This study determined the effect of the pattern of guidance and supervision of school’s principals on teacher’s performance in SD Negeri 1 Gardu Harapan, Lais, Musi Banyuasin both persially and jointly. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results of this study obtained that the pattern of guidance and supervision of the Principal significantly influence the performance of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Gardu Harapan. This research contributes that if you want to improve teacher performance, you have to improve the pattern of coaching and supervision.

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of madrasah head supervision and teacher work motivation to teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and interviews, then data analysis techniques using correlational. The results of the study, the correlation coefficient between the supervision activity variable (X1) with the performance variable (Y) is 0.501 and the correlation coefficient between the motivation variable (X2) and the performance variable (Y) is 0.493, each greater than the value of r table in n 38 which is 0.325. Thus the three variables are positively correlated. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the contribution of madrasah head supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher teaching performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax knowledge, tax rates and taxpayer awareness on the compliance of individual taxpayers of SMEs in Bekasi City. This research uses a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, partial test (t test) simultaneous test (f test) and determination coefficient (R2).The results of this study identify that the tax knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on individual SMEs taxpayer compliance. Tax rate variables have a positive and significant effect on SMEs taxpayer compliance and taxpayer awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on SMEs taxpayer compliance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogical competence on teacher’s work morale. Using a quantitative approach through the correlational method. The research sample of 86 teachers. Data collection uses two instruments, the teacher’s pedagogical competency questionnaire, and the teacher’s work moral questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov for normality tests and simple regression techniques for linearity tests. The results showed that increasing teacher pedagogical competence influenced increasing teacher morale. It can be concluded that the teacher's pedagogical competence needs to be improved so that the teacher's work morale also increases so that educational goals can be realized.

<p align="left"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah pembelajaran Operasional Tata Boga terkait materi perkuliahan dan kompetensi dosen (pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial). Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 30 mahasiswa angkatan 2019/2020. Penetapan sampel menggunakan <em>purposive sampling.</em> Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data mengunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan persepsi mahasiswa, konstruksi materi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa, meskipun ada beberapa materi yang cukup sulit untuk dipahami; dan (2) Kompetensi dosen pengampu mata kuliah Operasional Tata Boga sangat baik dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai seorang dosen profesional, namun tetap harus ada perbaikan atau peningkatan pada beberapa aspek.</p><p> </p><p align="left"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this research was to determine students' perceptions of the courses in Operasional Tata Boga related lecture material and lecturer competencies (pedagogic, professional, personality, and social). This type of research was descriptive with a sample of 30 students class of 2019/2020. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the research it was concluded that: (1) Based on students' perceptions, the construction of the material was in accordance with the needs and was useful for improving student skills, although there were some materials that were quite difficult to understand; and (2) The competence of lecturers in the Operasional Tata Boga</em> <em>course is very good and can be categorized as a professional lecturer, but there must still be improvements in several aspects.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze using outdoor learning methods on learning outcomes and interest in learning physics. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. This study involved 60 students from two classes, namely class XA and XB. The instruments used in this study were the pretest-posttest questions and the interest in learning questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used independent sample t-test, N-gain, and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The analysis results show that the treatment has a significant effect on learning outcomes and can improve learning outcomes compared to conventional learning. The outdoor learning method makes students more interested in learning physics. The conclusion that can be drawn is the outdoor learning method has a significant effect on learning outcomes and interest in learning physics in high school.

This study aims to: (1) produce Pop Up Book learning media on Cultural Diversity materials in North Sumatra grade IV elementary students, (2) know the feasibility of Pop Up Book learning media on Cultural Diversity materials in North Sumatra grade IV elementary students from the validation of eligibility by material experts and media experts. This research is a type of research and development with reference to the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan (1974). Furthermore, the model is adapted into 3 stages, namely: (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development (Develop). The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are descriptive qualitative. The media developed is validated by one material expert and one media expert. Validation by media experts is carried out 2 stages and produces a product in the form of Pop Up Book media that is eligible for grade IV elementary students.  . Validation by media experts is carried out 2 stages and produces a product in the form of Pop Up Book media that is eligible for grade IV elementary students. Thus the learning media developed is considered worthy of use in learning.

The research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on intention to quit mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Visionet Data Internasional Service Point Denpasar, Bali. The population contained in this study were 48 and by using saturated samples there were 48 respondents. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are Factor Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Path Analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style variables had no negative and significant effect on intention to quit, transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on intention to quit, job satisfaction had a mediating role in a negative and significant influence transformational leadership style towards intention to quit So the higher the transformational leadership style and job satisfaction in the company will be able to reduce the level of intention to quit employees. Laboratory or clinic is a facility for students to practice the skills required in practical situation. The completeness of existing facilities and infrastructure in the laboratory or clinic can supportquality improvement in practice the concept that has been overrun by students to enhance their learning achievements. Learners will be able to maximize the use of laboratory if facilities are complete and meet the learning needs. That was research used analytic observational approach cross sectional (cut the latitude) designed by doing observations at the same time. This research was carried out in the oral nursing care clinic in Dental Nursing Department. Total samples were 73 students semester IV, wich was taken with the total sampling method. Data collection used questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used correlation analysis Kendall Tau test. The results of analysis with Kendall Tau test by used a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) obtained results ρ-value = 0.00 and coefficient correlations (means) and 0.54 0.52 (infrastructure), the better or complete facilities and infrastructure, the more satisfied students in practise in clinic Conclusion: There was a relationship facilities (infrastructure) and satisfaction of students at oral nursing nursing care clinic in Dental Nursing Department

The title of this research is the influence of Intelligence Quotient, Emotional Quotient, and Spiritual Quotient toward Teacher’s Performance at state elementary schools Pino district south Bengkulu. This research is based on the importance of Teacher’s Performance in a school. Teacher Performance can be influenced by several factor. These factor are: Intelligence Quotient factor, Emotional Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. This study was aimed to analyze the influence of Intelligence Quotient, and Spiritual Quotient toward Teacher’s PerformanceThis research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is thestate elementary school Teacher in the southern Pino sub-district, with the sampling method of total sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. Data were collection method uses a questionnaire.By using multiple regression data analysis techniques, the results of this study showed that the Intelligence Quotient variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Quotient has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Quotient has a significant effect on Teacher Performance.Keywords: Intellegence, Emotional, Spiritual Quotient, Teacher Performance.
