Brazilian research on the determining factors for the success of programs to teach reading indicates a need to view literature as an aesthetic object that will encourage children to appreciate books. This study proposes investigating teachers' concepts of literature, from the point of view of the children. Chat was used as a data collection mechanism, proposed between two groups of elementary school children and interviews with the teachers. The analysis of the chats followed the methodology of Franco (1997). This study indicates three key areas for winning a reading public: a) qualified human resources, with a clear concept of literature as an aesthetic phenomenon; b) methodological procedures that are coherent with this concept; c) a bibliographical archive that is aligned with this concept. Investigaciones brasileñas acerca de los factores determinantes para el éxito de programas de formación de lectores señalan la necesidad del empleo de la literatura como objeto estético para que el niño se aproxime al libro. Esta investigación se propuso estudiar las concepciones de los profesores acerca de la literatura a partir del punto de vista del lector infantil. Se utilizó el chat como mecanismo de recolección de datos, propuesto entre dos clases de la enseñanza fundamental, y entrevistas con las profesoras regentes. El análisis de los chats siguió la metodología de Franco (1997), evidenciando que los docentes no consideran al libro como un objeto estético que necesita ser disfrutado. Esta investigación señala tres ejes básicos para la conquista de un público lector: a) recursos humanos calificados con claridad acerca de la concepción de literatura como fenómeno estético; b) procedimientos metodológicos coherentes con esa concepción; c) acervo bibliográfico ajustado a esa concepción.

This study was developed along with companies which received the Human Resources Distinction Awards for their achievements in strategic management of people from 2010 to 2014, awarded by the Human Resources Association of Serra Gaúcha (ARH Serrana). It aimed to understand how these companies awarded by ARH Serrana establish their ethics committees, and develop, communicate and implement their codes of ethical conduct. Data collection was performed with Qualtrics, and content analysis technique was used to analyze a script of open questions based on a qualitative approach. Data collection revealed that participants are aware of the importance of a code of ethics. However, based on the participants’ answers, it is noticeable that the establishment of a committee and the methodology employed to develop a code of ethics are not given the importance they deserve. ARH Serrana not only can convene management professionals but also could serve as a resource for developing the committees as well as the methodologies for establishing the code of ethics thus facilitating the organization’s ethical behavior.

The tight competition in the business world requires every business actor to develop business with various kinds of competition in all fields, one of which is by processing human resources, because the quality of human resources greatly affects the quality of production. The production process is usually associated with productivity, if productivity increases it will also be followed by an increase in the performance of the company. Human Resources is one of the keys to the success of the company in order to increase competition and improve product quality. The method used in this study is a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique was through observation, interviews and documentation, the data source being from UD Slamet Situbondo. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of human resources on improving product quality. The results of the study indicate that the existence of quality possessed by human resources is very decisive for improving product quality in the future. For measuring product quality, it can be known through customer satisfaction, free from damage, the size of the durability of the product, product accuracy, and easy to operate and maintain. Meanwhile, from a marketing point of view, product quality is measured in terms of the buyer's perception of the quality of the product

ABSTRACTObjective: to identify the generative factors of stress in a Central of Sterilized Material, from perspective of staff working in the sector. Method: there was a descriptive research, using a quantitative analysis with nurses, technicians, auxiliaries and nurse attendants, with the data collection instrument to structured interview. Results: the generative factors of stress are related to the physical-functional environment unity: inherent factors to the environment, physical-ergonomic factors and administrative factors. Conclusion: the technical procedures were not mentioned, what it makes to believe that the employees feel capable and prepared to the execution of activities in the technical area. It was observed the necessity of much attention by the hospital administrators and supervisors to the unity, ie regeneration and adoption of technologies to minimize the constraints that the environment provides. Método: realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva com enfermeiros, técnicos, auxiliares e atendentes de enfermagem, tendo como instrumento de coleta de dados a entrevista estruturada. Resultados: os geradores de estresse foram relacionados ao ambiente físico funcional da unidade envolvendo fatores inerentes ao ambiente, fatores físicos ergonômicos e fatores administrativos. Conclusão: os procedimentos técnicos não foram referidos como fatores geradores de estresse, sugerindo que os profissionais sentem-se capacitados e preparados para a execução de atividades na área técnica. Observou-se, ainda, que há necessidade de uma maior atenção por parte dos administradores hospitalares e supervisores junto à unidade, ou seja, revitalização e adoção de tecnologias para minimizar as imposições que o ambiente proporciona. Descritores: estresse; enfermagem; central de material esterilizado; recursos humanos de enfermagem.RESUMENObjetivo: investigación tiene por objetivo identificar los factores extrínsecos generadores del estrés en el ambiente de la Central de Material Esterilizado, desde la perspectiva del personal que trabaja en el sector. Método: Hubo un estudio descriptivo de las enfermeras, técnicos y auxiliares de enfermería, con el instrumento de recolección de datos a la entrevista estructurada. Resultados: los generadores del estrés están relacionados al ambiente físico funcional de la entidad: factores inherentes al ambiente, factores físico ergonómicos y factores administrativos. Conclusión: los procedimientos técnicos no fueron referidos lo que nos hace creer que los empleados se sienten capaces y preparados para la ejecución de actividades en el área técnica. Se ha observado asimismo que hay necesidad de una mayor atención de parte de los administradores hospitalarios y supervisores junto a la unidad, es decir, la regeneración y la adopción de tecnologías para reducir al mínimo las limitaciones que proporciona el medio ambiente. Este artigo teve por objetivo analisar os agentes facilitadores e limitadores do sucesso de uma empresa do ramo atacadista. Para isto, foi realizada uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa, de natureza exploratória e seguindo os procedimentos de estudo de caso, sendo objeto da análise, uma empresa instalada no município de Biguaçu, estado de Santa Catarina, com o intuito de encontrar os agentes, que de alguma forma influenciam na organização, tanto positiva como negativamente. Para isto, utilizou-se para coleta de dados a técnica de entrevista com roteiro estruturado. A técnica utilizada para análise dos dados foi a análise do discurso. Os principais resultados apontaram que a empresa em questão apresenta mais agentes facilitadores do que limitadores do sucesso, o que pode explicar seu bom desempenho e o longo período que está inserida no mercado. Destacou-se a área da gestão como aquela que apresenta mais fatores que levam a empresa ao sucesso. Com relação aos limitadores, as áreas em destaque foram as de gestão e recursos humanos, as quais trouxeram mais agentes que contribuem com o insucesso da empresa. This article aimed to analyze the agents that facilitate and limit the success of a wholesale company. For this, a research was carried out with a qualitative approach, of exploratory nature and following the procedures of case study, being object of the analysis, a company installed in the municipality of Biguaçu, state of Santa Catarina, with the intention of finding the agents, who in some way influence the organization, both positively and negatively. For this, the technique of interview with structured script was used for data collection. The technique used for data analysis was discourse analysis. The main results showed that the company in question presents more facilitators than limiters of success, which may explain its good performance and the long period that is inserted in the market. It was highlighted the area of management as one that presents the most factors that lead the company to success. With regard to limiters, the areas in focus were those of management and human resources, which brought more agents that contribute to the failure of the company.

