Innovation is a major factor in the future development of humanity in general and the economy in particular. Ukrainian economy is currently going through a difficult period, which requires the search for innovative ways out of this situation. One of the possible ways to solve this problem is to build an innovative logistics strategy. The article examines the conceptual foundations of innovative and logistical activities in Ukraine. The essence and significance of the logistical approach in the activities of enterprises are defined. It is noted that the essence of the logistical approach is the integration of individual links of the commodity chain into a single system that will ensure the most effective management of the continuous material flows. The relationship of logistics with innovative activity of enterprises is identified. The place of logistical approach to management of innovative activity of enterprise is determined. Management aspects of innovation and logistics development are researched. It is specified that in conditions of openness of implementation of innovative processes, those enterprises that can quickly implement an innovative idea do gain a competitive advantage. The basic components of the conception of innovation logistics are outlined. The main provisions of the logistic conception in the development and management of innovative activities of enterprises are distinguished. It is summarized that innovative activity on the basis of logistics forms an effective mechanism for innovative management of enterprises. The use of a logistical approach to the management of innovative activities contributes to the achievement of the goal and strategic targets of the enterprise, in particular, with its implementation, the efficiency of economic, financial, economic and sales activities increases; the target audience is expanding, resulting in an increased demand for products (goods) and services; profit increases; competitive positions in the market are strengthened.

Keberadaan Jalan Tol Layang AP Pettarani sebagai bagian dari Jalan Tol Ujung Pandang, sangat diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi transportasi darat sebagai angkutan logistik penunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi secara nasional, khususnya dalam rangka mengatasi kemacetan serta mendukung mobilitas barang dan jasa di Kota Makassar. Perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan tersebut merupakan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan atau kemungkinan besar akan terjadi, yang menyangkut keadaan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan masyarakat pengguna jalan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar persepsi perubahan aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkunganmasyarakat pengguna jalanterhadap keberadaan jalan tol layang AP Pettarani. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data subyek. Data kuesioner yang digunakan adalah dari hasil jawaban responden atas pertanyaan yang diajukan penulis kepada responden dalam bentuk tulisan. Adapun untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel-variabel yang mempunyai hubungan, maka dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan perhitungan statistik. Untuk penganalisisan data digunakan SPSS versi 21.00 dalam model dan pengkajian hipotesis. Berdasarkan dari hasil kuesioner maka didapatkan variabel-variabel mana saja yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberadaan jalan tol layang AP Pettarani.The existence of the AP Pettarani Flyover Toll Road as part of the Ujung Pandang Toll Road, is expected to be one of the land transportation solutions as a logistical transportation to support national economic growth, especially in the context of overcoming congestion and supporting the mobility of goods and services in Makassar City. These social, economic, and environmental changes are the effects that are caused or will most likely occur, which involve the social, economic, and environmental conditions of road user communities. This study aims to analyze how much the perception of changes in social, economic, and environmental aspects of the road user community to the existence of the AP Pettarani flyover. The type of data used in this study is subject data. Questionnaire data used are the results of respondents' answers to questions raised by the author to respondents in written form. As for knowing the relationship of the variables that have a relationship, then testing the hypothesis with statistical calculations. For analyzing data SPSS version 21.00 is used in the model and hypothesis assessment. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it is obtained which variables have a significant influence on the existence of the AP Pettarani flyover.

In collective scientific work the causes and dynamics of complex and contradictory processes of formation of Russian journalism in the first third of the XIX century are analyzed and the relationship of Russian journalism and literature of this period is studied on the basis of the analysis of publicistic texts of writers in periodicals and rare printed sources. The team of authors also sought to theoretically comprehend and practically study journalism as a special field of literature, to develop new conceptual foundations for analyzing the complex and multi-level interaction of journalism and other types and genres of Russian literature.

In the past two decades, research on tourism or destination competitiveness has incremented exponentially. The concept of improving the performance of a destination to deliver goods and services considered significant for tourists is highly appealing for policy and decision-makers. Therefore, analyzing the relation between some identified causes of destination competitiveness exert in touristic variables of a specific territory results relevant. The present work applies the theory of forgotten effects to identify the direct, moreover the indirect cause-effect relationship of the identified variables. Results show that the highest indirect effect is given by the variables hospitality and sustainable development, some other interesting results are those found in causes, destination management, and accessibility; in effects, economic growth, and profitability. This work tries to shed light in the identification and initial measurement of the relevance that competitive variables has on a touristic destination.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to critically evaluate consumer society through various perspectives. In addition, it applies Buddhist economics as an exemplary model which helps managing consumer society. Design/methodology/approach – The study started by comparing and contrasting the management of consumption between Mainstream and Buddhist economic. In addition, various perspectives such as Marxian economics, Frankfurt School, sociology as well as social critics are added to comprehend consumer society. Finally, it proposed the practices of Buddhist economics as an exemplary model for managing consumer society. Findings – The study found that while Mainstream economics focusses on increasing the amount of goods and services, Buddhist economics focusses on converting the insatiable to satiable desires. There are two viewpoints of the interconnected spheres of consumption and production through the evolution of consumerism; a producer-led approach and a consumer-led approach. This polarization presents the debate in a very well-established tension between structure and agency. Originality/value – This paper proposed an exemplary model for managing consumer society by applying the dialectical relationship of both structure and agency.

