Human resources like the nurses as a integral parts from medical services, have big contribution to select medical services at hospital. The nurses at hospital are a main point medical services, couses that human resources that contain the biggest and most interaktif with client continously and balance to give comprehensives medical services and professional reactions. The research purposing to know the factors that connected with styling work grade of nurses. The research do at resting installation RSUD, Sawah Lunto. The factor that observe are royalty grade, education grade, and leader grade. The research design that using is cross sectional, data proses and analyzes with using computerization program SPSS for window version 11.0 with Chi Square Test. The research populations are all nurses that have duty at resting room RSUD, Sawah Lunto in surgical operation, child room, and midwife services, that amount are 56 people, and all of population be a sample. From result research get 51,8% styling work from the nurses is like usual not the best. Statistic result show that relationship between motivations, salary, and leadership wit styling work, at the other side education grade not show relationship wit styling work. According the observation, the nurses more add motivation at working, officer at hospitas must attract nurses incentives and head officer more add activity and controlling to the working nurses.

<p>Result of SDKI 2012 show that MMR in Indonesia is 359 deaths per 100,000 live births. This result show that Indonesia still far from the target SDGs (Suitable Development Goals), who reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) to 70 per 100,000 live birth. One of the breakthrough programs of the Ministry of Health in an effort to accelerate the reduction in maternal mortality is to increase contraceptive after childbirth. The coverage of contraceptive after childbirth in Indonesia is still far from what is expected, from the 2013 Riskesdas data the coverage of contraceptive after childbirth in Indonesia was only 59.6%. Papua became a province with the lowest coverage of only 26%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between postpartum health care and contraceptive after childbirth in Indonesia. This study using  secondary data from "2013 Basic Health Research" conducted by the Health Research and Development Institute. The 2013 Riskesdas survey uses a cross sectional design. The results of the Chi-Square test showed that there were 0,0001, which meant that there was a relationship between postpartum health care and contraceptive after childbirth in Indonesia. While the results of the analysis of OR values were 1.595, which means that mothers who received health care during the postpartum were 1.6 times more likely to use contraceptive after childbirth.</p>

This cross-sectional study was conducted in a foundry factory to assess the prevalence of respiratory symptoms and occupational asthma in foundry workers. Physical examination, spirometric evaluation, chest radiograph, and a questionnaire related to respiratory symptoms were performed. Monitoring of peak expiratory flow rates, spirometric reversibility test, and high-resolution computed tomographies were performed for the participants having respiratory symptoms and/or impaired respiratory function test. A total of 347 participants including 286 workers from production department and 61 subjects who worked in nonproduction departments were enrolled in this study. It is found that phlegm (n: 71, 20.46%) and cough (n: 52, 14.98%) were the most frequent symptoms. The other symptoms were breathlessness (n: 28, 8.06%), chest tightness (n: 14, 4.03%), and wheezing (n: 7, 2.01%) . The prevalence of occupational asthma was found to be more frequent among the subjects who worked in the production department (n: 48, 16.78% ) than the other persons who worked in the nonproduction department (n: 3, 4.91%) by chi-square test (P: 0.001). To prevent hazardous respiratory effects of the foundry production, an early diagnosis of occupational asthma is very important. Cessation of cigarette smoking and using of protective masks during the working time should be encouraged.

<p><strong>Objective: </strong>To determine the prevalence of self-medication practice and its associated risk factors in Sana’a City.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out on consumers attending community pharmacies in Sana’a City. A self-administered questionnaire containing open-ended and closed-ended questions was developed and used for this study. Chi-square test and multiple logistic regressions were used in this study.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>A total of 400 consumers were involved in this study. The prevalence of self-medication in the past six months was found to be 90.7 % (94.1% of females and 88.3% of males). In Multivariate analysis, chewing khat, smoking, availability of medical services near the residence and the perception about death due to self-medication were significant predictors of self-medication practice. Those who chewed khat were less likely to use self-medication compared to those who did not chew khat (OR= 0.296, CI 95% 0.100-0.882, p= 0.029). Similar results showed that smokers were less likely to use self-medication compared to non-smokers (OR= 0.429, CI 95% 0.206-0.895, p= 0.024). It was also found that those who have medical services near their residence were more likely to use self-medication compared to those who do not have medical services near their residence (OR= 3.022, CI 95% 1.384-6.596, p= 0.006). Moreover, those who did not believe that self-medication leads to death were more likely to use self-medication compared to those who believed that self-medication may leads to death (OR=2.645, CI 95% 1.232-5.681, p= 0.013).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Self-medication practice was high among consumers in Sana’a City. Chewing khat, smoking, availability of medical services near the residence and the respondent perception about the possibility of death due to self-medication was significantly associated with self-medication.</p>

