In sport and training, it is necessary to continue monitoring the physiological parameters of athletes to ensure that they can maintain a high level of competitive state. The previous monitoring physiological status methods mainly are contactable by sensors that are worn on body. This paper adopts a non-contact physiological parameter monitoring method by using imaging photoplethysmography (iPPG). In order to eliminate the noises in iPPG signals, the correlation energy entropy threshold adaptive denoising and variance characterization sereies are introduced to resist the noises from external conditions. The noises are remove by a threshold which is estimated by noise energy entropy. The constructed signals after denoising are used to estimate physiological parameters, such as heart rate and respiratory rate. The experimental results demonstrate that it estimates the physiological parameters better by usng iPPG based physiological parameter monitoring method than previous methods.

In the non-medical model physiological parameter monitoring system, learning the monitoring parameters can improve the diagnostic and prediction accuracy. Aiming at the problems of insufficient information mining and low prediction accuracy in multi-task time series, the supervised and semi-supervised learning methods in machine learning are combined to predict the physiological status of remote health monitoring objects. This method uses the K-means algorithm to cluster the same type of data and use the Multitasking Least Squares Support Vector Machine (MTLS-SVM) to train historical data for trend prediction. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the method, the MTLS-SVM method is compared with the K-means and MTLS-SVM methods. It can be seen from the experimental results that the body temperature data measured by the GY-MCU90615 is close to that of the digital thermometer. Moreover, the body temperature speed collected by the GY-MCU90615 can reach the millisecond level, which can well meet the needs of the system. The research shows that the method has higher prediction accuracy and has a breakthrough significance for the monitoring of athletes’ physiological parameters.

The study of the dynamics of physiological status indicators is the basic foundation of the structure of preventive health-improving measures aimed at restoring and strengthening the functional reserves of students. The aim of the study is to study the dynamics of physiological parameters in students with different levels of motor activity during the period of study at the university. Materials and methods. A prospective observation of the physical health of 615 students (255 boys and 360 girls) 17–22 years old was carried out during 2010–2019 using the Student Health Diary, according to the tasks of which anthropometric measurements were performed annually. The level of motor activity was determined by the results of the survey and was evaluated by the number of points scored: low, medium and high. Results. The study revealed that during the period of study at a university, most students undergo a change in their physiological status due to the level of physical activity: the higher it is, the more intense the growth of physiological parameters and the more stable the vegetative status. In senior courses, a quarter of students have a decrease in the level of physical activity, which is explained by the absence of physical education classes in the 4–5 courses in the educational process. As a result, students lose their accumulated functional reserves, a decrease in physiological parameters and the stability of the vegetative status are noted. It was revealed that girls lead a more active lifestyle, this is confirmed by a greater number of students with a high level of motor activity, a greater number of girls with growth in physiological status indicators and during the period of training, girls lose less physical activity than boys. The results of the study emphasize the importance of physical activity for students. Natural, i.e. physiological growth of indicators is carried out only with an average and high level of motor activity, and more intensively against the background of the latter. Also, during the study, students were identified who have a negative dynamics of physiological status. Conclusion The obtained results confirm that in order to maintain the physiological status at the optimal level, it is necessary to form the students’ physical culture throughout the entire period of study at the university, taking into account the level of health and physical fitness.

<div><div><div><p>Carboxylation reactions represent a very special class of chemical reactions that is characterized by the presence of a carbon dioxide (CO2) molecule as reactive species within its global chemical equation. These reactions work as fundamental gear to accomplish the CO2 fixation and thus to build up more complex molecules through different technological and biochemical processes. In this context, a correct description of the CO2 electronic structure turns out to be crucial to study the chemical and electronic properties associated with this kind of reactions. Here, a sys- tematic study of CO2 electronic structure and its contribution to different carboxylation reaction electronic energies has been carried out by means of several high-level ab-initio post-Hartree Fock (post-HF) and Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations for a set of biochemistry and inorganic systems. We have found that for a correct description of the CO2 electronic correlation energy it is necessary to include post-CCSD(T) contributions (beyond the gold standard). These high-order excitations are required to properly describe the interactions of the four π-electrons as- sociated with the two degenerated π-molecular orbitals of the CO2 molecule. Likewise, our results show that in some reactions it is possible to obtain accurate reaction electronic energy values with computationally less demanding methods when the error in the electronic correlation energy com- pensates between reactants and products. Furthermore, the provided post-HF reference values allowed to validate different DFT exchange-correlation functionals combined with different basis sets for chemical reactions that are relevant in biochemical CO2 fixing enzymes.</p></div></div></div>

