In every life someone will always be in touch with family. The family is a group that identifies themselves from its members consisting of two or more individuals, whether it is blood relations or legally, but functions in such a way that they consider themselves as family. It's different with single parent families, where there is only one parent, both father and mother. Family care patterns applied by parents in educating children are several ways: authoritarian parenting, muscle-loving parenting, democratic parenting, and caring patterns. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of single parents on the formation of children's attitudes in Bone-Bone Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research that examines the relationship of two variables. The number of samples in this study amounted to 28 people using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to create a helper table, simple regression analysis, find the Syx value, regression b (Sb) and determine the value of the T test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the care of single parents is in a pretty good category, namely: the average score of 36 which is located in the interval / qualification 39-35 is proven by analyzing the results of questionnaires from 28 respondents, the value of the range of variables X divided by the number of classes variable X. (2) the formation of children's attitudes in Bone-Bone Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency is in a pretty good category, namely: an average score of 45 which is located in the 48-45 interval / qualification as evidenced by analyzing the questionnaire of 28 respondents namely the range value variable Y is divided by the number of classes of variable Y. If the value of variable X is higher then the value of variable Y will also be higher. The dominant parenting pattern in this study is authoritative parenting, where care is high in demand and acceptance is also high. (3) Operant Conditioning and Social Learning Theory is very effective in forming children's attitudes. Where this theory is based on habituation and imitation of the environment. The results of the analysis on simple regression statistical tests, namely the t test, obtained the hypothesis test results that that t count (t0)> from 15.33 t table is 2.05. (15,33> 2,05). Thus, H_odi reject and H_adi accept, thus it can be concluded that there is a single parent influence on the formation of children's attitudes in Bone-Bone Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency.

This study aimed to determine the influence of the implementation of mind mapping on learning of chemical bonding assisted with information technology toward learning outcomes of students in the Class X1 Science at SMA 1 Sindue. This study was a quasi-experiment with non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling was based on special consideration (purposive sampling) with a sample of students of class X1 Science as the experimental class and class X2 Science as the control class. The instrument of this study was a test of learning outcomes. Data of the results was tested using statistical analysis of one-party t-test with prerequisite tests of normality and homogeneity tests. The data analysis obtained an average score of learning outcomes in the experimental class was 77.12 and in the control class was 67.6. Based on the hypothesis test with the t-test statistic of two parties obtained tcount of 10.89 and ttable of 1.95 at α 0.05. In this case, H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected because tcount was in the area of ​​ H0 rejection. This showed that there were differences in students’ learning outcomes through the implementation of mind mapping and conventional in learning of students in 10th grade at SMA 1 Sindue.