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><strong>Background: </strong>Adequate health and well-being is a human right that has been recognized throughout the world. Indonesia has agreed to this as evidenced by the existence of Law No.36 of 2009. Hospital is one of the public health services that has pharmaceutical installation facilities, outpatient care, and so on. <strong>Objective:</strong> To determine the characteristics of pediatric specialist clinic patients and to determine the relationship between internal pharmaceutical service factors and the satisfaction level of pediatric specialist clinic patients at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital. <strong>Methods:</strong> This study is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The technique used is total sampling. The sample size was taken from all parents of pediatric specialist clinic patients who took medicine at the Pharmacy Installation at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital and met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used was satisfaction questionnaire that was collected from November to December 2019. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using the Chi Square method. <strong>Results:</strong> Based on the Chi Square test between Human Resources, Medicine, and Process, it shows p&gt; 0.05, so there is no significant correlation between these variables and patient satisfaction. The results of the Chi Square test between the facilities and infrastructure variables showed p &lt;0.05, which means that there is a significant correlation between the variable facilities and infrastructure for the pharmaceutical installation of Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital and patient satisfaction. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Internal service factor of pharmacy that has influence is infrastructure, while other factors in the form of human resources and processes have no relationship.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> patient satisfaction, internal factors, pharmacy, Hospital</p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong></strong></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Latar Belakang:</strong> Kesehatan dan kesejahteraan hidup yang memadai merupakan hak asasi manusia yang telah diakui oleh seluruh dunia. Rumah sakit adalah salah satu pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang memiliki fasilitas  instalasi farmasi, rawat inap rawat jalan, dan sebagainya.  <strong>Tujuan : </strong>Mengetahui karakteristik pasien klinik spesialis anak serta mengetahui hubungan faktor pelayanan internal kefarmasian dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien klinik spesialis anak di Rumah Sakit Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan. <strong>Metode : </strong>Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Teknik yang digunakan adalah <em>total sampling</em>. Besar sampel diambil dari seluruh orangtua pasien klinik spesialis anak yang mengambil obat di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pengambilan data primer yaitu dengan kuesioner kepuasan yang dilakukan pada bulan November sampai Desember 2019. Data yang didapat pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan mengggunakan metode Chi Square. <strong>Hasil : </strong>Berdasarkan uji Chi Square antara Sumber Daya Manusia, Obat, dan Proses menunjukkan p &gt; 0,05, sehingga tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel tersebut dengan kepuasan pasien. Hasil uji Chi Square antara variabel sarana dan prasarana menunjukkan hasil p &lt; 0.05, yang berarti terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel sarana dan prasarana instalasi farmasi Rumah Sakit Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan dengan kepuasan pasien. <strong>Kesimpulan :</strong> Faktor pelayanan internal kefarmasian yang memiliki pengaruh adalah sarana prasarana, sedangkan faktor lain berupa sumber daya manusia dan proses tidak terdapat hubungan.</p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Kepuasan pasien, faktor internal farmasi, Rumah Sakit

Breast feeding is giving milk to be drunk to the baby from the breast. Uterus involution is a process how the uterus return to the condition back, before pregnanting after bearing. At the moment of suckling, happens a stimulus and brings the hormones out, such as oksitosin uses not only to stimulate some muscles constraction but also to stimulate the uterus, so that the process of uterus involution happens foster. According to the explanations above, the research aimed to know about the correlation between breast feeding and uterus involution. This research’s design was, cross sectional by the population of all childbirth mothers approximately 50 persons / month. By using accidental sampling technique we got 21 sample respondents. The place of research in RSIA Aura Syifa in Kediri Regency on 16th until 22nd of June 2009. From this research’s result, we got 14 persons (66,67%) with normal uterus involution, suckled in a good way, one person (4,67%) with normal uterus involution, suckled in a wrong way, 2 persons (9,52%) with abnormal uterus involution, suckled in a good way and 4 persons (19,05%) with abnormal uterus involution, suckled in a wrong way. Statistic test which used chi-square test, counted the probability frequency in advance, from that we got 3 columns with the score, less than 5, so that chi-square can not be continued and by doing exact fisher test, the score was 0,001. Because P with the grade mistake 0,05 smaller, so the conclusion was “Ho” is rejected, it meant “there was correlation between suckling and uterus involution”. Key Word : Breast feeding, uterus involution