Siamese trackers are widely used in various fields for their advantages of balancing speed and accuracy. Compared with the anchor-based method, the anchor-free-based approach can reach faster speeds without any drop in precision. Inspired by the Siamese network and anchor-free idea, an anchor-free Siamese network (AFSN) with multi-template updates for object tracking is proposed. To improve tracking performance, a dual-fusion method is adopted in which the multi-layer features and multiple prediction results are combined respectively. The low-level feature maps are concatenated with the high-level feature maps to make full use of both spatial and semantic information. To make the results as stable as possible, the final results are obtained by combining multiple prediction results. Aiming at the template update, a high-confidence multi-template update mechanism is used. The average peak to correlation energy is used to determine whether the template should be updated. We use the anchor-free network to implement object tracking in a per-pixel manner, which computes the object category and bounding boxes directly. Experimental results indicate that the average overlap and success rate of the proposed algorithm increase by about 5% and 10%, respectively, compared to the SiamRPN++ algorithm when running on the dataset of GOT-10k (Generic Object Tracking Benchmark).

The value judgments about medicine are contributed to by the public image. Formerly this has been one of a devoted, caring, self-sacrificing, somewhat unworldly group of people, dedicated to their work for the suffering and diseased. But the doctors are not separate from society and they are affected by its values. These have been adopted by the profession so that it is coming to be seen as no worse and no better than any other group of comparable education and training. Its status has diminished and this has called into question its compensation at a high level. Status cannot be maintained when its base has been eroded.

The acquisition of reading skills is decisive for the academic achievement of students. However, learning to read is a complex process. With this in mind, several attempts have been made to find new educational approaches to enhance students' reading motivation. Considering the enormous potential of ICT for education and training, we have developed a digital repository of teaching and learning materials and a multiplatform application that runs on mobile devices: Letrinhas. This information system was designed to promote the development of reading and to provide tools for monitoring and assessing reading skills against the curricular targets set by the Ministry of Education. Letrinhas was evaluated by specialists and users and a high level of satisfaction was observed among students and teachers as time and effort spent to consolidate reading is considerably reduced with this application. This evaluation also enabled to identify features that will be available in the future.

A pollution gradient was observed in tree foliage sampled in the vicinity of a large aluminium production facility in Patagonia (Argentina). Leaves ofEucalyptus rostrata, and Populus hybridusand different needle ages ofPinusspec. were collected and concentrations of aluminium (Al) and sulphur (S) as well as physiological parameters (chlorophyll and lipid oxidation products) were analyzed. Al and S concentrations indicate a steep pollution gradient in the study showing a relationship with the physiological parameters in particular membrane lipid oxidation products. The present study confirms that aluminium smelting results in high Al and sulphur deposition in the study area, and therefore further studies should be carried out taking into account potentially adverse effects of these compounds on human and ecosystem health.

Abstract Specialized studies show how a fighter should physically be, not just any fighter, but the one who possesses the qualities and features of the ideal model, i.e. those elements that define the near-perfect fighter. The demands of the modern battlefield impose a high quality human potential that provides a good basis for the selection and training of fighters. Resistance to physical, climate, season and weather condition demands, to the prolonged efforts fighting requires is one of the important conditions of success. The paper presents information with particular impact in optimizing exercise capacity for future officers of the land forces, emphasizing once again the idea that a high level of motric ability is an essential objective.
