Indonesia as a developing country, development is happening very rapidly and competing with each other in prioritizing quality. To maximize quality, good human resource management is needed. In their growing stage, there is a small business that is still developing called ‘Sayurmoms’. From the 10 months Objective Key Result (OKR) From July 2020 to May 2021. Sayurmoms only reach average at level 31,5% during COVID-19. The research objective in this research is to understand the employee motivation and demotivation during COVID-19 that influenced the employee performance on Sayurmoms. The research methodology approach will be qualitative research, which is a way for examining and comprehending an individual's or an organization's impact on a social or human issue. In this case the individuals are the employees in Sayurmoms and the human problem is the motivation and demotivation during COVID-19. This study will employ qualitative phenomenology analysis in order for the researcher to gain a better understanding of the phenomenon from Sayurmoms’ employee’s point of view regarding the COVID-19 phenomenon that causes the employee to work from home and its impact on their motivation and demotivation with using in-depth interview for the data collection. This research plays a role in giving the solution for Sayurmoms in mitigating the employee demotivation and increasing employee motivation. AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The Impact

The COVID-19 pandemic, an ongoing and fast-spreading virus outbreak caused the most recently discovered coronavirus, has changed the way the world community works, especially Indonesia. This new way of work is called remote online work or working from home. This diseases has changed people's culture by switching to digital culture using information technology. Information technology has several advantages because it can make people complete their work quickly, exibly and qualitatively. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to provide effective information about the impact of information technology on the performance of government employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research information was obtained through library research, observations and interviews with employees of the Environmental Service of Padang City, West Sumatra. The results of the study show that there is good impact of information technology on employee performance. Information Technology can improve employee performance because it enables the employees to work faster. This condition provides space for work collaboration, and works can be carried out far more effectively. During the Covid-19 pandemic where information technology is a vital necessity at work, all works can be done online or work from home so that employee performance can still be mantained. Since Information technology has no space and time limits, work during the COVID-19 pandemic can be accomplished anytime and anywhere.

<em>Organizational learning has the potential to improve organizational performance. For any organization to sustain long term benefits it requires to establish a mechanism to tap the knowledge and use this knowledge in taking future decisions. This study tries to capture the role of Organizational Learning and Employee Motivation and its impact on the Employees’ Performance. The study is exploratory and descriptive in nature. The questionnaire used for primary data collection has its items collected and derived from various standardized questionnaires available. The analysis of the primary data shows that there is a positive correlation between Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance. On understanding Herzberg theory of motivation the study came to conclusion that employees consider hygiene factors of motivation more significant than the motivator factors. The motivation level of employees in an organization has positive impact on the overall performance of any organization. The study helps the organizations to understand the relationship between learning and performance considering motivation as a mediating variable. </em>

The aim of this study to investigate the different leadership styles and impact on employee motivation. Leadership is the most important phenomena. Therefore, leadership plays a very important role, and this research study emphasizes the impact of leadership styles on motivation of employees. In this chapter, a survey approach using structured questionnaire was used for data collection. Questionnaire consists of four styles of leadership with employees' motivation. All constructs were measured using five-point Likert scale. Descriptive statistics and inferential were used. Mean and standard deviation and Cronbach alpha were used in descriptive statistics and correlation, and multiple regression was used for inferential regression. The aim of this chapter is to identify the relationship between leadership styles and motivation of employees.

The research is conducted in Banjar Berawa/Desa Adat Berawa, nort Kuta district, Badung Regency. The study purposes to know the impact of tourism growth to the society consumptive pattern in Berawa. The technique of the data collection use direct observation technique to the location, interviewing for informan, I.E.Bendesa Adat Berawa, Klian Desa Berawa, Klian Dinas Berawa, Klian Subak Tibubeneng Village, Local society, and documentation by taking photos. The data are analysed by using qualitative data analysis technique which are working based on data, searching and finding pattern, getting interesting data and deciding the data that will be ssuced. The technique of informants assigmnen is purposive sampling which is assigning the sample by using particular consideration so, deserves to be a sample. The data analysis includes with collection data, reduction data, displaying data, conclusion and  verivication. The result of the study shows the society point of view to the aconomy establishmemt of educational aspec of the society which is getting increase, society in Banjar Berawa are also starting to enterpreneurship by set up abussiness such as homestay and laundy. The point of view of society to the customary order is the society seens strong with the wealth that they have. This study aims to see the extent to which the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy of the Tapakis village community carried out by the tourism and sports office of Padang Pariaman district and to find out what are the obstacles that occur when developing oyster beach tourism. This research is based on the existence of problems in the tourism object of the Tapakis oyster beach such as development that has not been maximized and tourist facilities that are not well managed. This research uses qualitative research using descriptive methods. The informants in this study in this study, namely the Tourism Development Sector, the Promotion and Creative Economy Sector, the Wali Nagari Tapakis, the Tourism Awareness Group and Community Figures.The data of this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies, as well as testing the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and using reference materials. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by summarizing the records that were found in the field and assisted by data collection tools such as cellphone recorders with informants while in the field, after which a conclusion was obtained. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy the community of Tapakis village, Padang Pariaman district. The youth tourism and sports office as well as Pokdarwis members have carried out promotions such as placing advertisements, billboards, magazines, newspapers, browsers, Facebook and Instagram. Currently, the facilities at Oyster Beach are adequate, but these facilities have not been well managed at this time and from an environmental perspective it is still not clean enough. the level of visits to tourist objects has started to increase now compared to previous years as well as the economic income of the people around oyster beach tourism has started to improve as well today.

