Discipline is a state of behavior or behavior of a person in accordance with the rules or order so as to create order and order. This discipline helps students to fulfill their tasks and responsibilities to achieve goals. What is the discipline of MIN 3 Mojokerto students, and how is it related to student achievement? In this study, the questionnaire and documentation method were used. This research was conducted in MIN 3 Mojokerto by getting the following results: 1) Discipline of VIB students in MIN 3 Mojokerto, Mo.Mokokerto District showed a value of 62.8%. If interpreted these values ​​were in the medium category. MIN 3 Mojokerto, shows a value of 68.5%. If interpreted the medium category. 4) There is a significant influence between discipline and student learning independence on learning achievement in MIN 3 MojokertoKab.Mojokerto The coefficient value if interpreted on the interpretation coefficient correlation value can be categorized quite strong.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan yang berjumlah 126 siswa dan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 siswa yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan, wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian (1) motivasi belajar siswa memiliki nilai 4,088 > 1,986 artinya variabel motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan sebesar 40,88%. (2) pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar memiliki nilai 2,543 > 1,986 artinya variabel pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan sebesar 25,43%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan tahun ajaran 2018/2019, dengan nilai 9,957 > 3,09. Kata kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Belajar, dan Prestasi Belajar. ABSTRACT This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of student learning motivation and utilization of student learning facilities on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan, totaling 126 students and with a total sample of 96 students selected by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using, interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the study (1) student motivation has a value of t count 4.088> t table 1.986 means that the variable of student motivation has an influence on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan by 40.88%. (2) the utilization of learning facilities has a value of t count 2.543> t table 1.986 meaning that the variable utilization of learning facilities has an influence on student achievement in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan by 25.43%. (3) There is a joint effect between the variables of learning motivation and the use of learning facilities on the learning achievement of students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan in the academic year 2018/2019, with a value of F count 9,957> F table 3.09 . ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the Family Economic Conditions, Learning Motivation, and Student Learning Achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Family Economic Conditions and Learning Motivation Against Student Learning Achievement in Entrepreneurship Class XII in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor. This research was conducted using a sample of 42 students, using a random sampling technique from a population of 140 students. Consists of independent variable the Family Economic Conditions (X1), Learning Motivation (X2) and dependent variable Student Learning Achievement (Y). Researchers use quantitative data analysis, the stage of implementation of the analysis includes: (1) descriptive analysis, (2) classical assumption test (prerequisite) and (3) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant influence on the family economy of student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 50.7%. 2) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 51.0%. 3) There is a significant influence between family economy and learning motivation together on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 69.7% while the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . How to teach teachers more or less will motivate students to absorb knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation and teaching style on student achievement in the MA  Muhammadiyah. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 76 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Learning Motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 42.7%. hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.428> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on student learning achievement at the MA Muhammadiyah Office. Teacher teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 36.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.454> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the teacher's teaching style on student learning achievement on. A simultaneous test of teacher motivation and teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement with an influence contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 52.0% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (39.505> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between learning motivation and teacher teaching style on student achievement in the MA Muhammadiyah

One indicator of the success ofeducation in the level of classroom learning is when a lecturer is able to build student learning achievement and will be more successful if this achievement can be increased if their attendance is above 80% (minimum 10 times attendance from 12 meetings). If the students can be grown discipline and provided a decent campus facilities, then as difficult as any lecture material or learning process that followed by they undoubtedly will live with feelings of joy, even they will feel sad if that day lecturer could not come because there is a need outside campus.There are four stages of appraisal that apply to each student for each course taken include (1) attendance of 10% (2) Task 20% (3) 30% Semester Exam (UTS) and (4) Final Exam Semester. (UAS) 40%. The writer as a lecturer tries to cultivate motivation to learn from the beginning, in addition to always communicate actively with students who follow the lecture also monitor attendance and assignment, each completed college is always given the practice / tasks are directly given the value, usually given the task quite easily so they can get a value of 100, even if there is a miscalculation, they are still given the opportunity to fix the error so that eventually get a value of 100. With the value of this 100, their motivation to grow and even grow in such a way that spur them to diligent lectures.The difficulty level of the task is balanced with the lecture, the longer it is raised so as to reach the maximum average level of student ability at the end of the lecture meeting...This research reveals that there is no a significant correlation between student achievement to discipline presence of student/mahasiswa with campus facilities. The analyzing was taken from an answer of 55 students who were randomly selected as respondents by filling out the Questionaire that was distributed to them. Key words : achievement, attendance, discipline, campus facility

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between classroom management and student achievement in the Building Engineering Education Department, The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado, and look for obstacles or obstacles that inhibit the success of student learning while looking for efforts to overcome these problems. This research method is correlational research. The results of a simple linear regression analysis of the variables of classroom management and student achievement in the Building Egineering Education Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado obtained the equation of the regression line ỷ = 34.80 + 0.42 X, which illustrates that if class management increases by one unit, student achievement will increase amounting to 0.361 units. Similarly, the results obtained that the regression model is good enough, because based on the model deviation test shows that the deviation is not significant at the 5% test level in this case F (Calculate) = 0.73 <F (Table) = 2.43. Thus, the regression equation above can be used to estimate or predict learning achievement (Y) if class management (X) is known. The results of testing the hypothesis, it is evident that the classroom management variables (X) have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement at the Building Egineering Education at Universitas Negeri Manado. Based on these results, there is a significant and positive relationship between classroom management and student achievement in the Building Egineering Education Department students at Universitas Negeri Manado.

