An emergency kit is life-saving drug storage that is immediately required for helping patients with a sudden decline in health status. Therefore, the management of an emergency kit should be taken into concern. This qualitative descriptive research is devoted to determining the management of the emergency kit (trolley) from the aspects of recording and reporting, arrangement, human resources, facilities, and infrastructure in Regional Public Hospital RSUD Hasri Ainun Habibie in 2019. The obtained data were analyzed based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016 Concerning Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals and the Standard Operating Procedures of the hospital mentioned earlier. Further, this study involved pharmacy staff as the responsible person of the Trolley and Emergency Trolley themselves as the sample. The results indicate that the wards, in terms of the recording and reporting processes, have not reached good management. It is revealed that out of seven wards that provide emergency trolley, 100% of them have not fulfilled the sub-variable on recording the taking of emergency stocks in the aspect of recording and reporting; 100% have not satisfied the sub-variable on using the key of disposable trolley in the aspect of arrangement; in the aspect of human resources, 100% and 50% have not met the sub-variables on the signing of the handover letter and trolley locking, respectively, and 25% have done the gradual stocks checking; in the aspect of facilities and infrastructure, 100% have not fulfilled the sub-variable on disposable lock document.

Complete Systematic  Land  Registration  (PTSL)  is  a  government  program  in accelerating mass land registration with a complete map concept. This program is  expected able to overcome the delays of previous mass land registration program through the scheme of ajudication and PRONA. To achieve the goals, throughout the year, the target is  high and always increase. Because of this high target, Land Office in Bantul District implement some innovations, especially in juridical data collection. This research aimed to explain the strategy in collecting juridical data in Palbapang Village, and find obstacles in data collection. Qualitative descriptive research was used for this research. The results of the research showed that: 1) the strategies used by Land Office is the use of SIAP application for juridical data input and involved several teams in the collection of juridical data such as puldatan team, village government and the community; 2) there are constraints on the implementation, including lack of human resources in carrying out tasks as a juridical task force, and there were still many villages that collect documents near the end of the fiscal year.

This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions in Kupang City. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through observation and interviews; and secondary data sources come from records, interview results and documents from relevant agencies in the study. The results of the study show that the factors that support the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Tourist attraction, is anything that has a unique, easy, and value in the form of natural diversity, culture, and man-made results that are targeted or tourist visits; (2) Visitors, are someone who visits a tourist area with the aim of having fun and spending less time, energy and money in less than 24 hours. While the inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Accessibility, is the degree of ease achieved by a person towards an object, service or environment; (2) Promotion is an effort to offer products or services with the aim of attracting consumers to buy or consume them; (3) Human Resources (HR), namely the workforce involved in tourism is still inadequate and professional; and (4) Funds, is one of the benchmarks for the progress of the development of sustainable tourism objects. Oesapa Beach has a tourist attraction in the form of beautiful and natural scenery, lopo-lopo lined on the beach, and lined with cafes with colorful tents and unique and different cafe designs. In addition to the tourist attraction, visitors who are increasingly busy visiting this tourist attraction become a supporting factor for tourism objects can be developed. Indonesia as an archipelagic country, geographically has a long coastline (lk 81,000 km) and a vast ocean (5.8 million km2) with a wealth of marine biological resources would require human resources to maintain and preserve it. Coastal children are the generation that will develop the marine biological resources. They need knowledge and insight into maritime that is channeled through education. The archipelago of Nusantara is present as a moving community to develop and raise children's competitiveness through education. Offers 3 peogram excellence namely, Inspirative Talk Show, Character Building Training (CBT), 3 B (Play, Read, Learn). Through qualitative descriptive research, the researchers see how Cakralawala Nusantara plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of coastal children of Pulau Untung Jawa, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta. Based on research, more than 50% of early childhood, primary and junior high school children are motivated to achieve goals and develop their marine environment better, this is a form of generating their competitiveness.

Public organizations are expected to be able to manage their resources with adequate internal controls, to suppress the increase in cases of corruption due to misuse of assets. This research is a qualitative descriptive research conducted at GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga by collecting primary data from interviews with informants. The information obtained then processed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that there is still a risk of theft of cash in the income cycle at GKI Tegalrejo, but it can be mitigated by controlling practices according to the concept of COSO. Some of the obstacles encountered in implementing this internal control include the church council not being fully able to understand the Tata Laksana Gereja, the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), lack of supervision on CCTV monitor, and lack of the function of the priest as a supervisor. This research is expected to be able to encourage congregational participation to assess the practice of internal control at GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga, serve as evaluation material for the GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga council to improve its internal control, and for academics,it is hoped that this research can become a reference in developing next researches.Keywords: internal control, theftof cash, income cycle

This study, entitled The Tourism Potential of Sibolo Beach, Batu Islands, South Nias Regency to Increase Tourist Visits, discusses how the potential of Sibolo beach to attract tourist visits. Qualitative descriptive research method. The informants of this research are the people of Sibolo beach, tourists, and the staff of Pinnacles North Telo who are the managers of the Sibolo beach. The results show that Sibolo beach has sufficient potential to be visited by tourists but does not have complete facilities and infrastructure such as tourist information centers, money changers, souvenir shops or local craft centers and the lack of skilled human resources in the tourism sector. Promotions that have not been carried out optimally and only use a few promotional strategies and the incessant efforts made by the manager of the object and tourist attraction of Sibolo beach in increasing tourist visits.

