El presente estudio se realizó con el objetivo de estimar la relación que existe entre los conflictos familiares y el trastorno de la conducta de los niños, es así que se pudo evidenciar que estos conflictos se convierten en factores claves para evidenciar problemas en el comportamiento de los niños y en los miembros de sus familias. Se aplicó una metodología de carácter exploratorio, utilizando las técnicas observación y encuesta, para realizar un análisis de datos de la conducta de los alumnos. Uno de los resultados más relevantes es la identificación de las causas que generan este tipo de conflicto en los hogares, de tal manera que se pueda aportar, de manera directa, a la mejora del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y de la conducta de los estudiantes que sufren de tal ambiente familiar. FAMILY CONFLICTS AND ITS INCIDENCE IN CHILDREN´S BEHAVIOR DISORDER ABSTRACT The present study was carried out with the objective of estimating the relationship between family conflicts and children's behavior disorder, so it was possible to show that these conflicts become key factors to show problems in the behavior of children and their family members. An exploratory methodology was applied, using the observation and survey techniques, to perform a data analysis of the students' behavior. One of the most relevant results is the identification of the causes that generate this type of conflict in the homes, in such a way that it can contribute, directly, to the improvement of the teaching-learning process and the behavior of the students which suffer from such family atmosphere. Desde el análisis de la relación entre cultura psicopedagógica y el contenido psicopedagógico como componente del proceso de     en la formación de educadores, se hace una propuesta de qué conocimientos, habilidades, valores y  experiencias  de  la  actividad  creadora,  como  tipos  de  contenido,  deben incluirse en esta formación. The system of relationships and emotions that develop in the teaching-learning process define the complexity of teachers' education and pose the challenge of bringing out the emotional and affective culture that guides school life. Several studies on teaching practices highlight the tendency to refer to technical aspectsas a key dimension of professionalism, rather than on relational and emotional dimensions that can promote the relationship with student. The creative and unprecedented reconfiguration of professional practice is configured as the outcome of a reflexive process of subjective construction and de-construction of the profession and its development.The paper proposes a reflective training experience, which involved 76 teachers, focused on emotional and relational dimensions on teaching and based on the use of the narrative-autobiographical instruments (diary, narrative, metaphor). The results achieved in the monitoring phase show that the training offered an opportunity to reflect on oneself and one's personal and professional experience, starting from the use of alternative perspectives and interpretations than those that are already in use

This study is concerned with the improving student’s vocabulary achievement in writing descriptive text through Make a Match Method. The objective of this study was to discover whether the use of Make a Match Method could significantly improve students’ vocabulary achievement in writing descriptive text. This study was conducted by applying Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles in six meetings. The subject of this study was students of SMA Negeri 1 Pollung which consisted of 34 students. The instruments for collecting data were descriptive writing test, observation sheet, questionnaire sheet, and diary notes. The techniques for data analysis were quantitative and qualitative. It was found that teaching-learning process ran well. Students were active, enthusiastic and interested on writing descriptive text. The result of this study showed that the use of Make a Match Method significantly improved student’s vocabulary achievement in writing descriptive text.

Since the beginning of humanity, an attempt has been made to explain the way in which man acquires knowledge, the way in which he assimilates, processes and executes it in order to develop the teaching-learning process that people need throughout of his life, which forces to change the learning schemes using new study methodologies, such as neuroscience, which is a discipline that studies the functioning of the brain, the relationship of neurons to the formation of synapses creating immediate responses which transmits to the body voluntarily and involuntarily, in addition to controlling the central and peripheral nervous system with their respective functions. It is necessary to change the traditional scheme and implement new strategies that allow the teacher to venture into neuroscience, in order to individually understand the different learning processes that students do. As some authors of neuroscience say, the brain performs processes of acquisition, storage and evocation of information, which form new knowledge schemes that generate changes in the attitude of the human being, for this reason teachers are responsible for taking advantage of what It is known about the multiple functions of the brain and be clear about the various ways of acquiring knowledge.

By the way it presents itself, the repulsive educational style brings indisputable prejudices to the teachinglearning process, strongly affecting the entire construction of this process, especially the segment that covers the relationship between the teacher and the students. Having the ability to impose itself differently – as something reminiscent of an authoritarian or nomothetic behavioral, distant or impulsive, ultra-reactive or strict, oscillating or detached – the educational style in question is characterized by the fact that it contradicts the rights and duties incumbent on the position of a teacher. In his presence, the school environment collapses, ceasing to present a „suitable environment in which essential connections can be created for the multilateral and harmonious development of the student” or a „space in which the professional competence of the teacher is complementary to the developmental particularities of the student”. Moreover, through the conflicting energies he releases, he distorts the meaning of the teaching profession, obviously contributing to the establishment of didactogeny. Or, as it has been mentioned more than once, in various specialty sources, if the educational style does not resonate with the rights and duties of the pedagogical profession, the didactogeny is predetermined, simply, to become a reality, a state in fact, which must be associated with the big mistakes in the area of the teaching–learning process or, in other words, with the big deviations from what the professional deontology of the teacher means.

