Diabetes mellitus was more commonly known as diabetes was a disease or disorder that affects the ability of the body in amounts or concentrations of glucose or sugar in the blood than normal. Accorded to WHO (2009), the number of patients with Diabetes Mellitus as many as 7.0 million people, WHO estimates the number of patients with diabetes mellitus have increased in the year 2030 as many as 12.0 million people. This type of research was a quasi-experiment (quasi experiment) with a model of design time series design. This study aims to determine the effect of exercise on blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus in the Desa Paluh Baji Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang 2012. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus in the Desa Paluh Baji Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang week as many as 54 people, with a sample of as many as 35 people. Sampled technique with a non probability purposive sampling technique approach. From the results obtained that all respondents have a blood sugar> 120 mg / dl before exercise and the majority of respondents had a blood glucose <120 mg / dl as many as 28 people (20.0%) performed after exercise. Based on the results of statistical tests obtained p-value = 0.012 (α = 0.05) we can conclude there was significant influence between blood sugar levels before and after exercise. It was recommended to patients with diabetes mellitus in order to apply the exercises in an effort to decrease blood sugar levels and to further research in order to further develop the material handling problems researchers about how blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus.

In 2012 diabetes mellitus is the cause of death from 1,5 million (WHO,2016). The population of diabetes mellitus (DM) in indonesia is currently ranked fifth in tyhe world. In 2013 people with diabetes mellitus in the homeland reaches 8.554.155 people. The continuous increase in the number of patients with diabetes mellitus and the magnitudeof the cost of treatment due to complications, then the best effort is prevention. Exercise of physical exercise is an early attempt to prevent, control, and overcome diabetes. Type of Quasi Experimenta research with Non Randomited Pretest and Posttest Control Group Design methods. Research location in RS Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi dated 26 April 2017 number of sample counted 32 respondents with diabetes mellitus with sample Purposive Sampling. Tools used in date collection are Accu-Chek Akctive and observation sheet. Technique of date analysis is bivariate analysis with SPSSM program. The influence of diabetes mellitus gymnastics on changes in blood sugar levels in Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital in 2017. The ntervention group of blood sugas levels before gymnastics and after gymnastics decreased 24,69 mg/dL, in the control group of blood sugar levels on the first day and the fourth day increased 10,56 mg/dL. Statistical test results using Independent T Test obtained P value = 0,000 which means P value <0,05 means the influence of diabetes gymnastics to changes in blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus in Dr. H. There are still many of our people who have never heard or even seen the shape of the Japanese ants, so sometimes people consume Japanese ants with different doses between people with each other and even some who consume Japanese ants are not appropriate doses because they want to get well soon. The purpose of research to know the relationship between consumption patterns of Japanese ants and blood sugar levels of people with diabetes mellitus. The design of this study is correlational analytic with crossectional approach. Variables of this research there are two that is the pattern of consumption of Japanese ants as an independent variable and blood sugar levels as the dependent variable. The population of this study was all patients with diabetes Mellitus who had suffered > 5 years who consumed Japanese ants in Grinting Village Karangjeruk Village Jatirejo Subdistrict Mojokerto regency as many as 10 respondents. in the sampling of researchers using total sampling technique. Data collection with an observation sheet of Japanese ant consumption and blood sugar level. The result of the research showed that most of the respondents consume Japanese ants regularly as much as 6 respondents (60%) and most respondents have blood sugar level in the normal category that is between 100-125 mg/dl as many as 6 respondents (60%). Consumption Japanese ants can routinely lower blood sugar levels of people with diabetes mellitus because ants contain enzymes that can keep blood sugar levels diabetics.

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin or the body cannot effectively use the insulin produced by the pancreas. There are 4 ways to maintain blood glucose levels, namely; pharmacological therapy, nutritional therapy, diabetes self management education, and physical activity. Walking exercise is the most often described as the modalities of physical activity to improve health. Objective: The research objective was to determine the effect of walking physical activity on blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus patients in the work area of ​​the Cianjur Kota Health Center in 2021. Method: This study used a design quasi-experimental with an approach one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was all 620 people with diabetes mellitus who were taken using a simple random sampling technique, which was 17 respondents. Results: Analysis of data using test paired sample t-test. Statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha is accepted, which means there is an effect of physical activity on foot on blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus patients in the work area of ​​the Cianjur Kota Health Center in 2021. Conclusion: This study found that walking exercise as far as 2,5 km for 30 minutes can lower blood sugar levels significantly in patients with diabetes mellitus.

DM management that is more effective and efficient requires prevention and control programs that are on target. There are several risk factors associated with the incidence of DM, one of which is a behavioral factor. The behavior or lifestyle in question is eating habits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tempe consumption on blood sugar levels of DM sufferers in the exercise groups of women in the Talang Banjar Village, Jambi.The research method used was a quasi-experimental one group pre and post experience test. The population is group of gymnastics mothers of gymnastics mothers who suffer from diabetes mellitus, amounting to 6 people, using total sampling techniques, and analyzed using T Test.The analysis showed that there was no effect of tempe consumption with blood sugar levels with a p value (p value 0.201).Although the results of the study did not show any influence, it is likely that this was caused by several things such as the small number of samples, and it was not determined whether the N sample was a type 1 or type 2 diabetes sufferer. diabetes mellitus as a controller or helps control blood sugar levels in the body.

