Pemberdayaan Ibu-Ibu Posyandu Sentolo Lor Melalui Edukasi Bahaya Pembalut dan Ecoliteracy: Upaya Preventif Permasalahan Kesehatan Reproduksi & Lingkungan

AbstrakPembalut merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi setiap perempuan yang telah mengalami masa pubertas. Namun, banyak kalangan wanita yang tidak terlalu memperdulikan personal hygiene pada saat penggunaan pembalut sekali pakai, sehingga berisiko terhadap kesehatan organ reproduksi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Dusun Sentolo Lor, Kecamatan Sentolo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. masih banyak remaja dan ibu-ibu yang utamanya belum mengetahui dan memahami bahaya pemakaian pembalut sekali pakai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran bahaya pembalut sekali pakai, cara menjaga personal hygiene, dan mengajak mitra untuk beralih ke pembalut ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan (ceramah), diskusi, tanya jawab, serta evaluasi program. Hasil evaluasi program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dari setiap indikator setelah edukasi dilaksanakan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Dusun Sentolo Lor. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Posyandu, Pembalut, Personal Hygiene. AbstractSanitary napkins are a primary need for every woman who has experienced puberty. However, many women do not really care about personal hygiene when using disposable sanitary napkins, so it poses a risk to the health of the reproductive organs. Based on the results of observations in Sentolo Lor Hamlet, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. there are still many teenagers and mothers who mainly do not know and understand the dangers of using disposable sanitary napkins. This activity aims to raise awareness of the dangers of single-use sanitary napkins, how to maintain personal hygiene, and invite partners to switch to environmentally friendly sanitary napkins. The implementation method used is counseling (lecture), discussion, question and answer, and program evaluation. The results of the program evaluation showed a significant increase in each indicator after the education was implemented. Thus, this service activity has succeeded in improving the quality of human resources in Dusun Sentolo Lor.Key Word: Empowerment, Posyandu, Sanitary Napkins, Personal Hygiene.

ABSTRAKPersonal hygiene saat menstruasi menentukan kualitas hidup remaja puteri dimasa depan. Remaja puteri sangat rentan terkena infeksi pada organ reproduksi terutama saat menstruasi. Kondisi ini menuntut remaja puteri mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan benar tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Personal Hygiene Education saat menstruasi merupakan suatu kegiatan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang upaya memelihara kesehatan diri terutama saat menstruasi. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara membersihkan organ reproduksi ketika menstruasi pada orang tua siswa SDN 05 Marunda Kelas 6, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebelum (pre test), pelaksanaan personal hygiene education saat menstruasi dan sesudah kegiatan (post test) sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Hasil pre test menunjukkan 6,7% orang tua kurang memahami cara melakukan personal hygiene saat menstruasi dan hasil post test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua menjadi 86,7% tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Kegiatan ini sangat didukung untuk dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: personal hygiene education saat menstruasi; sumber informasi; pengetahuan ABSTRACTPersonal hygiene during menstruation determines the quality of life of young women in the future. Teenage girls are very susceptible to infection in the reproductive organs, especially during menstruation. This condition requires young women to get the right and correct information about personal hygiene during menstruation. Personal Hygiene Education during menstruation is an activity to provide health education on maintaining personal health, especially during menstruation. The purpose of this community service is to raise knowledge about how to clean the reproductive organs during menstruation for parents of grade 6 students at SDN 05 Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The method used in this community service activity is by distributing questionnaires before (pre-test), implementing personal hygiene education during menstruation, and after activities (post-test) as a form of evaluation. The results of the pre-test showed that 6,7% of parents did not understand how to do personal hygiene during menstruation. Meanwhile, the results of the post-test showed an increase in the knowledge of parents to 86,7% about personal hygiene during menstruation. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Abstract. In major cities in Indonesia there have been many formal schools established in terms of developing children's education at an early age, so that the quality and quality of children in big cities is good. However, formal schools require considerable costs so that they are still difficult to reach by underprivileged families. Concern for underprivileged families inspired the establishment of alternative schools in order to reach education at an early age as an example of which in SAAJA these children experienced a number of problems including lack of awareness of reading interest in each individual, limited human resources, and lack of facilities, especially children's reading books. The purpose of this service activity is to foster reading interest in early childhood at SAAJA. The method used is the Storytelling Method and the Learning While Playing Method. As a result of this activity, participants actively read children's books in addition they are able to sharpen their memory to remember what they have told.Abstrak. Di kota-kota besar di Indonesia telah banyak berdiri sekolah formal dalam hal pengembangan pendidikan anak pada usia dini, Sehingga mutu dan kualitas anak-anak dikota besar sudah bagus. Namun, sekolah formal memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar sehingga masih sulit dijangkau oleh keluarga prasejahtera. Kepedulian terhadap keluarga prasejahteramemberikan inspirasi untukmendirikan sekolah alternatif demi menjangkau pendidikan pada usia dini sebagai contoh salah satunya adalah di SAAJA anak-anak tersebut mengalami sejumlah permasalahan diantaranya yaitu kurangnya kesadaran minat baca pada masing-masing individu, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan minimnya fasilitas, terutama buku-buku bacaan anak. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menumbuhkan minat baca pada anak usia dini di SAAJA, Metode yang digunakan adalahMetode Storytelling dan Metode Bermain Sambil Belajar, Hasil kegiatan ini, peserta aktif membaca buku anak-anak selain itu mereka mampu mengasah daya ingat untuk mengingat apa yang telah diceritakan.

