This study discusses influence of the use of Wattpad application on literacy ability improvement of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang library users. The purpose of this study is to find out what is the influence of the use of Wattpad application on literacy skill improvement of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang library users. This research is of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study was library visitor in August 2020 - August 2021. The sample in this study was determined using Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, so the sample in this study was 100 users who were users of Wattpad application. The results of respondents' answers calculation indicate that the average total value of variable X can be categorized as high because it was on an interval scale of 3.4 - 4.2, which was 3.98. And the results of respondents' answers calculation show that the average total value of variable Y can be categorized as high because it was on a scale of 3.4 - 4.2, which was 3.84. And on the T test, it was found that there was a positive effect of using Wattpad application on literacy ability of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang library users with the results of the calculation of rcount 7.035 rtable 1.98447, which stated that there was an effect of using Wattpad application on literacy ability.

The halal industry is very developed lately. The halal lifestyle that is currently trending in Indonesia consists of the Islamic financial sector, halal food, halal travel, halal clothing, halal recreation, and halal media, halal medicines, halal medical care (hospital), and halal cosmetics. For example, a pharmaceutical industry such as Sidomuncul. Sidomuncul is a company that has the most halal products at this time. This study aims to partially examine the effect of the halal label and the expiration date on purchasing decisions. Then simultaneously analyze the effect of the halal label and the expiration date on Sidomuncul purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The method in this research uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The population in this study are all people who buy Sidomuncul products, while the sample in this study was determined by 50 respondents. The results of this study resulted in a significant t-test value of 0,000, which means partially the halal label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the expiration date resulted in a significant t-test value of 0,006, which means partially expiration date has a significant effect on the Sidomuncul product purchase decision, and simultaneously the halal label and expiration date affect the Sidomuncul product purchase decision.

Good financial literacy, especially in the digital era now is important to be understood by millennials. The digitization of Islamic which is able to provide more efficient, safer, faster financial products and the risk of losing money is less well understood by this generation. Islamic digital banking services like mobile banking and internet banking, which describe the virtual process to support all services, are expected to be able to significantly increase the level of Islamic banking literacy and have a positive impact on business growth in general. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. The sampling method used purposive sampling method. Data was obtained by using questionnaire which was distributed to 100 millennial respondents who used m-banking or i-banking in Kudus. The answers to the questionnaire were measured using a rating scale, then data was analysed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that m-banking and i-banking had a significant and positive effect to the literacy of millennials about Islamic banks in Kudus. It was proven by a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The R-square value is 0.775, which means the contribution of the influence provided by m-banking and i-banking services to millennials Islamic financial literacy in Kudus is 77.5%, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other variables.

<p>This research is quantitative descriptive research with cross sectional study. The primary data is obtained from students of a university located in Jakarta Barat. The method of sampling is non probability sampling and the technique is judgmental sampling. The sample consisted of 300 respondent. The result of this research shows that there is a positive effect satisfaction to trust, there is a positive effect on trust to commitment, there is a positive effect commitment to loyalty, there is a positive effect satisfaction to loyalty and there is a positive effect trust to loyalty.</p><p> </p><p>Key Words- Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment, Loyalty</p>

This study aims to determine (1) the magnitude of the influence of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship (2) the magnitude of the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation. In this study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 432 students. The sampling technique in this research is Simple Random Sampling technique. The variables of this research are entrepreneurship education (X) as the independent variable and the dependent variable is interest in entrepreneurship (Yı) and entrepreneurial motivation (Y2). The data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include variable descriptive analysis and analysis prerequisite test. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, which is a method or approach in which the symptoms under study are analyzed using statistical assistance or numbers or computer assistance with the SPSS 16.0 for windows program. The results of the research show that (1) There is a positive influence of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship, indicated by the magnitude of the Fcount of 28.577 with a significance of 0.000. (2) There is a positive effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation as indicated by the value of Fcount 60.539 with a significance of 0.000

