This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Cooperative Script learning models on PAK learning outcomes of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Sipoholon. Correlational research of Descriptive and Inferential Statistics techniques.               The population of all class IX Christians is 108 people. The sample uses Purposive Sampling technique that is class IX-A students totaling 35 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire variable X and test variable Y. The results of the analysis of the value of rxy = 0.553 r table = 0.334 and tcount = 3.813 t table = 2.042 showed a relationship and obtained the significance of a simple regression equation, i.e.                This study concludes that there is a positive and significant effect of Cooperative Script learning models on the learning outcomes of PAK students of grade IX SMP Negeri 3 Sipoholon by 30.58%.                                              Keywords: Cooperative Script Learning Model, Christian Religious Education Learning Outcomes.

The aims of this research were to know the effect activity learning to student learning outcomes used model Discovery Learning with Scaffolding method and outcomes at the material of light. This is research an experimental study with the research design Pre-Experimental. The population this research is student VIII class in State Junior High School 1 Kamal. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Sampling used VIII-I as many 36 students as experimental class. Technique of analyzing data use simple regression with program SPSS version 18.00. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that: there was an effect activity learning to student learning at sig was 0,030, because sig < 0.05 so H0 rejected with regression equation Y’ = 26,882+ 0,660X.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan metode Scaffolding pada materi cahaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperimental. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kamal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 18. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VIII-I sebanyak 36 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: ada pengaruh aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan sig sebesar 0,030, karena sig < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dengan persamaan regresi Y’ = 26,882+ 0,660X.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of affective learning strategies on student morale. This research uses inferential quantitative approach. The population is all students of class VIII Laguboti Middle School 4 who are Protestant Christians totaling 151 people. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique that is class VIII A totaling 30 people. This research instrument is a closed questionnaire. Analysis results value rcount = 0,493rtable=0,361 dan tcount=2,997ttable 2,042 shows that there is a relationship between affective learning strategies with student morals and obtaining the significance of simple regression equation that . This study concludes that the influence of affective learning strategies on moral is 24.3 %.Hypothesis test obtained Fcount=9,00Ftable =2,09 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The author provides input for Christian religious education teachers to improve affective learning strategies so that student morale improves. Burhān al-Dīn al-Zarnūjī in his treatise Ta'līm al-Muta'allim Ṭorīq al-Ta'allum proposed that the academic achievement has six things dependency: ingenious acumen, fervent desire, patience, sufficent sustenance, guidance of a teacher, and length of time. In other side, Paul Stoltz in his book Adversity Quotient: Turning Obstacles Into Opportunities coined adversity quotient term as a score that measures the ability of a person to deal with adversities in his or her life. Hence, adversity quotient is commonly known as the science of patience. Based on this perspective, we was empirically tested students scientific literacy through correlational research. In particular, first adversity quotient was measured with Adversity Response Profile (ARP) includes four dimensions that are characterized as control, ownership, reach, and endurance. Second, scientific literacy was tested with Scientific Literacy Test (SLT) that focused on three competencies. Third, we used Pearson r to elaborate correlation of scientific literacy with adversity quotient. The participants of the study were 50 students in Kabupaten Kudus choosen by purposive sampling technique. The findings suggest that it is important to facilitate students’ adversity quotient to guide them on achieving scientific literacy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of strengthening character education to increase learning outcomes in the material in the scope of biology. The method in this research is the furpossive sampling method and the data collection technique that be used is a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique that is done by giving a set of questions or written statements to the respondent. There is an effect of the implementation of strengthening character education on the learning outcomes of biology subject in class XI SMA Negeri 4 Jayapura City. This is based on the results of the simple regression test, it is obtained that t count is greater than t table (2.174> 1.960) and the significance is 0.031 <0.05 with the regression equation Y = 63.870 + 0.177 X2 with a contribution or relative contribution of 1.7%, Increased mastery of the concept of space material the scope of biology is above 0.7, which means that students have mastery of concepts. The results of the calculation of the pretest and posttest values have an increase of 0.85 in the moderate category

Abstract: Employee work motivation in an organization can be considered simple and can also be a complex problem, because basically humans are easy to be motivated by giving what they want. The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Sariguna Prima Tirta Pulau Sari Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency. The main data was obtained through questionnaires to respondents as many as 44 people who were determined by purposive sampling, then supported by the results of observations and direct interviews with respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS program. It was concluded that the results of the Simple Regression Equation in this study were Y = 18.165 + 0.719 X. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, because at the 5% significance level t counted greater than t table (8.510 > 2 , 02). The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.633 which means the ability of the work motivation variable (X) can explain the variable work productivity (Y) of 63.3% while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: motivation, productivity, Bati-Bati Subdistrict Abstrak: Motivasi kerja karyawan dalam suatu organisasi dapat dianggap sederhana dan dapat pula menjadi masalah yang komplek, karena pada dasarnya manusia mudah untuk dimotivasi dengan memberikan apa yang menjadi keinginannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sariguna Prima Tirta Pulau Sari Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Data utama diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada responden sebanyak 44 orang yang ditetapkan secara purposive sampling, kemudian didukung dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS. Disimpulkan bahwa hasil Persamaan Regresi Sederhana dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 18,165 + 0,719 X. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap poduktivitas kerja, karena pada taraf signifikasi 5% t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (8,510 > 2,02).  Koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,633 yang berarti kemampuan variabel motivasi kerja (X) dapat menjelaskan variabel produktivitas kerja  (Y)  sebesar 63,3% sedangkan sisanya 36,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : motivasi,  produktivitas, Kecamatan Bati-Bati

The low learning outcomes of mathematics are not appropriate thought of learning models in the classroom. Therefore, the NHT and TPS learning models can be applied to improve the learning of outcomes of the student. This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes using the NHT learning model with the TPS learning model. The sampling technique is used as a random sampling cluster with 2 groups of experiments for the first experimental group  (classroom view of TPS model) and the second experimental group (classes of NHT modeling). The instrument of this research uses the test of mathematics learning result. The hypothesis test is used  T-Test. The conclusion of research that are differences in the outcomes of the two learning models (NHT and TPS) on learning outcomes, based on the marginal mean of the TPS learning model is better learning outcomes than the NHT learning model.