The purpose of this study was to find our whether cooperative learning model Co-Op Co-Op approach POE (predict-observe-explain) can increase the ability troubleshooting mathematical students. This research is a research Quasi Eksperimental Design and design researchers used  in this study is the design of the control group pretest-postest, with a technique random class. Hypothesis test used in this research is t-test. From the results of statistical tests showed that the value of t_hitung based on the calculation obtained t_hitung = 5.500869, and t_tabel = 2.001 so that t_hitung> t_tabel. So based on these calculation can be concluded that the model cooperative learning CO-Op Co-Op approach POE (predict-observe-explain) can increase the ability troubleshooting mathematical students.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kedudukan e-learning dalam meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan menulis puisi Sunda siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 13 Bandung tahun ajaran 2016-2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media e-learning menggunakan aplikasi Edmodo dan aplikasi Skype dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 13 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi eksperimen melalui desain penelitian Alternatif Treatment Post test Only with Non-equivalent Group Design. Sumber data penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Teknik Komputer Jaringan (TKJ) SMK Negeri 13 Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah instrumen tes, observasi, dan angket. Data yang sudah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilaksanakan, rata-rata nilai hasil belajar menulis puisi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 13 Bandung yang menggunakan aplikasi Edmodo adalah 76,48 dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) 75. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa siswa sudah mampu menulis puisi. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai yang menggunakan aplikasi Skype adalah 70,83, yang artinya siswa belum mampu menulis puisi. Setelah dilaksanakan analisis t-test terbukti bahwa  ttabel dari df (58) dengan kepercayaan 95%, 2,004, serta jumlah thitung adalah 7,19. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis bisa disimpulkan bahwa thitung ≥ ttabel, atau 7,19  ≥ 2,004 yang berarti hipotésis alternatif (H1) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Artinya bahwa media e-learning menggunakan aplikasi Edmodo lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan aplikasi Skype dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas XI SMKN 13 Bandung tahun ajaran 2016-2017. AbstractThis research is motivated by the importance of e-learning in improving the interest and ability to write Sundanese poetry of class XI SMK Negeri 13 Bandung students in 2016-2017academic year. This study aims to determine the implementation of e-learning media by using Edmodo and Skype application in improving the writing poetry ability of students of class XI SMK Negeri 13 Bandung. The method used is experimental study through Alternative Treatment Post Test Only with Non-equivalent Group Design research design. The data source is the students of class XI Computer Network Engineering (TKJ) SMK Negeri 13 Bandung. Instruments used to collect the data are test instruments, observations, and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by using t-test. Based on the research results, the average score of students’writing poetry is 76.48 from Minimum Criterion (KKM) 75. It proves that students have been able to write poetry. While the average score using the Skype application is 70.83, which means students have not been able to write poetry. After conducted t-test analysis, the results proved that ttable of df (58) with 95% degree of confidence, 2.004, and tcount is 7.19. Based on hypothesis, test result can be concluded that tcount≥ ttable, or 7,19 ≥ 2,004 which mean alternative hypotesis (H1) is accepted and null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This means that the e-learning media by using Edmodo application is more benefited than the Skype application in improving the writing poetry ability of students of class XI SMKN 13 Bandung in academic year 2016-2017.

This study aims to determine the results of social studies learning using a make a match model with the help of picture cards. This is shown from the results of the calculation of the posttest hypothesis test through the t-test at a significance level of 0.05, where tcount > ttable (4.25>1.994437) This result is strengthened by the achievement of the average score of students in the conventional learning class with the value of 76.2 while the make a match model obtained a value of 88.97. These results indicate that student activities can be categorized very well in using the make a match model with the help of picture cards.

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI tanpa makanan dan minuman lain sampai 6 bulan pertama kehidupan. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kegagalan pemberian asi eksklusif pada bayi diantaranya karena tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan Asi Eksklusif terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan ibu balita di Kecamatan Balantak Selatan. Jenis penelitian yaitu secara quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre test dan post test. Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil kajian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan dimana rata-rata skor pengetahuan sebelum diberikan penyuluhan sebesar 81,61 meningkat sebesar 13,03 menjadi 94,64 setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Pada sikap terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan dimana rata-rata skor sikap sebelum diberikan penyuluhan sebesar 85,09 meningkat sebesar 7,89 menjadi 92,98 setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Pada tindakan terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan dimana rata-rata skor tindakan sebelum diberikan penyuluhan sebesar 80,18 meningkat sebesar 12,28 menjadi 92,45 setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan ibu balita sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan ASI Eksklusif, dimana uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa (p < 0,05). Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding without food and other drinks until the first 6 months of life. Several factors influence the failure of exclusive breastfeeding to infants including the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of the mother. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exclusive Asi counseling on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of toddlers in South Balantak District. This type of research is quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. Data analysis using paired sample t-test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between knowledge before and after counseling, where the average knowledge score before counseling was 81.61, increasing by 13.03 to 94.64 after counseling. In attitudes there are differences before and after counseling where the average attitude score before giving counseling by 85.09 increased by 7.89 to 92.98 after being given counseling. In the action there is a difference before and after counseling where the average score of the action before counseling was 80.18, increasing by 12.28 to 92.45 after being given counseling. In conclusion, there is a significant influence on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of toddlers before and after exclusive breastfeeding counseling, where statistical tests show that (p <0.05).