The nature of our constitutional order is changing from a nation-state into a market-state. The market-state seeks to acquire legitimacy not as a provider or distributor of welfare goods and economic resources but strives to provide an enabling framework for the society to secure opportunities and better goods and services. As markets have acquired a pre-eminent institutional space, this article seeks to understand the aspirations of Dalits to enter markets as owners of capital and trade in diverse goods and services. The article examines the relationship between caste and capitalism, and argues that the current relationship of caste and capitalism does not operate on the notions of merit and efficiency. Markets are embedded in social relationships and, therefore, are more prone to be influenced by social customs rather than ideas of modern contracts, merit and efficiency. Drawing upon interviews with several successful Dalit entrepreneurs and their experiences, the article finds ‘unfavoured’ or ‘adverse’ inclusion of Dalits in the markets caused by social networks populated and controlled by upper-caste business peers.

Employing firm’s resources in a way can satisfy the unexpected needs of customers in less costs, which helps a firm to achieve a competitive edge against competitors considers the main goal for any business director. From other side, customers would prefer to deal with firms that offer goods and services with high level of quality, reliability and those at par with international standards. This has given the birth to the concept of TQM in service sector after proofing success in industrial sectors. The aim of the paper is to investigate the level of compliance to TQM practices in Banking sector in Palestine. In the beginning researcher reviewed literature studies to develop a knowledge about TQM practices (Leadership and Human resources development & management) in specific. and try to investigate the relationship between TQM practices and bank’s efficiency. Then, researcher have prepared a questionnaire to measure the level of compliance of Palestinian banks to TQM practices. 100 questionnaires have distributed for the bank employees, who work in different positions and departments. The results showed that less concern to TQM practices in leadership system, human resource development and management. Finally, researcher recommended that banks should give more attention to motivate employees through satisfying them financially and activate their role in decision making and work in a team soul.

The global innovation trends involve ever new and more flexible systems for the development of industries, goods, and services. The consumer ability of society creates stable needs for new state-of-the-art goods, technologies, and products. Within this context, the need to develop innovations as a way to achieve market demands can hardly be overestimated. The article includes an overview of a number of important innovation-based factors, such as the share of domestic spending on research and development in GDP in the Russian Federation, domestic current spending on research and development in the Russian Federation, the overall level of innovative activity of industrial organizations, etc. Besides, following the study, it was found that the overall level of innovative activity of industrial organizations has a direct notable correlation dependence on domestic current spending on research and development.

The article proposes to carry out the process of developing a new financial system of the BRICS States in the following sequence: to transfer foreign trade between the States to settlements in national currencies, with the subsequent development of its own unit of account, which will subsequently be able to replace the dollar and the Euro in mutual settlements within the BRICS; develop your own cryptocurrency or choose one of the existing cryptocurrencies, which for a certain period will be one of the possible elements of the settlement mechanism in the mutual trade of these five countries; to develop supra-national crypto-currency for the countries members of the BRICS. This process will be very complex, as it will require many technological, macroeconomic and organizational challenges.To solve the problem of building a new financial and monetary system of the BRICS countries, the article analyzes the actual level of digitalization of financial activities in the countries of the Association, on the basis of which proposals are developed and the following conclusions are formulated: crypto-currency operations are not completely prohibited in any of the States of the Association, and the prohibitions apply only to certain operations (ISO, mining, exchanges). Cryptocurrency is not recognized as a legal means of payment; in the BRICS countries there are no own, national cryptocurrencies, and only projects of future cryptocurrencies are developed, taking into account the features of the set goalsof economic development and management of cryptocurrency activities; the countries of the Association do not abandon the use of blockchain technology in the field of economy and Finance, as it ensures the openness and security of data storage, the creation of centralized exchanges, the exchange of goods and services; the BRICS countries should be interested in a gradual shift away from dollar dependence. The instruments of this movement are the national currency, its own, internal unit of account, its own national cryptocurrency, supranational cryptocurrency.

Advertising is a growing global industry that aims to create demand for products, goods, and services, and keeps demand alive and promotes and increases sales and profits. Advertising is also an important source of income for the media. The aim of this study is to examine both the development of the advertising industry in Turkey from a historical perspective and to shed light on the economic relationship of advertising within the media industry and consumption. In addition, the study aims to provide a brief descriptive analysis of the international advertising agencies operating in Turkey. In the current study, the economic functions of advertising can be split into two. One of these points to the relationship established with consumption and the other points to the relationship established with the media. Although it is not possible to limit the functions of advertising from an economic point of view, it has a certain limitation in terms of the scope and purpose of the study.

The fundamental difference between a traditional economy and geoecological economy is discussed in the article. The deeper the economy is being introduced into the ecosystem, the stronger it will be pressure on it that is outside the ecosystem, the more destructive is this incompatibility. It is concluded that the geoecological sustainable economy requires that the laws of geoecology became the basis of economic policy. Rational nature-use is impossible without an understanding of the unity of society and nature, their historical development of mutual. Our challenge is to create a new economy, acting on geoecological laws, this task is quite feasible, but if we can make the market called the true price of goods and services, that is taking into account the ecosystem services. The article shows that humanity is now faced with two interrelated problems: First - this is a problem of rational use of geoecosystem services, including natural resources, and secondly - the problem of environmental protection of pollution and save geoecosystem services, that is there are two "sides of the coin" - geoecological and resource. The relationship of the concept of rational nature-use, developed by Soviet scientists in the mid-twentieth century, and the concept of sustainable development, suggested by Western scientists is studied. It is shown that sustainable development - this is more a slogan than a scientific concept, which is unlikely to be implemented at the local level. At the same time, the concept of rational nature-use is feasible in regions or individual countries. At the same time, it is concluded that there is no sense to abandon the idea of sustainable development, as it is in itself a very humane, has received wide international recognition, does not carry negative consequences, but you should always keep in mind that essentially - we are not talking about sustainable development but about rational nature-use in a given area of the globe. The examples of indicators of sustainable development are given in the article.
