The population and sample in this study were students who participated in the volleyball activity unit as many as 60 people, namely 30 sons and 30 daughters, purposive sampling was used in the selection of samples. This type of research presents descriptive research using a quantitative research type approach. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical percentages. Descriptive analysis is the purpose of analyzing and describing the characteristics of this overall data analysis used in the SPSS program version 20.0. The conclusion of this study is a strategy to improve jump service skills in the student activity unit through physical condition training by considering the special preparatory physical condition training program,  pre-competition physical condition training program,  main competition physical condition training program,  transition physical condition training program, and compiling an exercise program. Following the characteristics of the sport of football. However, to determine the exercise program the physical condition needs to be careful, because in this study the sample used is still very little, and the need to consider other variables in conducting further research.

Achieving an optimal performance is one way for athletes to demonstrate the ability and quality of performance in a sport. Physical condition is the coverage of several indicators related to human physical abilities which directly contribute to the physical activity ability of an athlete. In addition, anthropometry is also a determining factor for the success of athletes in achieving an achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine and provide evidence in the form of scientific data from the results of research related to the physical condition and anthropometry levels of athletes, because these 2 indicators greatly influence the achievement of athletes. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, using a survey method with test and measurement instruments. The samples in this study were 10 volleyball athletes and 10 athletic athletes aged 9-12 years. The results of data analysis based on the results of the study indicate that the problem of minimal achievement of athletes in volleyball and athletics is due to the level of physical condition and anthropometry which are still less than ideal.

Effect of Small Sided Games and Interval Training on Aerobic Endurance of U-17 Soccer Players AbstractThis study aims to compare the effect of small sided games and interval training on the aerobic endurance of U-17 soccer players. 24 soccer players under 17 attended a 6-week training program divided into 2 groups: SSG group (n = 12) and IT group (n = 12). The research instrument used was Yo-Yo Intermitten Recovery Test. Two-way ANOVA is used for data analysis. Players from both groups showed a similar increase in aerobic endurance during the 6-week training period. These results indicate that SSG and IT are equally effective in developing the aerobic endurance in U-17 soccer players (p 0.05).

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The relationship of leg muscle strength to the results of shooting the silent ball towards the goal. 2) Relationship between ankle coordination and the result of shooting the ball silently towards the goal. 3) The relationship between leg muscle strength and ankle coordination towards the results of shooting the ball silently towards the goal. The method used in this study is a method of correlation with test and measurement techniques. Data analysis was carried out by a computerized system with simple or multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were students who participated in extra-curricular football at Pontianak's N 8 High School, totaling 22 people. In this study, there was no sampling technique because it took all the population who participated in 22 extra-curricular activities. The results of the analysis of the data obtained indicate that: 1) There is a relationship between leg muscle strength to the results of shooting the silent ball towards the goal. 2) There is a coordination relationship between the ankles and the result of shooting the silent ball towards the goal. 3) There is a relationship between leg muscle strength and ankle coordination towards the results of shooting the silent ball towards the goal. The amount of donation given by leg muscle strength to the results of silent ball shooting towards the goal was 52.1%, while the coordination contribution of the ankle to the results of silent ball shooting towards the goal was 25.3%. While the magnitude of the contribution given by the two variables, namely leg muscle strength and ankle coordination was 59% of the results of shooting the silent ball towards the goal. It is recommended that in addition to practicing silent ball shooting techniques towards the goal, leg muscle strength should be taken into consideration for the trainer in giving a portion of training.

This study aimed at investigating the extent of effectiveness of the Simantri in Mangani Village in 2018 in terms of context, input, process and product. The instruments that were used in this study were quesyionnaires and documentation. The members of Simantri in Mengani Village consisted oif 39 people were used as the subject of the study and the object was the Simantri program. This study used descriptive analysis by using standard score (z-crore) transformed into T-score then verified into the prototype from Glickman. The result of the data analysis revealed that from each dimension, context obtained a positive result (+), input obtained a negative result (-), the process obtained a positive result (+) and the product also obtained a positive result (+), then the CIPP position (+ - + +) in quadrant II. So, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Simantri program in Mengani Village was included in quite effective category.

The proposal of the “exposome” concept represents a shift of the research paradigm in studying exposure-disease relationships from an isolated and partial way to a systematic and agnostic approach. Nevertheless, exposome implementation is facing a variety of challenges including measurement techniques and data analysis. Here we focus on the chemical exposome, which refers to the mixtures of chemical pollutants people are exposed to from embryo onwards. We review the current chemical exposome measurement approaches with a focus on those based on the mass spectrometry. We further explore the strategies in implementing the concept of chemical exposome and discuss the available chemical exposome studies. Early progresses in the chemical exposome research are outlined, and major challenges are highlighted. In conclusion, efforts towards chemical exposome have only uncovered the tip of the iceberg, and further advancement in measurement techniques, computational tools, high-throughput data analysis, and standardization may allow more exciting discoveries concerning the role of exposome in human health and disease.
