ENGLISHPati Regency has a great potential production of consuming salt but there is an indication that the existing production of consuming salt is not optimum. The objectives of the research are: 1) to analyze the potential production of consuming salt in the study area; and 2) to analyze the existing production of consuming salt in the study area. The research uses descriptive approach. The data consist of primary data and secondary ones. Data collecting uses techniques of interview, field-events and document observation. The analysis uses descriptive one. There are three main findings in the research. Firstly, the potential production of consuming salt in Pati Regency is nearly 209,202 tons yearly but the existing production of consuming salt is 73,380 tons yearly, which is equal to 35.076% from the provided local potential production of consuming salt. Secondly, normatively local community in Pati Regency has consumption to salt 6,674 ton yearly, and the ekspor potential of salt is 202,527 ton yearly but the approximately annual salt ekspor is 66,706 ton because the realized production is not optimum. Thirdly, the product quality of consuming salt in the study area is under standard in general because of under standard raw materials and under standard equipments for production. INDONESIAKabupaten Pati memiliki potensi produksi garam sangat besar tetapi ada indikasi realisasi produksi garam konsumsi belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisa potensi produksi garam konsumsi di area studi; dan 2) Menganalisa eksistensi produksi garam konsumsi di area studi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi lokasi (field-events) dan observasi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini memiliki 3 temuan utama. Pertama, potensi produksi garam konsumsi di Kabupaten Pati sebanyak 209.202 ton per tahun tetapi realisasi produksi hanya sebesar 73.380 ton per tahun (35,076%) dari total potensi yang tersedia. Kedua, secara normatif konsumsi masyarakat domestik terhadap garam konsumsi di Kabupaten Pati sebesar 6.674 ton/tahun, dan daerah ini memiliki potensi ekspor garam konsumsi sebanyak 202.527 ton per tahun tetapi realisasi ekspor garam konsumsi hanya sebesar 66.706 ton per tahun karena realisasi produksi yang tidak optimal. Ketiga, kualitas produksi garam konsumsi di area studi umumnya di bawah standar dikarenakan faktor bahan baku yang kurang baik dan proses produksi yang tidak memiliki sarana/prasarana yang memadai.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

  The purpose of research is to know the influence of religiality, quality of service, quality of products to customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch Helper Darussalam. Sample of this research as much as 100 customers using the formula Slovin with a sample technique is purposive sampling. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data used is the primary data obtained by using questionnaires. The results of this study showed that religiusity, quality of service, the product quality is the simultaneous effect on customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch maid Darussalam. A partial factor of religiusity and quality of service, the culinary products to give positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, but one of the variables (product culitas) has a level of Lower influence than the variable religiusisity and quality of service.

Quality of service is one of the main activities carried out by Kantin Yuank in its efforts to develop and earn a profit. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality on visitor buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City. The research method uses quantitative methods with primary data sources. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study includes: validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient (R2) and hypothesis testing through t test. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the independent variable quality of service studied is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable consumer purchase interest with a p value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Adjusted R Square is 0.251. This means that 25.1% of buying interest is influenced by service quality and the remaining 74.9% is caused by other factors not included in this study such as product quality, price, place and others. The results showed that service quality influenced purchase intention. Thus, by maintaining and improving product quality and service quality at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City, a positive visitor attitude will be formed which will affect the buying interest of visitors at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City.

