Peningkatan Kemampuan Komputerisasi Akuntansi Perusahaan Dagang Menggunakan “Accurate”

The development of computerized accounting technology made the addition of accounting software developed. Everyone who is involved in the field of accounting is required to be able to operate computerized accounting. Accurate is one of the most frequently used apps by many companies in Indonesia, this can be seen from the number of job vacancies with criteria able to operate accurate. The purpose of this training was to improve the competence of computerized accounting, especially accurate. Not all vocational students recognize accurate as a practical and easy to operate application. Accurate is very important to be mastered by vocational students so they have value added to compete in the world of work. This training was part of community service. SMK Yapin was a school that is the target of training activities. The training provided includes: knowledge of features in the accurate software, initial database preparation in accurate software using advanced preparation, data entry process in sales module, data entry process in purchasing module, data entry process in cash module, bank and general journals, also checking the financial statements. The training was conducted in one day and divided into two sessions. The conclusion was that the training was very successful and add insight and skills for teachers and students of SMK Yapin.

Accounting Software

Industry 4.0 which based on digital technology, internet and automation (robotics) had changed theway work in various fields of business. One of the changes was forcing accountants to be able touse technology to help their work. To equip students to become accountants who could usetechnology, accounting teachers must have prior knowledge about technology. The technology thatmust be mastered by accounting teachers and students was accounting software. The Center forResearch and Community Service (P3M) STIE Trisakti in collaboration with PT Ultima TeknoSolusindo provided training on the use of Accurate accounting software to high school andvocational school accounting teachers in Jakarta. STIE Trisakti selected Accurate accountingsoftware because Accurate accounting software was the most widely used accounting software bycompanies. The problem faced by accounting teachers in Jakarta was the lack of knowledgeregarding the use of accounting software. The aim of community service was to provide accountingteachers with knowledge about using Accurate accounting software so that teachers can teachAccurate accounting software to students. The methods were lectures, case studies, simulations,and evaluations. The output was the trained teachers could do accounting cycle using Accurateaccounting software. The target outcomes to be achieved were the increased knowledge aboutAccurate accounting software so teachers could use Accurate accounting software to teachaccounting and students could use Accurate accounting software. With this training, P3M STIETrisakti hoped that vocational teachers could help vocational students become ready-to-use andskilled workers in the industrial era 4.0.

Abstract: Community Service Activities in the form of training utilization of computer technology for teachers in the processing of student value aims to provide knowledge and skills, which’s expected to result in changes in knowledge, skills and attitudes of teachers and students so that process of learning and teaching can run smoothly and easily . Target audience in this Community Service activity’s all teachers of SMPN 2 S.Empat which amounts to 30 people. Training activities utilization of computer technology in the world of education’s presented by lecture methods, demonstrations and frequently asked questions. Lecture method’s used to explain the concept of the application used is M.Excell. A demonstration method to demonstrate a process of work’s the stages of each activity and practice it, while the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity to consult in overcoming the constraints that occur in the processing of values manually. The benefits derived from this activity include improving the knowledge of teachers to be more professional in carrying out teaching and learning process either inside or outside school, can improve student learning activities through IPTEKS satisfaction, can simplify the process of calculating student value computerized with the help of M. Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer bagi guru-guru dalam pengolahan nilai siswa ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari guru maupun siswa sehingga proses belajar dan mengajar dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan mudah.Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat yang berjumlah 30 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam dunia pendidikan ini disajikan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep tentang aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Microsoft Excell. Metode demonstrasi untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahapan-tahapan dari setiap kegiatan dan mempraktikkannya, sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala yang terjadi dalam pengolahan nilai secara manual.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapatmeningkatkan pengetahuan para guru agar lebih profesional dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar baik didalam atau diluar sekolah, dapat meningkatkan aktifitas pembelajaran siswa melalui penguasan IPTEKS, dapat mempermudah proses perhitungan nilai siswa secara komputerisasi dengan bantuan Microsoft Excell. Augmented reality in Indonesia has been widely used as a media aids in teaching in the classroom, to enhance a better learning interaction between teachers and students. Students can learn independently by observing augmented reality objects that are developed without the need to be guided. Unfortunately developing an augmented reality application takes a lot of effort especially for teachers, there are not many teachers who can develop an augmented reality application. Based on these problems, through the APSI organization, community service activities were carried out in the form of training on making 3D models based on augmented reality which was attended by representatives of 15 teachers from Jadebotabek. The training activities were divided into 3 sessions, namely the first session through the lecture method, the second session the guided tutorial method and the last session with training. The results of the implementation of this training are the teacher is able to make augmented reality applications independently and is able to make augmented reality based hydrological teaching aids that can be used to enrich learning in the classroom.

