Based on the concept of ecological civilization construction, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system, standard and model of ecological civilization construction. Using Analytical Hierarchy Process based on Entropy Technical and Grey Correlation Method, the paper calculates and analyzes the ecological civilization construction level of Inner Mongolia during 1990 to 2010. The results show: The ecological civilization construction level in Inner Mongolia rises ceaselessly since 1990 and it is in the intermediate stage at present. The development speed of ecological civilization construction has stage characteristics during the study period and it has entered the period of accelerated development since 2003. But the development trend of each component index of ecological civilization construction is not the same. Ecological environment, ecological security and ecological economic index improved significantly, while ecological social and ecological culture construction level is relatively low and develop slowly.

The article discusses the issue of designing the landscape and architectural environment of eco-spaces for the purpose of eco-education and upbringing. Since the main solution to environmental problems is the education of ecological culture, the formation of a new type of ecological consciousness among the younger generation, the design of eco-sites is the most relevant solution in this area. After analyzing the existing eco-sites and eco-trails, we can draw certain conclusions and identify several factors that are necessary when designing landscape eco-spaces. The creation of an eco-platform on the territory of park zones will attract the attention of the population to the problems of environmental pollution, as well as the education of ecological culture and the popularization of ecological and educational activities among young people. Visitors to the site, aimed at eco-education, will plunge not just into the architectural and landscape area, but into a whole educational camp, where everyone can find a convenient way to get information. The modern, designed space will be able to promote the development of creative and research abilities of children during the summer and winter holidays. The complex should include such areas as: entrance, exhibition, administrative and office premises, recreation area, area of cultural events, master classes, lectures. For the perception of a holistic environment, it is necessary to preserve the unity of the composition and create a thematic planning structure of the eco-space. A prerequisite is that the development of the relationship between the premises and the multi-level space provides for the logical movement of visitors around the ecological site. People who are immersed in the process of observing nature will do this in a constant mode, studying the growth of plants, changes in the weather, and so on.

The Industrial Revolution in the mid-nineteenth century had transformed the relationship between man and nature into one that was confused: man and nature were either balanced or mutually antagonistic. In China itself, since the “Great Leap Forward Movement,” “Cultural Revolution,” “Deng Xiaoping’s Open Politics” to date, has caused severe damage to nature. These have caused various kinds of public reactions, both from the public, academia, society, and writers. Deconstruction Wolf Totem anthropocentric view from an ecological perspective can show China’s culture, environmental conditions, government policies, the relation of human and natural, ecofeminism, eco-spiritualism, and anti-ecological thought. The method used in this study is descriptive interpretive in ecocritical studies. Ecocritical perspective on literary works is essential means to speaking out against anthropocentric domination and environmental damage. The analysis results show that the ecological damage narrative in Wolf Totem is used as a reinforcing motive to deconstruct the anthropocentric view of the people of China and Chinese government policy. Through the deconstruction of an anthropocentric perspective, efforts to repair environmental damage carried out. By changing the anthropocentric culture to become ecocentric, will achieve a green China, especially in the Xi Jinping era whose policies oriented towards Ecological Civilization

“Salt” is an indispensable necessity in people’s livelihood. In Taiwan’s islands surrounded by the sea and the western coastal areas, salt was boil the sea for a long time in the early stages, and seawater was introduced into the depression in the later stages and evaporated in the sun. With the development of the times, different characteristics of the construction and building materials in the field of the salt industry have entered the era of the industrial revolution. With the development of technology, salt processing technology and the use of imported salt in foreign trade have forced salt fields to be abandoned along with historical development. The Yantian cultural relics still preserved today are actively preserved by government departments to continue to apply the Yantian culture. This study selected the Yantian community in Annan District of Tainan City as the focus of planning. It is hoped that through the development of design education, it will emphasize practical ability and practice-oriented research. The study combines design practice and practical theory, based on the original ecological culture of Yantian, through the reconstruction plan of Yantian’s cultural resources, the mobilization of residents in the Yantian community and the tourism planning of the Yantian Cultural Village, to find a transition direction suitable for the Yantian Cultural Village. Market needs with combining core values of the community with a patchwork of practical experience and action research to build participatory research theories will result in effective internal practice and learning. This research adopts the method of service research through service design, including: 1. diagnosing problems; 2. choosing solutions; 3. seeking cooperation; 4. implementation; and 5. assessing the response from a practical perspective, with the importance of action research, where “Yantian” combines with the local “salt-making” characteristic culture, develops cultural innovation experience, and guides students to truly enter the community to learn. The plan explores the possibility of long-term introduction of design education in the local community, discusses how to communicate and collaborate with community residents, and uses design tools to help solve the problem of community image promotion and application. The research results finally put forward the preliminary construction of the role of the Tainan Yantian community volunteers as a design education platform based on practical experience. It is hoped that it can be used as a local practice of design education and as an accumulation of reference experience.

Abstract Online, or platform economy, is no different than offline economy. Platforms are in this day and age what land was in agrarian times and the means of production for the industrial revolution period — i.e., basic resources. As such, the prime questions to be addressed are the same as ever: who owns the resources, who controls them, who profits from them, and who makes the decisions regarding all of the above. Analyzing online economy by these parameters elicits three major categories: Online Capitalism — economic activities designed to maximize profits; Sharing Economy, using a substance-based definition — allowing underused resources to be used by others and adding social value: connecting people, contributing to the environment, and creating communities; and Platform Cooperativism — using online technology to promote economic and social goals and interests, as in the sharing notion, adding power-building components: ownership, control – democracy. This classification is both an identifying tool that allows for an objective evaluation of enterprises and a basis for future legislation and public policy that favors democratic and community-based enterprises. Platform Economy poses great threats: It allows for concentration of power, wealth and control, but it also holds great opportunities as it constructs mechanisms that enable mass participation in decision-making, and thus allows to develop a new and exciting future in which democracy re-claims its front seat, and people regain the power to make a difference.
