The study of the dynamics of physiological status indicators is the basic foundation of the structure of preventive health-improving measures aimed at restoring and strengthening the functional reserves of students. The aim of the study is to study the dynamics of physiological parameters in students with different levels of motor activity during the period of study at the university. Materials and methods. A prospective observation of the physical health of 615 students (255 boys and 360 girls) 17–22 years old was carried out during 2010–2019 using the Student Health Diary, according to the tasks of which anthropometric measurements were performed annually. The level of motor activity was determined by the results of the survey and was evaluated by the number of points scored: low, medium and high. Results. The study revealed that during the period of study at a university, most students undergo a change in their physiological status due to the level of physical activity: the higher it is, the more intense the growth of physiological parameters and the more stable the vegetative status. In senior courses, a quarter of students have a decrease in the level of physical activity, which is explained by the absence of physical education classes in the 4–5 courses in the educational process. As a result, students lose their accumulated functional reserves, a decrease in physiological parameters and the stability of the vegetative status are noted. It was revealed that girls lead a more active lifestyle, this is confirmed by a greater number of students with a high level of motor activity, a greater number of girls with growth in physiological status indicators and during the period of training, girls lose less physical activity than boys. The results of the study emphasize the importance of physical activity for students. Natural, i.e. physiological growth of indicators is carried out only with an average and high level of motor activity, and more intensively against the background of the latter. Also, during the study, students were identified who have a negative dynamics of physiological status. Conclusion The obtained results confirm that in order to maintain the physiological status at the optimal level, it is necessary to form the students’ physical culture throughout the entire period of study at the university, taking into account the level of health and physical fitness.

In sport and training, it is necessary to continue monitoring the physiological parameters of athletes to ensure that they can maintain a high level of competitive state. The previous monitoring physiological status methods mainly are contactable by sensors that are worn on body. This paper adopts a non-contact physiological parameter monitoring method by using imaging photoplethysmography (iPPG). In order to eliminate the noises in iPPG signals, the correlation energy entropy threshold adaptive denoising and variance characterization sereies are introduced to resist the noises from external conditions. The noises are remove by a threshold which is estimated by noise energy entropy. The constructed signals after denoising are used to estimate physiological parameters, such as heart rate and respiratory rate. The experimental results demonstrate that it estimates the physiological parameters better by usng iPPG based physiological parameter monitoring method than previous methods.

The research was conducted on a randomly chosen group of 916 students aged 16-18 in Lublin Province, Poland. The research was carried out in 2016 using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, the extended version, and supplemented with additional questions regarding the students’ assessment of physical education lessons. The majority of students (77.4%) meet the requirements for a high level of physical activity, with the remaining 16.5% demonstrating moderate and only 6.1% − low level. There were no significant reductions of physical activity visible in the older age group, although in subsequent periods (in 16-18 year-olds), it was successively lower. The mean level of total physical activity in boys was 65566 MET[1] - min week, and it was significantly higher than in girls, i.e. 5345,5 MET-min/week. The vast majority of students (92.2%) participate in school physical education classes, and over 75% think that they like these activities. Students enrolled in physical education classes demonstrate a higher level of total physical activity (5960.5MET-min/week), in contrast to the non-participating ones (5637,2MET-min/week); however, no significant relationship has been found. Furthermore, it has been shown that girls and boys were willing to get involved in different physical activities. Apart from PE classes, boys would mainly get involved in football (23.2%), volleyball (15.5%), table tennis (13.0%), and swimming (12.5%). Girls would instead choose volleyball (14.7%), football (12.6%), swimming (9.4%) and gymnastics (8.9%). This favourable image of physical activity of students in the Polish schools in Lublin Province can contribute to the discussion of the place of physical activities in the modern school educational process.

Background and Study Aim. To prevent hypodynamics, to evaluate the volume and level of weekly physical activity of the university's senior students. Material and methods. The study involved students (n = 244) aged 19-20 years (n = 157 - boys, n = 87 - girls). The students studied in the 4th year of the Technical University (Russia). The following parameters were investigated: physical activity (PA), the intensity of metabolic processes and motor skills. The volume of weekly physical activity was determined by a short form of the IPAQ-SF physical activity questionnaire. The level of physical activity intensity was determined by the formula of a metabolic equivalent of task (MET) (min/week). According to MET, students are divided into three groups: 1st group with a high level; 2nd group with average level; 3rd group with low level. The battery of motor tests used to evaluate students' physical preparedness. Results. The total intensive and non-intensive weekly motor activity of boys was 6.2 hours (372 min). This confirms with the standard volume (6 hours) recommended by WHO. The total motor activity of the girls (intense and non-intense) was 4.5 hours (271.6 min) per week. More than a quarter of the surveyed boys had a high level of physical activity. About 62% of students had an average level and 12.7% had a low level. Among all surveyed girls 16.1% have a high level of physical activity, 41.4% had an average level and 42.5% had a low level. The results of boys with a low level of physical activity in all motor tests were lower than the results of boys with high and average levels of physical activity. The exception was the results of the Seated Forward Bend test (p <0.05). In 6 motor tests, the results of girls with a low level of physical activity were worse than the results of female students with a high level of weekly physical activity (p <0.05). There are no significant differences between the test results in girls with low and average levels of weekly physical activity.  Conclusions. After completing the course on the subject "Elective Courses in Physical Culture and Sports", the physical activity of students remains high enough. 12.7% of boys and 42.5% of girls with low levels of physical activity and MET were identified among the surveyed student population. This allows aligning them into a group at risk of developing non-communicable diseases. To reduce the hypodynamics of junior courses students at risk, it should use individually directed pedagogical technologies of physical education. In presenting the theoretical section of the subject "Physical Culture" to the senior courses students it is necessary to strengthen their motivation for independent motor activity.