Two objectives of this study are the development of tourism potentials and the environmental conservation in Banyuurip tourism area, Jatimulyo Village, Dlinggo District, Bantul Regency, Special region of Yogyakarta. Parenting patterns depend on how a family environment forms rules (behavior, norms and values) that must be obeyed by family members. This parenting pattern is formed by parents consisting of fathers and mothers to provide education to their children so that it can imprint on the child and make characteristics and personal for the child. So the mayor of Surabaya held the Kampung'e Arek Suroboyo education village competition which was one of the Surabaya City Government's programs in promoting the development of the quality of human resources (HR). Thus mandating "the community is obliged and responsible for the protection of children through the activities of the community's role in the implementation of child protection. The conclusion of this community service activity is the creation of this Education Village aims to create an educational, safe, comfortable, friendly, healthy, creative, creative environment and literacy for the child's growth and development process in community support that guarantees the fulfillment of children's rights and seeks optimal child protection.

This study aimed to obtain information on local potential that can be empowered for literacy village program in bejiharjo village Karangmojo subdistrict in Gunungkidul regency of Yogyakarta Special Region. This research used desciptive qualitative approach. This study obtained information that the potential of Bejiharjo village in preparing itself in managing the literacy village includes; 1) the possession of human resources who have completed adequate diploma and undergraduate programs (S1, S2, S3) to support the village literacy program, 2) Strategy and policy direction of Bejiharjo village development in building the quality of human resources to provide facilities support and funding of ECD and other non-formal education, in partnership with the government and PT in managing education programs; 3) available facilities andinfrastructurethatsupporttheimplementationofliteracyvillageprogramssuchas; (4) the presence of community participation in the form of personnel, thoughts, goods and costs, 5) the existence of partnerships that support the village literacy program, among others; Government of Gunungkidul Regency, UNY, Primagama, Mandiri Bank, BCA and community of Bejiharjo community in overseas.

