This study describes the implementation of the iB Hasanah Card operational financing at BNISyariah Bank which is adjusted to the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 54 of 2006 (Syariah Card), to findout the suitability between the iB Hasanah Card operations against the sharia card mechanismbased on the fatwa. The method used in this research process is a qualitative descriptive analysismethod. Retrieval of data in the form of primary data, and secondary data, primary data obtained byconducting interviews with the BNI Syariah Bank. Literature study was obtained from books, journals,official websites and documents relating to the iB Hasanah Card. The data analysis technique wascarried out with three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions fromthe results of the data analysis as evidenced by the validity of the data through source triangulationtechniques. The results of this study indicate that the BNI Syariah Bank in general in carrying out theoperational iB Hasanah Card as a whole is in accordance with the fatwa DSN-MUI No.54 / DSNMUI/ X / 2006. However, there are a number of points from the iB Hasanah Card program featuresand provisions regarding restrictions that should need special attention and be reviewed, becausethe contents contained in the fatwa are usually general or comprehensive, not specific or detailed.Like, smart spending and danlus features on iB Hasanah Card that are not listed in the fatwa. Otherprovisions include differences in fee provisions and the application of ta’widh fees, the calculation ofwhich is based on the time period of delay and the type of card not based on the actual loss incurredby the bank during billing.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables of business innovation, consumer attitudes, and loyalty to sustainability marketing. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing sustainability marketing at PT. Indonesian Railways DAOP VI Yogyakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study is not infinite and the sample used is 100, where the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of business innovation, consumer attitudes, and loyalty simultaneously on sustainability marketing at PT. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy in Kedai Digital 8 Solo in increasing sales of merchandise products. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods, namely research that seeks to describe or describe the object under study based on facts in the field. Data presented using primary data, secondary data through structured interviews, observations, and documentation relating to this study. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy applied by Kedai Digital 8 Solo is advertising (advertising) and direct marketing (direct marketing). Advertising uses brochure media, banners / MMT and through social media. While direct marketing is done using media letters / proposals submitted to individuals and companies / agencies. Of the two strategies implemented, advertising through social media (online) is more routine because it is considered more effective and efficient. While direct marketing through media letters / proposals is carried out periodically at least once a year even rarely. Keywords: communication strategy, marketing, advertising

This study aims to analyze the control of receivables on the collection of cash flowreceivables at PT.Cowell Development Tbk. The data analysis technique used inthis research is descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative descriptive analysis isa data analysis technique that is done by collecting data, clarifying data,explaining and analyzing so that it provides information and images that areappropriate to the problem being faced or researched. Sources of data in thestudy used are secondary data sources and primary data. From the results of thestudy show that the control of receivables is the billing process with a long time tothe bills that are due. PT. Cowell Development Tbk must be more active in thecollection of receivables so that the balance of the amount of receivables is nottoo large so that it will affect the effectiveness of cash flow.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with the technique of determining informants by purposive sampling. The technique of data collection is done by collecting primary data (interviews and observations) and collecting secondary data (literature studies and documentation). While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the current waste management strategy at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service is quite maximal in overcoming waste generation. This can be seen from the strategic planning carried out by the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service in the implementation of being able to increase the waste reduction target in carrying out its vision and mission of realizing Kendari which is clean and beautiful. While for operational planning at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service, it is still not optimal, it is faced with a related obstacle, namely the lack of technical staff available in their respective fields. This lack of a workforce can result in increasing volumes of waste every day because the population is not proportional to the number of employees, especially workers who handle the waste.

