This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between professional money teachers with professional teachers in MTs Pematangsiantar, 2) the relationship between the discipline of working with the professionalism of teachers in MTs Pematangsiantar, and 3) the relationship between the Advantages of the teaching profession and discipline of cooperation with the professionalism of teachers in MTs Pematangsiantar. This research is a quantitative research with correlation research type. This study was conducted in 9 (nine) MTs Pematangsiantar is MTs Negeri, MTsS MESRA, MTsS Khoirotul Islamiyah, MTsS Guppi, MTsS Madani Al Islamiya School, MTsS Ibnu Sina, MTsS Fathul Islamiyah, MTsS YPI, MTsS Al Khairiyah. The population was 88 people and the sample size of the study was 72 people. The results showed; 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between vocational teacher teacher of professionalism of the teacher, if the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.439. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the discipline of working with the professionalism of the teacher when the correlation coefficient is 0.502, and 3) a positive and significant relationship between professional money and discipline with the professionalism of teachers with a correlation coefficient of 0.561.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>This study aims to determine the effect of routine home activities on the independence of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD in Gunung Kencana sub-district, Lebak-Banten. The research used by researchers is quantitative research with survey research type with a sample of 32 teacher children aged 4-5 years who are in the Gunung Kencana sub-district. the results of the correlation coefficient of routine activities at home with independence of children aged 4-5 years showed a figure of 0.797 which means it has a strong level of relationship because it is in the category interval 0.60 to 0.779. Which means that routine activities at home affect the child's independence. While the visible number of probabilities of routine activities at home to the independence of children aged 4-5 years is at a significant level of 0,000 &lt;0.05 so that it can be said that the relationship between the two variables is significant.</em></p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan rutin di rumah terhadap kemandirian anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD se-kecamatan Gunung Kencana, Lebak- Banten. penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei dengan sampel 32 guru anak usia 4-5 tahun yang berada di kecamatan Gunung Kencana. hasil koefisien korelasi kegiatan<em> </em>rutin di rumah dengan kemandirian anak usia 4-5 tahun menunjukkan angka sebesar 0,797 yang berarti memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat karena berada pada interval kategori 0,60 s/d 0,779. Yang Artinya kegiatan rutin di rumah berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian anak. Sedangkan terlihat angka probabilitas kegiatan rutin di rumah terhadap kemandirian anak usia 4-5 tahun adalah dalam taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 &lt; 0,05 sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel signifikan.</p>

Learning independence is the ability of a student in realizing his will or desire in a way without dependent on others. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning discipline and learning motivation with the independence of student learning in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. This research is quantitative research with population as much as 324 students of SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. By using stratified random sampling technique obtained sample of 180 respondents. Data analysis technique using Multiple Regression Analysis. In general, discipline, motivation to learn, and independence of high school students learn 1 Binjai classified high. The results showed that in the first hypothesis there is a positive and significant correlation between discipline with student learning independence in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai with correlation coefficient of 0.730 and p 0.000, then the second hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation with independence student learning, with correlation coefficient of 0.751 and p 0.000 and in the third hypothesis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between discipline and learning motivation with learning independence with a correlation coefficient of 0.793 and p 0.000. The total effective contribution between the learning discipline and the learning motivation toward the independence of the students of SMA Negeri 1 Binjai is 62.8%.

In this globalization era, the development of technology and information is increasingly fast, and it has given a major impact on the world of education. The emergence of various technology applications used to support online learning is because of the development. Linktree and Wordwall applications are new alternatives that students can use in the online learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of using Linktree and Wordwall Applications on IPS learning outcomes for Class V Students. This study is quantitative research which requires the use of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, as well as the appearance of the results and conclusions. . The method in this study is the correlational method. This method is used to reveal the relationship and the degree of relationship between two or more variables. The data is collected from questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the use of Linktree and Wordwall applications on IPS learning outcomes for Class V students with a correlation coefficient between X1 and Y of 0.365. The provisions of the correlation test by comparing rCount > rTable (0.365 > 0.355) and p-value of 0.022 <0.05. Thus, there is a significant relationship between X1 and Y. The correlation coefficient between X2 and Y is 0.477 > rTable 0.355. The provisions of the correlation test by comparing rCount > rTable = 0.477 and p-value of 0.003 <0.05. Thus, the relationship between X2 and Y is significant

This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between the academic qualification with public interest in MTs Privat Pematangsiantar, 2) the relationship between accreditation madrasah with a public interest on MTs Privat Pematangsiantar, and 3) the relationship between academic qualifications and the accreditation madrasah together -similar to the public interest in private MTs Pematangsiantar. This research is a quantitative research, with a kind of correlation research. This study was conducted in eight (8) Private MTs Pematangsiantar namely MTsS MESRA, MTsS Khoirotul Islamiyah, MTsS Guppi, MTsS Madani Al Islamiya School, MTsS Ibnu Sina, MTsS Fathul Islamiyah, MTsS YPI, MTsS Al Khairiyah. The population is 992 people and the research sample is 277 people. The result showed  : 1) a positive and significant correlation between the academic qualifications with the public interest that the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.248, 2) a positive and significant correlation between accreditation madrasah with the public interest that the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.571, and 3) a positive and significant relationship between the academic qualification and the accreditation madrasah with the public interest that the value of the correlation coefficient 0.574.