The Reading Community (in Indonesian: Taman Bacaan Masyarakat/TBM) has a role as one of the driving forces in supporting literacy culture in society. The Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 23, 2015 concerns the Cultivation of Character Building and strengthens efforts to establish the culture of literacy. This study took samples of TBM in Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Based on data from the Ministry of Education and Culture 2018, there are currently 56 reading communities in the Bantul Regency. This is around 15% of the total TBM in DIY Province. As a form of out-of-school education, TBM also has a role in improving the quality of human resources. This study considers the relationship between the existence of the community and their role in improving the quality of human resources in the society. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observations and interviews. Based on the collected data, it was concluded that the presence of TBM managed by members of the local community had a positive influence, especially for children and adolescents. The existence of TBM increases reading interest among children and boosts the number of teenagers who continue their education to a higher level. Thus, the TBM supports one of the national goals, namely improving the quality of human resources through lifelong learning. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan penerapan Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) pada mitra sebagai salah satu syarat dalam memperoleh sertifikat P-IRT dan legalitas produk lainnya. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian adalah masyarakat pengolah dan produksi terasi tutok di Desa Kuala Pusong Kapal Kecamatan Seruway Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang berjumlah 40 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pendampingan penerapan GMP dalam proses pengolahan dan produksi terasi tutok, dengan bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain : 1) Peningkatan kualitas SDM, 2) Pemisahan ruang produksi dan ruang penyimpanan, 3) Pembuatan rak pengering yang terstandarisasi, 4) Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri, 5) Pengadaan wadah fermentasi yang sesuai standar, dan 6) Pengadaan mesin penggiling/penghancur. Hasil kegiatan adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang proses produksi terasi tutok yang terstandar, selain itu pasilitas produksi tersi tutok yang terstandar dapat diadakan dengan kerjasama antara tim pengabdian dan swadaya mitra. Kegiatan pendampingan masih perlu dilakukan secara kontinu sehingga mitra benar-benar dapat memproduksi tersi tutok secara mandiri.Assistance for the Implementation of GMP in Tutok Shrimp Processing in Kuala Pusing Kapal VillageAbstractThe purpose of this community service is to provide assistance to the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to partners as one of the requirements for obtaining a P-IRT certificate and other product legality. The community service partners consist of 40 people who process and produce shrimp paste in Kuala Pusong Kapal Village, Seruway District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The method used in this community service activity is assistance in implementing GMP in the processing and production of terasi tutok, with the following activities: 1) Improving the quality of human resources, 2) Separation of production space and storage space, 3) Making standardized drying racks ,4) Use of Personal Protective Equipment, 5) Procurement of fermentation containers in accordance with standards, and 6) Procurement of grinding / crushing machines. The result of the activity is an increase in knowledge and understanding of the standardized tutu terasi production process, besides that standardized terasi tutu production facilities can be held in collaboration between the community service team and partner self-help. Assistance activities still need to be carried out continuously so that partners can actually produce teri tutok independently.

The purpose of this research is to identify, evaluate, and analyse the range of factors that impact the quality of human resources at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP); as well as past, present, and future efforts in improving said resources. Research and data collection was conducted at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency main office in Jakarta (BPKP Pusat), as well as its subsidiary at Local Government level in Special Region of Yogyakarta (BPKP DIY Yogyakarta). Data collection comprised of face to face and written interviews with 43 respondents, which includes: First Secretary at BPKP Pusat, Head of BPKP DIY Yogyakarta, 40 BPKP staff members - 27 from BPKP Pusat and 13 from BPKP DIY Yogyakarta, and 1 expert. The main factor that influences the quality of human resources at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is the level of capability and competency possessed by staff, in order for them to perform assigned function and duties at maximum capacity. At present efforts to improve this include specialised education and training held at the main Finance and Development Supervisory Agency training centre, as well as sending staff members to higher formal education and other specialised training - both domestically (within Indonesia) and abroad. This Community Service activity is aimed at improving the quality of teaching and learning of Kalkurmo Village Elementary School children, Beringin District, Semarang Regency in the fields of Science and Mathematics. Kalikurmo Village has human resources who have low educational backgrounds, so that its residents have minimal insight and are less developed. This caused us to be moved in providing counseling to the residents of Kalikurmo Village, which if it could help add to their insight and knowledge. Activities carried out in the form of assisting classroom teaching and tutoring outside class hours. Elementary school student are helped in deepening science and mathematics material by this activity.