This study aims to describe students' mathematics learning outcomes in matrix material through e-learning based learning. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Limboto with a descriptive method involving 21 students as the research sample selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of mathematics learning tests involving several indicators, namely: (1) understanding, (2) application, (3) analysis, (4) synthesis, and (5) evaluation. The results showed that students' mathematics learning results through e-learning-based learning were in the poor category, which was indicated by the percentage of scores achieved by students of 69%.

Abstract: At school, the Educator figure is the key person. The teacher has the moral right to guide and direct students to become knowledgeable human beings in the future. The desired goals for the process, the results of the work of students and have different for each individual. Different positive and negative traits for the development of student learning. Problems that occur in the world of education, especially problems that occur in individual students that affect the learning process. This study aims to examine the variables in the study that have been formulated in the formulation of the problem, namely whether there is an influence of PAI Teacher Creativity (), and Student Learning Outcomes (), on Student Resilience (Y). Sampling in this study was conducted with a random sampling technique with a total of 294 students from a population of 1900 students at SMK 5 Jember. The analysis carried out using regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the help of the Statistical Statistical Package for Science (SPSS) software version 23. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant effect between the variables of educational teacher creativity and student learning outcomes on student resilience. Thus the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers and student learning outcomes has a considerable contribution to student resilience, so teachers are needed and the values ​​obtained are good, it will make the process of student resilience both inside and outside the school environment.

Autisme merupakan gangguan perkembangan yang ditandai dengan gangguan sosial perilaku dan minat yang terbatas. Setiap orang tua yang mempunyai anak, memiliki harapan yang indah dan baik untuk anaknya. Diagnosis autisme akan kondisi anak menyebabkan stres pada orang tua. Stres ini menyebabkan harapan orang tua berubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari korelasi antara harapan dan stres orang tua yang memiliki anak dengan autisme. Karakteristik partisipan ini adalah orang tua yang memiliki anak berusia 3-16 tahun. Anak sudah didiagnosa autisme oleh dokter atau psikolog ataupun psikiater. Partisipan yang mengisi alat ukur penelitian ini sebanyak 69 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur harapan adalah adult dispotitional hope scale (ADHS), sementara alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur stres orang tua adalah parental stress scale (PSS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi ke 23. Uji korelasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan korelasi negatif yang lemah antara harapan dan stres orang tua (r = -.244, n = 69, p = .043). Hal ini menunjukkan jika stres orang tua tinggi, maka harapan itu rendah. Sebaliknya jika harapan tinggi, stres orang tua rendah. Orang tua diharapkan untuk membuat harapan yang realistis serta mengelola stres yang dapat memengaruhi kondisi psikologisnya. Autism is a developmental disorder characterized by impaired social behavior and limited interests. Every parent with children, hopes for the best for their children. If their children are diagnosed with autism, this will cause stress in parents. This stress causes the hope of parents to change. This study aims to find a correlation between hope and stress of parents who have children with autism. The characteristics of the participants are parents who have children aged 3-16 years. The child has been diagnosed with autism by a doctor, or psychologist, or psychiatrist. Participants who filled out the measurement tools of this study were 69 people. The measuring instrument used to measure expectations is the adult dispotitional hope scale (ADHS), while the measuring instrument used to measure parental stress is the parental stress scale (PSS). The research method used is quantitative correlational research method with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was a correlation test using SPSS software version 23. The correlation test conducted showed a weak negative correlation between expectations and stress of parents (r = -.244, n = 69, p = .043). This shows that if parental stress is high, then hope is low. Conversely, if hope is high, parental stress is low. Parents are expected to have realistic hope and manage stress that can affect their psychological condition.

Abstract: This research aims to find out how the application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model and the Jigsaw learning model on students' cognitive learning outcomes in labor issues material in Indonesia. The independent variable of this study is “Two Stay Two Stray learning model (TSTS) and Jigsaw learning model”, while the dependent variable is “Learning Outcomes”. The research approach used in this research was a quantitative approach. The form of research used in this study was an experiment form with Two Group Pretest Posttest research design. The population in this research were all students of class IX IPS consisting of four classes namely class IX IPS 1, IX IPS 2, IX IPS 3, and IX IPS 4 with the total number of students were 134. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection tools used were test questions, observation sheets and documentation. The results showed that There were no significant differences in cognitive learning outcomes between students who used the two stay two stray learning model and the jigsaw learning model with the results of Z_ (count) of 1.72 and Z_ (table) at a significant level of 0.05 were 1.96. Keywords: TSTS Learning Model and Jigsaw, Learning Outcome Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dengan model pembelajaran Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi permasalahan ketenagakerjaan di indonesia. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah “model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dan model pembelajaran Jigsaw”, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah “Hasil Belajar”. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Two Group Pretest Posttest Designs. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX IPS yang terdiri dari empat kelas yaitu kelas IX IPS 1, IX IPS 2, IX IPS 3, dan IX IPS 4 dengan jumlah keseluruhan siswa yaitu 134. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah soal tes, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kognitif antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran two stay two stray dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw dengan hasil  sebesar 1,72 dan  pada taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 1,96. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran TSTS dan  Jigsaw, Hasil belajar