<p class="Normal1"><em>Commitment is the attitude or behavior of likes or dislikes shown by someone against the organization at work. Indonesia is recorded as a nurse who has a low organizational commitment (76%) so it harms services. This phenomenon in the hospital can be seen from the indicator of the high turnover rate of nurses which reaches 30.9% which exceeds the standard &lt;5%. Many factors affect organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Personal Factors Associated with Organizational Commitment of Hospital Nurses. This study is a cross-sectional analytic study and purposive sampling technique with a sample of 59 nurses. Chi-Square test results obtained personal factors that have a relationship with organizational commitment Nurse Hospital is age with p = 0,000 and education with p = 0,000, personal factors not related to organizational commitment are gender p = 1,053 and years of service with p = 1,147. Hospitals should conduct research/surveys on Organizational Commitment periodically as an evaluation material in the context of the organization's development and development in the future</em>.</p>

ABSTRACT : The House index and Container Index in the buffer area of ​​the working area of ​​Balikpapan Sepinggan Airport is still above 1%, so the potential for the spread of dengue disease. Mobilization of people, goods and transportation equipment will increasingly affect the transmission of disease in ports and airports, especially for vector-borne diseases. This study aims to analyze the risk factors associated with larvae density of Aedes aegypti and describe the larvae index in the buffer zone of the Sepinggan Balikpapan Airport This study was a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study was 121 houses with a proportionate stratified random sampling, the research location was in the buffer zone of Sepinggan Balikpapan Airport in November 2018. The variables studied were houses with positive larvae containers, breeding sites and PSN behavior and larvasidation. The data was analyzed using the chi square test. There was a relationship between houses with larvae positive Aedes aegypti, behavior of Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) and larvasidation with larvae density of Aedes aegypti but not for breeding sites (p = 0.00 and 95% CI = 0.64), and   (p = 0.00 and 95% CI = 0.34). The description of several Aedes aegypti larvae index, namely House Index (HI) = 57.02%, Container Index (CI) = 24.36%, Bruteau Index (BI) = 148.76, and Flick Free Numbers (ABJ) = 42.98 %. Houses with larvae of Aedes aegypti larvae and PSN and larvasidation behavior were associated with larvae density of Aedes aegypti. The index of HI, CI and BI larvae is of high value so there is a risk of DBD transmission

The well is one of the source water used for bathing, washing, and drinking by the citizens in Jiken Hamlet, Rarang Village, Terara Sub-District. Poor dug well construction conditions can affect the amount of coliform bacteria contained in the dug well water. The purpose of this study is to identify the construction of dug wells and the content of coliform bacteria in dug well water and determine the relationship between dug well construction and the content of coliform bacteria. This research is analytic with a cross sectional study design. The results were obtained from 11 samples of dug wells which were observed in construction and the coliform content was known that all samples did not requirements as good dug well construction. Coliform content test results showed that as many as 5 dug well water samples did not pass the clean water quality standards. The results of data analysis with the chi-square test variable construction of dug wells with coliform content variable  showed 0,172 > 0,05, then the concluded is the dug well not suitable to use by people in that area as a source of water for daily needs.

Implementation of IMD in hospitals has decreased from the previous year and has not reached the target set by the government. Some IMD implementation processes have not been carried out according to applicable standards. So that babies do not get an IMD in accordance with existing SOPs. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors associated with the implementation of the IMD by midwives in the Midwifery and Maternity Room Emergency Room (IGD) at the Anutapura General Hospital in Palu. This research method is analytical with cross sectional approach. The population of this study was that all midwives in the obstetrics emergency room and maternity room at Anutapura Palu Hospital were 37 respondents. The sample in this study is total sampling. The analysis used was univariate, and bivariate analysis using the chi square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of statistical tests on variable knowledge of midwives with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.018 (p value <0.05). APN training with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.697 (p value> 0.05). length of work with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.029 (p value <0.05). and peer support with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.007 (p value <0.05). Conclusions there is a relationship between knowledge, length of work, peer support with the implementation of the IMD, and training factors that have nothing to do with IMD implementation. The strongest factor in the relationship is peer support. It is recommended that the Anutarapura Palu Hospital be able to motivate midwives so that they can further enhance their role in the implementation and provide support to their colleagues so that the implementation of the IMD can be carried out in accordance with applicable standards.Keywords: Knowledge, APN Training, Duration of work, Implementation of IMD

Indian population is in growing trend from 942.2 million in 1994 to 1.36 billion in 2019.Among this six per cent of India's population was of the age 65 and above (UNFPA, 2019). Today the work culture is totally changed. Both husband and wife are forced to work in the current scenario and unable to take care of their parents. The changing structure created increased problems for old age people leads to loneliness, psychological, physical health and financial insecurity. The study paper provides insight into the social and demographic factor and health related sickness of the oldest people. This research explained the cross-sectional study included a representative sample (n=116) of adults aged ≥60 years. The sample was chosen using a four-stage stratified random-cluster survey sampling method .The Chi Square test and ANOVA test was analyzed using SPSS20.
