The consumption needs of the Indonesian population for fruits is quite high but cannot be balanced with the low national fruit production so that market needs are not fulfilled. When compared with local fruits in Indonesia, the level of demand for imported fruit is higher and much in demand by consumers because of the relatively cheaper price, maintained quality and in accordance with the wishes of consumers. The objective of this research is to analyze the number of local and imported fruit supplying which supplied by retailers, analyze the selling value of local fruits and imports offered, analyze the influence of selling prices on the supply of local fruits and imported fruits by retailers of fruit in the traditional market of Medan City. The analysis method used is a simple linear regression model. Data collection method through the dissemination of questionnaires and interview techniques to local and import fruit retailers in the traditional market of Medan. The results of the study obtained that the average number of local fruit supply was as much as 132 kg/day while imported fruit as much as 23 kg/day. The selling value of local fruit was higher than imported fruit which was Rp 2,126,340/day and Rp 1,520,840/day. The selling value of local fruit was higher than imported fruit which was Rp 2,126,340/day and Rp 1,520,840/day. Based on the results of the analysis, the selling price positively influenced the local fruit supplying with a significance value of 0.042 (<0.05). Similarly, the selling price of imported fruit has a positive effect on the offer of imported fruit with a significance of 0.002 (<0.05).

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of efficiency on bank performance. The population used is all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. 81 samples were obtained using a purposive sampling method. While the data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis test and t test (partial test). The results of this study indicate that the efficiency variable does not have a positive effect on bank performance, which in this study is calculated using ROA (return on assets which is seen from the significance value above 0.05) or seen from the t value < t table -1,326 < 1,667. So H0 cannot be rejected, which means Ha is accepted. Keywords: Efficiency ratio, Return on assets Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efisiensi terhadap kinerja bank. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh bank yang terdaftar di bursa efek indondesia periode 2014-2016. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 81 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji t (uji parsial). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel efisiensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bank yang dalam penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan ROA (return on asset) yaitu dilihat dari nilai signifikansi diatas 0,05 atau dilihat dari nilai t hitung < t tabel sebesar – 1,326 < 1,667 sehingga dipotesis H0 tidak dapat ditolak yang artinya Ha diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap work engagement karyawan. Work engagement sebagai kondisi mental yang positif, memuaskan dan berhubungan dengan pekerjaan yang memiliki karakteristik vigor, dedication dan absorption. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 103 yang berasal dari karyawan Politeknik X Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala work life balance dan work engagement. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif work life balance terhadap work engagement dengan nilai korelasi Pearson 0,646 (p < 0,01). Sumbangan efektif dari work life balance untuk memprediksi work engagement sebesar 41,2 % dan sisanya 58,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. This study aimed to find out the effect of work life balance on work engagement. Work engagement as a mental condition that is positive, satisfying and associated with a job that has characteristics of vigor, dedication and absorption. This research method is quantitative. The subjects in this study were 103 Polytechnic X Yogyakarta employees. The data were obtained using the scales of work life balance and work engagement. The data analysis method in this study used simple linear regression. The results of this study there is a positive effect of work life balance on work engagement with a Pearson correlation value of 0.646 (p <0.01). The effective contribution of work life balance to predict work engagement is 41,2 % and the remaining 58,2 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus it can be concluded that the hypotheses in this study are accepted.

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

Business actors must determine the selling price of a product appropriately in order to provide benefits for their business. The purpose of this research is to find out the desired production costs and profits whether they have an influence on the selling price at UMKM Dua Putri Beton Wringinom Gresik with a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach based on primary data. Observation, documentation, and interviews are data collection techniques from this research. The results showed that there was a significant influence on production costs and desired profit on the selling price of concrete buis products at UMKM Dua Putri Beton Wringinom Gresik, as evidenced by the results of the SPSS 21 for windows test, it is known that production costs have a positive effect on selling prices because production costs determine the high or low level of the selling price specified in a product. The desired profit has a positive effect on the selling price because if you want a large profit, the selling price for each set product must be high. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 98.6%. The calculation of production costs and the desired profit has a simultaneous effect on the selling price of concrete buis products at UMKM Dua Putri Beton Wringinom Gresik. Tourism marketing is one of the most important activities for the order market a product. Every company will do marketing with different ways and cconcepts to attract people’s attention. Advertising becomes one of the important promotion methods for PT. Wahana Ladang Budaya to increase tourist visits. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether promosi (X) affect the level of kunjungan wisatawan (Y) on Ladang Budaya Tenggarong attractions. This type research is quantitative research. Data in obtain sourced from people who visit Ladang Budaya Tengarong attractions by taking a sample of 100 people and the data obtained is sourced from the manager of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong attractions, with data collection techniques, namely literature study and field studies consisting of questionnaire techniques that have been tested for validity and its reliability. This research method uses simple linear regression analysis method. The results of data processing showed that the results of the regression equation were not experiencing data abnormalities or can be said to be normal data. Results statistical testing shows that the promosi variable has a positive effect to the level of kunjungan wisatawan. T test results indicate that the promosi variable (X) Partially significant effect on the level of kunjungan wisatawan to revisiting the tourism object of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong. Sugesstions to the manager of the Ladang Budaya Tenggarong is that can continue to improve existing promotions, so that the community can be more get to know more and can follow the latest news about Ladang Budaya attractions.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence traders in the Panam-Pekanbaru Traditional Market, Indonesia. The sample in this study were 61 traders. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used SPSS version 25. Finding showed that partially the variables that had a significant effect were working hours and capital, while the non-significant variable was length of business. While the results of the research simultaneously that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable.

Every time there is a celebration of Eid al-Fitr in our society, at that time the demand for goods and services increases. This phenomenon, if it is not balanced with adequate supply, will cause a significant increase in the prices of goods and services. The increase can occur before or after. The phenomenon of rising prices of goods and services in general is called inflation. Inflation is a very important economic indicator. Low and stable inflation will be a stimulator of economic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Eid al-Fitr on inflation in the City of Tasikmalaya so that it is expected to help the government in determining policies related to price control. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method with the variable to be studied is Eid al-Fitr. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2010-2017. The results of this study indicate that Eid al-Fitr has a positive effect on inflation in the City of Tasikmalaya, the magnitude of the effect is 8.7 percent.

One important principles of good governance in public services is public participation. since good governance is a conception of a clean, democratic, and effective governmental administration, it regulate a synergistic and constructive relationship between the government, private business world and society. This research combines both quantitative and qualitative methods as mixed methods. Based on simple linear regression analysis results, it is found that technological training, participation in law and government, financial governance and assets and development of managerial values have a significant positive effect on implementation of good governance. The advice in this research is the application of technology training should be done effectively, with technological training to the employees themselves, especially in the use of computerization and internet in order to achieve tujuan that want to be achieved by trade and industry service.Keywords:good governance, technology training, participation in law and government