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

O processo de modernização da agricultura ao mesmo tempo em que proporcionou um aumento na produção, garantindo o alimento necessário para as populações, provocou uma queda na necessidade de mão de obra no campo, desarticulando assim formas tradicionais de produção. Enquanto parte desta população migrou para as cidades, outros necessitaram buscar novas fontes de renda, ampliando sua produção de matéria prima para outros setores com características não-agrícolas. Paralelamente a este processo, o meio rural deixou de ser visto apenas como um espaço para a produção agrícola e passou a ser considerado também como um local de lazer, moradia, descanso, dentre outras funções. Entre este amálgama de novas atividades desenvolvidas no meio rural, surgiu o turismo, como uma atividade capaz de gerar renda e a estimular as pessoas a continuarem na zona rural. Diante deste contexto, a localidade do Pinho de Baixo, interior de Irati (PR), reconhecida por suas vinícolas, seu museu que retrata a colonização do município por italianos (Casa Dei Nonni) e a tradicional festa da polenta, iniciou atividades correlatas ao turismo a partir de abril de 2016, objetivando diversificar a oferta de produtos fundamentado pela base comunitária. Além destas características, encontra-se no Pinho de Baixo recursos turísticos naturais como cachoeira, paisagens preservadas e o local também recebe uma das etapas do evento “Cicloturismo Irati”, consolidado no calendário municipal. Assim, com o intuito de verificar a potencialidade do produto turístico, objetiva-se nesta investigação caracterizar os elementos que compõem este novo atrativo, por meio da análise da sinalização turística do local, inventariação das atividades realizadas e análise qualitativa da atual oferta disponível. A metodologia adotada apoiou-se em levantamento de dados primários, obtidos a partir da observação participativa e não-participativa in loco, durante o mês de julho de 2016 e posterior submissão destas informações na matriz de avaliação SWOT.Os resultados sugerem a necessidade de um engajamento maior da comunidade local, a ampliação da oferta, bem como de sua melhora qualitativa, instalação de placas de orientação, restrição e educação, além da promoção da imagem do produto. Como prática de planejamento, são avaliadas estratégias para o alcance dos resultados encontrados, caracterizando deste estudo como uma pesquisa aplicada com viés sobre a sustentabilidade ambiental, econômica, social e cultural. Formatting a tourist product: the rural attractive characterization at Terra dos Pinheirais (PR, Brazil) ABSTRACT The modernization process of agriculture at the same time provided an increase to production rates, ensuring the necessary food for the population and caused a decrease in the need for labor in the field, thus disrupting traditional forms of production. As consequence, part of this population migrated to the cities, others needed to seek new sources of income, increasing its production of raw materials for activities with non-agricultural characteristics. Parallel to this process, the countryside become no longer seen only as a space for agricultural production and it has to be considered also as a place of recreation, housing, rest, and other new functions. Among this amalgam of new activities in rural areas, the tourism has emerged as an activity capable of generating income and encourage people to remain in the countryside. Once given this context, the place Pinho de Baixo, inside Irati (PR, Brazil), that has wineries, museum that depicts the colonization of the italians at the city (called Casa Dei Nonni) and the traditional feast of cooked corn meal, had started activities related to tourism from april 2016, aiming to diversify the supply of products based by community-based. Besides these features, is in the Pinho de Baixo some natural tourism resources as waterfall, preserved landscapes and the site also receives one of the stages of the event "CicloturismoIrati", also consolidated in the municipal events calendar. Thus, in order to verify the potential of the tourism product, the paper objective is to characterize this investigation the elements of this new attractive, through the analysis of the tourist site signage, inventory of activities and qualitative analysis of the current offer available. The methodology was relied on primary data collection, obtained from semi-structured by participant observation and non-participatory observation in loco during the month of July 2016 and by application of SWOT method for measuring the data. The results suggest the need a greater involvement of the local community, the expansion of supply, as well as its qualitative improvement, installation of signposts with orientation, restriction and education messages, and the addition to the product image promotion. As a practical planning, strategies are evaluated for the achievement of the results, characterizing this study as an applied research with bias on environmental, economic, social and cultural sustainability. Purpose of this study to determine how the facilities and infrastructure for softball learning in Senior High School Jepara Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with the subject of this research is the Senior High School teachers in Jepara district. The collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis using methods that are carried out continuously with data reduction, data presentation and make a conclusions. The results showed that (1) From 9 State Senior High Schools in Jepara Regency had good softball facilities and infrastructure, because there were several schools that did not have the facilities. (2) The main inhibiting factor in the procurement of softball facilities is the price of equipment which is expensive and in large quantities. (3) Softball learning in the school has not run optimally, due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure. (4) The teacher is innovative enough in learning to modify the tools and how to play. The conclusion is that the price of softball equipment is very expensive and the amount of equipment is not small, so the implementation of softball learning in the schools has not been carried out properly, because of the lack of softball equipment and also requires a large field. It is hoped that schools whose facilities and infrastructure for softball learning are still inadequate should be available to immediately organize softball facilities and infrastructure while still considering the level of need, so the quality of learning outcomes for sports and health, softball material can run well and can also lift branches Softball in Jepara Regency has become a popular sport not only among students but also among the local community.

This research aims to formulate internal and external strategy in developing Dodol Salak agroindustry in Pangu One Village. The study was conducted from March to May 2017 from preparation to the preparation of research reports. The data obtained in this research includes primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was done by interview technique to the respondent while secondary data was obtained by searching in the form of documents from related institution, seminar papers, This study used primary data and secondary data, with literature relevant to the research topic. The analysis used in this research is by using SWOT Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the right strategy for the development of dolcol agroindustry in Pangu Satu Village, Ratahan Sub-district is to apply aggressive strategy, that is by creating creating process sorting of raw materials and better production equipment and utilizing manpower to produce superior product; through the process of sorting out the selection of good raw materials to increase revenue; companies use products that are free from preservatives and dyes to increase public interest in refined products; improve the process of sorting raw materials and the quality of health products to be more able to compete with existing companies; cooperate not only with one supplier (farmer); increase capital through related institutions such as Bank or other agencies; conducting human resource training to improve the company's work processes and increase opportunities for employers to create new jobs and reduce unemployment; increase capital income to prevent piracy of labor and utilize capital for infrastructure activities and transportation facilities.

The Covid-19 pandemic has undeniably crippled the economy of the wider community. Beekeeping and its derivatives business are promising efforts during the current pandemic. Honey, which is one of its derivative products, has become a necessity that is most in demand by the public to maintain stamina and endurance. Currently the market demand for good quality honey is getting bigger, so that this opportunity is widely exploited by honey business actors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the efforts made by Bali Honey in improving the working ability of honey breeders in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and to analyze the strategies implemented to improve the quality of the honey harvest to bring benefits to the local community. The data analysis method is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis was carried out by collecting secondary data and primary data. The data and information obtained through field research are then analyzed by doing data reduction, namely summarizing the data from interviews and field observations, then interlinking them with the theoretical basis and literature review to get a final conclusion. The theoretical foundations used in the research are reinforcement theory, expectancy theory, and goal setting theory. The result of the research is that consistent education carried out by Bali Honey plays an important role in improving the working ability of honey farmers so that the quality of the yields produced can compete in the market. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze empirically the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) to the cost of quality and product quality, the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) to the cost of quality and product quality by quality culture as the moderating variable, the influence of the cost of quality and product quality the performance of the company.Data collection methods used in this research is in the form of secondary and primary data. The questionnaire distributed by proportional random sampling to 34 people respondent managers who working in the rattan industry in Cirebon. The method used in this research is the analysis of MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) with SPSS tools.The results of this research are the Total Quality Management (TQM) affect the cost of quality and product quality, Total Quality Management (TQM) with a quality culture not significant effect on the cost of quality and product quality, cost and quality of the product quality no significant effect on the performance of the company.