Introduction and study purpose. The presented article shows the theoretical analysis of literature sources on the problem of the gender approach in physical education of pupils. Considering the problems of physical education of young people through the prism of gender, Ukrainian and foreign scholars emphasize the relationship between gender and personality-oriented approaches as the basis for the humanization of the educational process. With the purpose to determine the critical periods of decreased and increased motivation of students to engage in specially organized motor activity, taking into account their gender characteristics, it is necessary to monitor how the quantitative composition of masculine, feminine and androgynous boys and girls change with age and how these psychological characteristics affect their motivational priorities to motor activity. Material and methods. The results of the study are based on the materials of questionnaires and testing of 638 students of 5-11 forms (303 boys and 335 girls) of secondary education institutions. A set of methods was used to solve the tasks: analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific and methodological literature; questionnaire, psychological and diagnostic testing, test questionnaire S. Bem "Masculinity - femininity", generally accepted methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It is proved that androgynous and feminine gender characteristics influence the motivation to be engaged in physical activity in girls. The high level of motivation to engage in physical education and sports in boys coincides with a high level of androgyny and femininity. The critical period of reduced motivation to engage in physical education and sports falls on the period of increasing manifestation of masculine characteristics. Summary. As a result of the study, we received a fairly large amount of necessary knowledge, which gives us the opportunity to develop a model of components of individual physical culture of adolescents and young people with evaluation criteria for different age and gender groups. Key words: physical education, gender approach, boys, girls, masculinity, androgyny, femininity

Purpose: on the basis of a review of modern special literature, develop a questionnaire and analyze the attitude of students to physical education. Material and Methods: the study was conducted on the basis of the Department of Physical Education, Sports and Human Health, Mariupol State University. The study involved 78 students of the 1st year of study, of which 38 students (Gr. 1) and 40 students (Gr. 2). Everyone was asked to answer the question of the developed questionnaire. Results: despite the fact that only 39% of girls and 52% of boys tolerate physical activity, according to the answers, only 21% of female students and 30% of students attend sports sections 2-3 times a week, the rest consider it sufficient to attend physical education classes at the University. At the same time, 44% of female students and 35% of students suffer from colds 3-4 times a year, which in the future, against the background of a decrease in immunity, can lead to chronic diseases. There is also a tendency towards the abuse of low alcohol drinks. Only 31% of female students and 25% of students are fully satisfied with physical culture at the University. According to many students, physical culture should take into account the interests of the students themselves in the form of sectional classes. According to our survey, 63% of girls want to go in for fitness, 37% - power sports, 2 times a week instead of physical education lessons. Conclusions: there is a problem in the current system of physical education, it is necessary to develop and implement innovative directions for improving the process of physical education.

Currently, dual-oriented learning in the educational process is becoming an urgent issue. The article presents a brief excursion of dual-oriented training of future specialists in the far and near abroad, which is a system of pedagogical education, providing for a combination of theoretical learning in a higher educational institution with periods of production activity at school. Positive experience in the implementation of dual education in the European Union, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan is highlighted with the goal of developing a Kazakhstan model of professional training of the future teacher based on dual-oriented education. The innovativeness of the Kazakhstan model will consist of: the creation of a “corporate triangle” aimed at training a specialist; in the implementation of the communicative paradigm of dual-centered learning, which is a conceptual model of the “communicative subject” deployed in the activity-dynamic dimension of the educational process. The features of the dual-oriented process, which in turn will provide a high level of professional training for teaching, are revealed. The mechanisms of the formation of a “group communicative subject” have been identified, suggesting the emergence of polyphony of needs and professional interests of future teachers who try, each in his own way, to express his individuality and make his own contribution to the common cause. It is this polyphony of individualities that arises in the triad of the “corporate triangle” (university, college, school) as the core of effective and productive interaction in a communicative educational environment, which is a sign of the effective manifestation of the “group communicative subject”. The presented theoretical models of dual-oriented learning within the framework of a single pedagogical technology will mean the development of conditions of “framework agreement” in the context of which representatives of the pedagogical movement could follow the development of a new didactic toolkit creating an atmosphere of creative search.