The long-term goal of this research is the birth of the process of drawing women's involvement in the bureaucratic decision-making process, and the gender reinforcement model in bureaucratic decision making in Bone Bolango District. The target of the research will be done by stages: 1) identify the problem of constraints faced; and 2) to formulate a model of gender reinforcement in bureaucratic decision making. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through: interview, documentation, and FGD. Further data collected will be analyzed data triangulation. The result of the research is the birth of a model of gender reinforcement in decision making bureaucracy. The impact of the study will provide answers on women's partisifasi in decision making. During this time the existence of women is very much ruled out. The presence of female figures in the public dimension brings new trends in the context of government. Women want to be treated proportionally. This tendency has implications for the inclusion of women to compete with men to become leaders.

This study aims to describe and analyze community empowerment activities in the Dewo Bronto Tourism Village in Yogyakarta through the concept of Community-Based Tourism. This study uses qualitative research that describes community empowerment through the concept of Community Based Tourism objectively based on data findings in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Community empowerment in the field of tourism in the tourism village is carried out through various fields such as culinary business, the production of natural dyes of batik, batik training, transportation, arts and cultural attractions. This effort can support the development of tourism in the Dewo Bronto Tourism Village. However, community empowerment needs to be supported by the ability of the community to create a brand for a tourist village so that the Tourism Village is better known by tourists. In the future, it is necessary to do research on millennial communities who are familiar with the digital world so that they can promote the Village Tourism digitally. There are so many speeches delivered by such famous people in this world. But, if we are asked to give the point of view about the impact of each speech delivered then the speech from Martin Luther King Jr. will convey the high meaning in term of rethorical speech especially the content and the context about the concepts of repetition found. The speech was on 28th of August 1963, at the Lincoln Memorial, Washington D.C in a verbal ways and its text become the secondary data to be analyzed with much focus on emphasizing phrases, words or sentences. By using the concept of rethoric perspective through repetition such as anaphora, epistrophe and epizeuzis, the researcher wants to know the values behind the repetition. That is why, the analysis is using the descriptive qualitative research on taking the secondary data that has been adapted from the video and the text of the speech itself. The conclusion especially on the ideas of repetition are that Martin Luther King Jr. tries to make sure his audiences about that 1) the repetition is something more that the meaning itself, it is above. 2) The struggle, it is something true, needs to be realized in the real life, and adds the weight of the expection to be equal and free.

Abstract (english)This research discusses the impact of posyandu services in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic for the community in Bakung Village, Temanggungan, Kec. Balongbendo. Where the available services are divided into 3 groups, namely, services for toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of obstruction of posyandu services for the community caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. To obtain complete data, researchers used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The theory used in this research is descriptive qualitative with hypotheses used subjectively to describe general information. The last stage, draw conclusions by looking for the relationship between the information that has been collected. The results of this study are expected to broaden readers' insights about public services, but it is also hoped that this research can be a reference source for further researchers and as an evaluation material for integrated services in order to further improve the service system during this pandemic and in the future.                                                                 Abstrak (Indonesia)Penelitian ini membahas tentang dampak pelayanan posyandu di era pandemi Covid-19 bagi masyarakat di Desa Bakung Temanggungan Kec. Balongbendo. Dimana pelayanan yang tersedia dibagi menjadi 3 golongan yaitu, pelayanan balita, ibu hamil dan lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak dari terhambatnya pelayanan posyandu untuk masyarakat yang disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mendapatkan data secara lengkap, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan hipotesis yang digunakan secara subjektif untuk menggambarkan informasi secara umum. Tahap terakhir, penarikan kesimpulan dengan mancari hubungan antara informasi yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan untuk menambah wawasan pembaca tentang pelayanan publik, selain itu juga diharapkan agar penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber referensi untuk peneliti selanjutnya dan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk pelayanan terpadu agar lebih membaiki sistem pelayanan dimasa pandemi ini dan kedepannya.