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah provinsi Banten, sehingga dapat mengetahui model pemberdayaan ekonomi paling efektif bagi masyarakat pesisir di Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan lokasi penelitian di Desa Lontar Kecamatan Tirtayasa, Kabupaten Serang dan Desa Citeurep, Kecamatan Panimbang, Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Data primer penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan karakteristik nelayan antara desa Lontar dan Citeurep. Ada perbedaan jenis pemberdayaan di kedua desa. Ada perbedaan komoditas pada kedua kelompok nelayan. Di Desa Lontar, jenis komoditas yang dihasilkan lebih bervariasi, perikanan tangkap, bandeng dan budidaya rumput laut dan usahatani rumput laut. Sedangkan di Desa Citeurep komoditi hanya menangkap ikan. Dalam perspektif kelompok, nelayan di Desa Lontar lebih terorganisir daripada nelayan di Desa Citeurep. Model pemberdayaan relatif yang dapat diterapkan pada dua kelompok nelayan tersebut adalah dengan Model Pendekatan Kelompok Berbasis Regional dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik masyarakat yang ada di daerahnya masing-masing. Pola pemberdayaan yang paling tepat adalah pola pemberdayaan yang melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang menggunakan skema kemitraan seperti: peran pemerintah daerah, perguruan tinggi, DPRD, dan swasta / perusahaan.   Kata kunci: pemberdayaan pesisir, kesejahteraan, kelompok nelayan   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of economic empowerment activities of coastal communities that have been done by the government of Banten province, thus to find out the most effective model of economic empowerment for coastal communities in the province of Banten. Metode used in this study is qualitative descriptive, with research sites in the village of Lontar sub District Tirtayasa, Serang Region and Citeurep Village, Panimbang sub District, Pandeglang Region. Informant's determination is done by purposive sampling. Primary data of this research is getting from indepth interview and observation. Secondary data getting from by literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the characteristics of fishermen between Lontar and Citeurep villages. There are differences in type of empowerment in both villages. There is a difference of commodities in both groups of fishermen. In Lontar Village, the types of commodities produced are more varied, capture fishery, milkfish and Sea Weed cultivation and seaweed farming. While in Citeurep Village the commodity is capture fish only. In group perspective, fishermen in Lontar Village are more organized than the fishermen in Citeurep Village. The relative empowerment model that can be applied to the two groups of fishermen is with the Regional-Based Group Approach Model taking into account the characteristics of the community that exist in their respective regions. The most appropriate  pattern of empowerment is the empowerment pattern that involves all stakeholders using partnership schemes such as: the role of local government, universities, DPRD, and private / corporate   Keywords: coastal empowerment, welfare, group of fishermen

Management is a tool to achieve the desired goals, with good management it will facilitate the realization of the goals of a company or organization. The effective and efficient use of elements in management owned by a business will be able to bring advantages to businesses and consumers. The management elements consist of Material, Method, Man, Machine, Money, and Market, known as 6M. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of 6M at Artebo MSMEs. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, namely research in the form of words, sentences, schemes, and descriptions. The data sources consist of primary data and secondary data obtained from observations and interviews. Primary data comes from information, statements, and information from informants. Secondary data comes from documentation review. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself with the aid of a mobile recorder; observation sheet; and interview sheets. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data is checked by triangulation, namely checking the validity of the data using something other than the data concerned for checking purposes or as a comparison. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model. The stages in data analysis taken in this study include data reduction; presentation of data; validation test; and verification. As for the results of the study, namely MSME Artebo has implemented the elements of 6M management effectively, this is adjusted to the conditions of the micro-business being run. The man that is owned is one person, namely the owner. Money used in production activities can be explored because the material is easy to use and affordable. The materials used mostly comes from nature, namely wood. The machine used is a simple machine because of the limited resources that can be utilized. The method used is a traditional method. And the market that is used to sell products is done in a Word of Mouth manner.

AbstractNazir has a central role in management and development of waqf assets. A nazir’s method of managing waqf assets will decide the quality and quantity of the use of waqf assets, so that the existence of a professional work team will make the waqf assets more developed and productive. The purpose of this study was to determine the professionalism of waqf nazir by analyzing the management of productive waqf in the Daarut Tauhiid Bandung waqf institution. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing productive waqf management from three aspects, namely nazir, waqf assets, and finance at the Daarut Tauhiid waqf institution. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used interactive model analysis by Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study indicate that productive waqf management at the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf Institution, which is reflected in three aspects, namely nazir, asset management, and financial reporting has gone well. This is supported by professional and competent nazirs in managing and developing waqf assets productively through collaboration with various parties; as well as management of waqf finances in a transparent and accountable manner through reporting to BWI, the community and waqif. AbstrakNazir memiliki peran sentral dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan aset wakaf. Cara nazir dalam memperlakukan aset wakaf akan menentukan kualitas dan kuantitas pemanfaatan aset wakaf, sehingga keberadaan tim kerja yang profesional menjadikan aset wakaf akan semakin berkembang dan produktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profesionalitas nazir wakaf dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif dari tiga aspek, yaitu nazir, aset wakaf, dan keuangan di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen wakaf produktif di Lembaga Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid yang direfleksikan melalui tiga aspek yaitu nazir, pengelolaan aset, dan pelaporan keuangan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini didukung oleh para nazir yang profesional dan kompeten dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan aset wakaf secara produktif melalui kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, dan juga pengelolaan keuangan wakaf secara transparan dan akuntabel melalui pelaporan kepada BWI, masyarakat dan waqif.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between variables of product quality, risk perception, and trust on shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 2,797 students and the sample used was 100, where the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests.