In order to support the local government's development program that is environmentally sound, as well as declaring that in all RWs in South Tangerang waste management is managed in an environmentally friendly manner with the establishment of a Waste Bank. Through the campus community service training activities of the Indonesian Institute of Technology (BLK) to assist the South Tangerang City Government's program in overcoming the City's waste problem which is very burdening the Cipeucang landfill.Through the campus community service training activities of the Indonesian Institute of Technology (BLK) to assist the South Tangerang City Government's program in overcoming the City's waste The problem of partners in this case TPST-3 R Batan Indah in managing waste originating from 1114 households produces 2000 kg of waste per day is the large contribution of waste to the Cipeucang TPA at 70 percent or 1.4 tons per day.The aim of devotion in TPST-3R Batan Indah is to provide integrated waste processing assistance that is able to produce energy, compost, leading to zero waste and carrying capacity of urban farming. Workshop on Improving Skills Debate of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 3 Ciputat. Which of course is very interesting for students. Through this method students do not feel patronized but they are expected to have their own way how to understand the implementation of an interesting debate because students find themselves an interesting debate style and presented in an interesting way that teachers and students need to develop, this can add self-confidence to students. At the time of implementation, the practice of the debate focused on students' activeness in speaking / arguing in the debate. Both groups who will argue either as a negation group or affirmation group play an active role and produce brilliant ideas. After the debate practice, the team will provide its assessment and commentary on the practice of the debate that has been done. Assessment is given as objectively as possible based on a prepared table. The aspects assessed include: The accuracy and authenticity of ideas, the ability to argue, understanding, accuracy of words and sentences, and fluency in conveying ideas. The results obtained after the students were taught using inquiry method and interactive video learning media, there was an increase of results and according to what was expected. The results of the training activities were responded and the questions conveyed by the participants to the Community Service Team (Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat = TPM). Responses and questions indicate high interest and curiosity towards the improvement of student debate skills of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 3 Ciputat. Thus this training activity is considered successful. The expected outcomes from this Community Service Activity are students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat and SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Ciputat can improve their speaking ability through debate activities. He purpose of this community service is to provide information about the use of plastic waste as alternative fuel for vocational students and Telkom Pekanbaru teachers and to help graduates of vocational students in facing the world of work. The method used is lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration. The benefits of this service are; a) Provide scientific contributions, namely theoretical contributions in the form of additional scientific repertoire in the field of engineering studies, especially in the field of studies on the utilization of plastic waste for students of Pekanbaru Telkom Vocational School b) Lecturers can carry out one of the three principles of Higher Education, c) Help the community in unemployment. The results of community service activities broadly include the following components; 1). The success of the target number of participants is more than the planned target. 2) Planning an environmentally friendly movement towards the prosperity and utilization of plastic waste as an alternative fuel in the Final Waste Management Site (TPSA) in Pekanbaru Telkom Vocational High School, 3) The achievement of material targets in this service activity is quite good, because extension materials can be delivered overall 4). Targeted counseling participants as planned before 20 people who majored in TKR and TSM. In its implementation, this activity was attended by 40 participants. Thus it can be said that the target of the participants is reached 100%. This service level has been published in print media (tribune). Keywords: Plastic Waste, Alternative fuel

