Customer loyalty is the customer's commitment to a brand, store, or supplier and is reflected in consistent repeat purchases. This customer loyalty can be influenced by product, price, service, and purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influence between product variables, prices, services, and purchasing decisions on the loyalty of Muslim customers shopping for fashion in the traditional Inpres I Market in Kisaran. Method This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that product, price, and service variables influence purchasing decisions by 66.6% and the remaining 33.4% are influenced by other variables. Whereas product, price, service, and purchasing decision variables affect Muslim customer loyalty in fashion shopping at Traditional Inpres I Market in Kisaran with AA contribution of 70.9% and the remaining 29.1% is influenced by other variables. From the results of the significance test of the indirect effect it was found that there was a significant indirect effect of product, price, and service variables on the loyalty of Muslim customers shopping for fashion through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable in the traditional Inpes I Market in the Range with a 95% confidence level or error rate 5%.

<p><em>This  research </em><em>aims to determine  an influence of understanding of students of IAIN Kudus through the game of saving stock go to the decision to buy Islamic shares. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method through the warpPLS 6.0 application. Literacy as an independent variable is a buying decision as an dependent variable and game media as an intervening variable. The subjects in this study were 100 students of IAIN Kudus using purposive random sampling technique. The results showed that there is an influence of literacy through games on purchasing decisions with a significance of 0.003. The indirect effect is 0.192 and the total effect is 0.569. This means that literacy through the savings game go stock has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy Islamic stocks.</em></p>

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk is a company that produces outdoor, travel, and riding equipment. In early 2021, Eiger was hit by a crisis that many concluded was a failed PR activity. Eiger formed a crisis responsibility by providing feedback and creating a discount program for the audience. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the crisis responsibility affected the loyalty of Eiger customers with a post-crisis reputation as an intervening variable. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach involving 265 samples selected using non-probability purposive sampling technique with criteria that sample must know this case and have used Eiger products. This study uses path analysis as a data measurement technique to prove whether there is a relationship between the variables in this study. Path analysis was carried out using the AMOS 26 tool. The results showed that a post-crisis reputation was a partial-mediation intervening variable. The direct effect in this study is more prominent than the indirect effect. PT Eigerindo Multi Produk merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi alat-alat outdoor, travel, dan riding. Pada awal 2021, Eiger sempat dilanda krisis dikarenakan pemberian surat keberatan kepada beberapa Youtuber yang memiliki kualitas video yang kurang baik. Hal ini banyak disimpulkan sebagai salah satu aktivitas PR yang gagal. Untuk menghadapi krisis ini, Eiger memuat beberapa tanggapan dan membuat program diskon kepada khalayaknya sebagai bentuk dari tanggung jawab krisis tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah tanggung jawab krisis tersebut berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Eiger dengan reputasi pasca-krisis sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif yang melibatkan 265 sampel yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling, purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel yang harus mengetahui kasus krisis Eiger serta pernah menggunakan produk Eiger. Penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis sebagai teknik pengukuran data untuk membuktikan apakah ada hubungan antar variabel yang ada di dalam penelitian ini. Path analysis yang dilakukan menggunakan bantuan perangkat AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi pasca-krisis sebagai variabel intervening yang bersifat partial-mediation. Pengaruh langsung dalam penelitian ini lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung.

A B S T R A C TThe research objective is to determine the effect of: marketing mix variables(product, price, location and promotion) on purchasing decision variables,marketing mix variables on customer satisfaction variables, purchasing decisionvariables on customer satisfaction variables at Royal Garden Residence Balihousing with purchase decisions as a mediating variable. . This research wasconducted in the city of Bali, with the object of research being the residentialconsumers of Royal Garden Residence Bali as the population in this study, with asample size of 150 respondents and using random sampling techniques. The datacollection method is in the form of an online questionnaire via google form andwhatsaap due to the situation in Indonesia which is currently being hit by theCovid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that respondents have a goodperception of the variable marketing mix, purchase decisions and post-purchasesatisfaction Royal Garden Residence Bali. This is because the average value for allresearch variables is greater than 4 on the Likert scale. The results showed that themarketing mix variable both simultaneously and partially had a positive andsignificant effect on housing purchase decisions and the marketing mix variablehad a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on consumersatisfaction after purchasing Royal Garden Residence Bali housing, and purchasingdecisions had a positive and significant effect. significant on consumer satisfactionafter purchasing the Royal Garden Residence Bali housing. Then the research alsoproves that there is an indirect influence of the marketing mix variable on consumersatisfaction after purchasing the Royal Garden Residence Bali housing through thepurchase decision. Promotion is the most dominant variable in increasingconsumer purchasing decisions for Royal Garden Residence Bali housing.