Resumo O presente artigo traz os resultados de uma pesquisa que objetivou investigar os detalhes no cotidiano de uma sala de aula do Ensino Fundamental I com crianças de 6 e 7 anos ao vivenciarem o encontro do cinema na escola, bem como compreender que tipo de práticas pedagógicas podem ser construídas a partir da experiência do cinema e de que maneira podem promover/criar/afetar/transmitir/ transformar os alunos e estimular a produção de conhecimento, além de verificar como a relação das crianças com os desenhos animados, inspirados no Sítio do Pica-Pau Amarelo conduz a um aprendizado que permite uma leitura de mundo no qual as experiências prévias das crianças somam-se à própria experiência do cinema. No que tange à metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa que está inserida na abordagem qualitativa, com a utilização das pesquisas bibliográfica, documental e pesquisa-ação. Os dados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo trazida por Bardin (1979). Os resultados e as conclusões/considerações finais apontam que o cinema na escola possibilita a construção de práticas pedagógicas como formação humana dos educandos que estão em contato com o mundo, para provocar movimentos de apropriação, revelação e criação, tecendo elo entre o cinema, a educação e o cinema na escola, tido como potencialidade para se pensar a educação no país. Pedagogical practices from the cinema as an experience without a strength shirt AbstractThis article presents the results of a research that aimed to investigate the details in the daily life of a classroom with children between 6 and 7 years from “Ensino Fundamental I” when experiencing the meeting of the cinema in the school. Moreover, this paper intends to understand what kind of pedagogical practices can be built from the experience of cinema, and how this experience can promote /create/affect/transmit/transform students and stimulate the production of knowledge. We also investigate how the relationship between children and cartoons, inspired by the Pica Pau Amarelo Site, leads to a learning process that allows a reading of the world in which the children’s previous experiences are added to the experience of the cinema itself. Regarding the methodology, it is a research that is inserted in the qualitative approach, with the use of bibliographical, documentary and action research. The data were analyzed through the analysis of content brought by (BARDIN, 1979). The results / conclusions / or the final considerations point out that the cinema in the school makes possible the construction of pedagogical practices, like human formation of the students who are in contact with the world to provoke movements of appropriation, revelation and creation, building a link between the cinema and education and cinema in the school. Prácticas pedagógicas a partir del cine como una experiencia sin camisa de fuerza Resumen El presente artículo trae los resultados de una investigación que objetivó investigar los detalles en el cotidiano de un aula con niños, entre 6 y 7 años de la Enseñanza Fundamental I al vivenciar el encuentro del cine en la escuela y comprender qué tipo de prácticas pedagógicas pueden ser construidas a partir de la experiencia del cine y de qué manera pueden promover / crear / afectar / transmitir / transformar a los alumnos y estimular la producción de conocimiento; ver cómo la relación de los niños con los dibujos animados, inspirados en el Sitio del Pica Pau Amarillo conduce a un aprendizaje que permite una lectura de mundo en el que las experiencias previas de los niños se suman a la propia experiencia del cine. En lo que se refiere a la metodología, se trata de una investigación que está inserta en el abordaje cualitativo, con la utilización de las Investigaciones bibliográfica, documental e investigación-acción. Los datos fueron analizados por medio del análisis de contenido traído por (BARDIN, 1979). Los resultados / conclusiones / o las consideraciones finales apuntan que el cine en la escuela posibilita la construcción de prácticas pedagógicas, como formación humana de los educandos que están en contacto con el mundo para provocar movimientos de apropiación, revelación y creación, tejiendo el eslabón entre el cine y el cine educación y cine en la escuela, tenido como potencial para pensar la educación en el país. O presente ensaio apresenta reflexões acerca da pesquisa sobre a cibercultura e as tecnologias no âmbito acadêmico. Como objetivo, busca refletir sobre o processo de ensino-aprendizagem através de recursos tecnológicos nos cursos de licenciatura e como os discentes desse curso percebem sua preparação para a futura docência com o uso dos artefatos digitais. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa, com revisão bibliográfica e análise de dados a partir do questionário aplicado com os discentes dos cinco cursos investigados. Tendo como principais teóricos os autores Cerutti e Giraffa (2015), Kesnki (2003), Pretto e Pinto (2006) e Prensky (2016), que elucidam sobre a utilização das tecnologias no ambiente educacional, o texto apresenta o referencial teórico e a análise de dados. Como conclusão, percebemos que a aprendizagem sobre as tecnologias precisam ser suas vivências na própria Universidade, uma vez que mesmo nativos digitais, os acadêmicos não se percebem fazendo uso das mesmas em seus futuros espaços de docência. Palavras-chave: Cibercultura. The main authors are Cerutti and Giraffa (2015), Kesnki (2003), Pretto and Pinto (2006) and Prensky (2001), who elucidate the use of technologies in the educational environment, the text presents the theoretical reference and analysis of data. El artículo trata la problemática de los sistemas contables en la Unidad Educativa Juan Montalvo, la cual tuvo como objetivo