Limited time in consulting becomes an obstacle for midwives in diagnosing complaints in pregnant women, especially those who are already in the III trimester and approaching the labor process. Misdiagnosis results in inaccuracies in the provision of solutions and actions. Initial treatment that corresponds to the complaints of pregnant women especially the third trimester is expected to reduce mortality rates in the mother and fetus. Expert System can be a timely solution with not too long so as to improve the quality of examination on midwives. The methods used are identification, primary and secondary data collection, forward chaining data analysis combined with bayesian, and evaluation with the calculation of the percentage of system success. Samples taken by 20 patients and 4 patients were declared unsyed because they had only one complaint. Meanwhile, 16 patients had some complaints that complied with the Rules. A total of 11 out of 16 patients or about 70% had valid results between the diagnosis of experts/midwives with the system. It can be concluded that the system works well to diagnose complaints in patients with a third trimester gestational age so that midwives can provide appropriate initial solutions and treatment in reducing maternal and infant mortality.

There are several groups that are susceptible to infection with SARS-CoV-2, one of which is pregnant women. This can be attributed to changes in the physiology and immune system that occur in pregnant women. This study aimed to determine the most risk factors that cause pregnant women in Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou was infected with SARS-CoV-2. This type of research is descriptive with a retrospective approach, using secondary data in the form of data from the patient's medical record status. Background: The problem of an inadequate level of physical activity (PA) is important in the context of its relationship with the quality of life (QoL) of pregnant women. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationships between PA and QoL among pregnant women. Methods: The study analyzed 346 questionnaires filled in by pregnant women (157 in the second trimester and 189 in the third). The tool used for assessment of PA was the Pregnancy Physical Activity Questionnaire-Polish version (PPAQ-PL). The quality of life (QoL) was assessed by the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire-short form (WHOQoL-Bref). The results obtained from the PPAQ-PL and WHOQoL-Bref questionnaires for women in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy and intergroup differences were analyzed. Results: There was a significant correlation in the group of women in the second trimester of pregnancy between quality of life in the physical health domain and the intensity and type of physical activity. The women who rated their quality of life higher in this domain declared higher energy expenditures (EE) associated with vigorous activity (R = 0.159, p ≤ 0.05), as well as with occupational activity (R = 0.166; p ≤ 0.05) and sport/exercise activity (R = 0.187; p ≤ 0.05). In women in the third trimester, higher EE related to sport/exercise activity coincided with higher assessments of the overall quality of life (R = 0.149, p ≤ 0.05) and general health (R = 0.170, p ≤ 0.05). In the case of the psychological domain (R = 0.161, p ≤ 0.05) and social relationship domain (R = 0.188; p ≤ 0.05) of QoL, positive correlations occurred with EE related to vigorous activity. In contrast, high assessment of physical health domain coincided with higher EE related to occupational activity (R = 0.174; p ≤ 0.05). Conclusions: Our study makes an important contribution to knowledge concerning the correlations between PA and QoL in pregnancy. The results suggest the need for improvement in prenatal care and promotion of PA programs for pregnant women.

Backround: Childbirth is the process of expulsion from the conception of the uterus through the vagina to the outside world. In some cases, birth is a happy thing but in some cases it is a time of pain, fear, suffering and even death. Pain felt by the mother is an unpleasant sensory or emotional experience due to potential or actual tissue damage (Judha, 2012). One of the non-pharmacological techniques that can reduce pain by using hypnobirthing technique (Kozier, 2011). Target and uotcom: Trimester III Pregnant Women in antenatal care class, aims to improve the knowledge and skills of pregnant women about hypnobirthing techniques for readiness to face the labor process. Method implementation: Implementation: preparation of administration, socialization, implementation of hypnobirthing technique training and evaluation by interviewing the readiness of mothers before and after hypnobirthing technique training. Results : Before hypnobirthing training was performed in 10 third trimester pregnant women, 5 (50%) were ready, 4 (40%) were doubtful, and 1 (10%) was afraid of facing labor. After doing hypnobirthing training, the result is that 5 (50%) are more ready, 4 (40%) ready and 1 (10%) doubtful. Conclusion: Results before and after hypnobirthing technique training can be concluded that there is a change in maternal readiness in the face of labour. Suggestion : It is recommended that the Puskesmas conduct hypnobirthing technical training on regular and scheduled basis for pregnant women, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy.
