The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of the communication climate dimension on employee engagement. The theory used in this study uses communication climate theory from Redding, 1972 (in Ruliana, 2016: 171), consisting of supportiveness, participative decision making, truth-confidence-credibility, openness and candor, and high performance goals. The theory used in this study uses communication climate theory (Redding, 1972 in Ruliana, 2016: 171), Employee engagement theory (Mowday, Steers & Porter, 1979 in Hayase 2009).The research method used is an explanatory survey method in the head office employee population in June 2018, with total sampling technique.  Of the total population of 262 people who responded to 226 respondents. To test the validity of the instrument, 30 respondents were used by using the Pearson Product Moment statistical formula and reliability using the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. 226 data were analyzed quantitatively through a simple linear regression test.Data collection techniques are carried out through field observations, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, literature studies and through the internet. The results showed the influence of the communication climate on employee engagement. Thus the theory used supports this research. Keywords: Communication Climate, Employee Engagement.Abstrak. This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

The research used the survey method with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling: judgment sampling. The analytical method used is the method of correlation analysis and multiple regression. The results of the study show that both partially and jointly the factors of product, price, place, and promotion have a significant influence on product purchase decision making. The higher the level of influence of the product, price, place and promotion, the stronger the influence of product purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the analysis of the factors that influence the purchasing decision shows the adjusted R2 value of 0.663, this means that all variables derived from the marketing mix have a joint contribution of 66.3% to the dependent variable (Y), namely the purchasing decision. The remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors.                                                             Keywords: marketing mix, decision making, Starbuck Coffee

This study aims to determine the correlation between effective sentence mastery and students' perceptions of teacher teaching methods and the ability to develop paragraphs in class V SDN Towara students. This research method uses a survey method through a correlational study. The research sample was taken by proportional random sampling technique with a total of 80 students from a total population of 120 students. The research instrument used tests and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique of this study uses simple correlation techniques and multiple correlation. The results of this study indicate that effective sentence mastery and student perceptions of the way teachers teach individually or collectively have a positive relationship with the ability to develop paragraphs. If we look at the value of the independent variable's contribution to the dependent variable, it is known that effective sentence mastery gives a greater contribution or contribution than students' perceptions of the way teachers teach.