Interest in learning and the use of textbooks are two aspects that are very influential and have a relationship with student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the learning activities in the XI IPS class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo on economic subjects, the low student learning outcomes are influenced by students' lack of interest in learning and the lack of use of textbooks by students themselves. The research conducted at the XI IPS class at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo aims to determine the relationship between learning interest and the use of textbooks with learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The instrument used in this study was a research questionnaire. The population is 130 students with samples randomly selected for 100 students. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Interest in learning and the use of textbooks have a positive and significant relationship together with learning outcomes seen from the Sig. F change 0,000 <0,05. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes seen from the value of Sig. 0,000 <0,05. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the use of textbooks and learning outcomes of economic subjects seen from the Sig. 0,000 <0,05.Keyword : Interest in learning, utilization of textbooks, learning outcomes

This study aims to determine the relationship between the activeness of students following extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitudes. This research is quantitative research. The research method used is the correlation with the type of product moment design. The population in this study were all high-class students who took extracurricular scouting education. Sampling using random sampling but the sample in this study the entire population because it is less than 100 then the entire population is sampled with a total of 57. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Prerequisite test data analysis using tests of normality, homogeneity and hypothesis. This technique is used to determine the significant relationship between independent and dependent variables by comparing r_calculations and r_tabels with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of r_calculations= 0.66>  r_tabels= 0.266, which means that there is a significant relationship between activeness in scouting extracurricular education and disciplinary attitude. Furthermore, the significance test results obtained t_calculations = 6.8 ? t_tabels= 1.67303 means that there is a significant relationship between variables for the entire population with a contribution of 43.56% between the activities of joining extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitude. It was concluded that Ha was accepted where there was a relationship between the activities of joining the scouting extracurricular education with the discipline attitude of high class students at 36 Primary Schools in Bengkulu City.

Background: Students face depression, anxiety and stress because of anger that effect their education. Aim: The aim of the present study was to explore the relationship between anger and depression, anxiety and stress in university students. Methodology: It was based on hypotheses that a) Anger would be positively correlated with Depression, b) Anger would be positively correlated with Anxiety, c) Anger would be positively correlated with Stress. Sample consisted of 200 participants; data was collected from Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Results: To explore the main hypothesis of research, person correlation coefficient was applied on the data. Significant relationship between anger and depression, anxiety and stress. Conclusion: Students need care of family and counseling center in university. Teachers also need counseling to handle the students. This research is effective for students, parents and teachers.

<p><em>The number of medical personnel in the Padang City is still a shortage of the amount required is 83 people, but this time medical personnel numbered 53 people. This research was carried out by combining two types of research are mixed method, preceded by a quantitative research with cross sectional approach, followed by qualitative research. The study was conducted in Primary Health Care Padang City. The population in this study are all medical personnel in the Padang City with a sample of 38 people, with a sampling technique is simple random sampling. The bivariate analysis known there are significant relationship between work (p = 0,023), compensation (p = 0,001), supervision (p = 0,001) and the relationship between employees (p = 0,000) with job satisfaction. But there is no relationship promotion with job satisfaction (p = 0,208). The conclusion of the study there are significant relationship between work, compensation, supervision and the relationship between employees with job satisfaction.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the correlation between teacher’s instructional communication and learning outcomes in the form of final exam in the subjects of Class X Land Measurement Science expertise in Modeling and Building Information expertise program at SMKN 1 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is associative quantitative research. The method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were class X students of the Permodean Design and Building Information program at SMK 1 Jakarta, as many as 102 people. The sample in this study used the Random Sampling technique which was tested on 80 students. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between instructional communication and learning outcomes as evidenced by: correlation coefficient value of 0.601 which is included in the category of strong relationships, the significance value of the correlation coefficient t count = 6.851 and t table = 1.991 which indicates a significant relationship, and the relationship between instructional communication and final exam learning outcomes is obtained by the determination coefficient value of 0.376. So the instructional communication factor can influence learning outcomes, which is 37.6%, and the rest is influenced by other factors beyond instructional communication skills.

Pesta Sekolah are events in social community in Manggarai when the community member wants to continue their studies but are constrained by costs. Pesta Sekolah is a form of social support in the Manggarai community which is reflected in the form of caring and assistance both morally and materially to fellow members. There are Manggarai students who continue their studies at tertiary institutions who have outstanding achievements, however not frequently there are students who do not complete their studies. This study aims to analyze the relationship of social support in the form of a school party with achievement motivation in Manggarai students in Kupang City. The research type is quantitative research. The population is taken based on criteria while sampling uses a total sampling of 71 students from three Manggarai regional organizations in Kupang City. Analysis using Product Moment Pearson Correlation shows that there is a significant relationship between social support in the form of Pesta Sekolah and achievement motivation (r= 0.680; ƿ <0.05).
