Since the pandemic attack the whole world, various research has been conducted related to the challenges of online learning. Focus has always been on the issues faced by the students, but lack of research has been to done from the educators’ perspective. Therefore, this research aims to identify the issues and challenges faced by the educators in online teaching. The issues that the researchers identified are technology, lack of training and lack of tools and materials make it difficult for the educators to adapt with the changes from teaching in the physical classroom to a virtual classroom which exposes the educators to a new teaching environment and this imposed countless challenges. The research method that is used in this research is simple random sampling where the sample size of this study is around 30 educators which focus on the educators that engage in online teaching at the age range between 21 years old until 60 years old. The data was collected through a questionnaire and the questionnaire is divided into three different sections. The data analysis procedure used in this research is frequency analysis to offer the researcher to analyze the data of the questionnaire. It was identified majority of the respondents are facing challenges with online teaching which decrease their motivation and productivity and contribute to low satisfaction and outcomes in their delivery of lectures.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia with 100 people. The sample measurement technique uses Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that the number of samples used is 80 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data withdrawal technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Keywords: work discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance.  Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia dengan jumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengukuran sampel menggunakan rumus  slovin dengan margin of eror 5% sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 Responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik penarikan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda engan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Katakunci: disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan

The research was conducted at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta by survey research method. Students of research respondent are 50 people, selected based on simple random sampling and proportional sampling. The instrument uses questionnaire of learning achievement as the dependent variable, while the questionnaire instrument of learning motivation and interpersonal intelligence were used as the independent variable. Research instrument is validated by product moment correlation formula, whereas reliability is measured by Alpha Cronbach formula. Research method used in this research is Explanatory Survey Method. Data analysis technique used in this research is Regression Analysis Modelto find out the influence ofindependent variable with the dependent variable. Statistical test using t-test. Data analysis using correlation and regression technique (simple and plural). From the result of the study found that : (1) there is a significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement of IPS at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r=0,834 and Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) there is significant influence between interpersonal intelligence on learning achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) there is significant influence between Learning Motivationand Interpersonal Intelligence together with Learning Achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Kecamatan Cilandak South Jakarta. Keywords: Learning motivation, Interpersonal intelligence, Prestasi Belajar Penelitian dilaksanakanpada SMPNegeridi Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan, dengan metode penelitian survei. Responden penelitian siswa berjumlah 50 orang, dipilih berdasarkan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dan proporsional sampling. Instrumen menggunakan angket prestasi belajar sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan instrument angket motivasi belajar dan angket kecerdasan interpersonal sebagai variabel bebas. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi dengan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas diukur dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Analisis Regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Uji statistika menggunakan uji-t. Analisisdatamenggunakanteknikkorelasidanregresi(sederhana & jamak).Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS pada SMP Negeri di kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar IPS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara Motivasi Belajar dan Kecerdasan Interpersonal bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan. This research aims to give an overview about administrative reform taxation, taxtation knowledge and compliance taxable enterpreneur for VAT purposes (PKP) descriptively, and whether there is or not an influence of administrative reform taxation and taxtation knowledge towards compliance taxable enterpreneur for VAT Purposes on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler. Data used in this research was primer data collected by using questionnaire which was distributed to respondents. Respondent in this research is PKP listed on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler. Amount of samples obtained as many as 49 PKP taken by method Simple Random Sampling from 96 PKP as a population. As for the research method used was descriptive method and associative. While the data analysis method is in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research shows that tax administrative reform taxtation and taxtation knowledge both partially and simultaneously positive and significant effect to compliance Taxable Enterpreneur for VAT Purposes on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler.

COVID-19 is a newly discovered disease and knowledge regarding its prevention is still limited. The key to prevention includes breaking the chain of transmission with isolation, early detection, and carrying out basic protection. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of environmental leadership and environmental personality on compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol in Kebayoran Lama Village, South Jakarta. This research was conducted from July to September 2020. This research was conducted from March to May 2021. The research method used was quantitative with an explanation format. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Based on this technique, 99 residents who reside in the Kelurahan Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta were obtained as research samples. The technique of collecting data with a questionnaire is distributed to the sample using google form. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test in the form of normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and multicollinearity. Research hypothesis testing using the t test. The results showed that the influence of environmental leadership on compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol. The T-Statistic value is 5.504> the T-table value is 1.984 (? = 0.05) and the P-value is 0.000 the T-table value is 1,984 (? = 0.05) and the P-value value is 0,000 the T-table value is 1.984 (? = 0.05) and the P-value is 0.000.

<p>The aim of this research is to know the influence of adversity quotient of the <br />students toward the learning result (achievement) in junior high school in Jakarta. The research method which was used in the research is survey method. The population of research is all students in junior high school 217 Jakarta. Samples are taken by simple random sampling, consisted of 53 students. The research instrument is adversity quotient of the students and mathematics learning achievement that have been validated. Data analysis employed regretion correlation. The hypothesis testing resulted conclution: there positive correlation of adversity quotient of the students toward the mathematics learning <br />achievement. <br /> <br /><br /></p>

This study aims to obtain empirical data on the effects of storytelling activities with Islamic books on moral behavior of the children aged 5-6 years in Unwanul Khairiyah RA and RA Nurul Akbar. The research method used was ex post facto. The research samples were 20 children selected by simple random sampling. The techniques of data analysis conducted prior to the test requirements consisted of normality and homogeneity. This study concluded that there are significant positive storytelling activities with Islamic books on moral behavior of the children aged 5-6 years. The implications of the results of the study are that teachers should create learning activities that can develop the children’s moral behavior in a joyful method such as story telling with Islamic books. The teachers also need to be more creative in using methods and media.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the PQ4R model (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, and Review) on the ability to analyze the drama script elements of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau. This research method is an experimental method. The population of class XI students is 258 students consisting of 8 classes. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique and the research sample is class XI IPA 1 totaling 30 students and class XI IPA 2 totaling 30 students. Data collection using test techniques. Data were analyzed using the "t" test formula. Based on the results of data analysis, furthermore, thit was consulted with ttab on the t distribution list with a significant level of 5%. Because dk = 58 is not found in the table, the writer uses the value of ttab with dk = 60. At the 5% confidence level is 2.00. Thus, thit: 2.79> ttab: 2.00. Thus, it can be concluded that the PQ4R Model can have an influence on the ability to analyze the elements of drama script for grade XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau.

This study aims to determine the effect of workability and workload on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta. This research method uses survey techniques with quantitative and correlational approaches with a sampling technique of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and data analysis techniques to use multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that the ability of workers to the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong and significant effect, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability. Workload variable on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, moderate and significant influence, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by the workload. Variable workability and workload together on employee work effectiveness in East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong, and significant influence. This means that together the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability and workload.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.