Pada era Covid-19 saat ini semakin banyak pengguna atau user yang menggunakan teknologi. Dari orang tua hingga anak kecil menggunakan teknologi sebagai alat media pembelajaran online dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Android saat ini menjadi pilihan bagi perusahaan teknologi yang menginginkan sistem operasi berbiaya rendah, bisa dikustomisasi, dan ringan untuk perangkat berteknologi tinggi tanpa harus mengembangkannya dari awal. Faktor di atas telah memberikan kontribusi terhadap perkembangan Android, menjadikannya sebagai sistem operasi telepon pintar yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia. Metode dalam PkM ini dengan sasaran utama adalah siswa-siswi jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak kelas XII pada SMK Telekomunikasi Telesandi Bekasi. PkM dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan demonstrasi kepada peserta dalam pembuatan video streaming dengan Android Studio dengan dukungan media online berupa zoom, YouTube dan Link Google Drive. Adapun hasil umpan balik yang diberikan oleh peserta yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dengan tingkat kepuasan secara keseluruhan 55.3% memberi respon puas terhadap kegiatan pelatihan.Kata kunci—android studio, pengabdian masyarakat, video streaming.AbstractIn the Covid-19 era, more and more users are using technology. From parents to young children using technology as an online learning media tool during the Covid-19 pandemic. Android is currently the choice for technology companies who want a low-cost, customizable, lightweight operating system for high-tech devices without having to develop it from scratch. The above factors have contributed to the development of Android, making it the most widely used smartphone operating system in the world. The method in PkM with the main target is students majoring in Software Engineering class XII at SMK Telekomunikasi Telesandi Bekasi. PkM is carried out by providing training and demonstrations to participants in making video streaming with Android Studio with online media support in the form of zoom, YouTube and Google Drive links. The results of the feedback given by participants were delivered by sourceswith an overall satisfaction level of 55.3% giving a satisfied response to the training activities. Abstract: Background: The results of observation on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at SD Negeri Tinom, by conducting interviews obtained UKS space already exist but not yet optimally utilized, has been established UKS teacher builder but not yet understand the duties and functions of teachers of UKS builders, in schools as well there has never been coaching UKS by puskesmas and health counseling then proposer asked 5 students about UKS, many students do not understand about the function of UKS and have never received training about small doctor.Target and Output: The establishment of small doctors and UKS activities runs optimally and the publication of articles in community service journals.Methods of implementation: Socialization of School Health Effort (UKS) at Elementary School level, training of small doctor cadres at primary school level, establishment of small doctor cadres and administration of recording and reporting of UKS activities.Conclusion: With the education and empowerment of teachers and students at SDN Tinom Godean on the empowerment of UKS through the training of small doctors as an effort to improve students' health. The outcomes are strong determination and awareness of students and teachers to jointly improve the health of children through small doctor training activities and optimization of UKS activities accompanied by UKS teachers.

Artificial Intelligence is part of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and already exists today. This shows that the future has come and everyone must prepare for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence to face the transformation of the digital era, especially the world of education. The community service workshop was attended by 66 participants, namely students, teachers, and structural officials of SMK Negeri 2 Singkawang. The workshop was held using demonstration methods, lectures, discussions and question and answer. This workshop provides information to teachers and students about the importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the digital transformation process. For teachers and students at SMKN 2 Singkawang it was introduced that algorithms or artificial intelligence methods could be given simply by representing problems into simple solutions with several examples of implementing artificial intelligence using Microsoft Excel and utilizing VBA macros.

AbstrakPengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk memberi keterampilan cara mendendangkan lagu tradisi Minangkabau (dendang) bagi guru dan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 04 Nagari Jaho Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan metode drill dengan pemanfaatan media audiovisual (video dendang Minangkabau) yang ditampilkan lalu pelatih mendemonstasikan secara langsung di depan peserta dan selanjutnya meminta peserta melaksanakan cara-cara yang telah diperagakan tersebut dengan bimbingan intensif pelatih. Hasil yang diharapkan dengan pelatihan ini secara signifikan hendaknya memperlihatkan keterampilan guru dan siswa dalam mendendangkan lagu tradisi Minangkabau sesuai tata cara yang diberikan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara bertahap dengan membentuk tiga kelompok dibawah bimbingan satu orang pelatih. Berdasarkan penampilan video dan cara-cara yang didemonstrasikan pelatih diharapkan guru dan murid dapat merasakan irama dendang dan melodi dendang dapat dibawakan sesuai tempo dan dinamik yang tepat. Dari hasil pelatihan ini diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkan materi pembelajaran Kertakes dengan memasukkan materi muatan local seperti dendang Minangkabau di kelas.Kata Kunci: pelatihan, dendang, metode drill.AbstractThis Community Service is intended to provide the Minangkabau traditional song (dendang) skills for teachers and students of Nagari Jaho 04 Primary School District X Koto, Tanah Datar District. The training was conducted using the drill method with the use of audiovisual media (Minangkabau dendang video) that was displayed then the trainer demonstrated it directly in front of the participants and then asked the participants to implement the methods that had been demonstrated with the trainer's intensive guidance. Expected results with this training should significantly demonstrate the skills of teachers and students in singing Minangkabau traditional songs according to the procedures given. The training activities were carried out in stages by forming three groups under the guidance of one trainer. Based on the video performance and the methods demonstrated by the trainer, it is expected that teachers and students can feel the rhythm of the drums and the melody of the drums can be performed according to the right tempo and dynamic. From the results of this training it is hoped that the teacher can develop Kertakes learning materials by including local content such as dendang Minangkabau in the classroom.