The purpose of this study is to describe the Government's efforts in the development of tourism objects as well as the factors supporting and inhibiting the development of tourism in Sidoarjo. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniquewas used in deep interview. Informant determination was obtained by purposive sampling technique. In order to obtain data that really in accordance with the reality and validity tested, then used triangulation data, while the data analysis techniques using interactive analysis. The result of the research shows that the effort done by Sidoarjo regency government is starting from inventory all tourism object, dividethe area of tourism development (WPP), make tourism service facility, promote and buildthe tourism facilities, improve the access to tourism object, increase the human resources (HR). The inhibiting factors in the development are the lack of infrastructure, the low human resources of tourism, the low investment and stakeholder support, the spread of tourism object, the short time to stay in the tourism area. But there are supporting factors, namely: each tourism attraction has a unique, strategic location. Therefore, there needs to be more intense and targeted coordination, increasing the involvement of private sector and society in developing tourism object. The creation of SaptaPesona climate needs a more vigorous and frequent promotion so that people know the products offered.

One of the tourism products in Yogyakarta which is now again a trend and developed is educational tours and culinary tours that can complement other tours such as natural attractions and culture. Because the natural and cultural tourism products are very much in Yogyakarta. A lot of information from the print and electronic media that interest tourism such as culinary and education are widely sold in the media because it is a very promising income and certainly increase the regional economic income. One of the educational and culinary tours is the Natural Enchantment Sendang Kumitir Hamlet that has the potential for culinary tourism and education. In this qualitative descriptive research, the researcher exposed the potential that supports tourism. SWOT analysis also explained that this tour should be developed by managers to be bigger because there is still enough land to expand the tour. From the results of the questionnaire data that tourists are enjoying the education and culinary tour because it is supported by the natural atmosphere that is still beautiful and cool because in the middle of the village and surrounded by bark garden is quite wide. In terms of service to tourists considered satisfactory in terms of attractiveness, facilities and human resources or managers in this case employees and owners of this attraction

This study aimed to describe ways of using play by the nursing staff on palliative care of children with cancer and analyze the facilitators and barriers of the use of playing on this type of care. Qualitative, descriptive research developed on November 2012 with 11 health professionals, in a public hospital of the state of Rio de Janeiro. Semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis of the information were conducted. The use of playing before procedures was highlighted as a facilitator on palliative care. The child's physical condition, one's restriction, resistance of some professionals and the lack of time for developing this activity, made the use of play harder. We concluded that playing enables the child with cancer, in palliative care, a humanized assistance, being fundamental to integrate it on the care for these children.

At CeriaTV Pekanbaru Video Editor is the role holder of gatekeeper, because the video editor in CeriaTV Pekanbaru that will answer the results of the editing later and the creativity of an editor can add the selling value of a program that is edited and presented later to the audience. CeriaTv Pekanbaru still has a shortage of human resources, then the production Director, the documentation division can concurrently become an editor. The research aims to find out how the video Editor role in the production of Sembang Malam program at CeriaTV Pekanbaru. The subject of this study is CeriaTv Pekanbaru and the object of this research is the role of editors in the production of a Sembang Malam program at CeriaTV Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The results of the editor's role through the first three stages, the first offline editing stage, at this stage an editor can play a role in shooting with a cameraman whose goal is to know the picture during the editing process later, and data checking. Further more the online editing stage, at this stage an editor checks equipment on the editing equipment, has its own notes for editing (according to the script), content and video visuals, editors must have the creativity issued When content editing and video visuals take place. The last stage is mixing (merging between sound and video), at this stage the sound and video must be balanced and at this stage also there are additional sounds such as sound effect, and backsound if needed. From these three stages, an editor can produce programs, both and interestingly the program is in the editor and creativity of the editors package the program, hence the editor is very important to manage the program that will be aired on audiences. Talk show-based Sembang Malam programmes that cover the hottest things, as well as inviting guest stars that inspire, from communities and individuals.

This research aimed to describe and analyze implementation of The National Program of Urban Self Empowerment (PNPM-MP) in the Gisik Cemandi Village, Sedati Sub-District, Sidoarjo Regency; supporting and inhibiting factor in its implementation. This research used qualitative descriptive research. Key informants in this research included member of event organizer in non-governmental organization (PNPM-MP), member non-governmental organization, and head village. The results showed that the implementation of its program was quite good.  It is showed that adequate human resources, good coordination between local government, volunteers, and community, characteristics and attitudes implementor enforcement agencies that have a high responsibility to achieve its objectives and realizing the ideals of the poor. Supporting factors in its program implementation namely development and empowerment activities got a positive response from community. Meanwhile, inhibiting factor wasthe lack of discipline for community and community who are less conserve the environment so that the bad habits also remain to be done.
