Porang (Amorphophallus muelleri) adalah umbi-umbian penghasil pati yang memiliki banyak kegunaan yang termasuk dalam jenis HHBK. Porang di Provinsi Banten banyak ditemukan di lahan hutan rakyat maupun hutan negara, namun sejauh ini belum dikembangkan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi perkembangan porang dan memperoleh strategi pengembangan porang. Penelitian ini dilakukan wilayah Provinsi Banten pada bulan Agustus-September 2020. Responden diambil secara sengaja yakni para pakar yang memahami tentang perkembangan porang di Provinsi Banten. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang termasuk faktor internal utama (kekuatan dan kelemahan) adalah dapat tumbuh di bawah naungan (0,70) dan pertumbuhan awal lama (0,70). Yang termasuk faktor eksternal  utama (peluang dan ancaman) adalah kebutuhan ekspor masih sangat tinggi (0,79) dan jumlah bandar masih terbatas (0,72). Strategi yang terbaik untuk mengembangkan porang di Provinsi Banten adalah dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada (strategi SO), melalui kemitraan dan kegiatan penyuluhan.   Porang (Amorphophallus muelleri) is a non-wood forest products (NTFPs) in the form of tuber producing starch that has many uses. In Banten Province, porang grow at privately owned forests and state forest  but so far has not been well developed. Therefore, this study was done in order to get information about internal and external factors that affecting porang development and to get development strategy of porang. The research was conducted at Banten Province in August to September 2020. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires and literature study. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the main internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) were able to grow under the shade (0,70) and long initial growth (0,70). While main external factors (opportunities and threats) are export demand is still very high (0,79) and the number of ports is limited (0,72). The best strategy to develop porang in Banten Province is SO Strategy which is optimized the strength and opportunities factors through establishment of partnership between farmers and traders, and extension activities.

One of the efforts to develop village economic in West Sumbawa Regency is to establish and develop Village Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) based on agriculture. The purpose of this research is to find out internal and external factors of Bumdes based on agriculture; and formulating strategies for developing Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency. This research was conducted in West Sumbawa Regency. 40 respondents were selected by purposive sampling. This research method is survey method. The instrument validity test was carried out with the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, and for the reliability test with the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data collected were analysed using SWOT analysis. The results show that internal factors in the form of the main strength of Bumdes based on agriculture is the business managed by Bumdes serving the basic needs of community, while the main weakness is the capacity of managers managing Bumdes still lacking, and the absence of marketing networks. For external factors, the main opportunities of Bumdes based on agriculture are the support of local and central government regulations, the area and potential of agriculture can be developed optimally as well as the development and expansion of agricultural businesse, while the main threats of Bumdes are the lack of community participation in Bumdes activities. Results of  SWOT analysis, the strategy Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency can be done using the W-O (Weakness-opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that minimizes the weaknesses that are owned to seize opportunities. The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Swot analysis is accompanied by looking at the efas ifas and swot matrix for measuring the strategy assessment that will be taken. SWOT analysis process by identifying internal factors and external factors by means of data collection and field surveys aimed at obtaining aspects in internal factors and external factors. aspects of strengths and weaknesses are internal because they start from within the organization itself, while aspects of opportunities and threats are included in the external because they originate outside the organization, then the process is continued by connecting internal and external factors in the SWOT matrix to get four strategies, namely how to exploit opportunities, how weaknesses take advantage of opportunities, how strengths minimize threats and how weaknesses and threats seek solutions. from these results can be reflected which strategy is the best to run.Keywords : Strategic planning ,evaluate strenghs, evaluate weaknesses, evaluate opportunities, evaluate threats

This study aims to identify internal and external factors faced by the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko, determine the optimization strategy of the market utilization. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from traders at the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko in 2018 using a SWOT analysis tool.The results of the SWOT analysis can be concluded that internal factors in optimizing the utilization of the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko are; 1) Strength Factors (land availability, location, supporting facilities, trader organizations, merchant composition, infrastructure, price information); 2) Weakness factors (rental prices, utilities, location access, market conditions, budget constraints, trader awareness), for external factors in optimizing the utilization of the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko are; 1) Opportunity factors (population, community response, government support, technological development); 2) Threat factors (other market competitors, natural disasters, thuggery, government policies, economic crisis). The strategy that must be applied in this condition is the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy, namely; 1) Implement a kiosk and booth rental price strategy; 2) Improve the quality and service quality of the Koto Jaya Mukomuko Market; 3) Optimizing existing facilities and infrastructure; 4) Maintain market security and comfort

