The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions PT prima brima distribusindo.The research was done by spreading the quaterner, while the research method using Non-probability Sampling.The t test shows that the magnitude of t for Brand Image (X1) is 2.062 and the value of t arithmetic for promotion (X2) is 11,574. all of which show larger than t table is 1,978. so the hypothesis that states brand image and promotion have a positive effect partially on purchasing decision at PT prima bintang distribusindo, F test, F calculated > F table or 69.690 > 2.67 or signification level (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis that states brand image and promotion together affect the purchasing decision at  PT prima bintang distribusindo and coefficient of determination shows that brand image and promotion influence 51,9% to purchasing decision at PT. prima bintang distribusindo.

This study aims to determine the effect of store's atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions Nick Coffee Consumers in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique . Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test with calculations are performed using SPSS, the comparison between  the  (n-k-1) = 100-2-1 = 97 (1.9826).) . From the results of hypothesis testing that Store's Atmosphere (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee consumers in Bengkulu City , with T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 and Product Quality (X2) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee City consumers Bengkulu , with the T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 . Testing the hypothesis of the T test and F test shows that the Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho was refused Ha was accepted. In other words Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect both partially and jointly on purchasing decisions at Nick Coffee Bengkulu City . This is evidenced by the f test showing a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of Talent Management and Employee Engagement on the Employee Capabilities of PT. Bintang Wahana Tata. The research was done by spreading the quesioner, while the research method using Simple Random Sampling. The t test shows that the magnitude of t for Talent Management (X1) is 4.088 and the value of t arithmetic for Employee Engagement (X2) is 4.207. all of which show larger than t table is 1,985. so the hypothesis that states Talent Management and Employee Engagement have a positive effect partially on Employee Capabilities at Company PT. Bintang Wahana Tata. F test, F calculated> F table or 36.946 > 2.70 or signification level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states Talent Management and Employee Engagement together affect the Employee Capabilities at Company PT Bintang Wahana Tata and coefficient of determination indicate that Talent Management and Employee Engagement contributed 43.8% to Employee Capabilities at PT. Bintang Wahana Tata.

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of price, promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions at PT. Honda Indako Binjai. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 96 consumers who already owned a Honda Scoopy stylish sporty motorbike. Testing techniques used in research are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test) and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Data analysis using SPSS version 22. From the results of the study showed multiple linear regression equations where: Y= 4.740+0.369X1+0.145X2+0.251X3+e. Simultaneously (F test) price, promotion, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (F-count of 50.344 > F-table 2.70). Partially (t test) the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions where t-count 5.545>t-table 1.66159 with a significant level of 0.000 t-table1,66159 with a significant level of 0.000 t-table 1.66159 with a significant level of 0.013

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kemasan dan cita rasa secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk mie instan Indomie survei mahasiswa/i Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausal dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, t, dan R². Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan secara simultan kemasan dan cita rasa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen mie instan Indomie. Secara parsial kemasan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Secara parsial cita rasa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kata Kunci : Kemasan, Cita Rasa, Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of kemasan and taste simultaneously and partially towards the consumers purchasing decision of indomie products survey on students in Perjuangan University, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a causal method with a survey approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaire. To analyzed the data used the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis test used the F test, t test, and R² test. the results of this study indicated that kemasan and taste simultaneously influenced the decisions to consumers purchase of Indomie products. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product variations, prices and sales promotions on consumer decisions in buying Mitsubishi cars in Surakarta both partially and partially. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R²). The point of research to analyze a affect celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image simultaneously, partially to the purchasing decisions Rabbani product in Surakarta. The research using quantitative methods. Used 100 respondents to the sample and the sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The population is all consumers of Rabbani products in the city of Surakarta. Data collection is done by documentation, questionnaires, observation and data analysis techniques using instrument testing, classic assumption test, linear regression, F test, t test, determination (R2). Results F test is celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image simultaneously and significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Rabbani products in Surakarta city with Fcount 47.681> Ftable 2.70 and significant value 0.000 <0.05. Celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image partially a significant and positive effect purchase decisions of Rabbani products in Surakarta.

The development of the economy at this time will cause very tight competition in the business field. The company will continue to develop its products by creating unique products that are different from competitors that produce similar products. At this time consumers are fanatic in choosing a product, besides they want a quality product they will also choose a product that has a brand image that is quite good in the community. Deenay veil products are currently a product that is favored by every society. At Gea Fashion Banjar deenay brand hood sales are higher each month compared to other brand hoods. Based on that, the writer is interested in researching the Effect of Brand Image on the Decision to Purchase Deenay Veil in Banjar Gea Fashion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Brand Image on the Purchase Decision Deenay Veil on Banjar Gea Fashion? The research method used is quantitative descriptive research method, with a sample of 50 people. The results showed that brand image had a significant influence on the decision making for purchasing veil deenay. This significance value was obtained from Fcount 29,689 with a significance of 0,000 with F table (4.04) at the significance level of 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (r²) or R square obtained by 0.328, so that the magnitude of influence was 38.2%, whereas the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable. In conclusion, consumers make purchasing decisions due to the influence of brand image and social, cultural, personal and psychological factors.

The formulation of the problem is to know how the influence of prices and advertising via the internet against the purchase decision of Lux brand soap. From the results of the research can be known responses of respondents about prices and perkilanan via the internet can be said quite well which resulted in good decisions purchase soap brand products Lux. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative. Based on the result of t test of price to purchase decision found sig or probality value for variable price 0.000 &lt;α = 0,05 then decision is Ha accepted and Ho rejected, mean can be concluded that price variable have significant influence to purchasing decision on Lux brand soap product. As for the advertising variables through the internet to the purchase decision found sig or probality value for advertising variables via the internet 0,000&gt; α 0.05 for advertising via the internet decision is Ha rejected and Ho accepted, it can be concluded that the advertising variables through intrnet have no significant influence against the purchase decision of Lux brand soap products.In the value of F test to measure the influence of price variables, and advertising through the internet simultaneously then found sig 0.000 &lt;α = 0,05 then the decision is Ha accepted and Ho rejected, it means dapt concluded that each variable has a significant influence on product purchasing decisions Lux brand soap simultaneously. From Adjusted R Square value is produced simultaneously 93,8%. The decision to purchase Lux brand soap products is influenced by prices and advertising over the internet while 6.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study analyzes the effect of commitment, communication, and problem handling on customer trust. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze commitment, communication, and handling problems to customer trust simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling and uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study amountedto 125 sample respondents to customers. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression, t-test, f test,and the coefficient of determination R2. based on the results of the study indicate that the variables commitment (𝑋1), communication(𝑋2), and problem handling (𝑋3) simultaneously influence the customer's trust and commitment variable (𝑋1) and problem handling (𝑋3) partially effect on customer trust while communication (𝑋2) has no partial effect on customer trust in the East Java bank in Banyuwangi. This study was conducted to determine how much the influence of the independent variables consisting of product quality, price and brand image on the purchase decision of the Toyota Calya car in Nasmoco slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sample in this study was 78 respondents taken from the consumer population who bought a Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in the period 2017-2018. The technique used is purposive sampling. As in general quantitative research, this research uses t-test analysis techniques for hypothesis testing, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the f test produce Fcalculate = 35,644 indicating that the variable of product quality, price and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of the Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi. The results of the t test show the most dominant price variable influencing the dependent variable (Y) with a value of t calculate = 2.688 Keywords : product quality, price, brand image, purchasing decisions