The aim of the research is to find out the difference in science process skill and learning achievement between students who are taught using guided inquiry model integrated with peer instruction and conventional method in VII students in one of the junior high schools in Malang. The method used is quasy-experimental with only post-test group design. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, from the 10 population of VII grade students; the researchers selected two classes which were considered to have the same initial skill with total 32 students in each class to be the experimental class and the control class. Instruments used were the observation sheets to measure the science process skill and the test of multiple choices to measure the learning achievement. The researchers gained average score of 81 for science process skill in experimental class and 58 in control class, while  the average score of 77.8 for learning achievement in experimental class and 71.3 in control class as the result of the data analysis. The hypothesis test used T-test, that was the independent sample T-test on Microsoft excel by looking up the score of Ttable on the rate of sig 0.05 for the science process skill and it gained Tcount > Ttable (18.846 > 1.669), while the learning process gained Tcount > Ttable (8.465 > 1.669). It was concluded that the guided inquiry model integrated with peer instruction can improve student’s science process skill and learning achievement compared to conventional method

This research is to determine the effect of realistic mathematical approach on students’ learning motivation. The research method is pre-experiment of one group pretest posttest design. This study was conducted with 34 fifth grade students from a public school in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. The results indicate that students’ learning motivation significantly increases. Among six indicators measuring students’ learning motivation, the indicator of interesting activities in learning is the most increase, from 80.76% in pre-test to 86.40% in post-test. The average score of pretest in form of students’ learning motivation questionnaire before applying treatment was 90.56 while score posttest after treatment was 95,09 and the results of the research hypotheses using the comparative t-test tcount (6.997) > ttable (2.039). This means that there is an effect of applying the realistic mathematical approach to students’ learning motivation.

This research is intended to find out how the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP) Palembang. In this case the sampling using the Saturated sampling method with the employee population of PT BAP Palembang as many as 78 people. From the results of the questionnaire, processed by using SPSS for Windows version 19 by using simple linear regression method, hypothesis test (t test), and correlation coefficient.Based on the analysis results obtained coefficient (R) of 0.033 which shows the relationship between the two low variables. In the hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count value of -0.285 and t value table 1.991, and significant value 0.777. And when viewed from the probability (sig), career development has a probability value of 0.777. It has also been explained that 0.777> 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, indicating there is no effect of career development on employee performance. The effect of career development on employee performance can be seen also from the value of regression coefficient (R) 0,001, which shows that the percentage contribution of career development influence to employee performance equal to 0,1%. Can also be interpreted that the variation of career development variables used to explain 0.1% variation of performance variables. The conclusion : career development program does not effect employee performance on PT BAP Palembang.

This research was aimed for knowing the influence between promotion effectiveness above the line and below the line to the attractiveness of visitor of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This research used a quantitative approach through survey to 150 visitors. Using a convenience sampling Hypothesis test (t test) result that shows that the variable above the line affect significantly to these attractiveness of visitor proved by t value about 5,867 which is more than t table. And the variable of below the line affect significantly with t value about 5,345 which is more than t tabel. The conclusion of this research is promotion of above the line and below the line be influential effectively increase the attractiveness of visitors of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This means that the promotional media which can increase the wishes of the people for a visit to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Keywords: promotion,above the line, below the line, marketing

This research was aimed for knowing the influence between motivation and work stress against the employees’ performance of staffing and Organization General Bureau, staffing and Organization the Ministry of Tourism. This research used a quantitative approach through survey to 40 employees. All population is used as sample. Hypothesis test (t test) result that shows that the variable compensation affect significantly to these performance proved by t value about 2.693  which is more than t table. But the variable of work stress do not affect significantly with t value about 1.994 which is less than t table.  The conclusion of this research is motivation is the most dominant variable over the performance of the employees. This means that increasing performance of the emplooyees can be seen from the way the institutions provide motivation to employees.   Keywords: motivation, work stress, employee’s performance
