smoking behavior among students at Akademi Academy of Pharmacy and Food (Akafarma) Harapan Bangsa Foundation Banda Aceh.
