The attack on the Jemaah Ahmadiyah in Gegerung-Lombok occurred in 2005-2006 and 2010 in conjunction with the contestation for the headman election. A few months before the village headman election, one of the religious leaders often delivered provocative lectures. It was later discovered that this religious figure was affiliated with one of the village head candidate contestants. This research focuses on whether there is a relationship between the political situation in Gegerung Village and the presence of the Jemaah Ahmadiyah? Does this relationship have a correlation with conflict and violence? Using the descriptive analysis method, this research aims to reveal the relationship between the potential situation of Gegerung Village and the existence of the Jemaah Ahmadiyah and its correlation with conflict and violence. The results showed that the conflict and violence against the Jemaah Ahmadiyah in Gegerung occurred instrumentally due to the political interests of religious leaders and one of the candidates in the local village head election. In addition, the researcher also found that the conflict and violence against the Jemaah Ahmadiyah was not only caused by factors of differences in beliefs between the Ahmadiyah congregation and residents of Gegerung Village-West Lombok, nor was it simply due to the MUI fatwa and the discriminatory regulations of the West Lombok Regent. Both are not directly related as triggers of conflict and violence. The conflict and violence against Ahmadiyah in Gegerung Village actually occurred because of the interference of politicians and religious figures who made differences as a political commodity.]

purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the ability of village apparatus in compiling village profiles and utilizing village profiles in village development planning. This research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the profile of Tarai Bangun village had not been arranged accurately, actual and comprehensively because in filling out the village profile it had not fully used the correct data sources and procedures. This is inseparable from the low level of village apparatus capacity and lack of community participation and the lack of budget used in collecting village profile data. Furthermore, in utilizing village profile data which is expected to be used as a baseline with village development actors in supporting planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, evaluating and policies, programs and activities in Tarai Bangun village, it cannot be realized. Another obstacle is the lack of attention of the regional government in collecting village profiles so that the use of village profile data cannot be used as inputs or sources of information in village development planning. Therefore, there is a need for local government policies to improve the knowledge and skills of village officials through the provision of training and training or assistance in filling out village profiles in accordance with the format of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 12 of 2007.

Using a qualitative approach, namely research describing the results of objective research on situations encountered in the field and analyzed according to Islamic law. The conclusion of this study shows that the customary legal sanctions given to ikhtilath actors in Gayo are a fine of one complete goat or a fine on the agreement of the village sarak opat. If viewed according to Islamic law, that customary law sanctions do not contradict the concept of Islamic law. Because, in Islam it is stipulated that the perpetrator of ikhtilath is part of the finger of ta'zir, where the imposition of the sentence is fully handed over by the government, both in type and size, starting from the lightest punishment such as giving advice to the perpetrator, fines, lashing or exile up to the highest punishment, namely the perpetrator must be killed. The customary law sanctions regarding the ikhtilath case in Gayo include ta'zir sanctions, which type and size are determined by Sarak Opat, namely in the form of a fine of one goat.