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion on:1) Customer Purchase Decisions  at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 2) Purchasing Intention at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 3)Buying Interest on Customer Purchasing Decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende, and 4)Promotion on Customer Decisions mediated by Buying Interest at Roxy Swalayan Ende. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. the samples in this study were customers who shop at Roxy Swalayan Ende amounting to 50 people. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis performed using Path Analysis. The data were collected using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Path analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that: 1)promotion has positive and significance influence on Customer Purchase Decisions with a beta Value of 0,469, 2) promotion has positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Roxy Swalayan with beta value of 0,582, 3)purchase intention has positive and significant influence on Customer purchasing decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende with beta value of 0,438, 4) promotion has positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest has a beta value of 0,254

This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of lifestyle on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were 500 respondents from Dumai City who bought and used a Kawasaki D-Tracker 150 motorcycle, using Path Analysis. In this study the sampling method uses the Probability Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for elements of the population to be selected as sample members. In this study the authors set a sample of the criteria of respondents, namely age 17 years and above. Samples taken in this study used the Slovin formula. The results in this study that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Lifestyle and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. There is an indirect effect of Lifestyle on Consumer Satisfaction through Decisions

This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising and consumer behavior and its impact on purchasing decisions of the Academic Community of FEIS Unira Malang and FEB Unisma. The population in this study is the Academic Community of FEIS who have shopped at Lazada.co.id. The sample in this study was a population of 241 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory with survey methods. Data analysis uses path analysis. Based on statistical tests all indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. From the results of the path analysis test shows that advertising and consumer behavior significantly influence purchasing decisions. In addition, advertising has a significant indirect effect on purchasing decisions through consumer behavior. For this reason, it is suggested to improve the quality, creativity, and innovation of advertisements to attract more consumers to make purchases so that consumers are more loyal ____________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh periklanan dan perilaku konsumen dan dampaknya terhadap keputusan pembelian Civitas Akademik FEIS Unira Malang dan FEB Unisma. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Civitas Akademik FEIS yang pernah berbelanja di Lazada.co.id.  Sampel dalam penelitian  ini sejumlah populasi yaitu berjumlah 241 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory dengan metode survey. Analisis data menggunakan path analisis. Berdasarkan uji  statistik semua  indikator-indikator  dalam  penelitian  ini bersifat valid, dan variabel-variabelnya bersifat reliable. Dari hasil  uji analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa periklanan dan perilaku konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, periklanan berpengaruh signifikan tidak langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui perilaku konsumen. Untuk itu disarankan agar meningkatkan kualitas, kreatifitas, dan  inovasi  iklan agar  lebih  menarik  konsumen  untuk m elakukan pembelian sehingga konsumen lebih loyal

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether the product, price, place and sales promotion variables partially had an influence on the purchasing decision at Pizza Hut Delivery Gresik. The type of data used is primary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with the Pizza Hut Delivery Gresik Manager. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression whose purpose is to calculate the magnitude of the regression coefficient which will show the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables consisting of product variables, prices, places, and sales promotions on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of this study indicate that product variables, prices, places, and sales promotions partially influence the purchase decision variables.

This research is aimed at determining and explaining the effect of public relations marketing on the brand image and customers loyalty at Studio Alam TV9. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research employed three variables of Public Relations Marketing, Brand Image, and Customers loyalty. The visitors of Studio Alam TV9 that have visited twice or more are the populations of this study. 110 visitors are the respondents of this research selected through purposive random sampling to which the questioners were distributed. The data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on that path analyzed the research showed that public relation marketing has direct and significant effect on Brand Image. And the brand Image has direct and significant effect on the customers loyalty.  Beside that it is found that public relation marketing has indirect but significant effect of the customers loyalty through brand image. It is suggested that TV9 maintain and improve the public relation marketing ti improve the brand image and make the customers loyalty.Keywords: Marketing Public Relation, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty

This study aims to make marketers know that price, product quality on consumer purchasing decisions have an impact on customer satisfaction, namely on Prices, Product Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions That Impact on Customer Satisfaction CV.Cahaya Citrasurya Indoprima Surabaya. This study using path analysis (path analysis ) and the type of research quantitative population study is a customer CV. Cahaya Citrasurya Indoprima Surabaya, amounting to 50 permanent customers . The sampling technique uses nonprobability techniques(saturated sample) so that the research sample was 50 respondents. Test equipment used for data processing using SPSS software version 24.0. After testing the proposed hypothesis, it is obtained the results of analysis of research data that has been done partially which shows that Product Price and Quality have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions , indicating that Price and Purchasing Decisions have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, indicating that Price, Quality Product and Purchase Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction .

This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of compensation on employee loyalty, (2) to analyze the effect of the performance of the employee against employee loyalty, (3) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty, and (3) to analyze the effect of compensation, employee performance and satisfaction working simultaneously on employee loyalty. The research method used descriptive-quantitative approach path analysis. Path analysis is atechnique for analyzing the causal relationships that occur in multiple regression if the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly, but also indirectly. The results of this study concluded that: first, compensation Directly Affects the loyalty. Second, the performance Directly Affects the loyalty. Third, satisfaction Directly Affects the loyalty. Fourth, Compensation indirect effect on loyalty through the performance and through. Fifth, Performance indirect effect on loyalty through compensation amounting and through the satisfaction. And sixth, Satisfaction indirect effect on loyalty through compensation of and through the performance.
