One of the early examinations that is often done is to detect heart disease using a stethoscope. The electronic stethoscope consists of a membrane and tube from a conventional stethoscope coupled with a condenser microphone which is then connected to a computer. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of two types of microcontrollers in the design of a portable electronic stethoscope equipped with a symptom detector. The research method used is instrumentation with 2 types of microcontrollers to design a heart sound detector. In processing the data to be displayed on the 16x2 Character LCD. Sending heart signal data for 60 seconds to produce BPM data which is processed using 2 different types of microcontrollers. The results of data collection on battery consumption of power usage on the AT mega 2560 resulted in an average saving of 0.11W. Therefore, it can be concluded that the two stethoscopes have a significant difference when compared, where the Arduino Mega 2560 is able to process data from heart signals faster than the AT mega 328P. The results of the research that have been carried out can be implemented using a system that strongly supports the needs when checking heart sound signals

This study aims to see the influence of audio-visual media in dance learning to increase the learning motivation of class VII-A students at SMPN 1 Mangunjaya. The research method used is the pre-experimental method with the design of The One Group Pretest-Posttest. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, literature studies, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that there was no significant effect of audio-visual media in increasing the motivation of class VII-A students at SMPN 1 Mangunjaya, seen from the analysis results showed that the t value was 0.015˃0.05 and the t value was 2,600˂ t table 2.042, the results of this analysis showed that dance learning with the application of audio-visual media has no effect in increasing student learning motivation, so the hypothesis decision is that it can be concluded that H1 does not have a significant effect on the variable X1 on Y. Accepting H1 or which means there is no significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. The conclusion is that the audio-visual media applied in dance learning does not have a significant effect on increasing the motivation of class VII-A students at SMPN 1 Mangunjaya

Background: The awareness of the risk factors of atherosclerosis and attempts to correct and control them can effectively reduce the risk of complications. Objectives: This study was performed to evaluate the risk factors for routine atherosclerosis in patients with symptoms of heart disease in the Arab race, compared to those of Lor patients. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 200 patients with symptoms of heart disease. A food frequency questionnaire was used for data collection. Results: Out of 200 patients, 101 (51.5%) and 99 (48.5%) participants were Lor and Arab, respectively. Significant differences were observed between the two races for cholesterol and fasting blood sugar levels (P < 0.05). Additionally, no significant difference was observed between different quarters of following dietary patterns and lipid-glucose factors (P > 0.05). Conclusions: Risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis, are multifactorial. Various factors can effectively affect the prevalence of this disease in each region, which necessitates the identification of risk factors to take steps to correct risk factors and improve the quality of patients’ life.

This study investigates employees’ attitudes towards women managers in different types of organizations in the context of Bangladesh. Two groups of respondents – supervisors of the women managers and other employees who report to the women managers were selected for data collection through a multistage procedure. The study found that employees, on the whole, have an indifferent attitude towards women managers at the workplace. Among different aspects pertinent to women's leadership, the employees demonstrated a favorable attitude about the women managers’ knowledge and skill, while the employees feel that maternity and other feminine issues make women less desirable in the managerial positions. As the differences were investigated among the respondents of different demographic groups, significant differences were found among various groups based on gender, age, and sectors of employment. However, no significant difference was found among the employees based on their reporting relation with (supervisor and sub-ordinate) the women managers.

A free text data collection system has been developed at the University of Illinois utilizing single word, syntax free dictionary lookup to process data for retrieval. The source document for the system is the Surgical Pathology Request and Report form. To date 12,653 documents have been entered into the system. The free text data was used to create an IRS (Information Retrieval System) database. A program to interrogate this database has been developed to numerically coded operative procedures. A total of 16,519 procedures records were generated. One and nine tenths percent of the procedures could not be fitted into any procedures category; 6.1% could not be specifically coded, while 92% were coded into specific categories. A system of PL/1 programs has been developed to facilitate manual editing of these records, which can be performed in a reasonable length of time (1 week). This manual check reveals that these 92% were coded with precision = 0.931 and recall = 0.924. Correction of the readily correctable errors could improve these figures to precision = 0.977 and recall = 0.987. Syntax errors were relatively unimportant in the overall coding process, but did introduce significant error in some categories, such as when right-left-bilateral distinction was attempted. The coded file that has been constructed will be used as an input file to a gynecological disease/PAP smear correlation system. The outputs of this system will include retrospective information on the natural history of selected diseases and a patient log providing information to the clinician on patient follow-up.Thus a free text data collection system can be utilized to produce numerically coded files of reasonable accuracy. Further, these files can be used as a source of useful information both for the clinician and for the medical researcher.

This study aims to prove whether transformational leadership training is effective for building anti-corruption attitudes of villages in Kebonharjo village, subdistrict Samigaluh Kulonprogo. This research is an experimental research with one group pre and posttest design.Subject design is 17 people from village of 21 candidates registered. Measuring tool used in this research is the scale of anti-corruption perception made by the researcher referring to the 9 anti-corruption values with the value of reliability coefficient of 0.871. The module used as an intervention made by the researcher refers to the transformational leadership dimension (Bass, 1990). The data collected is analyzed by statistical analysis of different test Paired Sample Test. Initial data collection results obtained sign value of 0.770 which means> 0.05 or no significant difference between anti-corruption perception score between before and after training. After a period of less than 1 (one) month then conducted again the measurement of follow-up of the study subjects in the measurement again using the scale of anti-corruption perception. The results of the second data collection were analysed with Paired Samples Test and obtained the value of 0.623 sign meaning p> 0.05 or no significant difference between post test data with follow-up data so that the hypothesis of this study was rejected.