Abstract: Working on or how to work musically in a musical presentation or composition is an essential element. With the process of working on a musical dish, a good and quality dish will be achieved. The working process is essential to achieve the competency standard of a Javanese musical dish. In learning the practice of Javanese Karawitan, the Ethnomusicology Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Mulawarman University, encountered problems in the implementation of this working process. It has an impact on the lack of achievement of learning competency standards. The purpose of this paper is to describe the factors that influence the non-achievement of competency standards in learning Javanese musical practice in terms of working on Javanese karawitan. The method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was done by interview, literature study, and qualitative analysis of the work. The results showed that there were internal and external factors. Internal factors include (1) differences in the cultural background of each student, (2) students have not been able to determine the direction of working on karawitan, and (3) students have not been able to determine the considerations for working on karawitan. The external factor is the learning media used, namely the incomplete Javanese gamelan instrument. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as material for evaluating learning in Javanese Karawitan practice courses.   Abstrak: Garap atau cara kerja musikal dalam sajian gending atau komposisi karawitan merupakan unsur penting. Dengan adanya proses garap pada sebuah sajian gending karawitan, akan tercapai sebuah sajian yang baik dan berkualitas. Proses garap menjadi hal yang penting untuk mencapai standar kompetensi dari sebuah sajian karawitan Jawa. Pada pembelajaran praktik Karawitan Jawa Program studi Etnomusikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Mulawarman mengalami kendala dalam pelaksanaan proses garap ini. Hal ini berdampak pada belum tercapainya standar kompetensi pembelajarannya. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak tercapainya standar kompetensi dalam pembelajaran praktik karawitan Jawa dalam hal garap pada karawitan Jawa. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi pustaka, dan analisis garap karya secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi (1) perbedaan latar belakang budaya setiap mahasiwa, (2) mahasiswa belum bisa dalam menentukan arah garap karawitan, dan (3) mahasiswa belum bisa menentukan pertimbangan garap karawitan. Faktor eksternalnya adalah media pembelajaran yang digunakan, yaitu instrumen gamelan Jawa belum lengkap. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Praktik Karawitan Jawa.

This study was designed to describe the implementation of environmental education through the Adiwiyata program at SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03 Semarang. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative. The method used to develop a development strategy by taking into account internal and external factors using a SWOT analysis. SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03 Semarang has received 80.25% of the Adiwiyata component. The results of the IFAS and EFAS matrix can be seen that the IFAS score is -0.13 and the EFAS score is 0.05. Both matrix results show negative and positive values so plotting in the Grand Strategy matrix will depend on quadrant III. The strategy in quadrant III (W-O) is a priority that must be given the attention needed for a breakthrough to take advantage of existing opportunities to optimize weaknesses in the internal. Schools need to be considered about various parties, the community around the school and published at home so there is harmony between the value invested in the school, which is done at home and in the community. Teachers need to develop alternative learning strategies for environmental education that are applied through practice in everyday life so that it becomes habituation and civilization.

Penetepan strategi pengelolaan sampah dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi laju timbulan sampah di TPA Burangkeng Kabupaten Bekasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman bagi TPA Burangkeng, kemudian merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath) dan AHP (Analitical Hierarchy Process). Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal TPA Burangkeng, diperoleh alternatif strategi bagi pengembangan kebijakan operasional, yakni strategi perencanaan SDM, strategi perbaikan metode dan teknologi, serta strategi pengadaan sarana dan alat. Hasil perumusan strategi dari analisis SWOT tersebut kemudian ditentukan prioritasnya dengan menggunakan AHP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan metode AHP diketahui kriteria utama yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan adalah kriteria teknologi dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0,371, dan sub-kriteria untuk pencapaian teknologi adalah melalui inovasi pengelolaan dengan bobot sebesar 0,325. Sehingga strategi pengembangan yang didapat adalah melalui strategi perbaikan metode dan teknologi pengelolaan, dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0,540.ABSTRACTThe determination of a waste management strategy is carried out as an effort to reduce the rate of waste generation in the TPA Burangkeng, Bekasi Regency. The purpose of this research is to identify internal and external factors which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of TPA Burangkeng, then formulate alternative development strategies. The research method uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis on the internal and external factors of the Burangkeng TPA, an alternative strategy was obtained for the development of operational policies, namely the HR planning strategy, the strategy for improving methods and technology, and the strategy for the procurement of facilities and tools. The results of the strategy formulation from the SWOT analysis are then prioritized using AHP. Based on the results of research with the AHP method, it is known that the main criteria that need to be considered in development are technology criteria with a priority weight of 0.371, and the sub-criteria for technological achievement is through management innovation with a weight of 0.325. Thus, that the development strategy obtained is through a strategy to improve management methods and technology, with a priority weight of 0.540.

Strategy for Controlling the Transfer of Agricultural Land Functions inSubakKerdung, Sub-District of South Denpasar, Denpasar CityControl over the conversion of agricultural land is very necessary in order to maintainthe existence and sustainability of subak in the City of Denpasar, especially inSubakKerdung. There needs to be appropriate strategies as a solution so that controlover the conversion of agricultural land in SubakKerdung can be done. The purpose ofthis study was to determine internal and external factors and to find out the mostappropriate strategy in controlling the conversion of agricultural land in SubakKerdung.The results of the analysis of internal factors in SubakKerdung were: a) strength (theapplication of Tri Hita Karana in subak), b) weakness (low interest of subak members todefend their land). External factors were: a) opportunities (the development ofecotourism as a tourist attraction), b) threats (over the function of agriculturalland).Based on the SWOT analysis, the development strategies found were: (a) S-OStrategy - Optimizing the empowerment of farmer communities as the main actors inecotourism development by directly selling their agricultural products to tourists. (b) WOStrategy - Conducting education and training through counseling in adopting newinnovations so that agricultural products can be marketed to tourists. (c) S-T Strategy -Planting vegetables that have high economic value and can be processed into snacks anddrinks (d) The W-T Strategy -Implementing and increasing the intensity of educationand training on tour guides, i.e. English training for young people and farmingcommunities.
