This study aims to determine the correlation between the knowledge owned by students of Al-Ittihad Mojokerto Islamic boarding school to the interest in saving in Islamic banking. This study is a quantitative and the data collection method used questionnaires. The results of this study, the significance value of the variable students’ knowledge was equal to .000 < .05 and there was a positive influence between the variable of knowledge of students about Islamic banking (X) towards the interest in saving in Islamic banking (Y). Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Moreover, the result of r_ (count) is .753 greater than r_ (table), which is equal to .195. According to the criteria, the relationship between the dependent and independent variables showed a strong and significant correlation between the variable knowledge of students and interest in saving. Moreover, the knowledge was greater so, the interest of saving also was greater. It was expected for further research, in order to increase the number of respondents and variables. The results of further research can be further elaborated.

Islamic Financing Products have started to grow rapidly in the current banking and financial industry at this time. This situation can be seen through the increase of Islamic banking assets for several years, in addition to the inclusion of more institutions offering Islamic products. Sharia Gold Pawn Products is the delivery of marhun (collateral goods) from the rahin (customers using mortgage financing) to the bank as a guarantee of part or all of the debt. This research is field (field research) with data collection method through observation, interview and documentation study in data collection. The author concludes that the application of Rahn's contract on Sharia gold mortgage financing at Bank BRI Syariah has been in accordance with the National Sharia Board Fatwa and there are several things that must be improved so as not to conflict with Sharia principles

This research is aimed to identify learning management of Ihya Ulumiddin Islamic Boarding School. The Boarding school is under the management of Darusallam of Lirboyo. This research design is descriptive qualitative while the data collection method uses are observation, interview and documentation. The stage of teaching plan is done by formulating and analyzing the materials thought. The teacher prepares the materials with mudzakaroh and determines the homeroom teacher. The teaching process is begun by reading nadzhoman together, rois amm of the captain of the class leads and repeats the previous lesson before stating the new lesson, the teacher give time for the students to memorize the materials before presenting it to the teacher. Beside memorizing and musyawaroh, the evaluation stage is done by doing murojaah, a repeating of previous explanation. Students present the result of memorizing based on the schedule given by the homeroom teacher. Sorogan is applied in reading the books which have been meant by the teacher in the previous meeting. The students also answer the questions from the teacher dealing with previous book read. The last point of the management is recruiting the alumni for replacing the teacher who comes home to do the teacher’s jobs as mentioned.

The purpose of this study are (1) To analyze the significance of the influence of motivation factors consisting of existence, relationship and growth on employee productivity. (2) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of the need for existence of work productivity of employees. (3) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of relationship needs to work productivity of employees. (4) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of growth needs on the productivity of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara. The type of research used in this study is associative research. Data collection method used in this research is census method as much as 128 employees. The data collection tool used questionnaires and analyzed using moderating regression analysis (MRA). The results showed (1) motivation factors consisting of the needs of existence, relationship and growth have a positive and significant effect on work productivity of employees. (2) The atmosphere of diversity is able to strengthen the influence of the need for existence of work productivity of employees. (3) The atmosphere of diversity is not able to strengthen the influence of the relationship needs to work productivity of employees. (4) The atmosphere of diversity is able to strengthen the influence of growth needs on the productivity of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara.

Local Languages

The study of local languages in Alor Island is needed in-depth. Local government efforts to foster and develop local languages have been made as an effort to preserve local languages. The research on the phenomenon of local languages in Alor Island is carried out by language experts. The study is discussed about Sinonimi and Hamap languages in Alor Island. The data collection of these two languages are analyzed with the theory of meaning relation. The data collection is compiled by listening and conversational methods, namely by listening to informant talks and inviting conversation. The data collection method is assisted with the interview method. This method id aimed to explore data optimally about several things in depth. Based on the analysis result, the vocabulary of Kabola and Hamap languages were found synonymy phenomenon. Vocabularies that have similarities and resemblance of these forms can be grouped into (1) synonymy by the removal and addition of vowel and consonant phonemes at the front and back positions of words; (2) synonymy with the relation of vowel and consonant phonemes in the middle and back positions of words; (3) synonymy with the relationship, addition, and omission of syllables in the first and second syllables; and (4) synonymy with the same absolute form or Iberian.

