The design of research used is observational research. The research population is all patients who have DM in the work area of Sarudik Puskesmas Central Tapanuli District as much as 70 respondents. Sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. The measuring instruments used are dummy tables and glucometers. Data analysis using Chi Square Test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had less physical activity of 25 people (78.1%), having a less than good diet of 27 people (84.4%) and has a poor blood sugar control rate of 28 people (87.5%). The conclusion of research is the effectiveness of physical activity and diet to the speed of blood sugar control in patients with DM in the work area of Sarudik Puskesmas in Central Tapanuli District 2018. Hypertension is a condition in which a person has an increase in blood pressure above normal as indicated by the systolic and diastolic numbers on blood pressure checks using a blood pressure measuring device. The incidence of hypertension in Southeast Asia is 24.7% and 23.3% of Indonesia's population. The results of the initial survey of blood pressure measurements and interviews obtained the results of blood pressure checks from 30 community members with the criteria not suffering from hypertension as many as 3 people and those suffering from pre-hypertension were 9 people and those suffering from hypertension were 18 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the relationship between family history and physical activity with the incidence of hypertension in Indrasari Village, Banjar Regency. This research was conducted with an analytic observational research design and method cross sectional. The population in this study were all hypertension sufferers in Indrasari who met the criteria as many as 87 people. Data analysis used univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that from the results of the chi square test, there was correlation between family history, physical activity and the incidence of hypertension , the value was obtained p = 0.001 <α 0.005 and the value obtained p = 0.001 <α 0.005 was. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family history and physical activity with the incidence of hypertension in Indrasari Village, Banjar Regency.

Infection of Soil Transmitted Helminthes (STH) is caused by intestinal nematodes where as in its life cycle, soil is needed as the media for the eggs or larvae to mature into effective forms, most commonly happen to children of school age. This infection is still one of the main problems in public health, including Indonesia. STH infection are widely distributed in tropical and subtropical areas. Lack of personal hygiene, poor environmental sanitation and low socioeconomic status are some factors that plays role in increasing the occurrence of the infection. This infection is also one of the causes responsible for malnutrition in children by decreasing appetite and food intake thus ensued adverse consequences such as declining growth pace, impairment of physical health, and weakening cognitive function. This study was conducted to analyze the association of STH infection with nutritional status of SDN 200 students in  Kertapati District, Palembang. This study was an analytic observational research with a cross sectional research design. Samples consist of 107 students chosen using proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected by direct interview using questionnaires, measuring body weight and height to obtain nutritional status which then classified using CDC 2000 growth curve while fecal contamination was examined using Kato Katz and modified Harada Mori methode in the Laboratory of Parasitology Medical Faculty of Universitas Sriwijaya. Data then analyzed using Chi-square test. From 107 students, 27.1% infection of STH was found on 29 students with 6 students (20.7%) infected by A. lumbricoides and 23 students (79.3%) infected by T. trichiura. Proportion of malnutrition status was found at 43.9%. Statistical test showed a significant association between STH infection and nutritional status (p=0.036; OR=3.167; Cl 95%: 1.163-15.237). There was a significant association between STH infection and nutritional status in students of SDN 200 Kelurahan Kemas Rindo Kertapati District Palembang City.

The purpose of this research was to identify and evaluate the major dietary components linked with blood sugar levels in diabetic patients at UPT Puskesmas Narumonda in Toba Regency. This sort of study employs a cross-sectional descriptive analytic survey. The population in this research was 118 individuals, whereas the sample size was 54. Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses were used to analyze the data. The chi-square test results indicate that the sugar level of people with diabetes mellitus is related to the number of calories p = 0.000, the type of food p = 0.000, and the eating schedule p = 0.003, indicating that there is a relationship between obesity, the number of calories, the type of food, and the eating schedule and blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus. The findings of multivariate analysis indicate that the most relevant variable in this research, with an OR value of 53, is the quantity of calories. The research concluded that the quantity of calories consumed is the most important factor influencing blood sugar levels in persons with diabetes mellitus at UPT Puskesmas Narumonda, Toba Regency.