Elderly are high risk for the development of type 2 diabetes due to the combined effects of increasing insulin resistance and impaired pancreatic function with aging. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that causes insulin in the pancreas is not effective one of the treatments that can be done by diabetics to reduce blood sugar levels One of them with physical activity, the activity is taichi exercises.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of taichi exercises on reducing blood sugar levels in patients with type II diabetes mellitus.The design of this study was pre-experiment one group pre-test and post-test design with a population of 88 patients and a sample of 44 respondents. Research sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection with observation sheets. The intervention was carried out four times during 4 weeks. Before the intervention, sugar levels of type II diabetics were classified as moderate as 24 people (54.5%) and high as many as 20 people (45.5%). After the management of taichi exercises sugar levels experienced changes in the categories of good as many as 16 people (36.4%), moderate as many as 20 people (45.5%) and high as many as 8 people (18.2%). Data analized with Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with a significant level α = 0.05, the result ρ-value = 0.001 means ρ-value <α so that there is a significant effect of taichi exercises on decreasing blood sugar levels in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus before doing taichi exercises with the number of respondents 44 people mostly experienced changes, evidenced by the level of blood sugar levels from moderate levels to good. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by pancreas that does not produce enough insulin, resulting on the inability of the body to use insulin effectively. The symptoms suffered by patients are often mild and this causes considerable people with diabetes mellitus do not realize that they have diabetes mellitus. If Diabetes Mellitus is not immediately treated, it would cause long-term complication including macrovascular diseases. Plentiful elderly with Diabetes Mellitus in Sidakarya Village do not realize that they suffer from Diabetes Mellitus and prefer to do non-pharmacological therapy. One of non-pharmacological therapies that can reduce blood sugar levels is ergonomic exercises. The aim of this study was to find out how ergonomic exercises effected towards the lower of blood sugar levels in elderly in Sidakarya Village, South Denpasar. This study is a quantitative research using Pre-Experimental Design One Group Pre-Test Post-Test with total samples of 19 elderly. Data was analysed using non-parametric test of Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test in order to compare the result of the pre-test and post-test. The result of this study showed that prior to the implementation of ergonomic exercises, it was found approximately 57,9% respondents who suffered from prediabetes and 42,1% respondents who suffered from diabetes, while after intervention of ergonomic exercises were given, there were only 7 respondents (36,8%) who suffered from diabetes and 12 respondents (63,2%) who have normal blood sugar levels. According to the calculation result, it was obtained that p value = 0,0001 < ? 0,05 and Zcount -3.824b that showed an effect of ergonomic exercises towards the lower of blood sugar levels in elderly in Sidakarya Village, South Denpasar. Based on the result of this study, ergonomic exercises is expected to be able to help reducing blood sugar levels in elderly with Diabetes Mellitus who prefer to do non-pharmacological therapy.

  Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease that has characteristics of high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia), this can occur due to abnormalities in insulin secretion. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of hemoglobin levels with long suffering  Diabetes Mellitus patients.  This study used was correlational design with a cross sectional approach.  The population in this study were 225 people with a sample of 67 respondents with purposive sampling technique.  Data was collected by checking hemoglobin levels and Quesioner. The results showed that almost all respondents had normal hemoglobin levels and most of the respondents had  long history of suffering from Diabetes Mellitus for 5-10 years..  Data analysis used was the Rho Spearman test and can not found the relationship between hemoglobin levels and long suffering Diabetes Mellitus (p value = 0.565). History of suffering from Diabetes Mellitus,did not necessarily have low hemoglobin levels, because it can be noticed from other factors such as routine taking medication, diet, exercise, and lifestyle that can affect the condition of diabetes patients themselves.  Diabetes Mellitus patients need to maintain the blood sugar levels and hemoglobin levels with a healthy lifestyle, take the recommended diet, routinely consume drugs, and check blood sugar levels regularly.

Diabetes mellitus is a disease or metabolic disorder that is most often found in society, including one of the diseases or metabolic disorders. Tamarind leaves (Tamarindus indica L) is a plant that can be used as an alternative treatment for Diabetes Mellitus which contains flavonoids, sapoin and tannins, which can lower glucose levels and inhibit glucose absorption in the blood. This study aims to determine the differences in blood sugar levels before and after giving tamarind leaves infusion in the village community of Tanjung Bumi. This type of research is Quasy Experiment Design and purposive sampling technique with a sample of 29 respondents. Based on the results of the paired t-test statistical analysis showed a significant difference (p = 0.000) between the blood sugar levels of the group and placebo. Meanwhile, in the posttest the treatment group after giving tamarind leaves showed the same as the control group, namely p = 0.000, which means that there is also a difference in the decrease in blood sugar levels between the sebelum pemberian perlakuan and posttest. The results of statistical tests with the Independent T-Test showed the results in both groups with a value of p = 0.000, meaning that there was a difference in the decrease in blood sugar levels between the control group and the treatment group. Steeping tamarind leaves has an effect in reducing blood sugar levels in the body

Diabetes exercises are physical exercises designed according to age and physical status and are part of the treatment of diabetes mellitus. When a person does physical exercise in the muscles of the body, the heart system and blood circulation and breathing are activated. Therefore, the body's metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance and acid base must adjust. Muscles will use free fatty acids and glucose as a source of energy or energy. When physical exercise begins glucose originating from muscle-muscled glycogen when physical exercise starts being used as a source of energy. Assessing the effect of the implementation of prolanis exercise activities on reducing blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Puskesmas Padangmatinggi in 2019. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design that designs using one group pretest-posttest, when this study was conducted in January-April year 2020. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus who follow prolanis gymnastics in Padangmatinggipuskesmas with purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample by specifying specific characteristics consisting of 15 intervention / experimental groups and 15 control groups 15 people The results showed that there was an effect of the application of prolanic exercise activities to reduce blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes at Padangmatingi Public Health Center in Padangsidimpuan with a P-Value of 0.007, and there were differences in blood sugar levels in the intervention and control groups with a P. Value of 0,000.