This research is aims to find out the empirical evidence dealing with learning conduct of college students of PGSD study program University of Pasifik Morotai in following the lecture. This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital and Sharia Compliance on Financial Performance. This study also uses several variables that are identified as factors that affect Financial Performance including intellectual capital as measured by using Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC), and sharia compliance as measured by using Islamic Income Ratio (IsIR) proxy. The research method used is quantitative descriptive by using multiple linear regression test models. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method so that 7 Islamic banks in Indonesia were obtained with 42 researched data used as research samples and hypothesis testing was performed using simultaneous significant tests (F test) and partial significant tests (t test) with ɑ = 5%. F Test results show that intellectual capital, and sharia compliance together have a significant positive effect on financial performance. T test results show that intellectual capital and Sharia Compliance have a significant positive effect on financial performance.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat komparasi jumlah aset dan pendapatan yang diperoleh pelaku ekonomi di Pantai Air Manis sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Nipah. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subyek penelitian pelaku ekonomi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test terhadap 133 pelaku ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapatnya peningkatan signifikan jumlah aset kelompok pelaku ekonomi pedagang makanan, jasa ATV, pedagang minuman, pedagang souvenir dan aksesories, dan sebaliknya tidak terjadinya peningkatan jumlah aset kelompok pedagang makanan minuman, pedagang pakaian dan penyedia jasa. Terdapatnya peningkatan pendapatan yang signifikan yang diperoleh semua kelompok pelaku ekonomi di Pantai Air Manis sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Nipah. Kata Kunci: Pembangunan Jalan, Kegiatan Ekonomi, Pantai Air Manis Abstract This research aims to look at the comparative amount of assets and income earned by economic actors in the Air Manis Beach before and after the construction of the Lingkar Nipah Road. Type of quantitative descriptive research with subjects of economic actors. The data were analyzed using Paired Sample T-Test on 133 economic actors. The research found a significant increase in the number of asset groups of food traders, ATV services, drink traders, souvenir and accessories traders, and conversely there was no increase in the number of assets of food and beverage merchants, clothing traders and service providers. There is a significant increase in the income earned by all groups of economic actors in Air Manis Beach before and after the construction of the Lingkar Nipah Road. The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial competence, incentive and dicipline to employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees at Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo totaled 77. The number of samples is 77 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the competence, incentive and dicipline simultaneously and significant effect on employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The t-test results showed that the competence influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Incentive influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Regression multiple linier model in this research is Y = 0,142 + 0,586XK + 0,199XI + 0,227XD + e. Keywords: Employees Performance, Competence, Incentive, Dicipline

This research aims to prove empirically the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on the HDI with Capital Expenditure as an Intervening variable. This is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research were 19 districts and cities in the Province of West Sumatra in 2015-2017. The PAD variable is measured by the PAD formula =% allocation forming the HDI × total PAD, the DAU variable measured by the DAU formula =% allocation forming the HDI × the total DAU, the DAK variable measured DAK formula =% allocation of HDI maker × total DAK, variable Capital Expenditures measured by Capital Expenditure =% allocation of HDI formers × total Capital Expenditures and HDI measured through the average of 3 components forming the HDI. Samples in this study were determined by the total sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.bps.go.id and www.djpk.depkeu.go.id. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square. The results of this study shows that PAD, DAU and DAK have a significant positive effect on the HDI, Capital Expenditures are not able to mediate the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on the HDI

The level of education, age and income, partially and simultaneously affect the length of time on seeking work in Manokwari Regency. BPS data shows the ratio of job seekers is quite large and the number of vacancies is very limited (42 job seekers per 1 job). Competition between job seekers is getting stronger and depends on the background of applicant. In addition, the lack of job seeker background contributes to the longer a person gets a job. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research and data sources include primary and secondary data. The sampling method is convenience sampling, the number of samples taken is 99 respondents, the data analysis technique in this research is using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the level of education has a negative and significant effect on the length of work seeking. While age has a positive effect and income level has a negative effect on the speed of obtaining one's work, but both do not significantly influence the 95% level of confidence.  While the ability of the old variable to find work is explained by the variables of education level, age and income of 99.37%..