The purposse of this research is to know the influence principal’s leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teacher toword on student’s learning achievement at SMPN south tangerang city in pamulang district. This hypothesis is made to know that there are positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between independent variables with dependent variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. While the sample in this research are the all teachers at SMPN south tangerang city in pamulang district which amounted to 140 people using Slovin sampling technique to find samples that will be used to random respndents. The results of these research show that the effected parcially between leadership of the principal on the positive student learning achievement of thitung 2,242 at a significant level of 0,027. There is partial influence between the competence of teachers to student achievement of thitung 2,428 at a significant level of 0,016. There is patial influence between work athic of teacher to positive student learning achievement equal to thitung 2,262 at a significant level 0,025. And simultaneous relationships occur between the pricipal’s leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teachers on positive student learning achievement of fhitung 3,741 with a significant level of 0,013. So, this hypothesis can be concluded there is positive and significant influence between principal leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teacher to student achievment both partially and simultaneously.

The purpose of the study. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the impact of physical fitness on student achievement Materials and methods. The method in this research is a path analysis method with a correlational test technique. Correlational refers to taking the rsquare hypothesis, which is how big the impact of the correlation between physical fitness and student learning achievement is and this study uses the SPSS Version 25 application. Results.The results found that the level of the variable physical fitness on learning achievement with r = 0.708 with rsquare = 0.501 Coefficients sig value . 0.000. It turns out that the value of sig. 0.000 is less than the probability value of 0.00 or the value of 0.05>0.000. Conclusions.  Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the path analysis coefficient is significant. This study proves that there is a direct impact of physical fitness on student achievement.

Metacognitive ability and student learning achievement are two things that needed in the learning process, especially on science subject. By using Team Assisted Individualization Method it can improve metacognitive ability and student learning achievement. This research aims to know about the process of appliying the influence of Team Assisted Individuality (TAI) method on science subject in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatut Thowalib Pare. This research uses quantitative research method of quasi experiment control group design. It uses TAI method in experiment class and conventional in control class. After doing the learning process, metacognitive ability is measured by using questionnaires and learning achievement is measured by using pre'test and postest. The results can be seen from the cumulative average of students’ metacognitive ability of 30 students amount 93.3% in the ekserimental class and 85.1% in the cotrol class. The difference between the experimental and control class is 8.2%. While teh average result of student achievement in the experimental class using TAI Method taken from 30 student is 83.16 and the average result of student achievement in the control class is 77.37. this research uses the validity test and the reliabilty of the questionnaire that amount 20 items and followed by 57 repondents both in the experimental class and the control class. The are 30 student repondents in the experimental class and 27 student repondents in the control class that are valid. This data can be seen with significant level = 0.05 and rtable = 0.36. an item is called to be valid when rcount  ≥ rtable. While for the reliabilty of item in the experimental class and in the control class are reliable, with cronbach’s Alpha = 0.731 ≥ 0.70. in this research, normality test distributed normaly because it has asymp. Sign ≥ 0.05 while the result learning of the experimental class has a significant 704 and 432 for the control class. It means that the data is normally distributed.  The experimental class consisting of 30 student respondents has the average 9.333 Tcount 5.234 while Ttable 2.045 with significant level of 0.05 or 5%. Based on the data, it can be counclude that Tcount  ≥ Ttable. It means Ho is rejected and Ha is accpeted. Based on the explanation above, TAI method has an influence on metacognitive ability and student achievement of grade IV on science subjects in MI Hidayatut Thowalib Tegalsari Pare For Academic year 2017-2018.

<p>Education is very important for us, the country can go forward because the people are educated. The success of education is determined by the quality of education itself. To know the quality of education required a result or achievement. One of the factors affecting achievement is the facility. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of learning facilities on student achievement. Sampling using simple random sampling system as much as 58 people from the total population as much as 70 people at the level of formal education. The method used in data collection that is using quisioner, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used is using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing it is known that the two variables of learning facilities (X) and student learning achievement (Y) have a positive influence, this is evidenced by r = 0.277 where the guidelines used to provide interpretation proposed by Sugiyono are at intervals 0.20 - 0.399 which fall into the low category[18]. Based on the results of research that has been put forward by the authors which there is influence between learning facilities on learning achievement with low categories, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of the use of learning facilities and conducted other research on other factors that affect student achievement in addition to learning facilities.</p>