Abstract: This study aimed to determine how the community of Islamic boarding schools responds to Islamic banks and what factors that were drived the response of the boarding school community to Islamic banks.The procedure of data collection in this study was obtained using the interview method, and supported by documentation and observation, and then the data was analyzed to obtain conclusions and verification. The results of this study explained that there were two groups of Islamic boarding school community responses to Islamic banks. first, the community is responsive to Islamic banks, and second, the community is less responsive to Islamic banks. the factors of islamic boarding school community to Islamic banks include: the community's view of bank interest law, the policy of head master of the Islamic boarding school, the introduction and dissemination of Islamic banking, access to Islamic banks, and the relationship between the values ​​of Islamic boarding schools. Keywords: Response, Islamic Boarding School Community, Islamic Bank Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon komunitas pondok pesantren terhadap bank syariah dan faktor pendorong respons komunitas pondok pesantren terhadap bank syariah. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, dan didukung oleh dokumentasi dan observasi, kemudian data dianalisa untuk diperoleh kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat dua kelompok respon komunitas pondok pesantren terhadap bank syariah. Yaitu: komunitas responsif terhadap bank syariah dan komunitas kurang responsif terhadap bank syariah. Sedangkan faktor pendorong respon komunitas pondok pesantren terhadap bank syariah antaralain: pandangan komunitas terhadap hukum bunga bank, kebijakan kiyai pimpinan pondok pesantren, pengenalan dan sosialisasi tentang perbankan syariah, akses terhadap bank syariah, keterkaitan antara nilai-nilai pondok pesantren dengan bank syariah. <p><em>This study aims to obtain evidence about the influence of auditor commitment to audit quality with an audit fee as a moderating variable. The population in this study was the auditor of KAP in Jakarta. The research sample used non probability sampling, namely in the form of convenience sampling KAP Auditors. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that audits</em><em> fee</em><em> strengthen the positive influence of auditor commitment to audit quality</em><em>.</em></p>

This article explains the learning of memorizing the Koran by the Tawazun Method in the Daarul Huffadz Indonesian Boarding School, Sentul Branch. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The data collection method consists of interviews and document studies. The results showed that learning to memorize the Koran with the Tawazun Method consists of the process of reading, understanding, imagining, memorizing, and depositing. These activities train the intelligence of the right brain and left brain in a balanced and optimal way. This method proved useful in facilitating students in memorizing the Koran; gain an understanding of the Qur'an; strengthen and maintain memorization; foster motivation to memorize and create intensive relations between students and the Koran. The implementation of the Tahfidz method also contributes positively to the improvement of personal self-esteem which is characterized by an increase in feelings of happiness, the ability to face challenges, overcome problems, and motivate him; and good self-acceptance by the environment and good relations with other individuals or groups.

The Village

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of implementing village fund policies and organizational culture on the performance of village officials. This research is explanatory and associative. The scope variables in this study consist of the implementation of village policies and organizational culture as independent variables and the village apparatus's performance as the dependent. The population in this study were all village officials in Sorong Regency, as many as 2,486 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin sampling formulation using 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results in this study are: (1) the implementation of the village fund policy partially has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus, (2) the organizational culture partially has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. Village apparatus, (3) implementation of village fund policy Simultaneous organizational and village culture have a significant effect on the performance of village officials.

<p>This study aims to to test empirically a link between the concept of self with meaning life commercial sex workers.Subject in this research was commercial sex workers do in the Sunan Kuning Semarang</p><p>Data collection method in penelitan it used scale meaning life and scale of the concept of self .The subject of this research as many as 42 people .Analysis using correlation product moment .Hypothesis advanced by in research which is there are the relationship between the concept of self with meaning living on commercial sex workers </p><p>The analysis result of the data shows that r xy = 0,301 and p = 0.053 ( p &amp; lt; 0.05 ) so that hypothesis this research rejected .There was no connection between the concept of self with meaning life .The concept of self contributed to meaning life of 9,06 % , while 90,94 % influenced by other factors were not involved in this research</p>

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between price, product quality, and online purchasing decisions in E-Commerce. The survey method is used to consider that this method is quite economical, fast, guarantees the respondent's flexibility to answer and gather the necessary facts, and guarantees the confidentiality of the respondent's identity to provide information or answers. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire involving 100 respondents which use Lazada. The results shown in this study confirm that prices and products have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
