Two objectives of this study are the development of tourism potentials and the environmental conservation in Banyuurip tourism area, Jatimulyo Village, Dlinggo District, Bantul Regency, Special region of Yogyakarta. Our goal is to improve the physical quality of the site for competitive capacity. The issue concerning comprehensive spatial planning, tourist attractions, and optimization of human resources should be address more seriously. The spatial planning development concept applies in Banyuurip area should covered 4 planning approaches (4A) : Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, and Ancillary.

This study aimed to obtain information on local potential that can be empowered for literacy village program in bejiharjo village Karangmojo subdistrict in Gunungkidul regency of Yogyakarta Special Region. This research used desciptive qualitative approach. This study obtained information that the potential of Bejiharjo village in preparing itself in managing the literacy village includes; 1) the possession of human resources who have completed adequate diploma and undergraduate programs (S1, S2, S3) to support the village literacy program, 2) Strategy and policy direction of Bejiharjo village development in building the quality of human resources to provide facilities support and funding of ECD and other non-formal education, in partnership with the government and PT in managing education programs; 3) available facilities andinfrastructurethatsupporttheimplementationofliteracyvillageprogramssuchas; (4) the presence of community participation in the form of personnel, thoughts, goods and costs, 5) the existence of partnerships that support the village literacy program, among others; Government of Gunungkidul Regency, UNY, Primagama, Mandiri Bank, BCA and community of Bejiharjo community in overseas.

AbstrakPembalut merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi setiap perempuan yang telah mengalami masa pubertas. Namun, banyak kalangan wanita yang tidak terlalu memperdulikan personal hygiene pada saat penggunaan pembalut sekali pakai, sehingga berisiko terhadap kesehatan organ reproduksi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Dusun Sentolo Lor, Kecamatan Sentolo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. masih banyak remaja dan ibu-ibu yang utamanya belum mengetahui dan memahami bahaya pemakaian pembalut sekali pakai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran bahaya pembalut sekali pakai, cara menjaga personal hygiene, dan mengajak mitra untuk beralih ke pembalut ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan (ceramah), diskusi, tanya jawab, serta evaluasi program. Hasil evaluasi program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dari setiap indikator setelah edukasi dilaksanakan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Dusun Sentolo Lor. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Posyandu, Pembalut, Personal Hygiene. AbstractSanitary napkins are a primary need for every woman who has experienced puberty. However, many women do not really care about personal hygiene when using disposable sanitary napkins, so it poses a risk to the health of the reproductive organs. Based on the results of observations in Sentolo Lor Hamlet, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. there are still many teenagers and mothers who mainly do not know and understand the dangers of using disposable sanitary napkins. This activity aims to raise awareness of the dangers of single-use sanitary napkins, how to maintain personal hygiene, and invite partners to switch to environmentally friendly sanitary napkins. The implementation method used is counseling (lecture), discussion, question and answer, and program evaluation. The results of the program evaluation showed a significant increase in each indicator after the education was implemented. Thus, this service activity has succeeded in improving the quality of human resources in Dusun Sentolo Lor.Key Word: Empowerment, Posyandu, Sanitary Napkins, Personal Hygiene.

The Reading Community (in Indonesian: Taman Bacaan Masyarakat/TBM) has a role as one of the driving forces in supporting literacy culture in society. The Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 23, 2015 concerns the Cultivation of Character Building and strengthens efforts to establish the culture of literacy. This study took samples of TBM in Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Based on data from the Ministry of Education and Culture 2018, there are currently 56 reading communities in the Bantul Regency. This is around 15% of the total TBM in DIY Province. As a form of out-of-school education, TBM also has a role in improving the quality of human resources. This study considers the relationship between the existence of the community and their role in improving the quality of human resources in the society. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observations and interviews. Based on the collected data, it was concluded that the presence of TBM managed by members of the local community had a positive influence, especially for children and adolescents. The existence of TBM increases reading interest among children and boosts the number of teenagers who continue their education to a higher level. Thus, the TBM supports one of the national goals, namely improving the quality of human resources through lifelong learning. The purpose of this research is to identify, evaluate, and analyse the range of factors that impact the quality of human resources at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP); as well as past, present, and future efforts in improving said resources. Research and data collection was conducted at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency main office in Jakarta (BPKP Pusat), as well as its subsidiary at Local Government level in Special Region of Yogyakarta (BPKP DIY Yogyakarta). Data collection comprised of face to face and written interviews with 43 respondents, which includes: First Secretary at BPKP Pusat, Head of BPKP DIY Yogyakarta, 40 BPKP staff members - 27 from BPKP Pusat and 13 from BPKP DIY Yogyakarta, and 1 expert. The main factor that influences the quality of human resources at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is the level of capability and competency possessed by staff, in order for them to perform assigned function and duties at maximum capacity. At present efforts to improve this include specialised education and training held at the main Finance and Development Supervisory Agency training centre, as well as sending staff members to higher formal education and other specialised training - both domestically (within Indonesia) and abroad. Previous researches shows that the relationship of education on poverty is negative and significant. Therefore, this study introduces the mediating variable income per capita to analyze the path of education on poverty. Research purposes is analyzing whether per capita income mediates the effect of education on poverty. The data used are secondary data in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the period 2000-2018. This research method is path analysis. The results show that per capita income mediates the relationship of education on poverty in partial mediation. This finding implies the importance of improving the quality of human resources through education to reduce poverty.

This research focuses on the development of Batik Bantul using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is a comprehensive review of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of a company. This analysis is needed to determine several strategies that must be applied to a company. Seeing the development of batik that is getting better and more in demand by tourists, the analysis to determine business strategies is of particular concern to the company. Not only the quality of the product in the spotlight, but the promotion and placement (location) of product sales. With the opportunity to increase sales at existing tourist attractions, accompanied by threats from external companies. The threat comes from other companies that present the same product at a price below the price offered by Batik Bantul craftsmen. This SWOT analysis is expected to be able to overcome the existing threats. In addition to threats and opportunities, companies must also analyze the advantages and disadvantages. The advantages possessed are used as weapons to compete in market share. While the disadvantages can be used as guidelines to improve in terms of quality, both from natural resources and human resources that exist in the company.

To anticipate and develop rural areas, the government is currently promoting rural social and economic development, including rural agribusiness and agrotourism programs. This study aims to determine the level of sustainability of the agrotourism development model based on local wisdom. The research was conducted by interviewing fanners and related parties and conducting field observations. The development of agrotourism must be continued. It could be seen from the benefits of environmental conservation, beauty value, recreational value, science development, income, business opportunities for the community, services, promotion support, production, and quality of agriculture supporting agrotourism. Hence, the Karangtengah Tourism Village management should be more serious and professional to benefit the community.

Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. This will lead to establish an accountable enterprise both for the micro enterprise and customers which at the end will strengthen the development of the micro enterprise in Yogyakarta.Keyword: micro entreprise, human resources, government roles, capital, partnership and autonomous.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.