This article investigates the perception of the workers in High Education Institutions (HEIs) in the State of Santa Catarina (SC), it is based on six Human Resources policies, under the perspective of generational diversity. The research’s nature was quantitative, based on description and survey. Data collection was carried out using the scale of the Human Resources Policies and Practices (EPPRH), validated in Brazil by Demo in 2008. A total of 409 workers from eleven HEIs participated in the study. Comparatively, results were very similar, with averages close in the items investigated, comparing the generations baby boomers, X, Y e Z. It can be sustained that in the HR policies and practices in HEIs all generations usually converge on the thinking and perceptions related to them. The interviewees showed indifference or unawareness about the policies that were studied, since their existence and/or effectiveness were not expressly perceived, it would be advisable for HEI to re-think their proposals, models of implementation and dissemination of these themes. Further research is suggested in view of differences in the belonging of HEI workers, intersectionalities of diversity, and qualitative understanding of responses.

Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. describe the implementation of an integrated quality management component consisting of the quality of services provided by the school, human resources in teaching, the school environment, and learning process  in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang.               The method used in this study, namely by using a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, employees, and students. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, and deeper observation. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.              The results showed that: (a) the quality of services to students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang had met good service standards. This can be seen from the services in the form of facilities and infrastructure which are quite complete in schools; (b) the quality of human resources in the education process shows good teacher resources. This can be seen from the teacher data which shows that the teaching staff at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% of educators with S1 qualifications in the field of education; (c) the quality of the environment in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang is already good. This can be seen from the very strategic location of the school because the location of the school is in the middle of the city so that it is easily accessible by the community; (d) the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers at Pangkal Pinang YPAC SLB is good. This can be seen from the realization of the form of activities through learning planning by preparing lesson plans for each subject, then implementing learning, which includes strategies and methods used by teachers in delivering learning material, and evaluation of learning. Keywords: Integrated quality management, student achievement     ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini  adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan serta mendeskripsikan implementasi  komponen Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan peserta didik. keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, dan pengamatan yang lebih mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) mutu layanan terhadap peserta didik di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari layanan yang berupa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap di sekolah; (b) mutu sumber daya manusia dalam proses pendidikan menunjukkan sumber daya guru yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data guru yang menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% pendidik berkualifikasi S1 bidang kependidikan; (c) mutu lingkungan yang ada di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari letak sekolah yang sangat strategis karena lokasi sekolah yang berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat; (d) mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari realisasi bentuk kegiatan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyusun RPP setiap mata pelajaran, kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang meliputi strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

Una de las formas de agrupación dentro de los centros de altos estudios, para la gestión de los recursos humanos, que posibiliten el trabajo estratégico, sistémico, humano y eficiente lo constituyen las Facultades Universitarias. El análisis incursiona en algunas reflexiones teóricas sobre la gerencia universitaria por facultades en la actualidad, retomando publicaciones especializadas en dirección empresarial y educativa; así como la experiencia de las autoras en este desempeño. Concluye que la dirección universitaria tiene un valor metodológico significativo al establecer que ésta solo tiene sentido si se relaciona íntimamente y responde al objeto de estudio de la pedagogía, es decir al proceso de formación integral de las personas. ABSTRACT University Faculties constitute one of the ways of grouping within higher education centers for the management of human resources to make strategic, systemic, human and efficient work possible. This analysis involves some theoretical thoughts on university management held by faculties, retaking specialized publications in business and educational management, as well as the experience of more than four decades of the author of this paper. The analysis concludes that university direction has a significant methodological value and it establishes that it makes sense if it is closely related to the object if study of pedagogy, that is, to the people´s integral formation process. The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.