principal establecer la importancia pedagógica de los sistemas contables en los estudiantes de la unidad educativa Juan Montalvo del cantón Portoviejo, durante el año 2019 y analizar la manera en que éstas influyen en el proceso de aprendizaje de los educandos. Para poder desarrollar la investigación se aplicó la investigación bibliográfica, incluida la investigación de campo, se obtuvieron datos a través de la aplicación de encuestas realizada a los estudiantes de la institución. Basándome en toda la información se llegó a la conclusión que el uso adecuado de los sistemas contables por parte de los docentes beneficia al proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes, siempre y cuando el educando esté predispuesto a innovar y enriquecer sus conocimientos. Además, hay que resaltar la importante labor del docente ya que es un factor clave en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Es importante destacar que los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta realizada a docentes y estudiantes permitieron estructurar las conclusiones. La investigación se abordó de acuerdo con las técnicas empleadas las cuales fueron la observación, la encuesta aplicada a los estudiantes y docentes de la institución. Finalmente, para resolver la problemática se realizó una propuesta que contribuyó a dar solución a la problemática. PALABRAS CLAVE: Sistemas contables; contabilidad; procesos pedagógicos. Pedagogical use of accounting systems in the Juan Montalvo Educational Unit   ABSTRACT The present problem deals with the accounting systems in the Juan Montalvo Educational Unit, which had as main objective to establish the pedagogical importance of the accounting systems in the students of the Juan Montalvo educational unit of the Portoviejo canton, during the year 2019 and analyze the way in which they influence the learning process of students. To develop the research, bibliographic research was applied, including field research, data were obtained through the application of surveys carried out to the students of the institution. Based on all the information, it was concluded that the proper use of accounting systems by teachers benefits the teaching-learning process of students, if the student is predisposed to innovate and enrich their knowledge. In addition, the important work of the teacher must be highlighted since it is a key factor in the learning process of students. It is important to emphasize that the results obtained in the survey of teachers and students allowed structuring the conclusions and recommendations. The research was approached according to the techniques used which were the observation, the survey applied to the students and teachers of the institution. LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION IN EFFECTIVE PATIENT ROUNDING TECHNIQUESBackground : The Nursing round is the way for a nurses to discuss more about the problems and needs of patients and is a learning process for nurses it hopes of improving cognitive, affective, psychomotor and motivated bias. The results of the interview with the head of the Raden Mattaher General Hospital operating room in Jambi found that nursing rounds were very rare.Purpose: The study is to determine the relationship between nurse motivation and leadership style of nursing rounds in the Surgical Inpatient Room of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi City.Methods: The research was used a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. This study was conducted in the Surgical hospitalization rooms. The population of this study were all of nurses who worked in the Surgical Inpatient Room of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi which totaling 38 nurses. The samples were taken in total sampling thenique. The data collection did by filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis used univariate and bivariate by using chi square test.Results: The results of this study indicated that of 38 respondents, 55.3% had low motivation, 71.1% with good leadership style and 57.9% who did a nursing round. There is no relationship between nurses' motivation for the nursing round with p value 0.122> 0.05. There is a relationship of leadership style to the nursing round because the p value is 0.002 <0.05.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the leadership style influences the nursing round.Latar Belakang: Ronde keperawatan merupakan media bagi perawat untuk membahas lebih dalam masalah dan kebutuhan pasien serta merupakan suatu proses belajar bagi perawat dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, psikomotor dan bisa termotivasi. Hasil wawancara kepada kepala ruangan bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi diketahui ronde keperawatan sangat jarang sekali dilakukan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi perawat dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap ronde keperawatan diruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantiatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan diruang rawat inap bedah, dengan populasi penelitian seluruh perawat pelaksana yang berkerja diruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi yang berjumlah 38 perawat. Sample diambil secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pengisian kuesioner, analisis yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 38 responden, 55,3% memiliki motivasi rendah, 71,1% dengan gaya kepemimpinan baik dan 57,9% yang melakukan ronde keperawatan. Tidak terdapat hubungan motivasi perawat terhadap ronde keperawatan dengan p value 0,002 > 0,05. Terdapat hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap ronde keperawatan karena nilai p value 0,002<0,05.Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi ronde keperawatan.
